The amount of 30, 000 got deducted on 1st april 2018 from atm but amount was not withdrawal.

I tried to get the money from indian bank atm, kapashera branch, new delhi 37 and from icici bank atm, kapashera branch, new delhi 37.

I got the error display like service/request declined (Contact to your branch).

Also, i tried to get the balance information which was also not displayed there.

So, would appreciate if you help me and get the balance back to the bank account.

I am jayesh singh, a student who lives in hostel. I use allahabad bank's debit card. I have been noticing from months now that whenever i try to complete any online payment of any sort (Recharge, buying stuff online) i don't recieve the otp. I tried to contact the branch office which is a problem for me since i live away but didn't got any satisfactory answer. Neither the customer care is helpful.in this age it is a problem, kindly see to this please.

2 april ko mene atm se 500rs cash withdrawal kar raha tha but transaction server down ki wajah se failed bata diya uske 3 hours bad mere pas message aaya ki 500rs debit ho gye hai please mera amount return karo and very useless service customer care ka no kbhi nahi lagta please its humble request to give my money

I tried to withdraw an amount of rs 10000 with my allahabad bank atm card (Visa) on 01/04/2018 from an sbi atm. But it was shown 'transaction failed' without dispensing the cash. But the amount is deducted from account. (Even no sms regarding the deduction unlike usually does). The amount is not refunded till the time.

Dear sir/madam,

On 24th march 2018 your representative sh. Sudipta chandra visited our place and advised health check up executive packages. I made payment in advance of rs. 5000/- (Viz. Rs. 4250 charges for all test + rs. 750/- charges for stress test). Sh. Sudipta chandra advised me an appointment on 25th march 2018, 09:00am at healthspring koparkhairane unit.

I visited healthspring koparkhairane unit on 25th march 2018, 09:00am. They took my fasting blood samples, ecg and x-ray. After that the attending representative said that their some of the machines are not working therefore they are making me to get these test from other hospitals.

They dropped me at mega imaging hospital, navi mumbai.

At mega imaging hospital they used a already used bedsheet and a cloth which where lying in a corner of the room in very unhygienic condition and very dirty. Which may lead to infection then cure. The radiologist checked the level of visibility of my internal organs and advised to drink more water and wait for my some time. Then it is also advised that scanning from inside will also be done. On my inquiry the attendant said that scanning by insertion device will be done. I objected to such kind of inside scanning as it is neither advised by any any medical specialist nor i am having any health issue to which such kind of scanning required. To this i returned back to healthspring koparkhairane and informed sh. Sudipta chandra about poor and irresponsible services of healthspring koparkhairane & mega imaging hospital. I also informed him undernoted points being reason for not continuing with the services of healthspring koparkhairane unit and therefore, asked them to refund my payment:-

1. When healthspring koparkhairane unit is not equipped with sufficient infrastructure and machines are not working to conduct such kind of tests then why they approached us and scheduled for such tests. They must have clarified initially about their limitations about services. I have not approached healthspring koparkhairane unit at my own or forced healthspring koparkhairane unit to conduct such test for which healthspring koparkhairane unit is not fully equipped.

2. General convention is that if one hospital is sending a patient to other hospital then it is the responsibility of the sending hospital to inform the other hospital about the nature and purpose of the case being reffered to them. Healthspring koparkhairane unit must have informed mega imaging hospital that this is a routine checkup and not related to some specific purpose.

3. When it is said at mega imaging that scannig from inside is to be done then you must agree that scanning from inside can only be done if it is advised by physician/ gynecologists/ etc medical specialist doctor. And that too after discussing with the lady patient and especially if the lady patient is unmarried. Generally such kind of tests are not advised by doctors for unmarried lady patient. When in my case it was a normal routine health tests and not being advised by any medial specialist doctor then how can healthspring koparkhairane unit and mega imaging can take the decision to scan from inside.

4. Today representative from healthspring koparkhairane unit informed me over phone that mega imaging has provided them my sonography report. This is to our surprise that when my bladder was not full and radiologist suggested to drink more water and wait then how my sonography got completed and report generated. This means in addition to the poor services, baseless medical reports are also provided.

5. When i have raised my concern and complaint with sh. Sudipta chandra and healthspring koparkhairane unit management i have not received any response from them.in fact they are not attending calls from my number.

Why false commitments are being made?

Viewing the above issues, your are requested to refund me my payment of rs. 5000/-, at the earliest.

