    I ordered one mobile case on 26 april which received on 29 april and due to issue i place return request same day within 10 mins refund issued on 30 april after product picked up but not credited to amazon pay balance since last four days they r saying technical error teachnical error for my own money and due to their negligence and weak policies or team o have been facing such a harrassment every time they give me q new date starting from four hours to 24-48 hrs to 3-5 business dahys and now the time they extended it till 10 may. Wondering can we trust such kind of online websites for our hard earned money till time their system ok it is fine once return money stucked rhey absolutely dont help and keep waiting the customer

    No value of their own written policies on amazon site which states customer may be wntitled tomclaim as well

    They r not even helping me for early refund just keep asking for sorry and wait for more time

    Guys pls beware before you buy products for such websitw

      I contacted many times amazon company regarding my pending refunds i send him 22 reminders but no body care about that. Every time repeated computerized mail replied and problem stands as it is.
      I returned all products to pickup team with original product in complete packing as i received product in mentioned time and date.
      Then why they delay my amount.
      I didn't receive my refund till date
      Please help me i send u mails and details u also but refund still pending and no solution.

      Hope you will solve this issue positively and refund my valuable money immediately.

        I think amazon has decided to make customer fool while providing offers.
        Any customer sees link and offer present on the home page of website and accordingly do shopping and purcahse products
        If you have some secret t&c which in inside that offer how one can read & understand. Why amazon pay balance auto selection is done even without asking customer. This is cheating on the part of amazon.
        This is what happened in my case as i ordered the product from pantry store with transaction through pnb debit card and as per the offer i am eligible for 15% cashback but due to some secret hidden in your t&c which is never displayed on home page or front page & auto selection tabs i became non eligible for cashback because o[censored]se of amazon pay balance which was nowhere mentioned on front page.
        I request you to consider my request and provide refund as exception as why would one make loss of rs 300 because o[censored]se of rs 40 amazon pay balance.
        This is the trust and clarity i expect from amazon.
        Waiting for some positive reply. You are my last hope.

          Sir, 18/04/2019 this daate 5890rs shoping from amazon on line transtion. Transcation sucess but my order cancel on amazon. But money not refund my account then i complaint to amazon coustmer care he said after 7days money refund in your account. 11/04/2019 to 18/04/2019 deducted 5890 rs not refuned my account.
          Please slove my problem immediately.

              I ordered a phone and after that the phone was showing next month's day, then i wanted to cancel the product but they are not cancelling it, i have registered my complaint 10 times but they are not doing it. They are keep on saying give us 2 more days, this is kind of a mental torture for me complaining again and again still not able to get a constructive answer, if possible i want compensation to for the mental torture.

                I had ordered two wrist watches from amazon on 6th april 2019 i. E, titan neo analog black dial men's watch 1698 bm01 and other was fossil venture analog digital black dial women's watch ftw6008. After opening the delivered package i found only wrist watch of titan and other was missing. I informed the customer care but they simply refused to deliver the product or initiate the refund. I am very disappointed with the response i have received from amazon. I notified the amazon team regarding the missing item (Fossil venture analog digital black dial women's watch - ftw6008, ordered on april 06, 2019) from the shipment on april 09, 2019. I was informed by the team that they are inspecting the issue and it will be resolved. After delay of 06 days i have been informed by the team that neither the ordered item will be delivered nor the amount will be refunded back.

                This is not at all acceptable. I have been a regular customer of amazon amazon indiaand have never faced such a bad experience. This is a complete case of fraud where i as a customer is bearing all the loss and the company denies to take any responsibility. I have lost all confidence in the company. I would request amazon team to look into the issue and come up with an acceptable solution. There has been a complete failure of delivery of the ordered item from amazon's end. Delivering empty boxes cannot be termed as delivery completed.

                So i would request amazonamazon.com to solve the issue and deliver me the ordered product or refund back the amount otherwise without further delay. I have been financially and mentally harassed. A negative response from amazon will force me to take up this issue on a different platform for grievance readressal.

                  Dear team,

                  This is to informed you that i bought a water purified of havells uv plus 8-litres uv water purifier but this purifier machine is not appropriate because tds level of water is very high in my area. Only ro purifier can be effective as i am not technical expert regarding tds and all, so i ordered this machine by mistake. The main purpose to buy this machine is to ensure health and safety of my family. As you know very well many health issue problem occurs only after drinking dirty water. If this purifier will not purify water and won't resolve my problem then what should i do with this purifier machine.
                  I am requesting you either to return this machine and return the money or replace with havells pro 8 liters ro uv water purifier. I will pay the difference amount.
                  You can check my past purchasing records in amazon, i am your loyal and prime customer and will deal in future also. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                    On 30th april, 2019 my order had to be delivered. On that day delivery boy said me that he could not be albe to deliver my order for some problem. I appreciated also on that. The next day, he outed for delivery but he reached another location. He called me and i cleared him where to come and he said that tomorrow he would delivered that. But today he hasn't come. I call him and asked about. He said that today he cannot deliver the order. Tomorrow he will. He also added that the parcel is too big to carry. For this he has to face some problem. The delivery boy promised me to deliver that on tomorrow, 3rd may and today he had to call me about the exact time when he could deliver the parcel. For three days he is not delivering me my order. It is hanging for three days continuously. Fix it pls.

They all are saying the same thing - we are sorry, you can place another order..

                            I have lost my wallet and mobile while travelling but i came to know that i did not lost them some one theft them. Request you to hot the above said transactions with out delivering goods to the customer until further communication from either police department or by me.                                 Booked tickets on BookMyShow via Amazon pay. Amount got deducted and recieved an email saying your transaction is successful, tickets have been booked and BookMyShow has recieved the payment. Didn't receive and ticket on BookMyShow, so called them, they said transaction is failed...
                                I have received amounts on my Visa that I do not know what they are for:
                                On 2/19/19 an amount of$13.77 was charged on my Visa invoice and then again on 3/19/19 $13.77 was charged on my Visa. I want these two charges refunded and no more charges to my Visa.

                                        We had ordered a lenovo tablet 4 10 on april 14, 2019 on amazon india business. The registered email id with amazon india business is himanshu. [protected]@jiffy. Fitness. The order no is[protected] and delivery was made on april 18, 2019. The amount rs. 14985/- was paid online through netbanking.

                                        Instead of the tablet, the delivery package contained an old sony dvd rom of some junk computer. We raised the complaint on april 18, 2019 night itself, shared the pics of the faulty item while on the call itself and we were told an internal investigation will be done and we will be updated within 5 business days. We dropped an email on 27-28 april again as they had gone quiet on the status and then they sent an email on april 29 saying they wont refund the money. When we called the customer care, they didn't listen to us but kept repeating that they are sorry and they wont be able to refund money.

                                        This is highly unacceptable as we are not talking about rs 500 item. Rs. 14985/- is a lot of money and we want a refund as our ordered product was not delivered to us. We also want a compensation for the harassment that they have caused us.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
