From last few days my return is neither being picked up nor anyone is calling for same. After multiple calls to support team they are raising complaints and giving complaint IDs as well they are not providing any resolution nor they are refunding back my money. They have cancelled the return order as well now.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I had purchased a blazer from ajio for which i request return, the courier boy picked the product from me on 15th October but return status ahs not been updated neither the refund initiated.

      Before 3 week ago i placed a order of 2 watch . but . ajio online app him self cancelled my order without inform me that was totally ### .

      Another watch You sent me ladies watch instead of what i have placed ordered

      Totally fake app ajio . cant imagne . they will do this kind of fraud with CUSTOMER

      Ond it has been more than 1 week i did not recieve my refund .

        From last 12 days my return is neither being picked up nor anyone is calling for same. After multiple calls to support team as well they are not providing any resolution nor they are refunding back my money. They have cancelled the return order as well now. ### service by them. Worst company to order products.

          I ordered some product in my address but due to some urgent work I need to rush to another city and was not in condition to deliver my order on that address as well as I wanted to cancel that all order but cancel options were not there and delivery agent is literally yelling in phone. My order Id is FL[protected] which is worth of Rs 3000. I just want cancellation of those order and refund

            Ordered a shoe from ajio Order# FL[protected] on 30 september, which i later cancelled but it was still delivered on 5 october at my address as it was a prepaid order the delivery boy left it at the address . i tried to place return through the app but it shows error and doesnt initiate the return. i contacted the customer care but they didnt solve the problem, instead they sent tutorial on how to return order . i raised this complain multiple times, still got no help . the error is still there and the customer service is not placing a return. the item is woodland panelled ankle-length lace up boot worth Rs. 2, 797 . i want to return this product and get the refund .

              This is regarding Order ID 46447749. I received the package on 30th September 2021.
              I had to exchange a Navy Blue Park Avenue Trousers for a bigger size .
              Instead in a package with my name on it, inside was a Red Kurta XXL with a bill that belonged to another person, Rashmi from Ranchi Jharkhand.

              I have been trying to follow up since then.
              Multiple emails have been done . I am not able to create returns. Its showing refunded but no refund has been given.
              Thier team even issued me grievance complaint no. COM[protected] and COM[protected].
              I used those to complain. I was promised resolution by 14th October.
              No refund has been issued.
              Their team is constantly avoiding my emails, asking me for more days for refund and i am not able to create returns as well

              Kindly look into the matter and take strict actions as it is being repeatedly done by this company and they have an awful customer service facilities where they dont even respond on their customer care numbers. It has been noticed that numerous complaints are being issued against this company yet they are refusing to improve their services.

                They haven't enabled my IMPS settings since one month, always making technical excuses, I have mailed them multiple times and called them but to no avail. They have almost hijacked my hard earned money. Their nefarious tactics of you having to manually email them to enable IMPS and then then after activation then add bank account then get money back is unheard of and any other major e-commerce platform just transfer your amount after return of product. Why cant they just enable it for every user. This is a just very shady way to conduct business.

                    I have ordered two products from ajio first one is pink polka dot ballerina and second one is shimmery thong strap flat sandals but i didn't get my both products. In fact i paid for both products because it mentioned on package that their is two products inside.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have booked 6 Apparels, of Rs 3347.31/- + few Reliance reward points from AJIO website using credit card. The amount is paid through HDFC Credit card and it was successful. I have not received any apparels. On checking on AJIO app or website, it shows status as 'Checked Valid' under Customer Care section. We have sent several mails to Ajio Customer care and AJIO grievance dept, but have not received any proper response from them. I have asked them either to return money or send the apparel, but no response from them. Every time it displays message saying, 'We expect to deliver your order by 16 October 2021'.. Here every day the new date will be displayed

                            I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 1st October 2021. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back.                               I received the dress but Belt for the dress was missing,
                              Because of the combinations of belt and dress I have ordered that dress.

                              I try to exchange it but they canceled by exchange,

                                I have ordered 4 leggings on 24 sep in ajio app they said delivery date was oct 7th, but it has reached to kakinada by 27 sep but till date the order waa not delivered to adress given, inspite several complaints and regular flowup still they are not responding and not even returning th amount

                                  I have ordered a red coloured trouser pant but it turned out to be shorter than expected . I tried to return but it showed up that no return can be initiated despite having 30 days return policy. I contacted the customer care the gave a due date 13 October 2021 by which my issue will be sorted but no updates till today 16th October 2021 . Last date to return is 2 November 2021. Below are the photos attached as a proof .

                                    I am writing in regards to a purchase I made on Sept 28 with
                                    UPI Transaction ID[protected] for a payment of ₹ 1550.

                                    I have been calling the AJIO customer service but they have been acting fishy about my refund. I talked to the customer service for the fourth time today.

                                    Rep Richa Singh is the last one I talked to on Saturday, Oct 16 between 10:25-10:45 am and then she hung up on me. Richa was very unprofessional in her communication. When I asked her to connect to the supervisors, she wanted to touch my feet so I do not complaint against her. Not only did she go blank and silent during the call for a long time and wasted my time, it was rude on her part to act this way with a customer. She was very hesitant in helping out or naming her supervisors. Richa was adamant that the problem was with my bank, not at AJIO's end.

                                    After insistence I received the following names Faizal Khan, Arpit Singh Chabbra, Ashish. Since then I have been calling Ajio, but someone picks up and disconnects the call.

                                    3 weeks and money has not been refunded. AJIO keeps telling me that the problem is on my bank's end, not AJIO.

                                        I have made a prepaid order of The White willow pillow (Order No : FL[protected]) from Ajio.com on 4th October 2021 during Big Bold Sale days. The delivery was expected by 20th October 2021, all of sudden I receive a mail saying that your order is cancelled due to unavoidable reasons, I could still see the product is In stock and is deliverable to my pincode (625523).I need the order with the same price i ordered.

                                        The complete order has been cancelled on Oct 26th 2021 after multiple follow-up.
                                        Seems like a Big Fool Day not Big Bold Day.
                                        Will these guys be able to refund my time?

                                        Cheating customers in the Name of Sale. Law should be so strict that they need to pay the total amount instead of the discounted amount. That way cancellations will be minimal.
