    I have ordered two shirts( same color and same size) and I got only one shirt in the parcel today and the parcel was labelled with two shirts. But you have mailed and also the parcel receipt showing that both the shirts are delivered. What should I do to get the other shirt?

      I Hi I have made an order for Lehengas choli and the order I’d FL[protected] for a sum of 2456. I received a black top worth 1000 with the same order of this a wrong product was sent instead what I have ordered I raised series of complaint and a return request but the delivery agent did not received the same by stating that the returned product is lehengas choli and not the skirt. I made a specific request tat a wrong product was shipped even then the delivery agent failed to pick. I tried calling your customer support on a daily basis from 3rd still I did not receive any response from ajio. Totally not satisfied wit the support that u provide to the customer. I ordered for a different product and received a wrong item and I am running in all directions for an exchange.Kindly attend to my complaint immediately.Pamelin Joseph

            I had orderd 4 tshirts on 6th October 2021 from ajio app.Which i cancelled on the same day i gave the order. My order was prepaid, i paid 1054 rs. From bank acc. at the time of giving the order.

            Its been 4 days and I didn't receive my money yet. I want my money back any how.

              Extremely poor customer care services. No replies or responses to mails. I received a wrong product and requested a return. It\'s been more than a week but No proper return process has been initiated. The field executivw refused to pickup the product twice. I wish to return the product immediately. Also, i cancelled an order and i have not received the refund until now. Already sent mails uploading several pictures of the product with tags intact.

                Today(9th Oct, 2021), I tried to place an order but due to some reason amount debited from my account, but order didn't place.

                Then again, I tried to place order and next time order placed successfully, although i was scared, what if this time also order didn't took place.

                Can you please refund my first payment for which no order placed successfully.

                    ₹2, 192.80 deducted on 09/10/2021 but all the products are still in pending state none of them got placed. First order at AJIO and its a very bad experience. Plse resolve this asap

                      I made an order at 12:22 am on 30th September, 2021. I have done the payment and the payment was successful.
                      I don't see any order in the my orders section, neither did I get any mail or sms for order confirmation.
                      I was asked to wait till 8th October. I still have not got any refund or any further update.

                          It’s been almost 2 months that I’ve been following up for a refund that I am waiting for. Called customer care multiple times. But each executive only raises a fresh ticket and then no resolution or the ticket gets closed by itself without me receiving the refund. Pathetic customer service where no one knows what to do.

                            I ordered block heeled sandals and a black belt on 7 October 2021 ie. today. After paying (by google pay)992.71, I didn’t receive any order confirmation message or email or ID. But amount is debited from my account .
                            Therefore I request you to look into this matter ASAP and let me know.

                                They kept my issue unresolved for more than a month.But now they say that the time limit to return the products exceeded.I made complaints several times but of no use.the customer service is simply eyewash.. whatever complaints you have, they just keep saying that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours...I made complaint more than ten times and they said repeatedly everytime...

                                    I created Order on ajio app - 05/08/2021 ( amount Rs. 2630)
                                    Product delivered -10/08/2021.
                                    Few item return pickup - 02/09/2021
                                    Refund initiated (Rs. 1384) - 16/09/2021
                                    refund fr prepaid mode ( bank account) which should be reflected by 24/09/2021 . i contacted my bank but there is no such refund is received so i mailed the ajio customer care n they hv given me a refund reference number fr tracking but while going to bank it says the number provided is fake there is no such refund issued by company
                                    I hvnt recieved anything refund in my account till date this kind of fraud frm such reputed company is not acceptable
                                    Mailed the company multiple times they are sending false refund references n hvnt refunded my money
                                    Plz help me with this issue, ajio is doing fraud with many peoples i got to know after my bad experience

                                    At last i given them option to refund in my ajiowallet if they can not do in bank account.
                                    Still no response, giving timeline to wait everytime i raise a complain, its been 1 month m waiting to get back my hard earned money

                                      I am Y Surya Ranjit reddy

                                      I made a purchase in AJIO on 12th September of rs 2789 and returned one of the product of worth rs 1484 and still have not got the refund though I product has been taken from me.

                                      I called AJIO multiple times but they are not responding please helpand also now keeping me on hold for 30 mins and disconnecting the call which is a lot of mental stress and time consuming for me.

                                      Hi, Thanks to Ajio customers are vulnerable to fraudsters now.Just now I got a call from AJIO toll free number who portrayed himself as customer care executive tried to take control of my phone through AnyDesk platform and asked me to put my bank details.Luckily I understood and denied the access. I made purchase in Ajio and literally paying for it. I thought to update it to Ajio customer care but no use so better to update Governament Of India. They might take some action on it
