      Complaint Lodged with Ecovacs India on 29th September 2023 regarding malfunctioning of the machine .

      [protected] Response received on WhatsApp No [protected] requesting me to share the video/ images of my query. Also, to share the copy of the invoice with Machine Serial Number which was shared.

      [protected] Video of the machine malfunctioning shared with the Serial Number found in the Dustbin compartment along with the invoice copy, Screen shot of the machine malfunction at various times / attempts.

      [protected] A video was shared by Ecovacs Technical Team on WhatsApp showing how to open the machine DIY and rectify the malfunction issue.

      [protected] A video was shared by me to the Technical Team on the WhatsApp showing that the malfunction still exists even after being following the procedure as stated in the video shared to rectify the malfunction.
      - WhatsApp message was sent to one Mr. Tajinder Singh on WhatsApp no.[protected] asking him as to what is the next stage to be followed by me since I have shared all the requested documents/Pictures/video/s.
      -
      [protected] The Techincal Team imformed that a request for reverse pickup has been made for the Pickup of the machine.
      - Mr. Tajinder Singh from his WatsApp No. [protected] informed that due to long weekend he was not able to connect with me.
      - He called me and informed that he will arrange for the pickup, immediately.

      [protected] AWB No. [protected] was shared by the Technical team for the pick up of the shipment. A Covering note was also shared to be filled in and to be accompanied with the machine during the pickup.

      [protected] A reminder was made by me asking when the pickup will happen and in response I was informed that Blue Dart will pick up the machine, SOON.

      [protected] A complaint was raised with AMAZON will all the above relevant communications, documents/ video/Images.

      [protected] A complaint confirmation email was received stating that I need to wait for 5-8 working days.

      [protected].59- ADNAN ) called Amazon to check the status on my complaint. Was informed that 8 working days will finish tomorrow ie[protected] so I should call next day.

      [protected].23AM VASUNDHARA ) Called Amazon to know the status of my compliant. The customer care agent informed that I should call next day to know the status, as they are yet to receive any update.

      [protected].29AM) Called Amazon to know the status of my compliant. The agent disconnected the phone.

      [protected].41AM KAJAL ) Called Amazon to know the status of my compliant. She informed that she has filled the requisite form and forwarded to her team for necessary action, and I should wait for next 48 hrs.

      [protected]PM) Anjali . Called Amazon to know the status . After being kept on hold for almost 45 Mins I was informed that the concerned team is looking into the matter. And within next 24/48 hrs. I will definitely receive an email whether the unit will be replaced, or refund will be initiated. I have clearly informed that I will not accept replacement and I want only refund looking to the kind of service by the Brand.

      [protected].51 – 18MINS – MONALI ) Was informed that still there is no update from their department. Monali has raised a ticket again and will call back with the status update within two working days.

      [protected] PM) No response either through email or phone received from Amazon.

      Total harassment and mental torture by the Brand and Amazon.

      Need full refund and substantial compensation for harassment and mental torture.

        amazon .After opening box strap and charger was
        missing in box and i complained on amazon and
        they said it willl take 3 days to resolve ur problem

          Hi team, we have ordered shoes in Amazon.in and while purchasing they said we can return in 10 days. But after receiving the product the customer care said, we only have to do self shipping.after lot of discussion with customer care, we have done the self shipping. Customer care promised they will return shipping amount also. After shipping now the seller rejected the product, , as they are saying they sold the product through Amazon and they will accept only through Amazon only. We are not receiving the return amount. So pls help us in this.

              Sir, I have ordered an item Order no #[protected] from Amazon on 18 th october 2023.According to the estimated time of delivery it has reached on 27 October 2023.But the delivery agent delayed the order time because of his attitude.The same delivery agent has given item of one of my neighbors and i was there. But he knowingly left that place and again ask me the location. When I told him the address again but he knowingly acted as if he don't understand what I am saying. But after getting the product from the delivery agent which is not delivered on my location.Then he Mishbeaved when I asked why you are doing this you must have explained me well about your address and Mishbeaved by saying that do whatever you want.

                  Amazon .inapp placed my order on Oct 12 . Expected delivery is on Oct 18, on Oct 18 I received a call from Amazon at 10.45pm, call cutted then informed to customer care on Oct 19 . Then on Oct 20 I received my order, when I opened my box PHONE Is THEFT. Took a video raised a complaint as product missing . Customer care called then they said wait for 5days for investigation, I waited till Oct 25 . No response from customer care, then I recalled them no response on Oct 25 . On Oct 26, given me irresponsible answer as we can’t do anything related to this supporting seller. Phone :[protected]

                    Is amazon having any control on their delivery partners recently one of agent came for delivery for customer named lasya.p door no 9-52/1, road no 3 new dilsuknagar around 11.30 AM and when questioned who are u that bugger(delivery agent looking seriously) is not a primary responsibility to question if some one entering our premises i dont know how amazon in hyderabad is recruiting such a nasty persons quite surprising and when tried contacting customer care none of their numbers are functional and no proper way to contact in amazon app this shows how aamazon respects indians will these buggers have guts to treat americans or uk citizens like this sanjay [protected]

                      I returned an item on 18.10.2023 which was scheduled to be picked up on 19.10.2023 but the picked up partner received the item on the same date. After that the next day another person came and asked for the same return item to be picked up I told him that your person came yesterday and took the returned item. He told me he will confirm first before initiating further the process of refund then I was said OK. He called me after some hours and said neither he nor any other concerned person has received that item and advised to complain to the police of being fraud. I told him that how it is possible without their knowledge any other person will receive that, rather he has receipt and all details on that which is only known by the delivery or picked up partners. He asked me to file a police complaint without any mistake from my side. They are not taking any responsibility of their mistake. Why should I suffer for this mistake which was wholly done by the delivery agents.

