I was introduced to this platform through an add through Instagram and WhatsApp message for part time job. First they made me add Rs.200 to their account and successfully transfered back Rs.800. Then they made me recharge and amount of 1000 and again 500and after task completed transfered 1500 successfully to my account. After this started the fraud practice. They alloted me similarly a 6 task and asked me to recharge......

Hello, actually my account was linked by some other number without any information and i am unable to logging in to my primary account.

I thought Amazon will not have issues if there, will solve soon.
But in my case i have called around 10+ calls for recovery my account and fooling every time that will be recovered within 24-48 hours.

I was one of oldest and active customer and i not expected of no reply.

    I have placed an order for Dumbbells on June 23rd 2023 and paid the complete amount via UPI (prepaid order).
    I have cancelled the order since I no longer needed it.
    Order status changed to waiting for approval from seller for refund.
    I called Customer Service on June 30th and I was told to wait for 24 hrs more for the approval.
    Then the next day I could see refund was approved by seller.
    As i had not received any refund even after 2 days, I called CS again on July 3rd and I was told by one of the CS guy that your order is not cancelled (even though the refund was approved by seller), although I could see only 'Return or replace items' on amazon app. He then told he will place cancel request for me.
    After few minutes I could see that the status is changed back to delivery.
    I called the CS and I'm being telling now that this I have to self ship the product to seller by myself and I will get refund only when the product is delivered to seller.
    Fact is I have already paid the huge amount during the order 31707 and I have not even received the product.
    I want amazon to do the return and give a refund of complete amount 31707 ASAP.
    I dont want to self ship the product by myself and I dont want take any chance with my huge amount. That is why I choose to order from Amazon.
    Please do the needful - Cancel my order and do Refund of 31707 ASAP.

      I ordered an item from amazon tracking id[protected], it’s prepaid order, delivery boy is talked to me very rudely and didn’t deliver my parcel .when I call him he didn’t answer my calls i also call the seller but he makes excuses

          I have ordered phone from Amazon on 18the June After using it for two days it got problem in While watching video then I Have Requested them to replace then they Scheduled a technician visit at home For 21st June then the technician called me on 21st June asked me to give the code and Also there is Mentioned that Not give code on Telephone then I said same to him he said This Type of problem can be solved online then He Said me toh download diagnostic app after that I run that app then I he said I have Notified Amazon for replacement Confirm same from them after 6pm when I Called Amazon they said he marked it as there is no issue but I facing that Issue then They Said we can create a pickup request for 26june then they created pickup request on 26th of June agent called me 3to 4 times in just 2 minutes because of network issue I am not able to receive call but after 5min i call him and asked where are you he said I am Not At your location when I will come at your location i will call you then at 3pm I noticed he cancelled my Pickup After that I Called to Amazon Customer service They Said please wait to 2min we will talk to Delivery agent but Delivery agent didn't pickup their then I said to them let me call delivery agent when I Called he picked up My Call in First time after I have confrenced That Call Then Amazon customer care asked to him That you Can Pickup His Today or not he said I will pickup till 7pm when I call him from 6pm he has not even answered my Call Then I talked to customer care they said don't to worry I will reschedule Your pickup request then They Scheduled pickup request for today Mean 27june And Today Delivery Called me I picked up called in time Then He cuts my Call immediately After that I called then he asked my Name and says sir your address is not Showing here After that I talked to customer care they said don't to worry we will reschedule it for tommorow means 28june And i know what will happen tomorrow delivery agent will not pickup my call Amazon customer service just misleading me all are giving different information Let see they have scheduled for 30th june

              I purchased an item and paid on amazon cash on delivery of 975rs. Later I returned this item and amazon has generated a refund for this amount with reference no #[protected] on[protected] . However, i have not received the refund from your end yet. Request you to please see in this matter as soon as possible.

                I had ordered a microwave bowl set and received it on the evening on 8th June. The product was different from the images. Nothing was right. The colour was different and even the sizes were wrong. Plus there was one bowl which was out of shape. I had returned it immediately the next day.

                When I contacted customer service they said that the seller says this is not the product they sent and that an investigation will commence.

                Today when I called them again they said investigation is done and that I have returned some other product and they cannot give me my refund.

                The Amazon site show that you haven't received the item yet but they claim they received some other product.

                They are treating me like some theif after they have stolen my money and are refusing to give it back.

