Dear sir,

From last 2-3 week i was facing problem to withdraw cash via atm or by cheque & also on operating my net banking & mobile banking & when i consulted with bank person he advised me to update the kyc document on respective branch. On dt 18.11.17 i submit my kyc (Adahar card & pan card) to my branch but still i am unable to operate my net banking & mobile banking so i requested you pls update my kyc as per my below account detail.

    Respected sir
    My father diwakar chaudhary is a customer of your bank having account no.[protected] branch mahindwara in sitamarhi district. My elder brother amrendra kumar availed a education loan facility from your branch having account no. [protected] which is allready closed and we took noc from your branch against education loan. But in my father's saving account a hold of rs. 5000 credited by branch. And i requested branch manager to remove that hold of 5000. But branch manager is not intrested in resolving my problem.in this matter i had allready complained zionel office muzaffarpur on 13.11.2017 but no action has taken by the till date. My father is a farmer & our economic condition is not that good. Rs. 5000 is a huge amount for him.

    As your bank promise to provide better customer service to your customers but i m not satisfied your service. Then how can i maintain this account in your bank.
    Therefore i request you to kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible as my father is facing cash problem.

      We are holding joint saving bank account at allahabad bank elgin road barnch kolkata. We have updated our mobile number but it was deleted from allahabad bank detail.

      Now we have relocate from kolkata to hyderabad.

      Several time requested to elgin road branch to update the mobile number but they are insisting us to come to kolkata branch with physical application.

      From hyderabad to kolkata its not possible to visist the branch for mobile updations.

      Allahabad bank elgin road branch keep on harassing us.

        I had made 3 transactions on the 2nd of nov 2017 for purchase from an e-commerce site. First 2 transactions were claimed to be unsuccessful, but still those transactions amounting to rs.2440 and rs.2470 have been deducted from my account wrongfully and the money has yet not been refunded either. The e-commerce site has also been contacted and they are saying the bank never transferred them the money. So, kindly into this matter on a priority basis as this is all the cash i got now.

            My ac no is [protected]. 14th nov. 2017 at around 7:00 pm in the evening i tried to withdraw rs. 10000 from hdfc atm but transaction is failed money not withdraw and amount is bedited 10018 rs.

            I am facing lots of problam. I already try to customer care contact no but no response. I hope you will be solve my problam as soon as possible.

              This is to inform you that i have tried to purchase items amounting rs 1639.50 from big bazaar () future retail group) of g. T road, mahesh, shreerampur, hooghly, 712202 on 14/11/2017.
              Card got swiped for two times but both the time it has got declined.
              First time it was 1639.50 which got debited then refunded but second time rs 1640 got debited but not yet refunded.
              Please arrange to refund the same on an urgent basis

                    Rude behavior of manager, cashier and atm distributor.. After a long request and visiting 2 or 3 times they provide atm card.. Most public r illiterate so they take benefits. Only workers look at their watch, so they can leave asap. Previous manager was very helpful to peoples. At bank there's no ac though it's scorching summer.. My only request is to change bank manager, one lady cashier with very rude behavior, she always leave the bank earlier. Public is totally frustrated and they don't know where to complain. Atm distributor threat people and only say you can do anything if i don't provide you atm card, and on highly request give provide 2 -3 atm card a day. Please shift these three workers for benefits of allahabad bank and for the people.

                            I tried a transaction of 4k with allahabad bank's atm, the transaction was failed but the money is deducted without any notification on msg, i got the message after approx 6-hour later, i tried for customer care for two days on [protected] and [protected] before 10 am numbers are not in use, after that it gives me a message that customer care is busy and the call disconnected automatically.

                                I had swipe my debit card at sector 24 cng station at gandhinagar, gujarat on 02/11/2017 at evening time but while paying transaction failed in pos machine saying transaction unsuccessful. But the amount of 370rs was deducted from my account no [protected] and after that i called customer care but they told to wait for 24 hours to reverse the amount but still no money is credited in my account. Please help me out

                                  With due respect i, mr. Priyajit ray beg to state that yesterday (2/11/17) debited rs.14000.00 from my bank account as i swiped twice my debit card into state bank atm for cash rs 7000 and again rs.7000 respectively but no money received from sbi atm (Halishar branch) and then showing on atm monitor "unable to process the transaction". So today i went to nasra branch of allahabad bank to register my complain but manager said me casually to wait till 7 days for doing complain. I am not satisfied bank service & feeling helpless.

                                  Therefore i shall be highly obliged if have a look at this and do the needful action because i am facing lot of financial problems. I can give all supporting documents if required.

                                    Hello sir/ mam
                                    I debited cash from three different atm with my allahabad bank atm card but i didnt got the cash. When i cheacked my account status it showed the amount was debited but atm shows me unable to pŕoccess but i didnt get the cash. The amount and atm detail is below
                                    Sbi atm (Bhootnathroad, patna, bihar)-
                                    4000+3500+500=8000rs
                                    Andhra bank atm (Bhootnath road, patna)
                                    500rs
                                    Total amount =8500

                                    Therefore plz guide me how can i got the money back in my account.

I have already tried many times to contact to concerned helpline but so far no satisfactory response was given and my account has re-credited so far. please help me to resolve my problem by taking necessary action.
