I am complaining about my latest bill reading is false. I already paid june-2020 bill which of 173 units but in latest one they didn't reduce or deducted that 173 units

I have done the payment from icici bank and it was showing that the payment has been debited from my account but not yet credited in your a/c. So i have to pay late payment fee or not?

Dear sir/madam,
I am submitting my complaint from udaipur, rajasthan. I am dr suresh chandra kabra, my flat number 201, a block, archi paradise apartments, roop nagar, udaipur.
I received my electricity bill for month of august, my k number[protected] and meter number-2240726. Since present reading of meter was not mentioned in the bill (Copy attached), i checked my electric meter and found blank screen, copy of photo of meter is also enclosed, hence the meter is not working. The consumed units shown are 693, since meter is not working, it seems reading of last year august has been charged from me, which was 693. Though i have paid the bill online, i request your office to kindly repair or replace the meter on priority.

My k number is[protected]. My family member has paid off line payment of amount 4286 on date 09.08.2020. And by miscommunication I have also paid through online same bill on date 10.08.2020.
How can I get my money

My electricity bill amount higer by rs 1921.43.

My analysis for high bill as under :

1-month : jan 2020 to march 2020
Prev reading : 1512 present reading : 1794
Unit consumed : 282 bill amount: 1937

Above paid on 11 apr 2020.

2-month : march 2020 to may 2020

Prev reading 1794 present reading : 0000
Unit consumed : 261.
Amount : 1921. (Not paid due to covid 19).

3-month: march 2020 to july 2020
Prev reading: 1794. Present reading 2654
Unit consumed 860
Bill amount : 6496

In third bill (March 2020 to july 2020) we received amount of 1921.43 as extra amount as previous meter reading is same in march to may bill.

Please look in the matter and resoveld it as soon ad possible so that i pay my correct electricity bill.

Generated excess electricity bill amount than total units consumed

Exceed amount of electricity bill has been generated than total consumed electricity againstthe k no.[protected]

Im queen chandaliya, 2 kh 6 hiran magri sector 11 udaipur rajasthan 313001. Electricity bill august 2020 is 2905/-. This amount is just double from any other pervious bills. June2020 - bill amount is 1416rs april 2020- bill amount is 1376rs, february 2020-bill amount is 1096rs.
Bill amount never excess more then[protected]rs.
This time, august 2020 we had received bill amount of rs2905.
Kindly check units...

I am bhagwanlal yhavraji, village: nayagaon, dist: udaipur, my house k number is:[protected]. My house is closed since december 2019 due to shifting and corona lockdown. But lightwill issued to me is for 150 unit for rs. 1006.00 for august, 40 units rs. 317.00 for june, 2020 and 4 unit for rs. 128 for april-20200.

You are requested to please look into the matter and refund my whole difference in next bills. As there is lockdown in kherwara, i am not able to sent written complaint to your office. I had talked to your office but he told to come personally at office which is not possible in this lockdown and corona period. I am 61 year old senior citizen and not able to meet personally to your good office.

I am shambhu dayal jangir s/o manak chand jangir, at& post ladnun dist. Nagour kno n.[[protected]]. Last month feb.& march bill rs 1547/- & april & may rs 1320/-but june & july rs 5048/-. My electrical bill very high rs 5048/-. My last bill is right but this bill is totaly wrong. So how consider rs 5048/-, am not satisfyd this bill so please check and send correct bill to me..

With reference to above subject i want to inform you that we always face issue with our bill. They put some extra charges by there own. They don't have the effective method to calculate the reading, by which poor can suffer by the extra charger. During this month bill they charged 920/- rupees as fixed charges. However, they have mentioned total unit use as 281 and according to that fixed charges is only inr 460/- (230*2) instead of inr 920....

Sir, electricity rate is too much higher. We are belong from middle class families. So we not afford is kind of rate. Please reduce electricity rates.

They put the charges as aanya always what is that aanya in the bill.
