I am Rashid khan from Town Bugrasi, Diatrict Bulandshahr. We have only two banks in my town in which one is of Allahabad Bank. Today it was close with out any reason & whole town peoples & meet by villagers are facing lot of problems as the bank officials are not distributing cash as per the RBI guidelines. They are giving the cash to those people who are paying them commissions are those coming through middle men by paying them some money. Please look into this matter as we all are facing lot od deficulties.

Myself shriyanshi singh, my grandpa is retired honorary captain, went to the bank in u. P (Tehsil-sadar, disrict - azamgarh jahanaganj branch) there manager used bad words and denied to provide service. I want to file a case against him. My grandpa is honoured man your employee hurt s his dignity. I will do rti & further action if no action will be taken

Dear sir I want to open an account in pradhan mantra Jandhan yojna.in your kios lalitpur branch code is 681.but he is told me he want 200 hundreds rupees. 100 to account and 100 for service charge.i told him service charge not apply for this account.then he suggests for me for me.he is not open my account. And I go to another bank branch.now what I do.

I have sb a/c no. [protected] with your barabanki branch and at the time of opening of account atm card no. [protected] was issued to me with validity up to june 2019. Since issuance i have not used the said card, but now i have used it first time on test basis for online transaction but could not succeed.

Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

I have applied for Cheque book on 05.11.16 at Allahabad Bank, Bowbazar Street branch. My A/C no. is [protected]. But did not receive the same till 12.12.2016. I am a pension holder aged 80 years. My name is Mira Sarkar. I cannot attend the bank because it is too far from my home at Belghoria. My son has deposited the slip for Cheque book request at the bank. This pension is my only way of living. So please do the needful so that I can get my cheque book.

Description:
One of the staff (Perhaps the messenger/lower class employee) refused to entry the bank at 1:58 pm by stating that the bank is closed from 2-3:00 pm as lunch hour. But when i stated that i am a old customer of the bank and will close my account, then some other employee came and said now it is 2 o clock and the bank will reopen at 2:30 pm.
My complain is that what is the right time of the bank and the person who is in charge of closing door, why not be punished for closing the bank before time and for his ridiculous behavior?

I have approached the branch to have my bank passbook updation.
I was asked to come after 3.30 Pm to get the updated bank statement in a rude manner. I asked the staff is there any display mentioned about the particular service to be availed on particular time. I was rudely treated by the staff in the branch. They are showing the reason of crowd entered into the branch to withdraw and deposits. The branch customers are asked to enter the branch after 10.15AM only. Crowd was not even 12 members at the time.
If a customer treated like this will makes the brand image down.

Myself Sachin gupta form Gurdaspur. I have current acc with your bank. Now days there are a problem of cash. Sir on dated 19/11/2016 I visited your Gurdaspur(Punjab ) branch for cash through check then they told me only 5000/ rs cash is given to you. i agree for that because i need some urgent cash sir current account limit cash is 50, 000/ in a week . Today dated 21/11/2016 when i visited the bank then i stand near about 2 hr outside the bank the bank workers enters only 10 to 15 customer to the office and rest were standing outside the bank they take the photograph for their smoothly work but when I enter to your bank after waiting long hours . I ask for cash though check the they told me only 5000/rs is given to you I said I want 10, 000/ rs because I am current account holder and my limit is 50, 000/ rs per week as per the RBI guidelines. There is no rule you give only 5000/rs every day . then bank manager uses very abuse language with me and ask go outside I did not gave you any cash go and complaint against me to anyone I don’t care. Sir plz tell me how much cash given to every customer for each day is there any restriction only 5000/ cash is given to customer. I think they uses the enough cash given to their known customer. Plz make it sure if they did not do their duty properly take some necessary action for their employ. Again I request you assure me the work is done properly and according to the instruction given by your higher authority otherwise I go for the consumer court and also ask you though RTI for detail of the last 10 to 12 days working .

