Hi,

I am here to make a complaint against the allahabad bank branch (Faithfulganj. Kanpur).

I lost my user id for my net banking. So, i asked bank manager to please provide me a new one, but he abused and never given any response.

So, i called on toll free no. Which was given on the website, that executive was also helpless and no solution was given from last 30 days.

If you all are just hanging around and good for nothing so please let me know so that i can go ahead to consumer forum and give you all a proper treatment.

      I, Amaresh Sarkar(Mobile-[protected]) from Konnagar, West Bengal had lodged an online complaint (ALBCARE17392) on 20th May 2016 against the rude behavior of CM of Allahabad Bank in Konnagar.

      No doubt Allahabad Bank is one of the reputed Nationalized Bank and because of this reputation my parents have their account activated with this bank. For such a good reputation, we(I and my wife) went to Konnagar Branch of Allahabad Bank for education loan as my parent advised me and so my Management College too. We waited for almost 1 hour in front of CM's office as he was busy with his work. My wife just entered his cabin to ask about the loan then he said yes they give loan and asked her to wait outside. As we were waiting outside, another client/customer came and went inside the cabin as soon as manager finished with his work with other client. The Manager asked them to sit in his cabin in spite o[censored]s standing outside and waiting for long. On seeing this my wife entered the cabin and asked CM that since we were waiting so long it was our turn, to this CM replied that ~ if you don't have 5 minute to wait then you can leave. He is not bound to give us loan and neither it is possible for him to follow so many rules(regarding the queue outside his cabin). My wife said that we need the loan to which he said that there are other banks too who gives loan, he is not the only one who gives loan. After that my wife came out of his cabin and we again waited for him to finish up with his client. After he is done, I entered his cabin and as I said I need education loan, the CM simply denied on my face that "We don't give education loan", he didn't even bothered to hear anything after that. After this we lodged a complain against his rude and unprofessional behavior. If you don't believe then I will pray your good self to have a look at your CCTV footage.

      We may belong to a average middle class family and may look like very invaluable customer to you but I, my mother, wife and brother works in a reputed firm as you. We all know how to deal with our customer/client and I think when an Institution who provides service to the customer/client behaves indifferently with their client based on their face value or whatever shouldn't be approached for any services.

      Today CM indeed called us to know what is the reason behind the complaint and asked to visit the Bank again to carry out the education loan but we don't want to waste his valuable time neither wanted us to get humiliated. We have already approached other bank for the loan and don't wish to carry out any services with you.

      I will appreciate that at least our complaint has some value and the action was taken but I learned a greatest lesson from you and would never ever approach for any kind of service from your bank.

                I have used my atm card on 17/03/2016 at about6:00pm to debit Rs 1500 at Allahabad atm machine, the process start but cash doesn't came from machine and slip came out that you have debited through 1500.

                Then I again use it for 1500 but this time also money does not came. But slip again came that 1500 deducted.

                Then I go to Allahabad bank and told him every thing the manager said you can use another atm machine to debit and also said to write a complain to your home branch for that.

                As I was urgent require of money so I go to canera bank atm machine and debit 1500 this time the money came.

                After all at 6:50 pm I got an sms that you have credited through 1500.

                But I haven't still got the 2nd refund of 1500.

                I also write a complain and submit it to my home branch they said that your money will be credited to you within 7 days
                After 7 days I still not credited so I again go to bank now they told me to wait for more days.

                Now Today after 1 month I again go to bank but they again told to me to wait.

                They are just kidding me, as I am a student.

                Kindly please help me and plese credit my remaining 1500 rupees.

Shanti Trigun would like to draw your attention towards this issue of Ignorant, Careless, Lacklustre response in dealing with the customers who all have the savings account at the Branch of Rajpur with Address Rajpur P.O. Hitwa Rajpur, Dist-Buxar-802122.

                  Reason why I am stating this is shared below. My mother's Pension Savings account is [protected]

                  Her debit card got expired in the month of February 2016 in the 1st week itself and on last week of February dated 23-Feb-16 she requested to issue her a debit card by visiting the branch they said they do not have it ?
                  This incident happened when my mother who is a respected senior citizen traveled down and covered a long distance to reach the branch from Kolkata to Bihar

                  She asked them to issue a cheque book to me they said they do not have it .

                  She wanted to deposit an application for these requests but they refused to accept it and provide a receipt of acceptance

                  My question is if they do not have these basic serviceable items with them then why the branch is not getting closed ?

                  Why the public is being invited to run from one pole to another pole .

                  Kindly look into it asap as till now no one from this respective branch has called me and shared my Debit Card and the PIN Code .

                  I will be forced to take this public media and raise this to the highest level if my appeal at this forum is not heard and taken seriously .

                  If at any point of time you feel that this is a story and not a fact I may submit her requested letter signed and scanned for your better and clear understanding.

I would like to bring it to your notice that I have using my current account with your bank since many years and have been an honest account holder with regular and sincere transactions from my account. We issued few cheques on our business transactions, and we are maintaining proper balance in our bank account, but from few days our cheques ware returned from bank, and mentioned reason insufficient funds in account. But it’s not true I am maintaining proper sufficient funds in my account for business transactions. In same way our 4(Four) cheques ware bounced and charges also deducted from our account. On the same issue we discussed with your bank staff to rectify and clear those cheques and return my funds which deducted as penalty, with proper clarification for bank internal issues, but they didn’t responded properly and couldn’t able to clarify and clear this issue. So I request your team, kindly investigate into the matter and do the necessary to solve the inconvenience I faced due to the return of cheque with no explanation.                               Hi, I am a retired Railway employee and has a pension account in central park, Jadavpur, Kolkata with account no - [protected]. Recently I got shifted to Hyderabad as I am undergoing kidney dialysis in South Central Railway Hospital, Secunderabad. Now as I do not have an ATM/Check book, I am unable to takeout my pension. So I placed a request in the TOLLYCHOWKI, Hyderabad bank to get my account transferred here in tollychowki barnach where I submitted my life certificate also. As per the discussion I had with the central park branch I submitted my PPO Xerox copy, Savings book copy, Hyderabad residential proof, PAN Card and an application stating the reason of account transfer. But after waiting for several days also I am unable to get my account transferred, neither any update on this.                                     Hello, I have Bank account in Allahabad bank and my account number is [protected] .. in Plot No. 201, Bindapur, P.o. Uttam Nagar . The Bank Manager is not available in bank most of the time and unfortunately if bank manager available in bank they not given any response and very rude behavior, i ask the question bank manger how i open the current account he say i don't know, again i ask which document you need to open my current bank account he say i don't know, any question i ask him they give same answer I don't know, . The language which he used is very Poor. Last three month i try to open current account but He say closed your other A/C also and open new bank account on a other bank, i am not open your in this branch this. Very Negligence attitude of Bank Branch Manager, ..

                                        Dear Sir/Ma'am, Today i have purchased some items from Great Eastern Trading company Barrack pore and try to pay the amount Rs 6036/- through my Allahabad bank debit card but unfortunately its denied due to server error . Two times i have tried to make the payment but the same problem . Then after sometime i have received sms that the amount has debited from my account in two times . Rs 6036X2=12072 . Then i spoke with the Great Eastern company and they said there was a transaction problem due to server problem and it will credited within 24 hrs .
