Even after repeated requests you are not able to deliver battery after 17 days Please see trailing email.
This shows your commitment towards customer.God help your company.

I complain about non functioning of my battery and complain was registered with no
[protected] and was given to dealer on 6/6/21 for checking but till now it has not been delivered.
In this regard I had emailed you and I was contacted by your representative Mr Pranoy and was told that it will be delivered if I visited service center . Today when I visited your center I was BLUNTLY AND RUDELY denied the delivery of battery and told that it will be delivered to the dealer.
Sir firstly it has taken too long for delivery of battery and secondly I was harrsed as I was assured for delivery which was BLUNTLY AND RUDELY denied.
I hope that battery is delivered soon and hope for better behaviour
