Dear Sir,
We have purchased an amaron battery for inverter on 17.08.2019 from Shri Shiv Shakti Battery House, Nawalgarh, District - Junjhunu, Rajasthan. Dealer had given an invoice with mention 3 year warranty and not given any warranty card on time of purchase.
Now Battery is defective and we have contacted the dealer for replacement of the battery which got defective under warranty period, Now the dealer asked for a warranty card which the dealer never given to us.
We requested the dealer to replace the battery through the original invoice which was given by the dealer at the time of purchase of the battery, he refused to do any replacement and misguided us.
Battery MFG date is 07/2019 which also has not expired for 3 years So, please suggest how to replace our defective battery.
I have already emailed to you on 28.08.2021 but still no response so please replace the battery or issue duplicate warranty card

mein 2-3 bar service centre per le ja chuka hun har bar bol dete Hain ki aap ki hamari taraf se mare battery sahi hai
aur 4-5 din rakhne ke bad wapas de dete Hain
backup vahi ka vahi rahata hai
please sar meri battery change krwa de
Agar meri e cart chale hi nhi gi to me us ki kist kese bhar pauga
