Pls Sir, My Name is Laxmi Narain Shukla A/C [protected] is in allahabad bank branch Ikauna Shrawasti U.P. . I have alredy two cheque recieve to Branch Dated[protected] Cheque No. 383970 and[protected]. Cheque No. 106903, both cheque are local area. But I have not recieve my payment in my account. When I go to branch for inqury then Branch manager is not satisfied answers to me. Please dilivered my payment in my account. Thank's Mob. [protected]

Sir, on 4th of April i tried to withdraw money from Allahabad ATM the ATM machine became out of service and i couldn't received any amount but i got a message that the money had been deducted from my account, and i put a complain in this website and after some time i got a call from a person name Austosh and his mobile number is [protected] and he took all the details from me, he said he is calling from Allahabad costumer care 24*7. today morning i came to know that my card had been used for some online purchase. and i track his mobile number then this number is belong from Bihar and Jharkhand. sir i need suggesion that what should i do. this is not the matter od money but like person should be behind the bar so i will go to extend to punished this person by any means.

Dear Sir, i try to withdraw money from ATM at around 7:15am on 4th of April from Chakraberia branch but there was a problem and i couldn't withdraw and it was out of service but the problem is they have already dedicated the money of amount Rs.500/- from my account no [protected] by the name of Viniholi Shohe. i request you to look after this matter and solve as soon as possible which i will be very grateful to you. thank you

श्रीमान महोदय ... मैं प्रार्थी प्रभात गुप्ता पुत्र गंगाराम गुप्ता निवासी जरवल क़स्बा जिला बहराइच का आपकी शाखा जरवल क़स्बा में बचत खाता संख्या [protected] हैं मुझे अपने खाते पर मोबाइल बैंकिंग एवं नेट बैंकिंग चाहिए थी । जो की मुझे शाखा परिसर से नहीं मिली । समय न होने का बहाना बताकर बार बार बुलाया जब इस सम्बन्ध में मैंने शाखा प्रबंधक को स्वयं जाकर प्रार्थना पत्र देना छह तो शाखा प्रबंधक श्री उदय सिन्हा द्वारा कोई तवज्जो न देकर प्रार्थना पत्र लेने से इनकार कर दिया और शाखा परिसर से बाहर कर दिया । मैंने डाक के माध्यम से अपना प्रार्थना पत्र शाखा प्रबंधक को भेज एवं 3 दिन में जवाब माँगा था । लेकिन शाखा प्रबंधक द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की मौखिक एवं लिखित जानकारी नहीं दी गई । इसके बाद मैंने क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक को प्रार्थना पत्र लिखा है यहां मैं अपनी बात संक्षेप में ही कह पाया हूँ। मैं साथ में अपनी सभी प्रार्थना पत्र की फ़ोटो एवं डाक की प्राप्ति रसीद संलग्न कर रहा हूँ