                I am not a fault and they are trying to take away my money. Please help me get it back

                  Received a Carrier 1.5 Ton 5 Star Ac on 19th June via Order No:[protected].Installation done by carrier technician on 20th and confirmed that product is damaged. Contacted Amazon some day, they said we will consider the product damaged if our technician will confirm it after visiting it.A technician was scheduled to visit on 21st by Amazon on 21st June.He refused to visit for inspection at around 12.00 pm.Another technician was assigned for visit on same day, he refused to come at around 4.00 pm.After contacting customer care of Amazon on 21st night, they rescheduled the visit of their technician on 24th.They told me that only after visit of this technician they will initiate refund/replacement.I waited till 24th when technician came and declared that product is dead.Now they said we cannot replace the product, we can only refund this.Pick up scheduled for 26th June, but pick neither called me nor he came for pickup but updated in app that he I refused for pick up.I called customer care on 26th night they scheduled it for 27th.But again he has not came today.We I contacted Amazon they are saying u we’re not having any pick up schedule for today.and re scheduled the pick up to 30 th June.
                  Lies told by Amazon customer care:
                  1. One person is saying inspection of damaged product will be done by Amazon’s technician and other is telling it will be done by carrier’s(All the technician were prosed for inspection by Amazon only as I got their contact details from there only)
                  2. They told that Refund will be initiated only after technician visit but in system it was initiated on 23rd, day before technician visited on 24th
                  3.One of their representative told that refund process will be initiated first if 2 pick up is failed.But today they are simply denying the fact that 2nd pick up was initiated .but I had call with lady representative for about 30 minutes on 26th night regarding the 2nd pick up for 27th
                  4.Now they are saying we will initiate refund after 3 failed pick up.
                  Right from the beginning I am getting mis leading information from the representative of Amazon customer care.Every representative is telling that they are right and their colleague may be having insufficient knowledge about the subject.Many times they are not sending any mails or updating details in APP and next time they are denying about the conversation which has taken earlier.
                  Just now I had last call with Amazon representative and I feel that they will not pick the product on 30th also and will go on extending pick up date and also will not initiate the refund of my product

                  I paid Rs 40000 by credit card for this product .There are delaying the process unnecessarily.First in the name of technician visit, then refusing for replacement of product, then not picking up the product and now rescheduling the pick up date extending the date for my refund.Earlier they told will initiate refund if 2 pick up is failed now telling that we will initiate it after 3 pick up
                  How long I’m supposed to wait for refund of money when product delivered to me was damaged and they are making all unnecessary delay in the name of company policy.My money is in hold and I am not able to purchase any AC from any other place also.

                        Hi, The issue is about order number #[protected]Tracking ID:[protected] of a OnePlus 11 mobile phone (16GB/256GB Eternal Green model) which was priced at Rs. 61, 999. The product was damaged and returned by the delivery agent while it was out for delivery. It was an extremely urgent requirement for me to get the mobile phone yesterday. However, I didn't receive it, instead what I had to go through was an intense mental trauma. I had to call Amazon Customer Care Team several times to get my refund amount. After receiving the refund today I was shocked to notice that I've been charged an interest of Rs. 421.64 by Amazon Pay Later. On calling the customer care team they asked me to talk to the lender Capital Float. However, the Capital Float agent said that since the fault was Amazon's they need to refund me the interest amount and not Capital Float. Otherwise I've to pay it from my own pocket. On calling Amazon Customer care again I requested them to provide me the interest amount of Rs. 421.64 as Amazon Pay Balance as a kind gesture so that I can pay the interest as the fault was not mine since I didn't cancel the order from my end. However, they straightaway rejected my request to provide me that mere Rs. 421.64 interest charges. Now I've to pay that interest amount from my own pocket. This is really not expected from such a renowned company like Amazon. On top of that I noticed that the exchange value of my old OnePlus 6 mobile phone has also gone down from Rs. 11, 700 to Rs. 11, 200. Now I'll be even at a loss if I try to buy the same phone again under exchange. This was a totally disastrous and horrifying experience for me to buy from Amazon that too after being a Prime member. If a Prime member is ill treated in this way I don't know what will happen to normal customers. I'm really saddened today by how badly Amazon Customer Care team and it's delivery team is treating it's customers, and this is not the first time I've been facing such issues. I finally didn't get the OnePlus 11 phone, had to go through tremendous mental trauma and harrassment by Amazon, and now I've to pay the interest for a product which I never received due to the negligence of an Amazon Delivery agent. I hope my issue will not be ignored and some resolution will be provided by Amazon's senior management team. I shall wait for your response. Kindly to the needful.

                          I ordered a dell latitude E7480 on 5 October 2022 and I have received a different model. The product has the policy to return it within seven days and I have contacted customer support many times But my problem hasn’t been resolved. I’m very frustrated with the customer support of Amazon. I have tried many times since then but there is no response now I want a refund of my product and I don’t want to replace it with another because I am very disappointed with the customer support.

                            My pickup was scheduled on 21 June 2023. The delivery boy came to pick up the parcel. However with out inspecting the item he said the size of the item is large and he will have to get another vehicle which can accommodate the size of the item and returned back without picking the item. Now the status is showing as verification failed. Kindly look into this matter.

