I want to bring in your kind notice that the meter reading, taken on march 11, 2020 of the costumer (K no.[protected] 's current electricity bill, was read incorrect. The actual reading was around 4, 213 units but it was read as 4313 units. I am hereby attaching the meter's photo taken by the customer, on march 13, 2020 in which the reading shown is 4218 units, you can check it there.
So the amount written in the current bill of rs 1673 is wrong and therefore i want you to look into this matter and do the needful.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible and upload the correct amount in the bill.
I shall be highly obliged to you.

      Delivery of electricity bill just before due date (Delay by almost 25 days) with wrong reading (High) every time. No one noting the meter reading at the end of bill cycle.

      Now for the bill cycle from[protected] to[protected], units consumed are 159 and so the amount would be around rs 1000 /-. But today i received the bill through message showing the bill amount as rs 2530 /-.

      Please resolve this issue at earliest.

            Bill received over my mobile is showing higher amount and not having details of power consumption i. E. Meter reading.
            It is assuming that bill generated without meter reading.
            The said bill is more than previous bill.

                      Dear sir,
                      I vishv nath s/o chokha ram have electricity connection binder no./account no. 1502/ 0178, on 18/03/2020 employee on duty come to my home for my electricity disconnection due to no bill payment of march (No earlier communication was made by electricity office for bill payment) we requesting for wait as we agree for pay bill at the same time but he denied and ask for money for non disconnect the electricity connection, we not give money to him and the bill was paid by me at 09.12 am at the same time and show to the man on duty mr. Hajari (Line man) but he miss behaving and my electric meter was extirpate by the line man and say to come office for reconnection.
                      Then i was go to office (Aen o&m, khetri nagar) same time and give application for reconnection. A fees of 550₹ was paid by my receipt no.[protected] dated 18/03/2020. The receipt have details of fees as:-
                      1. Reconnection fees-200₹
                      2. Deposit recc. Agn. Burnt meter - 350₹
                      Dear sir as my meter is ok and in working condition (Not burnt), and the reason of disconnection is not submission of bill payment of march, then why this reconnection fees was submitted by me wrongly and forcefully. I was feels very looted.
                      So that dear sir please do something so that this type of corruption and misbehave not happens to the other customers. I hope you understand my problem im waiting for justice. Bill payment screenshot and reconnection fees receipt is enclosed.

                        हमारे आटा फैक्टरी है जिसके लिए हमने ११००० की लाइन का कनेक्शन के रखा है जोकि २४ घंटे का है पर ५-६ दिन से रोजाना लाइट २ से ३ घंटे बंद रहती है तो ऐसे तो हमारा धंधा नहीं चलेगा हमने इस कनेक्शन के ६ लाख रुपए खर्च किए है जिसका हमें कोई फायदा नहीं होता दिख रहा है।
                        और जब भी हम पास के ग्रिड में कॉल लगाते है तो बोला जाता है कि आगे से बंद है। और आगे गुलाबपुरा कॉल करते है तो वो कुछ बहाना बनाते है।

