Hi, I have ordered a dress (CREATIVE KIDS Baby girl Knee Length Dress) from Amazon on 9 May, 2023. The order was prepaid. They have sent the wrong colour. And when I put that for return, they took the item. They told that the refund will be there in 5-7 days, the refund status on Amazon shows that the amount has been refunded but it's been more than a month and I haven't received the payment of Rs.399.
Kindly look into the matter.
I shall be oblige you for this.

    Now they are denaying and refused my complaint.They have sent a message to me that is👇

    "Hello,

    This is Hyder from amazon, I hope this email finds you well.

    I am contacting you in regard to this order[protected], I have checked the details regarding your issue the team has investigated and found that the correct item was delivered to you in intact condition from our end Hence, they have not approved it
    In this case, we won't be able to take any further action with a refund or replacement.

      Sir/ma'am,
      Myself RUHI AHMAD one of account holder at Amazon. Resently I ordered 3 set of copies order value Rs.592/-, where I received only woodsnipes copies of very small size.I complained for replacement/return/refund but received a message that it can't be replace because I had replaced many times and it's not in their policy.
      I request you to atleast arrange my return or refund. From the next time i will not let it happen again.
      Please solve my issue and arrange my refund of Rs.592/-.

        In 2020 in pandemic period my Amazon account got hacked which is loaded 9999 rs inr in Amazon pay balance and someone hacked open and changed my no. And mail of my account and I even don't get a OTP for verification for changing my nom just got 2 mail which screenshot I included I contacted amazon.in so many times but no one helped me. I have proof of the payment of 9999 rs done via my father's credit card I have account from which I bought the gift card

          I am in doubt that I maybe I have got conned by Amazon.

          For my aunt, I booked two orders of ""saifoo Men's Silk Blend Stylish Nehru Jacket set, black color, M size"" of Rs. 799 each; I paid the full amount of these two products(i.e. Rs.1598) at the time of booking(i.e. Prepaid).

          However, she received only one order of the "saifoo Men's Silk Blend Stylish Nehru Jacket set"". Even that 1 order that I received was not fitting. So, I wanted to return and get the full refund.
          Upon contacting the chat support, they gave a link to share some proof, which I did.

          But now they are saying that their investigation team result shows that the product was intact from their side.

          I have been using amazon from a long time and have been a loyal customer, but still they don't entertain their old customers, although customers are their business.

          I just want my money back, as I have been charged for something that I haven't received.

                I had bought the Refurbished Lenovo think center desktop from Amazon. In discription and reviews they mantioned it is with cd writer and with wifi dongal included. I oredered the desktop for that two reasons only. and on 6th July they delivered me the desktop. when I opended it that two things are not their, so as per their return policy of this product it is within 7 days of delivery so I requested return and they raised return request for 10th of July, but on the mid of the same day they sent me a message that return request cancelled as not verified. I failed to understand the reason as no one contacted me nor any other messages I received nor any phone call I received from Amazon. as amazon has cancelled his old consumer complaint numbe I was unbale to talk any one so I used Live chat with their represntetives but It was very disappointing because in the middle of chat repesentative exits and another representative comes for discussion. first time I discussed with Aditya, Ravi, Rohit and Sumit.
                On 10th my return request cancelled so I raised again new return replacement request. they gave me 13th of July for the same. and as on today the satus is same 1 hour before they cancelled return request and gave same reason that request has not been verified, I fail to undersatnd the reason as no one has contacted me in any means or way. again I connected live chat and the same experirence I had with them with representative Ravi, Vyanktesh and Sanjana.
                Now I feel that they are trying to pass the days of return that is 7 days. and they misguide and misrepresent the products display and cheat clinets on refurbish products.
                Please do the needful asap to my return and refund of money I paid.

                  I placed an order of a book - The back pain bible, a kindle edition through Amazon.in on 15/06/2023 for Rs. 449/. My order ID is D[protected]

                  I paid the amount online via net banking option. The amount got debited same day but when I did not receive my order till 20th, I enquired and to my utter shock, Amazon claims to have not received the said amount and cancelled my order.

                  I enquired both with my concerned bank and biller regarding my transaction done. I was confirmed by both my bank and the biller that my transaction has been successful, whereas Amazon.in still as on todays date - 14/07/2023, says that the amount has not been received.

                  I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and arrange to resolve the same at the earliest..

                    I recently used SpiceJet to travel to Delhi, and the journey was a misery.
                    To start with, my hand luggage weighted 1 kg more than the allowed weight (8KG), however my checkin luggage weighted far below 30KG.
                    I requested time and a point of contact to speak with a supervisor, but before I could even begin, my luggage was checked in without my consent.
                    I additionally found unpleasant how the supervisor spoke to me. It sounded more like a guy pounding on an alone lady.

