I, Ashwani Tyagi, account holder in allahabad bank of raja ka tajpur, bijnor, up west. My account got debited with ₹ 28, 834.00 on 4th May. When i made a complaint against the above mentioned matter to the respective bank manager then he accepted my complaint application but didn't gave any responsible response.
My a/c is [protected].

The above fact mentioned by me is true and it could be verified from the respective atm's cctv footage.

Bank balance without permission are debit
One call came yesterday and taking information after few hours debit my balance please refund the minimum amount
I'm a former and I am hard work doing Earn the money
I'm a poor man please my amount are the refund
Yesterday call on me and information take ex- debit card no etc
Because my father are not graduate that's on a work .
Please refund the amount

I ramji singh a customer of allahabad bank with ac no [protected] branch ballia uttar pradesh. On 8 april 2017 debited a cash rs 2000 at 9:21 am ne rly gorakhpur atm but cash not recieved and money debited from account. Still i not recieved my cash. I also lodge an online complain on 20 aprill but there is no any responce.
Please pay attention on this

My account no. is [protected] in Allahabad, when I was paying bill of connect broadband through online banking, my money had detected from my account but I got message from connect that bill is not paid.i tried to call Allahabad customer care, but lines busy all the time, please resolve this matter.i have sent male also to Allahabad customer care, but couldn't get any response please provide me the amount which had detected from my account

While doing transaction with atm of axis bank at shakarpur delhi-110092 my a/c is debitted by 3000 but transaction was not completed so don't get cash
my a/c is in bathnaha branch(510), sitamarhi bihar i have allready given many applications in branch also contact other branch but don't get any response
and even after contacting with branc i don't gate any help
so plese help me

Sir I'm adding money to pay tm wallet from my acc of Allahabad the Ammount of 3000. The Ammount was deducted from my acc n not received by paytm. I waited for 5 days but it was not refunded.
This is very bad I hav tried three time so three order no of paytm. I also contact to paytm they reply not come to any money so pless contact your bank ... so pless plezz help me

I have tried to add money in paytm wallet from my allahabad bank debit card on 25/12/2016.
I continuously tried 1500rs for 3 times. But every time money got debited from card but not credit to paytm wallet.
I have taken mail confirmation from paytm that no money is transferred to their account.
Since 01 jan 2017, i am continuously following up this matter with allahabad bank by following means:
1. Submit written request to allahabad bank branch (Dav sector 14 faridabad). But no response from bank branch.
2. Phone followup with zonal officer - ms lalita ramchandaran (#[protected]). She always says she will check but no resolution yet.
3. Online complaint register in website: https://www.allbankcare.in/alb1/APPS/cgrc/FRM_CUST_COMP.aspx

But on status check it says "no action taken yet!!"
I didn't get resolution from any of the above.

With due all request this is SHANU BASURI here informing you that an amount of 13, 000 had been deducted from my bank account while adding on the paytm wallet but couldn't add it and end up deduction the amount from the bank account. Hence I raised a complaint form regarding this issue on 8th march. I am really frustrated of this inconvenience by you people. Please see into this matter as soon as possible, though i am going through a very bad time.

I swipe my card of allahabad bank at naina sewa kendra petrol pump tid no is 1300 of bank of india pos machine but the transaction is failed. unfortunatly amount deducted from my account allahabad bank not refund my deducted amount in my account. failed transaction no is 618895 of rs 10000/- balance deducted from my account but not credited in parties account my mob no [protected]
allahabad bank provided very bad services please take an action against it.

For last one months missed call alert service is not working for generation of mini statement and balance query over mobile phone through sms although registering many times on given number in last few days from my registered number of bank. it is being noticed that after changing the branch it was not working but sms alert is being delivered after withdrawing from atm but unable to get any benefit from missed call alert service and it is very disappointing that trying many times to contact customer care number and many more readdresal number even with branch official falied to get any light on the situation and felt reluctent.

I am a joint account holder bank consumer (both are brother) of J.L.ROAD Branch Muzaffarpur. Our SB Account NO.is [protected]. Unfortunately second account holder (MD.ISLAM ANSARI) name vanish from system ( Passbook & cheque book). Although either or survivour facility has been available from begining of account. I contact branch several times but in vain. Account holder are 1. MD.KALAM ANSARI 2.MD. ISLAM ANSARI.

I would like to state that on Sunday the 02/04/2017, I have tried for ATM withdrawal from multiple ATM's with my activated Ru-Pay card, ending with "2217". Every times I have tried to withdraw from ATM's I am repeatedly getting initially prompt as 'Transaction declined' - 072 and then in IndusInd Bank as Invalid Tran or Account Code 055, and then again I checked it prompted 072 and after a while I tried to check the balance from the same ATM the balance was shown as Rs 202.82 with Response Code:000.and later I checked again my balance was getting deducted by Rs 6 and the last I checked was Rs. 196.82. Sir, on 30/03/2017 at 9pm, i went to atm to withdraw money. This atm is one of sbi atm.
First time i tried to withdraw rs10000 but at last it show that transaction failed. This atm id is ifbb[protected]. So i try second time to withdraw rs 10000 and it is success. This atm id is ifbb[protected].
But rs 20000 is debited from my account whether i get only rs 10000 in my hand.
Please sir solve it and refund my extra rs 10000 in my account.

I was adding money(₹472) to paytm wallet on 20th November. The money deducted by the bank but didn't settled with paytm. I asked paytm about the issue over social sites, they told that they didn't received any money from the bank. I went to bank and claimed to refund the amount but they refused as they didn't knew how to tackle these kind of problems. The bank is not even trying to solve the issue.

We have confirmed with your bank that Paytm has not received the amount Rs. 3000 under order id [protected].

Thus, would request you to kindly contact your bank directly.

I tried so many time at customer care no but it always busy very bad service never pick the call. After then I went to home branch they told me to write a application. I done n gav the application.they said wait for 7 working day but it was not credited then I again went after seven day n wrote another application but no response after then I again resubmitted application still no response.and now wat can I do that's why I contacting urs.plz sir help me in dis matter.

This is second note for u sir the bank official are not doing anything

I ordered a product from amazon on 21st January 2017 i had selected cod payment and at the time of delivery i did the payment by card but the transaction was canceled twice and then i had to pay it by cash but after that the money (twice the amount of the product) was deducted from my account. I have been calling to amazon and they had asked me to file a dispute in the bank and when i went to the bank they said they are not responsible for the refund and only amazon can refund the money back to me. Hence i was asked by the amazon to file the dispute again.
I hope you could help me to get my money back

That's why I resubmit it with atm no.

Today on 18-3-17 i went to the atm of id fkm8013. Txn no. 295630 where due to machines failure where machine showed all the activities but showed failure at the last i didn't receive the money but it was deducted from my account. I'm very tensed pls tell me the solution for it also pls see to the solution of the problem as early as possible so i can get my money back.