However, the experience I have encountered with my recent (Renewed) laptop purchase has shattered my trust and left me extremely dissatisfied.

                                On 10.06.2023, I placed an order for a (Renewed) Dell Latitude Intel 4th Gen Core i5 12-Inch (30.48 cms) 1366x768 Laptop (8 GB/240 GB/Windows 7/Integrated Graphics/Silver/1.72 Kg), E7240-i5-8 GB SSD-240 GB SSD | B07PCCCYGP ( 1F-RP0Q-K6JB ) HSN:8471 laptop through your website. I carefully researched and read numerous positive reviews before making my decision, believing that I would receive a reliable and high-performance device. However, upon receiving the laptop and attempting to use it, I have faced a myriad of issues that have rendered it practically useless.

                                Firstly, the laptop's performance is far from what was advertised. It lags, freezes, and crashes frequently, making it nearly impossible to perform even basic tasks. The system's response time is excruciatingly slow, and it fails to meet the minimum specifications outlined in the product description. As a professional who relies heavily on a functional and efficient laptop, this has severely impacted my productivity and caused immense frustration.

                                Secondly, the laptop's battery life is abysmal. Despite the product description boasting extended battery performance, the laptop barely lasts an hour on a full charge. This is completely unacceptable, as it defeats the purpose of having a portable device if it constantly needs to be plugged in. I find myself tethered to a power source most of the time, which hampers my ability to work or use the laptop for its intended purpose.

                                Furthermore, the build quality of the laptop is disappointing. The keyboard keys are inconsistent, and some keys require excessive force to register inputs. Additionally, the screen has developed dead pixels, significantly compromising the visual experience. Such issues are unacceptable for a product of this price range and quality expectations.

                                Considering the aforementioned grievances, I kindly request the following actions to be taken urgently:

                                1. Refund: I demand a full refund for the laptop purchase, as it has failed to meet the advertised specifications and has proven to be defective in multiple aspects.

When I opened the parcel I found that instead of my ordered capri you send me a complete different product . Quickly I lodged a return request and my return ID was[protected].Pickup boy picked up the product on 13th June 2023. After that I had called you several times to know my return status but you don't gave me proper answer . Yesterday night 23rd June 2023 I got a mail from your side that you are unable to refund my money because of different product.
                                  It's a complete case of cheating. When I already raised a return request for the wrong item delivery and your pickup person picked it up after checking the product then how could you say that you don't refund back my money.neither i get the product not i get back my money. Stop cheating people this way.
                                  I want my money back with interest asap

                                    We have placed an Order of 4* Star Air condition make of Daikin Vide order no[protected] But it’s shocked & surprised that we have received a Product 3* Rating and Amazon Showing on his portal 4* Rating. as picture enclosed

                                    After the receive a product, we have to call amazon for the wrong product delivered, Amazon Care Quick takes a request for Return product not a Replacement. And Amazon also sent an Installation team of Daikin. He also marked the point and 50% work of installation but before the Installation on the wall we saw products that were 3* Star so we stopped the work . As per proof of technician our work also set down more then 3 hrs due dust through the eye by drilling.

                                    We are suffering from the grip of a networking cyber scam in link with a networking association with Amazon. Information to mislead misguide and misadvised by your seller on Amazon Portal, showing alterative Product picture with 4* Rating and product delivered 3* Rating, after the call to your customer care product has been return vide Request NO DJLv36pYRRMA Date[protected]

                                    After the pickup product shipper does not update in the amazon after the 3 days, we have also called the shipper as well as amazon for return our hardcore money but still not advise no response from amazon side.

                                    I have also call morethen 17 times to the amazon care 180000 as well as Email complaint on 12.06.2023, to First stage offer after the no reply Again Approach to NODEL OFFICER ON 19.06.2023 as well as again call and Morethen 1 hrs time west and Ms. Antima Said your refund will be get 3-4 days but after the 4 days no email no response, Again I call today date 23.06.2023 discuss with Ms. NISHRAT resulting again time west 45 mint

                                    Hence under these suffering condition of denial of justified reply in reference to our complaint, Request to Register a Complaint Against AMAZON INDIA Under cyber networking scam Fraud with innocent people of India as subjected above

                                    Also Request to compensation our suffering as well as paying interest to the Bank because our hardcore money also stuck by amazon

                                      I had ordered a Capri ( order id[protected] on 11th June 2023. I received a parcel on 13th June 2023 morning but when I opened the package I found a different product inside the package. Immediately I had raised a return request and pick up partner picked up the product after proper checking on 13th evening. After that I had called them several times to know the status but they are unable to answer properly. Yesterday night I got a mail from them that they are unable to refund back the money because of wrong product. It is completely cheating. When I already arrised a complaint against receiving this wrong product then how could they denied to refund back my money.
