Amaron 2 wheeler battery was given with warranty card for replacement
some 10 days back to the regional office in chennai by vinayaga automobiles

If the quality of the service is so poor how are you going to compette

I brought this battery on 13th july 2021. Now it's totally damage and not working. How this battery damage in 4 months although 48 months warranty given. So I should go the shop frequently to repair it. Please provide me the information regarding this issue.

Very low voltage

I have brought amrron battery on 11/09/2019 time of locked down I complaint to amron dealers but he refused due to lockdown now extended warranty due to lockdown but company refused. To replacement till date 17/10/2021

I have purchased Amaron battery from your company with a guarantee of 1 year but it stops working in few months. Although I went to the company so that they can replace battery but they haven’t replaced it. Plz see to my complaint as fast as possible…

About Battery

I purchased a beta series battery for my bike Bajaj pulser 180cc. Now after 3 months, the battery has stopped working.

I visited at the same place I bought it. They checked everything and said its in good condition and something is wrong with your bike.

What a shame!

When they are connecting other batteries everything is working fine and with my battery not starting.

Still they are saying, issue is with your bike.

I've visited there 3-4 times and they are not saying anything but excuses.

I'll wait for your response and then will take next steps or will go to cosumer court.

Sir, a bike battery with serial no.EAE0237T2064096 was purchased on20/12/2019 from M/S TOPAZ POWER SYSTEMS Rourkela ODISHA under your Bhubaneswar branch vide bill no 2640 which was found faulty and deposited to the seller on 30/08/21 and returned by the seller on 04/09/21 stating that the battery is ok and fine.
After that as my bike did not start again I consulted Hero Service Centre who opined that this is defective. when it is informed to the seller they did not agree.
However I consulted a battery charging shop who also told same as defective.
Then to examine this I consulted one of my bike mechanic friend who checked the relay and charger of the bike and found OK.
On my request he gave the same Amaron battery of his bike to test since 5 days back and my bike has no problem at all now.

That means my battery is not working and it is within warranty period. Today I talked to the seller who told to send the battery again for check up which will take further 4 days.
I am facing a lot of difficulty without the battery in bike and cant start by kick.
Me age of 66 years is really harassed like any thing by your post sale service .
Under this circumstances I urge upon you to look into the matter and solve by replacing the battery.
I request you to do the needful to receive my battery for re check up with a substitute one for these checking period so that I cant face bike start problem like before.

Hope you can feel my problem and solve at the earliest.

The service centre is not replacing my car battery since I have lost my warranty card.
But it has a QR code attach in the battery which they can scan and see tha manufacturing date . But still they don't want to work.

I took Amaron battery for scooty which got deteriorated after some time and now I am having a lot of problem to replace it

As per your battery Dealer. This battery is not coming from your production house.

a week today following me to the dealership

Please solve this our problem or refund the money.

I bought Amaron Pure Shine Wave Inverter Date-09/07/2021, after the power goes out, it starts alarming every 15 minutes, so this problem is coming from the beginning.
I humbly request you to take it on an urgent basis and help me in getting it repaired at the earliest.
