    I had open a account in allahabad bank vide account no [protected] in 30th nov 2017. I had applied for net banking, atm card and cheque book facility in my opening form. Today i had visited my branch and surprised to know that till date no cheque book atm card and net banking net pin are avilable in branch. Yesterday the branch manager has asked to re submit application for the same.

        I am pension a/c holder of your bank having cbs a/c no. [protected]
        On 13/04/2018 i have visited your r. N collegee branch chouhatta hajipur for updating my passbook but the staff deputed there simply refused to do as i was not the reporting branch customer. When i asked for refusal he was yelled at me and other staff was simply encouraging his misdeed. I was shocked of the behave of your wards. He don't know even basic etiquttes of his job what your bank is giving to us such types of attitutes and misbehave and what you will do instead putting of customer code of conduct simply on paper.
        I am making this complain for some positive response from bank management to make your staff responsible for the meaning of cbs.
        Very sadistic approach for serving pensioners as well as senior citizens.

          Sir i want to take 500rs from atm then i went to go to the atm and swipe the allahabaad atm and enter the pincode and withdraw 500rs from saving accounts and i did not get the money but in my mobile number came to message and i read the message so wrote in message that your 500rs deduct from bank and fastly i went to guard and guard speak that 2, 3, days your money returned in bank but this is lie

              Dear sir, mam

              I got a call from allhabad bank from a guy and said my atm is blocked as i am not using it my past months and asked me my atm details and opt generated... After 6 times otp generated my amount balance got deducted and i got a msg from po.
              I have registered the fir in cyber crime police station bangalore.
              Pfa the copy of the transactions which got deducted and my application registered in the electronic city police station.

              I am very worried sir.

              Kindly help me out to refund my 32, 997 rs. I am very much frustrated sir.

                Sir, on 12.04.2018, 2.36pm i went to atm to withdraw money. This atm is one of pnb atm.
                First time i tried to withdraw rs5000 but at last it show that transaction failed. This atm id is n3386400. So i try second time to withdraw rs 4000, 2.40pm and it is success. This atm id is ap001601.
                But rs 9000 is debited from my account whether i get only rs 4000 in my hand.
                Please sir solve it and refund my extra rs5000 in my account.

                  On 12.04.2018, in the morning i visited allahabad bank, tilak nagar, new delhi - 110018. First of all, the bank staff came late. They are not paying attention to customer. They took their register first and take their counter cash and reconcile with register and got ready for the service of their customer at 10.30 a. M. What is the timing of the bank? We are in the line by 9.45 a. M. Were our time is not precious. We are also office going. I told to sh. Rajiv tiwari, bank manager, tilak nagar, new delhi. But he did not took this matter seriously. That is why i have to lodge this. Please pull up the staff for customer's sake. Please reply about the action which is taken by you for resolving this issue.

                      I tried to talk to coustumer care service but no one staff taking call. I think this bank has worst coustumer care service.
                      If someone lost his atm and want to call coustumer care for block this then what will he do, there is nothing respond.

                          On[protected] i opened a selfie account with all relevant documents and one account number [protected] was allotted to me with an advise to meet the nearest allahabad bank with photos and originals of pan and adhaar to get the account activated and collecting the account kit within 15 days. Accordingly i went and approached my nearest allahabad bank at midnapore and shown the account number for further necessary action. But midnapore branch account section denied to activate the account. And instead of giving proper guidance. I was asked to contact this counter that counter and so on. After getting this type of non co operation and harrassment, finally i had to return home without activation of the said account. I request to look into the system and take appropriate action into the case.

                                Myself rajib moran, a saving account holder of allahabad bank. I have submitted a cheque amounting rs 23437 at dibrugarh branch of assam on 29th march, 2018.                                       I am maintaning salary account no-[protected] in your branch - a-2 dda sheed okhla industral area, phase ii new delhi-110020 branch code - 210592.

                                      As per bank statement (Attached) today i have transferred amount of rs-15000/ vide imps mode to my sbi (M. M. T. D college ballia u. P-277001, branch code-10177) sb account no-[protected] but amount not credited in my sbi bank account (Statement enclosed) and amount debited from my allahabad bank account of rs-15000/=.