                            मेरा नाम देवप्रभा जोशी है| मैं पिछले 2 वर्षोँ से “220kv gss rrvpnl के पीछे, एकलिंगपुरा, उदयपुर” क्षेत्र की निवासी हूँ| इस क्षेत्र में बिजली संबंधित समस्याएं जैसे पॉवर फ्लक्चुएशन्स, बिजली कटौती, और बिजली बिल में गड़बड़ी जैसी बहुत अधिक हैं, जिसके लिए मैंने पहले भी कई बार शिकायत दर्ज करवायी है| किंतु संतुष्टिपूर्ण समाधान कभी नहीं हो पाया| बिना समस्या समाधान के ही बड़े अधिकारी समस्या का निवारण होना बता देते हैं| क्षेत्र में बिजली विभाग से कभी कोई चेक करने तक नहीं आता| कई बार पॉवर फ्लक्चुएशन्स की वजह से मेरे घर के उपकरण जल चुके हैं, जिनकी शिकायत करने पर कोई भरपाई होना तो दूर... अधिकारी तमीज़ से बात तक नहीं करते| जब ऑफिस जाकर complaint करते हैं, तो अधिकारियों का जवाब कुछ इस तरह होता है की सिर्फ एक व्यक्ति के आने से कुछ नहीं होगा, एक भीड़ लेकर आओ| इस प्रकार के जवाब सराहनीय नहीं है|
                            अब मेरी समस्या इतनी बढ़ गयी है की मेरा बिजली बिल फरवरी माह में पिछले 2 वर्षोँ की तुलना में 4 गुना अधिक आया है जो की मेरे घर के उपयोग के अनुसार बहुत अधिक है और इसे भर पाना मेरी क्षमता के बाहर है| मेरी एक मिडिल क्लास फैमिली है जिसमे हम 3 व्यक्ति रहते हैं, घर में कोई भी उपकरण या उपयोग की ऐसी वस्तु नहीं है की bill किसी भी प्रकार से इतना ज्यादा आये| ध्यान देने योग्य बात यह है की सर्दियों के दिन हैं जब पंखे तक नहीं चलते हैं| यह जाहिर सी बात है की पिछली शिकायतों का निवारण होना तो दूर, बड़े अधिकारियों ने क्षेत्र की समस्याओं को उजागर करने के एवज में मेरे ही बिल में गड़बड़ी कर दी|
                            यह विडंबना है की 2 साल में समस्या समाधान ना होने, और क्षेत्र के दुसरे निवासियों के जागरूक ना होने के कारण मुझे इसका लगातार सामना करना पड़ रहा है, जो की मानसिक तौर पर अब मेरे लिए असहनीय है| मेरी आर्थिक स्थिति ऐसी नहीं है की मैं इस ग़लत बिल का भुगतान कर सकूँ| मैंने जब इसके लिए दिनांक 13 फ़रवरी 2020 को avvnl, सेक्टर-4, हिरन मगरी, उदयपुर ऑफिस में शिकायत दर्ज करवायी तो पहले “aen, सेक्टर-4” ने मेरी शिकायत को मानने से ही मना कर दिया| लेकिन मेरे बार बार अनुरोध करने पर उन्होंने किसी लड़के “प्रेम मीणा” को भेजकर चेक करने का आश्वासन दिया| लेकिन वो लड़का भी 1 दिन बाद दिनांक 14 फ़रवरी 2020 को आया और उसने मीटर में फाल्ट होना स्वीकार करते हुए कहा की अगले दिन आकर मीटर बदलेगा| लेकिन आज दिनांक 15 फ़रवरी 2020 को सुबह 11 बजे इसी प्रेम मीणा ने आकर साफ़ कह दिया की “मैंने मीटर बदलने जैसी कोई बात नहीं कही थी, हमारे इधर से सब सही है, आपके घर की लाइन में फाल्ट है...|” जब मैंने कहा की आप एक बार आपका मीटर और लाइन चेक तो कीजिये और आपके अधिकारी को फ़ोन करो तो वो मुझसे और मेरी माताजी से बदतमीजी करने लगा और मेरी बात को बिना सुने ही अपनी गाड़ी लेकर भाग गया|
                            इसके बाद मैंने aen, सेक्टर-4, उदयपुर को फोन लगाया और उन्हें पूरी बात बताई तो उन्होंने भी यह कहकर पल्ला झाड़ लिया की “हम अपना काम कर रहे है, आप मत बताओ...हमें जरुरत लगेगी तो मीटर बदलेंगे|” जब मैंने कहा की इन सबमे हमारे पिछले bill का क्या होगा और आगे और बढ़ा हुआ bill आ जायेगा फिर हम क्या करेंगे तब भी उन्होंने मेरी समस्या को समझना तो दूर, बस प्रेम मीणा की साइड लेते हुए मेरा फ़ोन काट दिया| घर में मैं और मेरी माताजी ही अकेले रहते है दिन भर| अब किससे मदद की उम्मीद रखें अगर बड़े अधिकारी भी इस तरह का व्यव्हार करेंगे महिलाओ के साथ? मैं मानसिक और आर्थिक रूप से बहुत पीड़ित हूँ, मेरे लिए ये सब और सह पाना मुश्किल हो रहा है|
                            एक सामान्य बिजली उपभोक्ता होने के नाते समस्याओं को नज़रअंदाज करने की आपकी परंपरा से आगे बढ़कर, इस समस्या के निवारण के लिए आपसे सहयोग की अपेक्षा रखती हूँ| इस पर जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही करके उचित समाधान करवाने की अपील है|

                              I made the electricity bill payment of rs 5031on 24th jan 2020 via amazon pay.

                              The paytm team confirmed that the payment was successful on 24th jan and it will be updated on merchant site in 24 hours.

                              However the payment is not yet updated in the avvnl system and a late fees is also applied on my bill.

                              Please help to resolve this issue.

                                    On 31 dec 19 rs.329 bill was paid via bhim upi for k no[protected] but the transaction was declined from merchandise end but amount was debited from my account and on queries about transaction status amount refund will be done message was showing in transaction remarks column. Hence on 01 jan 2020 same bill was paid by google pay and that time transaction was successful. Now bhim upi also said that amount was transferred to merchandise account. Request resolve and refund extra amount.

                                    I have paid previous month bill two times by mistake and still the refund is pending.
                                    On contacting they(electricity officer) said it will be considered in next month bill but again I recieved a bill with pending amount . What should I do now??

                                        I see there is somebody stealing our electricity connection. I want to strictly check into this issue immediately.

                                        Again for this month as well, electricity bill is too high of Rs. 4799/-