                    The flight was delayed by three hours, and just a few passengers were served lunch during the wait. Passengers were advised to wait on the ground floor while lunch was served on the first floor. Later, when I inquired, I was told that lunch had finished, yet I noticed the SpiceJet employees carrying the same food for themselves.
                    At the same time, I heard SpiceJet employees screaming at passengers, arguing that SpiceJet is responsible for the airplane's delay and that they are only SpiceJet employees who are coordinating and not the cause of the delay.
                    My luggage had been damaged and goods such as chocolate and dry fruit boxes were missing when I arrived in Delhi.
                    I couldn't complain or escalate since I was already late for my connecting flight to Vietnam.

                    Upon my return from Delhi, I had no idea about the hard drive not allowed in the checkin baggage nor I was informed by the staff, and the primary point of conversation revolved around Dubai VISA since the agent didn't know how and what to check for VISA. To assist with checkin, I had to explain to her and show her my Emirates ID.
                    The luggage was checked in, and I received an email confirmation for the same.
                    The aircraft was again delayed over two hours delayed, and shortly before boarding at the gates, I was informed that my luggage had been kept because it included a power bank.

                    When I asked why I wasn't contacted before and just now, no response was given, and I was compelled to submit my keys to remove the powerbank. I explained why I utilised a lock and did not supply keys, but I was still compelled to produce them and sign a statement expressing my approval.
                    Upon denial, the agent "Amit Yadav" responded harshly, provided no visibility into the procedure and how my luggage would be delivered, and asked another agent to handle the situation. Other passengers at the gate immediately called him out on his misbehaviour and harsh replies.

                    My entire experience was an a dread and when I discussed it with other friends and family members, they communicated similar behaviour being experienced and the reason they do not recommend or travel via SpiceJet.

                      Amazon India delivers the wrong product, as it does few many times in a regular fashion, and while talking to customer care, they never accept the same. Product being shown and ordered (ORDER #[protected] is different, and product being delivered completely different. Not sure, why AMAZON-INDIA repeatedly does the same..
                      Need lot of improvement in their services of Amazon-India.

                      As such, this is kind of practices never experienced with Amazon-USA.

                      There should be some Regulating Authority to impose huge penalties for all such practices being adopted by the companies.

                          My self Ravi kant amazone account name Ravi i purchased a logitech k480 wireless multi-device keyboard black color on 4/7/ 2023 and product delivered on 5/7/2023.
                          My concern is I ordered the black coloured key board but company sent me a different color key board that i don’t like, so on the day of delivery I raised a complaint for replace/refund they say we will investigate and after 5 days you can call to us to get update of your complaint
                          Today 10/07/2023 I called and they said the product was correct and we can’t help you further and will not refund/replace also my refund/replace last date is 13/07/2023 still they denied.

                            I bought a lifelong mixer grinder from Amazon on 23/09/22 with one year warranty one of its jar broke down a few days back so I registered a complaint 26/06/23 with them after a long and tedious process and assured jar replacement within 6-7 working days but nothing happened till date and no support from their end also written several mails to Amazon too but all in vain no one heeds it seems that they both are bugging poor customer hands in hand lost all my trust on Amazon too

                                Hello there
                                I want to complaint about Amazon customer care executive . Actually I have call many times on toll free no but they told me we have call you after 5 minutes I have call many times but same line also said and I have chat on Amazon app on live chat I have add my number on their live chat but they don't call me I am frustrated about first time their service. I want to complaint about my product query relative question but they don't call me back I want to cancel my extended warranty but in my point of view no cancel option I call many times to contact Amazon customer care executive but they did not call back on my number is -[protected]

                                    Dear officer,

                                    I’m writing this complaint to let you about my recent purchase from amazon.

                                    I am Anand, and I purchased an electric heat belt for my friend ( harika) from amazon and with in 40 day the belt got fired. I launched a complain in amazon initially they told me that they will refund me with in a week. Now it’s over a week and I called them today on 07/07/2023 now they are saying we can’t give any refund or replacement for product. Please advise me what to do. I am very scared what would happen if it was in my sleep.

                                      My product has been picked up twice by amazon please help me.One book was sent by amazon and that was wrong and purchased by me priced 500 rs and was picked up on 2nd june. and again they have picked up my book that was purchased by me in local shop on 4 june. I reported this matter to Amazon 4 times but no response . They initially said that they will get refund of that book of local shop when they receive it in warehouse after verifying MRP of that book.But till now no refund or something and its been more than 1 month.
