Sir,
I am customer of allahabad bank sonepur branch odisha. I am make payment against shopping on amazon rs-1299/-. On 10/03/2018. There some technical problems transaction is decline 3 times also amount deducted 3 times my a/c. Thats why i make payment through cash. Although 2 times refund and last one was not refund. I am also complaint but not clear response.

Please do my needs.

Because i want income tax filling. He says (Kewal balance update hoga. Passbook print nhi hoga kl aayeh). Then i go today he says (Nhi hoga agle month aayeh). The government new rule filing income tax before 31 march. I say this rule to upper senior member he says (Humko rule matt samjhaye nhi hoga mtlb nhi hoga). I was trying to pay my telephone bill online on 17th march 2018 at around 1 o'clock in the morning but the transaction failed 2-3 times. The company hasn't received any payment but rs. 228 has been deducted from my account. A similar problem took place a few months back and it was addressed to you by the same procedure. Please check your system and add back rs. 228 in my account.

Abhi 10/03/18 to 23/03/18 Tak bank balance ko Allahabad bank account me credit nahi kiya aur nahi koi massage diya ki paisa ka kiya hua aur paisa kab tak account me credit hoga.sir please bato ki paisa account me kab tak credit hoga.

Dear team,

I was transferring rs 25000 from my ubi a/c to my sbi a/c on 09/03/2018 while transferring the amount i correctly mentioned the account number [[protected]] but i forgot to select the bank name and the default bank [allahbad bank] was selected for quick funds transfer.

Therefore, the entire amount is transferred to allahbad bank account number [protected] and the amount is debited from my ubi a/c but is not credited to my sbi a/c.

The transaction number is 'trtr/[protected]/[protected]/one time im'

I will be thankful to you if you can please provide the status of the transaction so that i can proceed with reclaiming the said amount.

I have taken an education loan in 2010 from your bank, currently which is successfully repaid by me.
In the loan terms and conditions, it is mentioned that - if i repay the loan within the time then i would be eligible for 1% rebate but after successfully repaid the loan amount within the time i till now i don't receive the rebate as you're assured.
I have also submitted a complaint in your tollygunge branch mentioning that same but till now there is no action taken against this please let me know to whom i need to contact and how much time it will take to resolve.

[protected]) transaction to the ranchi railway recruitment board which of 500/-rs on ref no. Cpe2183164 through rupay card. Amidst the transaction i got a technical error message on my screen post entering the otp and the amount of 500.00 got deducted from my account but did not credit to the account.

When she went to the bank to take a new passbook, then the manager said will be copy of police complaint for the new passbook, then you will get a new passbook. I want to know you that rule is for all over bank or only your allahabad bank. You will only trouble the middle class. Day to day come to listen that, today malaya run away to take money and tomorrow modi gone and next day another person will run away and you will continue to shake hands. You did not have to hurt the heart. But that to say your system is bad.
So please give me clarification and to take action by branch.

I have debited 1000rs from allahabad bank atm, gachibowli, hyderabad,
Atm id-alw24741 on 31/01/2018, but didn't get money from atm, bt they deducted 1000rs from my account, i file a complained to my branch and ask to refund that money, bt they said send a application then we can refund your money within 10 days, i submited application, but it's more than 15days they still not refunder my money, please refund my deducted amount as soonas possible.
