Hi team,
On 21st sep17 i did transaction of amount 579 at srs shopping store gurgaon unfortunately it got declined but amount got deducted then i did another transaction which was success.

Please look into the matter and try to refund my amount asap as still we have not received yet.

I went to allahabad bank gurgaon branch but no one helping me there regarding the same.
So i thought this is the best possible way to raise my voice, please look into the matter and revert

    0n 2nd october, 5:45 pm (Around), i went to union bank atm near dussehra ground, premnagar, dehradun uttrakhand pin-248007. I swiped my card fill the required details and the amount rs 6000 and submitted. Then a slip came out written "transaction declined". After that i clicked the cancel button and went out. Just then received the msg saying rs 6000 is debited.

      I have done 2000 rs transaction at mobile shop through my debit card in atm swipe machine. Amount of 2000 has been deducted from my account but shopkeeper said he did not receive the amount in his account. Please reverse my amount as soon as possible in my account. Photo of statement has been attached below. Plz solve it. I am very scared becoz 2000 is very big amount for me.

        I have lodged a complain before. I had been transaction declined twice with my debit card in a bharat petroleum outlet. After this i paid cash.
        I recieved a sms which reversed one transaction and still shows one transaction done through card.
        Please kindly reverse / debit both the transactions.

          I charged my debit card for fuel at bharat petroleum outlet. The payment was declined in the payment machine. However, in my mini statement it shows that the amount has been withdrawn twice that I have punched my pin.
          I am clueless about how to proceed to reverse the payment. I am adding details, please look into the matter.

              Bank staffs are not good. if anyone asks something they started scolding by saying that if you don't know it is not our problem and other staffs also started supporting. in other banks tgere is no issue of number for depositing money but in this bank i stand in queue for half an hour and when my no. comes they said that you have to take number. I'll close my account in this bank. other banks are giving more facilities. i have worst experience in this bank

                On 21/09/2017, I tried paying an amount of Rs. 3667 twice(total Rs 7334) for an Order No. [protected] and Order No. [protected] using my Allahabad Rupay card. The payment failed and I got a message from Paytm that the money has been refunded to my bank today, i.e, on 23/09/2017. They have given me a reference number and asked me to contact my bank. I called the Allahabad Bank helpline number but got no response from there.The refund has not been reflected to my account. Please help me get back my money.

                  Maine 05/09/2017 ko apna a/c j - block saket n. D.- 110017 mein transfer karaya tha. Sir a/c transfer ho gaya jab main kai baar cheque book lene gaya bank manager ji ne kaha apke documents abhi bank se hamare pass nahi aaye isliye hum aapko koi bhi suvidha nahi de sakte. Phir kai baar main paschim bihar bank gaya vahan par bhi mujhse yeah keh diya gaya ab hamare yahan se apka a/c transfer ho chuka hai hum kuch bhi nahi kar sakte.
                  Sir is tarah se mujhe pareshan kiya ja raha hai aur mujhe cancelled cheque epf form ke saath laga kar jama karna hai.
                  Please sir meri prblm ko samajhiye aur meri prblm ko door kijiye aapki at i kirpa hogi. Thank you sir

                    Sir, i went to allahabad bank mehnajpur azamgarh branch on19/09/2017 to open a new account. At that place every employee behaves respectively with me but one of them talk to me rudely. L don't know his name but i recognize him.
                    So, i want to send a complaint message to the branch manager mehnajpur azamgarh (U. P) through your reference. And also want to you to take a bold decision about that employee.
                    I will come to branch whenever my presentation is necessary to recognize that employee.

                      I approached bank branch many times even my father, but there is no response from manager he kept ignoring me and said please come after a week or month. I have taken admission in amity university (Noida). The university has tie-up with allahabad bank that was the reason i have taken admission in that please help students like us for our bright future, as before you demanded me for the account details and branch so i am sending the details of my father's account kindly check this and please provide the loan asap.

                                I am kishore kumar basal from district mandla (M. P.) i have total 584 shares of allahabad bank. First i have purchased 500 shares and then second i purchased 84 shares of allahabad bank.


                                I have yet not received dividend warrant of year 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16 till date.

                                  I have just got my new RuPay debit card. I have withdrew cash to activate the card too. But whenever i try to use this card for online shopping, I don't get the OTP on my mobile, hence every time the transaction is failed. What to do? From15th sep to till now i have been trying, i restarted my phone, but still no OTP. There is even no option as "resend OTP".

                                    I was made a imps fund transfer in benificiery account ([protected]-pnb, kaushal kumar mishra) from my saving account ([protected]-allahabad bank, namita kumari) on date 14/09/2017, of rs. 49000.00 my money deducted during transaction but massage shown that transaction failed during process, money not credited to beneficiary account.
                                    Till now 15/09/2017 my money not returned back

                                    I also go to my allahabad bank home branch for the query of same but they told that go to pnb branch where beneficiery account maintained for query of same, how this possible sir, how pnb told me anything about this transaction,.
                                    I request you to kindly look into matter.

                                      As per the advice of senior manager of haldia branch, i applied for stop payment of rs. 300000/- against cheque no - 027231 on 24/08/2017 though i did not issue the said cheque to anybody. Still now the said cheque is intact with me in my chequebook which was shown to the senior manager of haldia branch also.
                                      A sum of rs.79 and rs.236 has been deducted as stop payment and cheque return charge respectively from my a/c no - [protected]. But i couldn't understand the fault of mine.
                                      However you are now requested to kindly take necessary action for refund of the deducted amount and oblige me.

                                        I have a saving (Salary) account in allahabad bank m. G. C. Compound lasudiya mori distt. Indore madhya pradesh 452008 & ifsc is alla0210983.
                                        I have open an account dated on 02/08/2017 & received a ready kit of atm. I have many times visit in the brach for atm activation, printed passbook & net banking also. Every time their staff check & update status of activation & told me, your card will be activate within 24 hour. And all staff behavior is very crucial & disappointed.
                                        Today (12/09/17) i am visit again for same concern & all staff is shouting me & told me, if you have a problem like this than please closed your account in our branch. We can not proceed for any type of service for you & we will not done any type of request in your account. Branch manger also misbehave with me. I observe same things with another customer, so
                                        Please look into the matter & suggest to every one for behavior.
