I have lost my Allahabad Bank ATM card. I want to block it. I tried to reach out the concerned bank through toll free number but was of no use. So i kindly request you to block my ATM card.     Please note that I used my Allahabad Bank ATM card at 10:06 am on 20.5.2014 at the ATM of Allahabad Bank, South Kolkata, Kolkata-700026 to withdraw Rs. 15000/-. But I did not get any money (cash) and I got a sms in my mobile showing Rs 15000/- has been debited from my SB A/c No. [protected]. I have sent written complaint via letter to Allahabad Bank, Bhagalpur University Branch, Bhagalpur- 812007 by registered post on 20.5.2014. Till today my bank account has not been credited with Rs 15000/-.         I am having a Savings Bank Account with Allahabad Bank, Sayajigunj Branch, Vadodara in the name of Rajesh Bhatt bearing the number:[protected].I have deposited two cheques on 25/04/2014 which was issued from SBI, Darbar Chowkdi Branch bearing the number:073771 for Rs.125/-& cheque number:073772 for Rs.225/-Outh of both cheque, cheque Number:073771 for Rs.125/- has been return with the reason of "Other Reason"And Allahabad Bank has charged me three times Rs.100 as return charges which is not justified.So, You are requested to look into the matter & credit the Bank Charges which is wrongly debited from my account.

          Respected Sir/Madam

          My Name is ashok dahiya, i am at from Sonepat (Haryana)
          In the 24.3.14 Morning(8.00AM) at sec;15 ATM(Sonepat), i transaction for rupees 700/- at from BOB atm.
          Machine start, get vibrated for a long time, but i did not get get cash.and get slip also & i got sms that i get transactioned for 700/- .
          I requested long time to the bank, first bank tell me it will takes 15 days approx, but after more than that days, they refuse to pay me.
          They said that i have transactione and get amount.
          Kindly look in my matter, and give me my untransactioned money.
          My all details are given below.

            Jaswinder Singh resident of village Barnala Distt. Mansa against Branch Manager of Nangal Khurd Distt Mansa. He wants to apply for the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) for his own land of 9 kanal 3 marle. The BranchManager recommended to make a lease of some more land on the ground of insufficient land for eligibility for KCC. Jaswinder Singh do the same but still the branch manager refuse him for KCC.

            When Jaswinder Singh ask him to give his response in written, he show us the influence of the post.

            Respected sir, the reason of giving the complaint is not mere our purpose of getting KCC but this branch is situated in remote rural areas for their convenience, but if they are not getting the benefits and such facilities then all these efforts of technological development is useless.

            I am sending this complaint with the hope of getting justice for all. I know this is not the proper channel to send complaint and I also do not know about proper channel.
            Kindly do the needful action.

              I appied home lone related complain on 0n 20.02.2014 within a second i got phone call the phone number was [protected], that person said himself as custmer care
              Ask me all information like atm card number pin number and validity of atm card . I am not aggred but that person convince me that not any problem came because atm with you .I given all informatin . After 5 minutus i got 3 trassion massage on my mobile lastly they make my balanse zero . Pls do srong action him

                    I would like to inform you that I am having a saving bank account in your branch by the name of Kalyan Singh from last 2 – 3 years. On date.24.09.2013 my father Mr.Kali Prasad went to an Punjab National Bank ATM in Keshavpur, Paharwa in Gonda, U.P. and withdrawn an amount of Rs.5000/- which was a successful transaction but immediately after that he tried to withdraw Rs.10000/- but that amount of money didn’t came out of the machine. Same time I came to your branch & complained about this to Mr.Sumit Mittal for what has happened he launched the complaint in system and gave me a ticket No.601177 & even told me that the amount will be automatically credited in my account by 27.09.2013 but it was not done till 08.10.2013 & I continuously visited bank for the same every day, again on 08.10.2013 he re-launched the complaint in system and I got another ticket no.604769 & than I was told to wait till 22.10.2013 with a assurance that money will be credited by the time. After all this process I got an letter from Mr.Sumit Mittal on 24.09.2013 pertaining to my complaint that as per the JP Log my transaction No.524 dated : 24.09.2013 was successful & excess cash was not found in the machine. Hence I do not understand where the cash has gone as there is no excess cash in the machine & even I have also not received the amount, I request you to kindly arrange the transaction details of the ATM done after my transaction along with video recording done by the CC TV camera of the ATM Room which is the only option left for us to clarify where my money is.                                     Dear sir,

