But battery working only 2 month then after not charging . Pls replace battery

Bringing u notice that I have lost my battery warranty card and I don't have invoice for that also. So please suggest how can I replace the battery without warranty card.and moreover I have purchased this battery in last September only.

I have purchased amaron battery from arora dealers uttam nagar.
For my royal enfield bullet classic 350
After 2 months battery down problem occurs and bike self start not working
I go to shop as my battery is in warranty period for solving the problem.
They charged my battery and give to me.
The same problem occurs in 1 month
Battery goes down and not charging
So I go the shop but they are not changing my battery.

My amaron inverter stopping working in May but waited until the lock down was lifted in my state. I logged service request via amaron customer care on 28 June and got an SMS from amaron stating that a technician has been assigned to service the request. I didn't recieve any call from anyone amaron technician or representative till now. In between I called twice to amaron customer care to follow up on this. Everytime I had been informed that they are escalating my request and would be getting call soon. Still now no luck. May I know whether amaron has got post sale service or its just fooling the customer with false statements during purchase.

I have purchase Amaron Invertor and Battery on[protected] from Patiala Apollo Battery & Allied Products. Now my Invertor not charging and supply to battery. Pls check.

I had purchased the battery on Oct 2019 which did not last for not even 2 years. I had called Amaron customer care and they shared one of the service engineers number by name sunil and told if you call he would come down to your location and will fix the issue, but once i called this person he told me to take the battery to the shop and they will check and let you know but once i visited the shop they said 2 cells is down need to charge and check after charging when i called this service engineer he said ok will replace through pro data and let you know. It was almost more than a week no update from that service engineer and when i checked with shop people they said still the battery is kept there no one had come so i called amaron call center, for more that 10 times they keep saying same story service engineer will call back have escalated the issue but no one will turn up.And if you call service engineer he will tell i will check and update but that update will never come up.
Such a hopeless service they provide i don't understand for what reason they provide warranty for the battery . I would suggest not to purchase these peoples battery better to go with other company.

I am trying to register a complaint on battery since it is within warranty period, However, when I call the toll free number, [protected] no one is picking up.

But after just 2 year and 6 month its not working properly, but while taking this battery its been informed that this battery has a life of 4 year as its very good brand.

Request you to please help me out for service parameter and resolve the issue.

Otherwise i would not go with this branch ever or nore i will recommend.

Today I am call delar for battery details delar person said he don't know contact amaron help line because you first call amaron help line number. I am confused delar service bad or amaron service bad? Please help me what I am doing...

I purchasesd my battery onm11/12/18 from vidharb battery saoner [m s] dist . nagpur. battery has 18 +18 months warranty. it is still in warranty period. but the dealear says tgo give 12% discount on new battery for replacement. pls send me correct replacement price.

Self have bought battery for my 2wheeler Bajaj Pulsar 150cc on 17th Sep 2018 unfortunately its failed / death on usage itself, coz thy have sold me 1year old battery its Nov 2017 manufactured. I am waiting for the seller to open the shop frm past 1month now they dragging me frm past 3days and now thy not responding properly very harsh behavior now asking to pay 70% if new battery cost where as thy suppose to give with 50% of discount on exchange old battery as its only 2.9years old. as per his norms 1st 2year 100% replacement, 3rd year 50% 4th Year only 30%. my case falls on 3rd year so thy not willing to exchange on 50%.

This is regarding the Amaron HI life flo battery.

My Honda city Ivtec car battery is still in the warranty but not working but i have lost its warranty card.

Problem : If we do not start the car every alternate day the battery getting down again and again.

Please look into this matter.

I had purchased 2 Amron inverter batteries on 05/05/2019.They stopped working on 26/05/2021.I booked a complaint on tollfree free with the below mentioned proof.

Even After repeated attempts & requests i was not given 2 back batteries leaving me without electricity for 6 days within which i was told my old batteries were being checked.
Ultimately after facing hell for a week with small children having their exams the company bought back my old batteries saying they were ok.
Now after 15 days both have stopped working again.
Please help me on urgent basis.
I have gaurantee cards & bills of both batteries.
The worst part is the retail seller who has stopped picking up my calls.To make things worst i was provided 1 non working back batteries by the retailer to clean the mess & buy time.The distributor gave only 1 backup battery saying they have no more to give.
I am feeling cheated.I spent a week pleading for help which wa totally unexpected & unprofessional on the part of the company.
If not provided a follow up & help i will be moving the consumer court.
I need my batteries to be changed.
