Balance reduced but cash not received from ATM.
Dear Sir,
I am telling what happened with me on 8 Feb 2017 time between 7:00 - 8:00 PM ?
1. Sir I got salary on 07 Feb 2017 for Jan 2017 after that on 8 Feb 2017 Time : 7:30 PM visited at SBI ATM for cash withdraw.
2. first tried for 17 000 but ATM showing exceed amount after that tried 10, 000 then please wait your transaction is being processed after that cash not came on ATM slot and frequently home page came on ATM screen.
3 after that I talked ATM security guard then he told me Allahabad bank links problem . many only Allahabad customer complaint same problem today. so wait 24 hours post 24 hours if cash not come then visit branch.
4. finally cash not come then I visited branch on 10 Feb 2017 give application about problem. branch person accepts application and told me that we will mark mail to concern person on coming Monday (13 Feb 2017).
5. 5 days has been passed but not get any positive response.

    Hello sir,
    Myself Y.Murthy raju and I am holding a savings account in allahabad bank at NIT Patna branch with the following one's:
    A/c No:[protected]
    Atm card no:[protected]
    Mobile No:[protected]
    Date of Incident:11/02/2017.
    Yesterday evening i went to sbi atm, located at NIT more, Ashok Raj Path(Patna) for cash withdrawl of Rs.300.00 and i tried it twice but due to access denied i didn't received any amount from atm for my 2 attempts but after few minutes I received a message to my registered number ([protected]) that Rs.600.00 was deducted from my account .Also i went to HDFC & ICICI atm's, located at mahendhru(Patna) and sbi atm, located at NIT Patna for cash withdrawl of Rs.100.00 but due to access denied i didn't received any amount from atm but after few minutes i received a message to my registered number([protected]) that Rs.100.00 was deducted from my account but I don't know in which atm it was debited.Totally Rs.700.00 was debited from my account.I didn't understand why my account is debited when i didn't received any amount.
    So I kindly requesting you to please refund my amount into my account which was wrongly debited due to access denied.
    Allahabad Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My a/c no. [protected]. I swipe my atm card at good bakery lucknow on 07 january 2017 for an amount of rupees. 1021 and rs. 1021 twice (total amount rupees. 2042) but swipe machine shows error and then i paid cash on that bakery. Even i have send mail to my branch in Jagadhary (Haryana)But till date i have not received my money back.

      Dear sir/madam I krishna Bahadur Savita having an a/c in Allahabad Bank Chakeri kanpur. My a/c No. is [protected].I tried to withdraw 9000(Nine thousand)rupees my a/c from IndusBankATM at MallRoad kanpur .I could not received cash.But when I checked my balance9000(Nine thousand)rupees were deducted from my a/c and still it is not refunded in my a/c.I request you kindly do needful.

        With reference to my savings bank account number [protected] with your branch, I regret to inform you that on the evening of 11/02/2017 I tried to withdraw Rs. 9000 (nine thousand) cash from Punjab National Bank ATM located at Airport Road, Near RKD[censored]niversity, Abbas Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462033 but it was a failed transaction with no cash dispensed from the machine. Later, I received an SMS text pertaining to my account getting debited of the same amount (9000 Rs) even when no cash was dispensed from the ATM. I furnish here below the details for your information so as to enable you to re-credit the amount to my account:

          Sir,

          Yesterday evening i went to pnb atm, located at kanhiya nagar metro station (Delhi) for cash withdrawl but due to server problem i didn't received any amount but after few minutes i received a message of my registered number ([protected]) of debited of rs.4000.00.
          I didn't understand why my account is debited whwn i didn't received any amount. I requested you to please refund my amount into my account which was wrongly debited due to server problem.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I Gaurav Uddhavrao Valsange having an a/c in Allahabad bank, Jawalga tal. Deoni Dist. Latur 413519 and the a/c no. is [protected]. When I tried to withdraw 7000 Rupees from my a/c on 08/02/2017 around 8:03 pm from Axis bank atm near by atul nagar Warje Pune I could not received cash and I received transaction receipt which shows Transaction declined unable to process, then I tried two-three times more for withdraw but cash not received. But when I checked my balance from the atm 7000 (seven thousand) rupees deducted from my account and still it is not refunded in my a/c.

              I have account in Jagatpur branch of allahabad bank from last 6 yeqrs i always maintains balance of minimum 10K . But still bank is not providing me ATM card ..i was trying every month to get it.Even the bank manager is also not helping . when i have complaint about him he said do what ever you want to do nothing will happen to me.. This attitude of the employee is the main issue why this bank have worst banking services and most worst bank. Now i have decided to shift my account to other bank. please everyone don't open your account in this bank as it is the worst bank with worst banking services.

                        yesterday (08/02/2017: 07:52PM) i went to SBI ATM near by patliputra Patna and try to withdraw of 10, 000 . please wait your transaction is being processed but amount not out then got debit sms on mobile after that next day visit Allahabad bank branch and discussed problem . bank told me wait 24 hour after that not get reverse amount then write a application. this is my salary account of kolkata branch and am doing job in patna location . will accept my application request at Patna branch if did not get reverse amount after wait 24 hours??

Sir I was making payment of 3000 Rs through my ATM card to KAKA H D MENS, AMBEDKAR NAGAR 224122 ON 6 DEC 2016. Sir 3000 Rs debited from my account but msg shows me transiction failed and money is not transfered in the shopkeper's account account, and monrey still not credited in my account. I complained in my branch but they did not take any action on my complain.

                                        Or sab bank ka money refund 5 to 7 working day me ho jata hi asi koi problams nahi hoti jaise allahabad bank me ho rahi hi muje
