I Ordered Havells Insta Cook ST-N Energy Efficent Induction on amazon. With product code -

On Sunday 22-Oct-2023, at 11:26 AM, The delivery agent calls me at front of my house, when I go to near his vehicle, he told me that he is forgotten my package in his warehouse. Then he give me his personal number and told me that he will come after some time with your package.
I called him after 1 hour and asked him about my package then he replied he will come very soon. After 2-3 hour i called him 4-5 times, and I got not any response from him.
Today morning I opened Amazon and saw that the order showing rejected by me and it is returning to the seller.
I called him again, he told me that he is on leave.

So the ordered is being cancelled by delivery agent's side and it is showing that I reject the order.

    Hi
    This is in reference to the order no.[protected] bought on 08th Oct'23. I requested return on 15th Oct, nobody showed up then I requested again on 17th Oct, no one showed up, then I requested again on 18 th Oct, no one showed up again and then I requested on 19th Oct for 22nd Oct slot.
    No one called me and showed up to pick up this product for last 4 days.
    This is pathetic response from Amazon, despite iam a prime member
    I need refund for this item, and cannot wait for this item to picked up.
    Amazon is running a circus and I cannot be part of the same.
    Attached is the order details.

      I purchased a refregerator of Amazon Basics in 2022 and also purchased the extended warranty. My freeze is not working anymore and i filed a complaint to amazon customer care. they say that someone will come tomorrow and its been a month no body has come. I am fed up and want a quick resolution on this. my order id :[protected], amt : 51, 999 order date : 21-Dec-2021.
      When i ask for a service request on warranty on amazon, they automatically cancel my order.

      Moreover someone else gifted this freeze to me and i have to ask him everytime to file a service request as amazon do not accept the service request or complaints from any other phone number. THis is rediculous.

        I have ordered a product from Amazon on Oct 17 2023 and it was showing it will be delivered on Oct20. On Oct 20 6.28 pm an OTP was sent and after 6.45pm a call came and I was not at home. Delivery guy marked the order as refused by customer even without reattempting. When reached out to customer service they are like reorder again. And even after 2 days money was not refunded. When I reached out to customer service again they were still repeating the same, reorder instead of attempting the delivery again or providing a refund and was trasnfering my calls to multiple people and without my consent order was marked as refused and not helping with refund as well.

        Had a bad customer service experience

            Sir, I ordered earbuds and ear case from amazon india . I received the ear case but i didn’t receive the earbud and charging box worth Rs 4999/- . We complained to amazon customer care they asked some time from 10/11/2023 to 19/11/2023 they made us wait and suddenly after 19/11/2023 they were not receiving our call and finally today they received and said our case has been declined . Being from a middle class the above mentioned amount is not less. Please consider this and take necessary action . Thank you .

                We have ordered Samsung galaxy S23 fe mobile from Amazon App on 15th Oct 2023. We received delivery on 16Th october 2023. When we opened the packet we found instead Of Samsung S 23 fe mobile phone there was REDMi 12C phone. The same was immediately informed to Amazon. After follow-up calls for two days on 18th we got reply that Amazon has completed the internal Investigation and they had delivered the correct product. This is false statement. as we have not received the correct product. We asked for the internal investigation report but that also not provided. We asked them to check the phone with IMEI number of phone. No one is entertaining us . How they can give such veg answer that they have done the internally investigation without showing us the documents which proves that the correct mobile given. Why they are denying to trace mobile with IMIE number? We have shown the parcel to their local dispatch hub too. Thy are also saying that our product must be taken return by Amazon and give us refund. This clear cheating case. The packet which was delivered looks it was tampered by some one . Please find below the Video of opeing packet and received wrong product.

                  I have order realme techlife earbud from amazon when i get order i found a normal battery inside it when i go for refund my refund was picked by delivery boy and till now i have not received my refund .

                      I ordered one product like Sound Bar from Amazon India. Seller Appario Retail.
                      The product was unfortunately shipped by India Post and that was the biggest mistake. Looks like Amazon's own delivery system was not able to deliver to my pin code!

                      The issue is on 18-Oct I got a message from India Post that the parcel is out for delivery. However thruout the day it was never received.

                      Late night I got a call that the parcel has been delivered around 8:25PM to the addressee.
                      This is strange because I never received it. No one came at my door. I also checked if my mistake the postman left at security. But it's not there too.

                      India Post tracking status shows delivered. When contacted amazon, they said this could be a technical glitch, however no one in Amazon is able to tell me what is their policy on wrong deliveries!
                      What if item is delivered by mistake to someone else and that person has freely accepted it as a free lunch!
                      While amazon said they will lodge a complaint if it really happens, this is overall disappointing

                      1. Do not use India Post. The government office is not honest and genuine
                      2. Have clear policies on such exceptions, what if the item gets wrongly delivered to someone else

                        I am writing to file a complaint against Amazon India regarding an incomplete order. I ordered a Nike Man tracksuit on October 8, 2023, with Order Number[protected]. Upon receiving the package on October 14, I noticed that the package felt lighter than expected. I immediately reported this concern to the delivery person, who advised me to contact Amazon's customer care. However, to my dismay, when I opened the package, I discovered that only the upper jacket was included, and the lower pants were missing.

                        I promptly reached out to Amazon's customer care to report the issue and was informed that an investigation would be conducted, with results expected by October 18th. During this waiting period, I took the initiative to check product reviews, only to find that many other customers who had purchased the same tracksuit had also received incomplete orders, consisting of only the upper jacket.