Sir i am a family pensioner of 80 years. My revised ppo no. Is [protected];previous ppo no. 0392/psb/10951 & [protected]; link bank allahabad bank, cppc lucknow; disbirsing bank allahabad bank lukerganj allahabad, sb a/c [protected]. My pension was revised by north central railway as per 6cpc on 9.12.2017 and sent to allahabad bank cppc lucknow and disbursing branch for further revision as per 7cpc with a copy to me for intimation. Nothing was done by bank. I sent email with attachment of ppo to allahabad bank z. O. Lucknow on jan 19, which was not even acknowledged. I approached allahabad bank z. O. Allahabad with necessary documents but nothing has happened till date. I am old frail and bed ridden and afraid that i will die before i get my revised pension.

I am a consumer in allahabad bank branch ghoramora state assam dist dibrugarh, sir with due respect i want to say that please look at their behaviour when you are taking interview of them because they are so rude to people even they don't know to behave to old people and even branch manager is not good please change the whole staff. If you all are not taking any action then i am going to write to our prime minister (N modi).

I am the consumer of allahabad bank of jhaljhalia branch malda, today i came here for reissue my passbook but there behaviour are not good and they are not giving us correct information. Staff saying that you have to submitted your old passbook for 1 day and then they will give you on another but when i talk to the manager he said that you give me and collect it at 4 p. M today itself. The staff are so rude and also not cooperative with me. They giving me so rude reply when i came at 3.30 to collect my passbook. Thanks for your poor and rude service.

Kisan credit card ki renewal file par signature kar diye hai usi ke beech mein ek blank withdrawal form bhi laga hua hey puspa many hastakshar karne se mana kar diya jis ke karan mujhe aath nau mahine se bank manager chakkar katta raha hai aur mera aaj tak kisan credit card renewal nahi kiya hai aap is par jakar over shakkar bhai karte huye kisan credit card renewal karane ki kripa kare

I went to your bank atm on 28/10/2017 to withdrawal 16000rs.in this transation my a/c is debtied by 16000rs but cash not dispense by atm machine.
After this i complained to allahabad bank situated at bombay motor jodhpur. Bank officer said to me your a/c is credited to same amount after one weak but my a/c is not credited and bank gave me a letter and said our bank atm was hit through your transation as per our cbs report.
I am not satisfied with bank response letter because i am not received cash thruogh atm. I also complained​ to your zonal office jaipur through phone call and email but no proper response given by them. Please see in my matter and paid my amount with rbi penalty rule.

With due respect i state that i nageshwar das of saving account holder in your branch. My account no. Is [protected]. On dated 12/01/2018 at 1730 hrs. I withdrawed rs. Seven thousand (Rs 7000) from atm of allahabad bank but my cash transaction was unsuccess. I informed to the branch about it through a application on dated 15/01/2018. I visited the branch personally & bank staff said your amount was withdrawen on this date. But i did not receive the money from the atm.
Therefore i request you to kindly take necessary action for the refund of my money and transfer to my account. Any confusion about this matter please check the cctv footage and see the reality.
For this i shall be thanks ful & obelized.

On 19 mar 18 i had done imps transaction (Via beneficiary management tab of imps) of rs 99000/- from my allahabad bank savings account to union bank of india saving ac no-[protected]

Screen displayed failed transaction and amount has neither credited in ubi account nor returned in my allahabad account.

Please refund my rs 99000/- to my allahabad bank savings account immediately for avoiding any legal issue on priority.

I am rabindra nath nayak resident of rautarapur, jajpur town, odisha, pin 755001 approached allahabad bank, mangalapur branch, jajpur, odisha (Alla0211024) for the educational loan of my daughter tapanwita nayak. Tapanwita nayak studies mbbs in a private institution named hi-tech medical college and hospital bhubaneswar, odisha and is in her 5th year. As part of her college fee, she got amount 1950000 sanctioned by the bank. She had received 1800000 and yet to get 150000. The amount had to be paid in the beginning of her 4th year and she did not receive it on time. Since then we have been approaching bank for the rest of the amount and not getting any proper response from the bank. I was told by the bank that i would be paying the interest on the whole amount i. E. 1950000.

Then i visited bhubaneswar main branch and i was told that the amount is withheld by the upper branch which is in mumbai. The answer varied in different occasion of my visit as i was told it was a mistake by the bank manager in mumbai and the amount is pending there. Once it gets released from there, they will be able to pay. Borrower (Tapanwita nayak) has approached the bank several times for releasing of final installment, but bank has miserably failed to release final installment and harassing the student borrower. The complaint is subjected to mental torture and harassment, as final installment was neither released nor is bank stating any possible reason for withholding and such regulation that permits them to withdraw the facility suddenly without any notice. Now she is not allowed to take her internal examination.
