I had purchased a book from amazon which has been either delivered to wrong address or had not been delivered. The same day i asked amazon to see the matter but they were saying wait for 2-4 days. After that they said they can't do anything as it's not amazon fulfilled order and hence seller also denying the claim. Now i want refund.

You are misleading customers by giving reference number to the merchant sites and not processing them to customers account something fishy is happening with andhra bank.
