Sir I'm adding money to pay tm wallet from my acc of Allahabad the Ammount of 3000. The Ammount was deducted from my acc n not received by paytm. I waited for 48 hrs but it was not refunded.
This is very bad I hav tried three time so three order no of paytm. I also contact to paytm they reply me

We have confirmed with your bank that Paytm has not received the amount Rs. 3000 under order id [protected].

Thus, would request you to kindly contact your bank directly.

I tried so many time at customer care no but it always busy very bad service never pick the call. After then I went to home branch they told me to write a application. I done n gav the application.they said wait for 7 working day but it was not credited then I again went after seven day n wrote another application but no response after then I again resubmitted application still no response.and now wat can I do that's why I contacting urs.plz sir help me in dis matter.

    Hello we are Pagaria Marbles and Ceramic an current acount holder of Allahabad bank with account number [protected] branch madhotal. The manager here behaves very rudely, whenever we apply for account statement he says to come later; also it has been three months since when i have applied for online services but still they have misplaced the form and he tells us to refill the form
    whenever we ask about it. The previous manager was very good. We do transactions daily in your bank and have an yearly turnover of above 1.5 crores . I have also opened two another current account through my reference in your bank.If this continues then i am sorry to say that i have to close all accounts . The manager when i said to him about closing my accounts he rudely says that he doesnt care .
    I believe that some positive reply i will get after filling this complaint.

      I suffered trouble for more than a week because i am not getting any otp from my bank, i. E. Alahabad bank, karimganj branch, assam. Now the condition is that i can not even open my self account of net banking system on internet on the cause of not receiving the otp and also can not transfer money for any purpose for the same. But when i physically go two times to the bank & tell the bank stuff about the happenings they replied me that it will be ok in maximum of two days. The two times i go and they reply me the same. But, till today i suffering the same trouble.

          I have one account in allahabad bank during my school time in purbasthali branch (Ifsc-alla0210514). But after 3 years i closed the account and move on to other place. Now in last month i opened an account in santipur branch. They opened the account but all the details changed to the previous branch, base branch changed to the previous one. Even my cell no is showing 8years old. Now i am not able to open internet banking service. And purbasthali branch is not helping me to do this. They r harassing me& there behaviour also not customer oriented.
          I already closed the account, so why should i visit again & again in that branch.
          So suggest me how to change the base branch.

          I have one account in Allahabad bank during my school time in Purbasthali branch(ifsc-ALLA0210514).But after 3 years I closed the account and move on to other place.               On 4-3-17 evening I tried to withdraw rs4000 from Allahabad ATM BHEL Bhopal. But I didn't get the money and on the screen 'transaction timed out' this message was displayed. After that immediately when I check the balance I got a blank receipt and on the screen the above same message was displayed. But after 10 minutes I got the message that the amount was debited from my account. Sir it is a humble request to do the needful for my problem

                      On 22 Jan 2017 i widthdrawn by two transactions ( rs 4500+ rs 4500 )=and received total rs.9000 from State Bank of Patiala near Ishwarpuri Colony, sector-12 Indira Nagar Lucknow. After debiting rs. 9000 my balance message also received by me.At the same time my balance was Rs.1, 03, 148. But after few minutes i again received a message of debiting rs.10, 000 which i neither debited nor received such amount. And at that time my remaining balance was Rs. 97, 648 as per the balance message which i received.Instead of this balance my balance must be Rs.1, 03, 148 and not Rs.97, 648.
                      In this way, difference is rs1, 03, 148 - rs.97, 648= rs.5, 500 which i have not received till now.
                      Those days on 22jan, as per rules the limit of debiting from atm was rs. 10, 000. Then How is it possible that the money can be withdrawn rs.10000 again on the same day after few minutes when i have already debited and recevied rs.9000.
                      My difference is coming rs. 5, 500 which i have not received till now after doing many complaints but no results. Kindly, sew after my problem.
                      My bank is Allahabad Bank, Lalbagh branch, Sitapur, U.P.and Account no. Is [protected]. And my Rupay ATM card no. Is [protected].