                                    This is to inform you that while doing withdrawl of money through my debit card (details are as per the captioned), due to server problem an amount of Rs. 5000/- has been debited twice from my a/c[protected] canara bank lucknow. The ATM machine used for the widthdrawl was Allahabad Bank ATM Kakadeo Kanpur date 09.01.2013. I therefore request you to plz credit amount of Rs 5000/- BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.
                                    Allahabad bank is not looking to this problem as many times I asked them to regarding it. plz look forward to this problem as soon as possible
                                    kindly see the attched scan photos of my application, scan copy of pass book which proves that amount of 5000/- is debited on 9.1.13 from allahabad bank ATM. but the staff of allahabd is not ready to belive . plz sir help me...and kindly refund my money back..

                                      i am vishal sharma .i have a currnet account no. [protected] with name "sigma computers & peripherals" in allahabad bank branch railway road gurgaon from many years.my complaint is for a cheque of worth 45000 cheque no. 549007 which is issued to my client computer mart on 4/01/2013.
                                      on 5/01/2013 this is rejected by allahabad bank and on 6/01/2013 with reason unknown to my client bank idbi.on and also deducted 169 bank charges from my account still i have a balance on my account sam date.
                                      any way i pay cash to my client and come on bank to stop payment for this cheque.but i get suddenly shock when bank clearing manager mr vimal told me that sir this cheque is cleared on 8/01/2013 from urs account no [protected]
                                      i contact to my client and his bank for refund but his bank idbi show me on computer and statement also that this cheque is rejectd last time and they have not any amount for this cheque.
                                      today is 10/01/2013 but still balance is not affected in my client idbi account or nor any get refund of this amoount 45000 in my account
                                      allahabad bank manger told me tht sir wait 4-5 days u get update on it
                                      what a kind of this system???????
                                      this is big amount for me and for my daily needs
                                      i already give cash to my client for tht
                                      so i m in pain and trouble

                                        Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                                        I have taken a loan from bank in year 2008 (Loan Account No. [protected]) and with the announcement of interest subsidiary announcement in year 2009, i found myself appropriate for that subsidiary interest.
                                        I have submitted all the details asked by bank but because of mistake of bank official they have done some mistake and there is a problem in the Interest subsidiary (Of total amount Rs. 10314/-). I have informed bank and given them the written application more then five times. Instead of taking action against the complain they lost it all the times. So, Finally i gave my last application last week and had taken the receiving from bank official.
                                        I have already illustrated my problems to almost all the bank officials including Branch Manager. He told me that he will call me after resolving it. When i did not get call then i called him and asked him about my status of complain. instead of talking to me fairly, he talked to me in a abrubtly manner and angrily. I asked him politely that i am complaining since last two year and still no action been taken and finally you are talking in this manner. It does not reflect the good service of bank. He asked me to start repayment then i told him that i have just completed my course in July and will get my degree in December and my Joining is scheduled by mid 2013. He then said that do not pay the complaint amount and pay the rest. I told that i want to resolve my complain before i join because later on i will not get time. He warned me not to bring this complain again to him and disconnected my phone.

                                        I am placed in HCL AXON for SAP domain. I am in all mood to pay my loan amount but i want that my problem should get resolved. As Branch Manager has refused to resolve it so i am seeking help from your side.
                                        So, I therefore request you to please resolve my problem as soon as possible. I will obliged to you for this forever.
