This message is regarding a coupon buy from Amazon for a Zomato gift card of 250 rs. When I applied it on Zomato it showed an error message that the coupon was already used. Zomatoo customer care not helping regarding this not even Amazon customer care helping - the order number is[protected].

    Hello,

    i have a product from amazon services as i requested for refund and return service of the product. amazon has picked up wrong item for return with checking the product and have raised a complaint regarding this to service agent explaining them whole scenario and they mentioned they will be helping me out by sending back the product and pickup the actual product but now they say we have issued the refund and we cant return the product which costs more than the actual product. amazon is making customers fools and just trying to loot the money of customers making false statements for every call i make to them.

This mail is to confirm about our conversation regarding the return of Lifekrafts Anti Fatigue Floor Mat Thick Perfect Kitchen Mat, Standing Desk Mat. Comfort at Home, Office, Garage 52x100 cms (Grey), As discussed once the item is picked up we can not return back the item, As per your information we understand a different item which do not belong to amazon was picked up and the refund amount is issued is against the value of amazon item only, unfortunately we will not be able to issue any additional amount and also unable to return the item which was picked up. I understand one of our previous associate Naina promised you that she is raising a request to return back your item on 26 th August 2023 call, i will listen to the call recording and raising a coaching feedback request against her wrong commitment, and you have spoken to Nandini previously on 22nd August who created the return without a verification as a wrong item.       Hi,

      I have already made complaint regarding missing phone from parcel. But after taking one week time Amazon failed to provide satisfactory response. And this is really surprising that instead of takings strong action against this mischief Amazon is telling me that they have delivered the product. I am sure no investigation has been done Anyway I have gone out of the protocol to record footage from my office when opening the packet. Please go through the video link and respond on urgent.

      I recommend either you take the action, send me replacement and file a police FIR against the delivery partner/channel. We cannot afford to loose a penny due to Amazon's negligence.
      Speedy response will be appreciated, since we need the new phone on urgent basis

          Sir I have ordered for a mobile cover on 01.06.2023 and received order on 05.06.2023 by paying Rs. 160/- But as I opened it was not as per order because order was for blue colour and it was of pink colour So I requested to refund back the order and on 06.06.203 I returned it to the courier boy and waited for refund but not got refund of my money paid. When I contact on your customer-care they told me that the product is not received to supplier. Now my question is when I returned the product and courier boy has informed you that he got back the product then what is my fault. I request you to refund my money of Rs 160/- as this type of inconvenience and behaviour is not expected from such a big online shopping platform.

            I had ordered Redmi 9A mobile phone a month back through Amazon application by making an online payment of Rs.7, 990. Then instead of mobile phone I had received Women Handbag and I had informed the support team immediately and they asked me to return back the order which I had received. Few days later when I contacted the team said the order I had placed cannot be replaced and they will initiate the refund only and I agreed for the refund process. Again after many days when I again contacted the support team about the refund status, the team said they cannot refund the amount as the phone I had ordered shows delivered in the status, but very clearly I had not received the order I placed.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I have done my Jio mobile Recharge for Rs. 666/- with platinum debit card but 100/- cashback not credited
              As per Amazon offer period 11th Aug 00Am to 11:59 pm I have done recharge but Rs. 100 cash back is not credited.
              Amazon Customer care informed me that the card has used earlier for other order which is out of the current offer period. I have requested them to issue the cashback as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the offer which I followed exactly.

              Note: in the T&C Amazon has not mentioned any condition like the offer is applicable only for first time Or only one time for the platinum debit card. But they rejected my cashback request that the card is used earlier.

                Started a refund for

                But it is showing Return pickup verification failed, even though no one even contacted me.

                  My an order[protected] get cancelled by delivery boy by himself without an information, , , even customer support also not doing his job properly they are not able handle the complaints, , , , i have discussed with multiple people within 4 hrs every i have to confirm my all the detail to every body, , in the last product not delivered to me and in the last i got a massage " A refund will appear on your original payment method in 2-4 business days" even there is no any kind of communication or information or call from my side for the cancellation or Refund...

                    A faulty wardrobe is delivered and installed. To refund the same they are not sending technician to uninstall and customer care said to do it ourselves ( even the professional took 3 hrs) and no refund where provided till date

                      I had place an order, wait 5 days to arrive and for 4 days the package wasn’t getting delivered for 4 days. Finally amazon customer said to cancel place another order to other address. The package came something else and now since 2 days no one is coming to pick up.

