I have purchased an Amaron battery ABR-PR-12APB TX 50/ EAB[protected] from the agency PR Electricals, Kowdiar Trivandrum -695003 ( located opposite of Income Tax office, Kowdiar) ) on 25.5.[protected] . From the very outset the battery had complaints. It did not work effectively. Twice the agent charged it and returned. But the complaint persisted, Some 3 months back he replaced another Battery purported to be a new one. But still the scooter get started with the battery now provided by the dealer, I seriously doubt whether he has supplied a genuine new battery to me . This is in fact a deficiency of service on the part of the dealer and your firm is vicariously liable for it.
