Order cancelled and money not refunded

I am writing in regards to a purchase I made on Sept 28 with
UPI Transaction ID[protected] for a payment of ₹ 1550.

I have been calling the AJIO customer service but they have been acting fishy about my refund. I talked to the customer service for the fourth time today.

    I have made a prepaid order of The White willow pillow (Order No : FL[protected]) from Ajio.com on 4th October 2021 during Big Bold Sale days. The delivery was expected by 20th October 2021, all of sudden I receive a mail saying that your order is cancelled due to unavoidable reasons, I could still see the product is In stock and is deliverable to my pincode (625523).I need the order with the same price i ordered.

    The complete order has been cancelled on Oct 26th 2021 after multiple follow-up.
    Seems like a Big Fool Day not Big Bold Day.
    Will these guys be able to refund my time?

    Cheating customers in the Name of Sale. Law should be so strict that they need to pay the total amount instead of the discounted amount. That way cancellations will be minimal.

        Hi, I had placed an order on AJIO LUXE on 2nd October 2021. The order reached my city on 8th October 2021 but the courier partner is playing mischief and stating that I asked for future delivery when they didn’t even contact me. It is an expensive product. The product is lying in my city Ahmedabad but their courier partners are not delivering the product to me.

        Plus they are not updating the status.

          Dear I purchased a u.s polo assn jacket and 2 more item on ajio.com on 18th septemer 2021 I have raise a retun request for u.s polo assn jacket and order picked up on 26th September 2021 at 8.44 pm by ajio courier person now when I go to order section there is not showing product picked up I call ajio costomer care and raise a complain regading this but not get any response and not get my refund I call ajio cosomer care on daily basis and he say we are investigation but not refund my money plz raise a complain against ajio.com thanks

            I have ordered a pair of shoes from ajio and they shipped me a product with a size smaller so i had to return it back with return ID 47774173 . They informed me to self ship the order and i did so through blue dart with AWB no: [protected]. The product is already delivered to ajio but the refund or the status never gets changed in ajio app it keeps on showing the product is not delievered. I would request you to please look into this and issue my refund now as i have already shipped the order and it is delivered to you.

                The amount of Rs. 4280.82 debited from my account through google pay. UPI REF NO.[protected]. But when I came back to check in-app for order details the order was not placed it was still in the cart but my cash has been debited.

                  I created Order on ajio app - 05/08/2021 ( amount Rs. 2630)
                  Product delivered -10/08/2021.
                  Few item return pickup - 02/09/2021
                  Refund initiated (Rs. 1384) - 16/09/2021
                  refund fr prepaid mode ( bank account) which should be reflected by 24/09/2021 .

                  I contacted my bank but there is no such refund is received in my account so i mailed the ajio customer care n they hv given me a refund reference number fr tracking but while going to bank it says the number provided is fake there is no such refund issued by company, this happened twice.

                  I hvnt recieved anything refund in my account till date this kind of fraud frm such reputed company is not acceptable
                  Mailed the company multiple times they are sending false refund references n hvnt refunded my money fr last 1 month

                  at last i even requested if they cant give it in original bank account atleast provide refund in form of ajio wallet but i received nothing

                  On complaining to customer care they are just giving 48hrs timeline everytime to wait fr my refund, which i didnt received till in any form, raised 3 complaints regarding same but no resolution taken by customer care or Grievance office

                  Last time i was given date of 12th sept to wait fr my refund but again no response in matter of refund
                  Now they dont even receive my calls blocked me frm their website such pathetic service i m never gonna buy again frm ajio

                    I had money in my Ajio wallet. The hacker used that money which I had in my Ajio wallet. I have written mail and tried to contact customer care. They are not responding at all.

                          I have not received my packet yet on 12th October 2021 with AWB no [protected] the courier partner inform me on 7th October 2021 your item is out for delivery, after that they are r return my order without any contact with me after 5 day.

                          I also have place a complaint to you AJIO (my ecommerce partner) but they also so do not take any action against ecom express courier.

                          So I have a request to everyone please do not order anything on E-Commerce partner a jio and do not send or receive any person form ecom express courier partner.

                                I ordered size 42 ...and got 44 delivered, also the color and quality varied. I immediately did return the product on app(product I got yesterday evening n then itself I opted for return option)...today the delivery boy wasn't ready to accept it saying that code isn't matching...and then after I insisted he took back the parcel...till now neither the update regarding the parcel has come...this is the worst experience n for the first time m having such unprofessional behavior from ajio. I want my money 2280rs to be refunded back...as in the first place I received the wrong product..and with all the tags attached n bills I returned it the very next day...still m not able to as some code isn't matching which is not my fault...pls check into this maybe the code given is errored.hoping it to get resolved asap.

                                      Hi Team, This is to inform you that I received the ordered Delivery partner Delhivery
                                      Tracking ID [protected], Floret - T-shirt Bra with Detachable Straps. I did received the product back on 30th September till now it is not marked as delivered in you system. I did multiple calls and multiple emails still no resolution and every time customer service says it will be resolved by 11th October. Today is 12th and I got a messaged stating your issue is resolved and we are closing the ticket. But issue is not yet resolved. Attaching the screenshot. I am also forwarding my concern to consumer court. Thanks