                        The product was left on my doorstep when I was out of town and wasn’t informed on call as well. It was left at my door on 10th of august and i raised complaint on 19th which is less than 10 days but still they are not returning it. The product was not same as shown on the website. It should have been a 4feet by 6feet size wallpaper but they delivered in two parts that is not combined 6 feet as well.

                          I ordered a product in Amazon India on 12August which was supposed to be delivered on 14th August.. it is related to preiod pain and we needed it so urgently on 14th August but the delivery guy did not even call or tried to reach address, next day the delivery guy said he doesn't go to the address and returned it to Amazon.
                          From that day i am talking with thier cusotmer service and they are just increasing dates every day and giving me mental harrasment i am not in India and this has caused my many office hours to go in vain dealing with Amazon and it has caused bad name to Indian employees also.
                          Hope Amazon and it's employees are getting punished for this unprofessional behaviour.

                            I'm a tourist. My Amazon account is +86 [protected]. I bought a Flipkart gift card for 500 rubles with Mastercard on Amazon, only because Flipkart couldn't pay with Mastercard, but Amazon froze my account. I tried many times to submit to the billing address for unsealing, but was unsuccessful. I used another email to contact Amazon India customer service, but he asked me to provide the order, I can not log in, how can I provide the bill. I am just a foreigner who wants to shop on the Internet in India. I love India, please don't change my impression of India because of this incident.

                                I Ordered Placed on dt.06/08/2023, 2 watches and 1 Headphone which was delivered on 10/08/2023. Order ID- ORDER #[protected].
                                I called Customer care on 11/08/2023 for the first time to return the 1 black watch changed into another grey color watch.
                                She told me, "I will proceed with your complaint, our delivery boy will come and collect the order". After 4-5 days nobody's come to collect my delivery order to return.
                                Then I again complaint to customer care Mr. Harish Bhardwaj, He said "I saw your complaint, but we can't return/ replace your ordered", He blamed on me, you selected 2 black watch, I told them this is mistake by your system, Amazon app glitched and selected 2 black watch, then proceed the payment and delivery the same.

                                I requested the Consumer complaint team, Please give me justice and return this Product ASAP. This watch cost too high Rs. 2, 500/-, I can't afford this loss. Please...

                                    I have added 200000 amazon shopping vouchers to my account [protected]@gmail.com I want to purchase on amazon. But when I place order through these vouchers my order get cancelled. Costumer care replies that restricted to digital purchases only due to multiple violations of Amazon's policy. What is that.

                                      8th August 2023, I was invited by hiring manager of Amazon mall task platform for part-time job we have conversation through telegram her name is suzan, I was offered small amount first yes and I completed even its withdrawal. Secondly she told me to proceed and choose which amount i can recharge then I chose no. 2 which is 1, 000 birr to withdraw 1, 900 birr I finished the last task suddenly another 1 grab undo task need to do, they told to recharge the account with 1, 000 birr again to completethetask and withdraw my money, I did it, the same they undo and add another task and told to recharge once more, the recharge is getting higher. SUPPOSEDLY I'M DONE WITH EVERYTHING AND THE GRAB ORDER MUST TURN TO ZERO but they added one undo task.

                                      I asked them why there is another undo task, I'M DONE PAYING THE LAST PENDING ITEMS THEN THERE IS ANOTHER ONE. WHY THERE IS ANOTHER TASK I ASKEDTHEM?.
                                      They keep insisting to finish the task first to withdraw the money they are rude the way the costumer service response. She just keep insisting finish the task. I did not proceed because I realized THEY ADDING GRAB UNDO ORDER TASK UNTIL YOU CAN NOT REACH THE RECHARGE supposedly I'M DONE WITH MY TASK AND THE COUNTING SHOULD TURN INTO ZERO TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY BUT what they did they added more undo task and give higher recharge. I want my money back please help me. I keep asking them why there is another task need to be done that supposedly I'M DONE WITH it but they keep asking finish the task and withdraw the money . I do not own the money that why I need my money back. Please help me, I begging you, I grab this opportunity because I don't have work. This is my first time. please help me, lord help us people.