Dear sir, I am your a/c holder since long a/c no. is 10515 (New a/c [protected]) as I am 80 years old I cannot move even one or two steps easily, Allahabad Bank, Paraspur Gonda (up) branch is 8 KM far away from my village. On 23rd Feb, 2015 I have submit application form to the branch for joint a/c with my son Love Kush Singh, the manager told me to come after two or three days for collect the new pass book, on 13th March, 2015 my son go to the branch & ask for pass book, I am surprised that my application form has missed, after two hour they searching my form here and there then he found my form in concerned clerk>s drawer, My son told to the concerned person atleast today please do the needful but he refuse to do, and told me that open new a/c and close your father a/c because yr father is very old we cannot joint you to your father a/c then I told to him that all money transaction are routed through my father>s a/c. But he was not ready to do and throw my form on me. Sir I contact to the branch manager immediately then he told me that my officer refused your form so you get out from the bank premises otherwise I will call police. Sir this is the attitude of your branch staff. I come out from the branch immediately alongwith the application form (printed form) which is lying at my house. Sir I cannot understand that what I have do now, if I will die then who will responsible. I think your branch will never entertained in my matter. Sir I request to you kindly look into the matter urgently and take strict action against the concerned person under advice to me. I am waiting for your early response in this regard. Dear sir, I have linked my aadhaar card[protected] with my bank accounts no [protected] (in your bank, bhiwadi rajasthan). banks have given the print screen to confirm the link. However according to NCPI (Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank (as per NPCI : Inactive). On demand I can send you the confirmation document given by the banks through email also. Hi, Name: Monika Edu Loan Account: [protected] Branch: Allahabad Bank, Kashipur, Uttarakhand, 244713 I am Monika, 30 years old. I am holding a Education Loan ([protected]) account at Allahabad Bank, Kashipur Uttrakhnad which i took in year of 2005 for study purpose. I had filled the all the required forms to avail the subsidy announced from the Central Govt, during the 2014-15 interim budget. I had words with Branch Manager of Allahabad Bank, Kashipur Uttarakhand regarding the subsidy while filling the forms for subsidy. And i was told that you are paying your amount as so far so you are not eligible for this subsidy. I don't know and even i was not able to find this condition is the circular which is uploaded on Canara Bank's website. Kindly let me know the status of my education loan. I have already paid more than the principal amount. And now i have stopped paying the amount to bank. Today when my father went to Allahabad Kashipur Uttarakhand branch to get clearance of his cheque, Branch Manager denied to clear the cheque before repaying my education loan. Sir, I have an FDR No-1016472 at your charkhari branch which was due on 06/12/09. I have just forget to renew it as I was busy . I submitted this FDR for renewal and transfer to your UP AVAS VIKAS PARISHAD. I am Shocked to know that It is renewed for only Rs.110874/- where as Principal Value for this FDR was Rs.106857/- on 08/06/09. After five year I have got a petty interest please look in to the matter.

Dear sir/ madam,

This is to inform you that on 29th January 2015 I tried to withdraw Rs. 15000/- from your NIBM ROAD ATM machine next to your bank but was not able to do so. Later again tried to withdraw the same but this time in front of guard of the ATM but its happens again and I was not able to withdraw the money and then I tried to withdraw Rs. 10000/- and get it done and then tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/- but on receipt it shows my daily withdraw limit is over. Then I take out the mini statement and found that Rs. 15000/- was debited too along with Rs. 10000/-
In your Allahabad ATM the daily withdraw limit is Rs. 15, 000/- only so how it’s possible that I had withdrawn Rs.25, 000/-
When contacting the bank for the same; they checked on computer and told me that in my account only Rs. 10000/- is showing as withdrawn and told me to wait till Monday and I will get Rs. 15000/- back in my account. But on 2nd feb 2015 the money didn’t came and when again contacting the bank they told me to drop 1 complaint letter at my home branch which I did too by submitting the letter at my branch but nothing is happened till know and when again contacting my home branch at bailthara road they told me to mail the complaint to customer care too.
So I request you to return my Rs. 15, 000/- into my account asap. You can check with CCtv footage about money withdrawal and also you can do the cross checking with your ATM details regarding amount deposited their and withdrawal from that ATM too.
Kindly do the needful and let me know.

Dear sir/mam I Mahesh chandra Solanki, a reteird wetern railway employee, is a customer of allahabad bank since 1987. My bank account no.is [protected]-2. Bank Branch Freegunj Ujjain (M.P).Even i am a pensionate from the bank itself, but from october 2014 the cashier is not providing me the exact pension which i should get from the central govt.On asking the reason of reduced pension the cashier is using abusing words and on complainting to the bank manager she did not took any action.The name of the Bank Manager is Sudha Sisodiya and the cashier was the one who was sitting on the counter on 20/1/15. And even my pension has not yet increased by 90 percent as i hav completed my 80 years i am 83 years old now.Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible so that i can live my livelivehood calmly.