                          सर मैंने अपने Pay t m अकाउंट ([protected]) से 700/-रूपए किसी दूसरे पीतम अकाउंट ([protected]) में ट्रांसफर किया तो नहीं गया.
                          फिर मैंने दुबारा 700/- रूपए उसी अकाउंट में ट्रांसफर किया फिर भी नहीं गया.
                          फिर मैंने 500/- रूपए ट्रांसफर किया तो चला गया और साथ ही मैंने 200/- रूपए ट्रांसफर किया वो भी चला गया .
                          अब मैंने अपना अकाउंट चेक किया तो टोटल 2100/- रूपए कट चुके थे जिस में से 500/- और 200/- उस के अकाउंट में जा चूका था और कुछ घंटे बाद 700/- रूपए रिफंड ho गया और 700/- रूपए अभी तक रिफंड नही हुआ है क्यों ?

                            Home branch (Bank Personal) totally ignore the matter. They could not any help or suggations. After long request, they give us only bank statement. They said this is not our subject. they only suggest to go Cyber crime office. How to go, where to go, what is text step nothing help from bank.

                            It is strongly recommended to u that, do not share your personal bank details and card details in public website like this. Also it is requested to you that, you can put a mail to the higher officials of particular bank with proper record. That they can react as soon as possible.

                                We have an account in Allahabad Bank (IFSC Code :ALLA0210155) my saving account No:[protected], we are inform you that my account deducted balance Rs.15991 date is11/01/2017 from my account but did not add on Paytm Wallet .

                                I have to say with sorrow that I had to put twenty-five days we are going in the Allahabad Bank, the bank's employee are contact with the back-office but there are no solution
                                Whenever we put the call on hold, then 40-45 minutes after disconnect without solve my query
                                We love that it is unhappy with Allahabad Bank’s back office.

                                Last mail by Paytm care that We would like to inform you that your transaction of add money to wallet against order id- [protected] was declined by your bank . we did not get any amount from your bank. For further assistance please contact to your bank.

                                    I went to the bank (Allahabad bank in najafgarh branch) they behave (Bank employee) like an ametures. They don't want to hear your questions. They don't speak to their customers with frankly. They usually speak in rudely manner. They don't want to solve their customers problems. They don't consider that this is her duty to solve their customers problems. I have a very bad experience in allahabad bank (Najafgarh branch, new delhi). Actually i have a query about atm card and then i asked how much time you want to solve my query and the lady (Bank employee) said in a rudely manar 6-7 hour and get lost (In hindi they said "6-7 gante lagenge bait ja ya nikal ja in a rudely manar. I felt so bad. And then i think this is the banking system of india. This is my worst experience in allahabad bank (Najafgarh branch, new delhi-110043).
                                    Actually i am very disappointed with that type of service. Actually most of bank employees (90%) are good they solve their customers problems. But rest of them (10%) are # #..
                                    Orry to say but i can't expect that type of service in banks.

                                      We have an account your branch my saving account No:[protected], we are inform you that my account deducted balance Rs.15991 date is11/01/2017 from my account but did not add on Paytm Wallet, Please find the attachment and seen my Paytm screen shot every process failed.

                                      I have to say with sorrow that I had to put your bank employee fifteen days before the application But there are no solution

                                      Last mail by Paytm care that We would like to inform you that your transaction of add money to wallet against order id- [protected] was declined by your bank . we did not get any amount from your bank. For further assistance please contact to your bank.

                                      Please take out a solution so please get back to me my money. Thank You………

                                        1- After[protected], On[protected] from ATM I withdrawn rs 4500+4500= 9000 from state bank of patiala near sector-8 Indira Nagar Lucknow and i received rs.9000. But, after receiving rs.9000, my total remaining balance which shown to me was rs. 5500 less.which i didn't withdrawn. and this amount is not refunded till now.
                                        2- Again on 6-2-2017, i withdrawn rs. 10000 from SBI atm( JWALA HOSPITAL BRANCH ) sector-12I ndira Nagar LKO which i received it and message also was delivered to me of this amount. But after few munutes i received another message of debiting amount rs.8000 which i didn't withdrwan.and this amount is also not refunded till now. And account statement if bank is showing wrong information.
                                        Branch manager of Sitapur Branch is behaving rudely and not looking after my problem.i am very disappointed.
                                        Please its my request to look after my problem as soon as possible so that i could get my money of 22 jan rs.5500 and 6 feb rs.8000. Kindly calculate the amount balance since[protected]. My account no. Is [protected] Allahabad bank branch- lalbagh sitapur.
