On June 11th I have raised a complaint by email stating that we haven't received the twinkle subscription nor digest from 2nd issue of May 2018 onwards.

I got a reply from Gourav Pawar saying that the issue might be due to post and asked to pay Rs.300/- additional for sending the books by courier.

The amount for Rs.300/- was paid on June14 with Bank Reference No. IGADSPWGI0 or Amarchitrakatha order no:[protected] but still we didn't any twinkle subscription nor digest.

Then again I mailed twice but didn't get any response, also tried to call the customer care number but couldn't connect through.

We still haven;t received our twinkle subscription nor digest from 2nd issue of May 2018 onwards.

    Dear sir,
    This is regarding some information that in our amar chita katha, that some information is not given regarding swami shani dev why? And in many stories you are not mentioning swami shani dev name why? Whether you people knew about shani dev or what, one thing i wanted to inform you people that all in this world it's is running by one and only shani dev, if you want i can give proof.

    So pls can you tell me the reason.

      Ordered books online, showed "in stock". 2-3 days later, got shipment notice with dtdc tracking number!

      Turns out that all of it is fake. After waiting for 2 weeks, tried to track with dtdc tracking number given (M[protected], but got no tracking information!

      Since then contacted amar chitra katha many times, but no progress. Most of the time their customer service phone just keeps ringing. When picked up, they admit they never shipped the products, but will neither issue refund, nor do anything to send me the books.

        I booked a one year subscription for Tinkle magazine with Amar chitra katha on their website. I was supposed to start receiving my monthly subscription from September but till date not one has reached me. They say that all the subscription orders are sent through book post, but I am not able to believe that in 2 months, not one of 4 magazine (fortnightly magazine) has managed to reach me. I live in New Delhi, which is not a difficult place to reach for postal department. On complaining, the publication house asked me to pay additional amount so they can send it through courier. This is infuriating since they never mentioned the courier option before or that book posts never reach customers while placing the order for subscription. I want them to resolve my issue or pay me back.

          Non delivery of books, ordered and paid online

          Ordered and paid for a set of 3 books titled mahabharatha.

          The books were supposed to be delivered by 15 june, 1 week after booking.
          But till date, they haven't delivered.

          Repeated mails and phone calls to their customer care did not yield any results....