                        I Have been a regular customer of Amazon for nearly 10 years. However, the present experience has been very much disappointing.
                        I had given 3 orders on 9/10/2023 –
                        1st order (last 4 digits4336) comprised of 2 bed sheets. The 2 bedsheets were delivered in a single package.
                        2nd order (last 4 digits 6736) comprised of 11 bedsheets. Only 1 bedsheet (pink-green floral) was packed in the package, whereas the sticker pasted on the package displayed the weight as 7.85 kg. From the single sealed package 10 bed sheets were missing.
                        3rd order (last 4 digits 0730) comprised of 5 bed sheets. Only 1 bedsheet (blue floral) was packed in the packet, whereas the sticker pasted on the package displayed the weight as 3.68 kg. From this packet 4 bedsheets were missing.
                        I raised the dispute same evening. I was assured of an investigation and that it will be completed in 4 days. The cost of smaller package of 4 bedsheets was refunded.
                        I further complained about 10 missing bed sheets. There were different “specialist team” who dealt the case and finally came to the conclusion that they can do nothing in the matter.
                        I have the packages with address and other Amazon stickers. The size of the packet itself is an evidence that only 1 bedsheet was packed, however at your web portal there is no mechanism where a customer can show the packet size by photograph or video.
                        This is abysmal state of affairs a prime customer experiencing with prestigious house like Amazon. I do not know if this feedback will be read by someone who really cares about Amazon.

                          I have Ordered This product on 15th October 2023 and as there app it is to be delivered with 1 Day delivery with prime Member as Iam a prime member i ordered this product but after 11 days till today it is not dispatched, despite many complaints given through, messages in Amazon char through app, customer care a call not action taken by Amazon. All the customer care people always provide wrong information, and forcing me to cancel the order, all of them give wrong and false commitments, even i have talked to their seniors in the escalation team many times. Now i need the compensation for my waste of time, no delivery of product, wrong information given, despite complaints, no action taken, for mental harassment, till date have not received the product and no one in amazon ready to solve the issue.

                            When I opened the delivery received at 18th October, 2023, at 9:00pm., it had garbage bags. Immediatelyi lodged a complaint/call to Amazon with the photo of the product (Garbage Bag) received.

                            Amazon tried to pick up the received product twice, delivery agents refusing to pick Garbage packets, as they say we are instructed to pickup phone.

                            Evertime my call goes to investigating team since 18th Oct, but till date there is no resolution. My money of Rs31, 448 is not refunded.

                                  I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report a concerning issue with the mobile phone I recently purchased from your platform. I ordered the HONOR 90 on 19.10.2023, and my order number is Order Number[protected]. I raised the return on 26.09.2023, 3 days before the return window closed.

                                  I have been a loyal Amazon customer for quite some time, and I have always been satisfied with the quality of the products and services you provide. However, the HONOR 90 I received has been causing significant problems due to a heating issue. The phone becomes excessively hot during normal usage, such as making calls, browsing the internet, or using various applications. This issue poses a significant risk not only to the phone's functionality but also to my safety.

                                  I have followed all the necessary troubleshooting steps provided in the user manual, including software updates and performing a factory reset, but the heating issue persists. It has reached a point where I am concerned that it may lead to permanent damage to the phone or even pose a safety hazard. Even since your technical consultant was not able to come to my place, everything was explained to him over phone to solve the problem.Now he is abusing me when I am asking for my technical report.

                                      Hi this is vasanth from chennai, i have ordered the neckband from the amazon online portal. But this si worst experience ever on[protected] order wa placed using pre paid option but the think is iwas expected to be delivered on very next day, without contacting delivery executive was marked as attempted for delivery and it was expected to deliver today but the think is i got shocked by seeing the delivery status which is showing as delivered with out any contact and otp was not shared by me how the pre paid product has delivered and while i was contacted the delivery executive through toll free number he simply saying the contact number was wrong so i have handover the product to the someone and the point to be noted is delivery address was the office address and the guys came for delivery also knows this and finally he said that he is the residence near to my office when i reach office today after that call even its a holiday for me i go ther to collect the package. And i have requested the mobile number from the agent to contact him once i reach the office location to identify the person he handover the package. But here i get the confirmation that the delivery executive is saying some fake think because the number provide by him was wrong number ([protected]) and again i tried to contact that agent through toll free number [protected] he has not responded to my call which made me depressed. This is a gift for my fiance. But the first impression gone wrong. This can make you understand how dipressed i was. Look in to this issue asap and resolve it.
