Dear Sir,
We have purchased an amaron battery for inverter on 17.08.2019 from Shri Shiv Shakti Battery House, Nawalgarh, District - Junjhunu, Rajasthan. Dealer had given an invoice with mention 3 year warranty and not given any warranty card on time of purchase.
Now Battery is defective and we have contacted the dealer for replacement of the battery which got defective under warranty period, Now the dealer asked for a warranty card which the dealer never given to us.
We requested the dealer to replace the battery through the original invoice which was given by the dealer at the time of purchase of the battery, he refused to do any replacement and misguided us.
Battery MFG date is 07/2019 which also has not expired for 3 years So, please suggest how to replace our defective battery.
I have already emailed to you on 28.08.2021 but still no response so please replace the battery or issue duplicate warranty card

I have lost my Amron battery warranty card.It is still in warranty period. The dealer has refused to help as I have lost my warranty card. I request Amron to issue a duplicate warranty card or give me my warranty claim as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
this is to inform you that i purchased Amaron Pro Rider battery (AP-BTX5L) for my bike on 5th May 2020 from Dehradun ( During 1st Lockdown period). now i shifted to Delhi and during shifting i misplaced the warranty card. Now the battery is not in working condition (not charging). The serial no of 2020 is marked on the battery.
Am requesting to pls replace the battery. Whatever the panelty (10%-20%) of the new replacement battery value, i am ready to pay.
Pls look into this matter. awaiting for the positive and prompt response.

I've bought ns 200 same month on the previous year now the battery is not working and I've submitted the battery to the nearest amaron company .I'm still having my warranty for the battery . I've submitted the battery on 18tg August 2021 they have to me that they will replace the battery...still now I didn't get my replacement they are saying like "we don't have enough stock " it's already 1 week . please consider my complaint and do the needful

My bike self was not working. Need to help. I went to shop but closed. I called shop mobile number but not lifting need help to replacement of my battery sir/madam thanking you sir.

Missing warrenty card by Some small mistake, i was purchase before 5 month but after 5 month charge will not stable

My battery is in guarantee but distributer are not replacing the battery and reject the battery by saying that late sale

I have purchased and installed Amaron Pro battery for my four wheeler (Honda Amaze) on 12th July 2018. before one year approximately i found my car was not starting and thus I got it checked at Aaron Vadodara service centre. (During this time my battery was in guarantee period) They checked the same and take my battery for repairing/checking and gave me service battery. within day or two they put my original battery again saying it is working ok. Again within some time i faced issue again and i approached again and they continue same process and told that battery is fine. In the mean time i gave my car in to honda service centre as regular service and i told them to check bateery issue as i was facing issue again and again. Honda service centre gave me report of failed cell in battery. I again reached to amaron vadodara service centre and show them report. they denied to accept issue. Up on repeating issue again i again went to amaron vadodara service centre (by the time gurantee perid was over and now battery is in warranty period), up on checking they told me that battery needs to replace due cell issues and ask to purchase new battery. this is totally unethical practice.

My inverter battery has swelled. It's been two months. Send me a new battery

But your dealer Amazon Energies, Bhubaneshwar said that he not provide me guarantee or warranty.

I was purchase amron shieled battery from pune balewadi pit shop but just after 32 months it shows backup problem. when i gone to dealer he says i have stop to sale amron baterry due to bad quality so can't help you. now what shuld i do.