                        On October 18th, as promised, I contacted customer care to inquire about the investigation's outcome. I was informed that a refund would be issued upon return of the product.

                        As a loyal and regular Amazon customer, I am disheartened by this experience, as it is the first time I have encountered such a problem. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I believe the evidence supports my claim for a refund or the missing item's delivery.

                        I hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution to this issue. Please advise me on the next steps to ensure a positive outcome.

                          Cbu code of (voltas 1 ton ac) indoor and outdoor unit is not matched. due to wrong cbu code Amazon denied replacement

                          I purchased the Voltas 1 Ton 3 Star, Inverter Split AC(Copper, 4-in-1 Adjustable Mode, Anti-dust Filter, 2023 Model, 123V Vectra Elegant, White) on 8th Oct 2023 and got it delivered on 16th Oct 2023.

                          When the technician came for installation, he mentioned that the CBU units were different and could not be installed.

                          When I asked Amazon for a replacement, they refused to replace it and rather asked me to return...

                          Fraud transaction occurred with Amazon Pay Later

                          On 15 October 10:30 pm to 1:30 am there were several fraud transactions occurred through Amazon pay later account on Amazon. Further describing the scenario, someone has hacked my amazon account and tried to 7 different fraud transactions on 3rd party app where the payment is allowed through Amazon Pay Later. For this I have also complained in the Amazon Fraudulent helpline and also filed FIR to cyber cell team on 1930.

                          I have purchased couple of item from Amazon however I returned few of them. The collection agent did not say anything while collecting time and after waiting for couple of weeks as no refund, I called to customer care and asking for refund.

                          They denied my refund saying that, The item what I have return is not same.

                          So basically they took my money as well as their product.

                          Till then I never shop with Amazon.

                            Amazon IND forces foreigners in the country to pay online and disconnect Cash on delivery for them to extort and steal their money.
                            Items do not deliver to the customers but Amazon keeps marking the items as delivered.
                            I have an order #[protected] for 1, 199.00 INR which has been marked as delivered when it has never been delivered.

                            I have contacted the chat and I call them on the phone multiple times. They disconnected their phone service and their chat when I complained at least 6 times.
                            This is theft.

                            I have communicated with many representatives of Amazon multiple times through emails, chat and phone. Some of their employees were pathetic, unprofessional and rude. I finally received a refund from one of their female employees phone costumer Service. This was such a stressful experience. After this horrible experience, I learned to never use a bank card for online payments on Amazon. There is a high chance you will never receive your items neither your refund.

                              I have ordered Apple iPhone 13 (128GB) - Starlight and
                              Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter on 10 October, 2023 and made complete payment at the time of ordering. Till today 15 October, 06.26 pm, none of the orders have been dispatched. I have contacted the customer care twice since ordering but still no progress whatsoever.                                   Sub: cheap tricks are being played by Amazon by sending other products instead of ordered product.

                                  Payment processed : EMI Rs. 1284.30 for 6 months
                                  I am very sorry to bring to your attention that on September 22nd, I ordered a Blow Hot sapphire 4 burners gas stove and after a week, I received a call from Amazon delivery boy insisting on taking delivery from security later because he could not deliver the product at my door step. When I refused to take delivery from security, he finally visited my residence where I saw the product package was tampered with and it appeared to be opened the carton and I asked what happened and why it is in this position and he rudely said nothing has happened and compelled me to take delivery and said I cannot according to Amazon policy customers are advised not to take delivery. Surprisingly, I did not receive a replacement product but rather a refund. Later, when the Dussehra offer began again, I purchased the same product and this time I received a discount along with a no-cost EMI offer and I was eagerly awaiting the product, and on 12th 2.30 PM Amazon delivery boy visited my residence where elders were not present and only my 9-year-old child was present, and the Amazon delivery boy delivered the product to my kid and called me for OTP, where I requested him to come after half an hour so that elders would be present in the house to collect the delivery and I believe delivering the product to the kids is against Amazon policy and even kids do not know about the product or anything he left the house with the product and later after half an hour I tried to reach him many times but he did not respond to me and in the evening I brought the same thing to Amazon customer care and I was told they have lodged a complaint.
                                  Yesterday, on the 14th of October, at around 8 p.m., an Amazon delivery boy came to my house and asked to take delivery of a parcel of tags that I had not ordered other than the gas stove, and I told him that it was not ordered by me and that it was dispatched to me by mistake, and he took back the product, and surprisingly, today afternoon, another delivery boy came with the same parcel and asked me to take the product, He stated that it is prepaid, so why can't you take the parcel? I stated that I did not intend to accept delivery of others and gave back after 10 minutes when I received a call asking if I had rejected the product, to which I replied yes.
                                  Dear Sir/Madame, When I contacted Amazon customer service, I received a recorded message stating that I had rejected the Blow hot sapphire 4 burners gas stove delivery, which I did not reject, and I am shocked to learn why these cheap tricks are being played by sending other products that I did not order and then treating that rejection as if I had rejected the Blow hot sapphire 4 burners gas stove, which is unfair and do not meet the standards of the reputed firm like Amazon. Please look into this the game played by the people.
                                  Please look into the criminal ideology used to cheat the customers. I request that management consider how much time and effort customers put into ordering products and how they are disappointed. Looking at all of these criminal ideologies makes me think twice about ordering from Amazon and sharing the same with friends and family.
                                  As I ordered this with a credit card and the EMI was processed, I'm uncertain about how to proceed.
