Allahabad bank acharypuri sector 15 gurgaon ke employee or branch head farji work karte h or unko custmor se bat tak karne ki tamij nahi h kis trh se bat ki jati h. Unki services to bhot gandi h vo thik trh se kisi se bat tak nahi karte. Apne man marji se work karte h. Pta nahi ye govt unko kis bat ki salary deta h. Very bad services in allahabad bank.

Respected sir,

I am an account holder of allahbad bank (Acc no : [protected]). I was doing an imps transaction to the hdfc bank account : [protected] which is on the name of miss tanuja shukla of 5000 rs on 27/01/2018 through net banking. Amidst the transaction i got a technical error message on my screen post entering the otp and the amount of 5003.07 got deducted from my account but did not credit to the account: [protected].
It has been more than 5 working days but the amount has neither been deposited to the beneficiary holder's account nor has been credited back to my allahbad bank account.
Request you to look into the same.

Yesterday, 31st January 2018 around 10:10 at uttam nagar west, I was recharging my metro card from the customer service center, amount was 700. I entered the correct pin and Rs 700 got deducted from my bank account but the guy there said the transaction has failed and showed me the same on screen. I have been trying to reach customer care of allahabad bank for last 24 hours, but no one is picking my phone. Please look into this.

I transferred ₹25000 through imps today to my other bank account from my Allahabad a/c no [protected] to my SBI account [protected]
Money debited from my Allahabad bank account but not credited to my SBI account I made several call to customer care number but they didn't pick the call how to get my money back it is a very pathetic situation for me

Problem 1: it has a strange transaction with title "to transfer" (Debit of inr 150) but no additional info like transaction id or where the money went and i don't remember paying that sum anywhere because i rarely use allahabad bank.

Problem 2: i have never got a single sms from allahabad bank since ages but i still have to pay the sms charges.

I sent a mail to allahabad bank regarding this, they didn't reply. The phone system for banks is very convoluted and time consuming, so, i normally refrain myself from calling them. Please help me!

I have a saving account in allahabad bank and i have transferred rs 1000/- using imps (Ussd*99#) on 22th january 2018 at 2:00pm. Amount debited from a/c but not credited to recipient. I got message "server busy" and status shows as transaction initiated. I request you to refund the money into my account. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Dear sir,
Yesterday i was trying to send rs.3000 to one of my friend account through using mobile banking (Imps).
While sending money it took long time and after while it shows unable to process your request. But when i checked my account today morning rs.3000 was deducted from my account. I have already contacted my friend and checked his bank statement but no money has been credited in his account. I dont know where my money is.
Kindly help me.

This is a complaint regarding a issue which i faced yesterday evening at around 6pm when i went to withdraw money from my savings bank account of allahabad bank through debit card... I had 2019 rs.in my account and i reqd 1000rs but the transaction was declined in one of the atm.. I went on to the other atm and it happened the same... Everything was fine but suddenly i received two messages that amount has been withdrawn from respective atms.. But money was not dispensed from both atms... And now i have 19 rs account balance...
Plz investigate and do the needful...

Till now the amount is not credited by allahabad bank in to the epf account though the deduction from my account is already done. After showing 'transaction success' the net was silent and suddenly closed. Kindly take necessary action to transfer the amount as we have sent the printed receipt to the epf organisation already.

I used axis bank atm at 1st main cross, msr nagar, maithikere, bengaluru to withdraw amount of 3000 via atm card of allahabad bank but no cash was disbursed, withdrawal was refused due to power cut and there was an error in machine regarding withdrawal. But i received sms from the bank that the amount of 3000 has been debited from my savings account. Bank statement from atm showed me deduction of the aforesaid amount.

I am a subscriber of Allahabad bank at kalyani branch. This account holder name was Mr.Biswajit Roy and his account no is [protected].
Yesterday I and my brother went to the Allahabad Bank in Kalyani branch for hand over the branch from kalyani to halisahar branch. When I will go to submit an the application letter with the attach of Aaadhaar card and PAN card xerox to the Assistant Manager then the assistant manager told me that I will not be able to submit your application. but why sir? He replied me that where is the original Bank passbook and original Cheque book? and This is the most important. I told him that I did not bring any check book of Allahabad bank but I bring my Bank passbook of Allahabad bank.Will not be sir? He said that I can't do this..I said to the branch manager for this topic.He said the same clue.I was forced to leave the bank.
I wanted to know that after some time I and my brother went to the Bank of India in Kalyani branch for hand over the branch from kalyani to kanchrapara branch.They did not want original Bank passbook and original Cheque book.
After some time I am calling chief manager (Mr.K.V.N.MURTY) and his phone no is[protected]. but After listening to all the things, He told me to see. He could not do anything else.
Also I wanted to know that Whether to submit a bank passbook for hand over the branch? is it mandatary? Then why the two bank rules differently? and Why is the bank harassing customers?
If you think that I am lying Then you can check video footage.
I complaint against the branch manager .If you do not solve till now today then I will close my bank account and I will satisfy that Allahabad bank is a fraud bank.

Sir, on dt.[protected] from ashish kumar chaudhari behind lohta i use my atm card for withdrawal rs.500/- but i not received money from atm then i try again,
And then i try in other atm but i still not received money, but i have reduce money in my account rs.500/- which was i have not received. I have complaint in home branch.
But till date i have not received at all.

Please do needful as soon as possible.

My name is sayan bhuin. I have a s/b a/c in your burdwan br. (0047) no.[protected]. I issued a debit mandate form to canara robeco mutual fund for investment on 10/11/17. Canara robeco sent it to your bank for processing but it was rejected by bank due to drawer signature differs, mandate ref. No. Alla[protected].
This is totally wrong. I have withdrawn rs.1000/- through chq. No. 771940 on 30/11/17 from your burdwan br. From the same a/c with the. Same signature as with debit mandate form.
Then why debit mandate form has been rejected?
The burdwan br. Officials have no idea of such rejection.
Then who has rejected the same?
Pl. Rectify the mistake immediately.

Sir, i had transfer rs 25000 to acc no [protected] in date 2/12/2017 from all mobile app. But account holder is not received money and money is deducted from my account. I had already complaint to customer care and bank branch but not respond.
Please quickly resolve this matter and transfer my money to given account no or refund my money in my account.