I am tulsi das gupta my 4cheak are bounce and your employees do not infom to any of my address or phone numbers, and this problem is begain from 13 of nov 2016 and they have also closed my account, before 13nov2016 my account was open and i have deposited Rs20000 on 10nov2016 and they don't inform to me after my cheak are bounce so help me

I went to an atm and because of lack of 1000 rs note my transition is declined but at the same time I got the mg that 1000 rs had been cuted from my account while me transition is declined . please help me out from this n I have all the proof of declination. And the atm where i visit is hdfc bank. And I want to know how can my money be back or otherwise I will file a report against it

My father done a rtgs on 12.11.16 fromallahbad bank benachity branch, westbengal durgapur bur still its not credited on the benificiary account as my father is a senior citizen every day he has to visit the branch for the status and the neft no which they provided its not correct please do the needfull as i am also a banker i will go to ombursement and i will ask for the penalty.

Dear Sir,

Sub: Physical possession not given to the E-Auction purchaser of two immovable Properties.

I regret to inform you that I have purchased the following two immovable properties on 12.5.16 by making full payment and obtained Sale Certificates from your Allahabad Bank, Nadesar Branch, Varanasi/221 002 (U.P.) but their physical possession is not yet given to me :-

1) Mauza Govindpura, Chowk, Varanasi.

2) Mauza Chhataripur, Shivpur, Varanasi.

Inspite of my several requests to provide me physical possession of the said properties, the bank ultimately informed me that the matter had been forwarded to the District Magistrate, Varanasi while I have purchased the properties based on bank’s declaration in local newspapers that the said properties had already been under their possession.

Please be noted that I have been put into great financial loss due to over delay in taking physical possession as I am paying huge interest to the bank on loan. Hence please let me have your comment as to why I should be penalized and harassed and there is still not definite as to what extent of period would be taken by the Bank to hand over the physical possession to me.

I am enclosing herewith the full correspondence for ready reference with request to kindly look into the matter on priority basis and arrange to provide me the physical possession of the above properties without delay so that I can solve my monetary problems without loss.

Mrs Dipali Chatterjee aged 90 years visited Allahabad Bank Laskarpur Branch as usual on 04/11/2016 for withdrawing her pension from A/c no [protected]. She had been doing this for last many years.

She was refused payment on the ground that "PHOTO DOES NOT MATCH" although the signature was in order. Branch head exhibited his arrogance and refused to listen to her.

A complaint was lodged with Allahabad Bank vide no ALBCARE20334 on 04/11/2016 which was closed on 05/11/2016 without redressal.

I tried withdrawing money from a corporation bank atm at purnea, bhattabazar, bihar... (854301)... Transaction was failed instead my 6000 rs... Were deducted from my savings account... My account branch is in nagpur, higna road (440019)... The transaction was processed on 29th of october'16 at 1:48 pm...

Dear sir,
I have lost my allahabad bank debit card, but i am absolutely stunned at the lack of customer service of the bank.
The toll free number is alaways busy, so i could not even contact them.
There is no proper email address given for registering complaints.
Such a lack of professionalism, is very disturbing. instaed customers get harassed by this attitude.

What is the use of keeping open the bank, when they cannot serve during emergency.
What if the card fall on wrong hands, and my hard earned money gets lost.? who will be responsible?
This is for all customers to know, that this bank cannot service properly.

We are issuing allahabad bank ca & od cheques to our vendors and in many a occasion, the same cheque is getting bounced without any proper understandable reason. This is happening with multiple bank and multiple branches for multiple vendors. The concerned branch manager (Nager bazar, kolkata, west bengal) is avoiding his ownership and asking to collect and submit the memo issued by them to different banks/branches. He can understand the problem after that.
This is quit crazy to move around the banks and branches to collect those papers leaving our job aside. And after all, this is not our responsibility.
Unnecessarily, we are burning our face to the vendors.
