I have placed an order with amazon for water purifier brand name: aqua libra, as this brand was new to me but this product was showing amazon verified so i placed an order on april 29, 2019, in the order status the product was showing expected delivery date for may 03, 2019, but it haven't received..

So, i contact amazon customer service on may 04, 2019 asking for the shipment status as i recently moved to bangalore and it is very essential for me to get this product deliver asap as i need to have healthy water.

Amazon team promised me that they have escalated the issue and ensure me that the product is already reached to their bangalore hub on may 02 2019 and ensured me that the product will be deliver to me by may 04, 2019 itself, again i havent received the product.

I call the team on may 05, 2019 again they ask to me wait until may 06, 2019 and ensured me that they are escalating the issue and product will deliver to me. I called the customer service again today may 06, 2019 to check the status of my shipment but again they were not sure about the delivery date. So, i have told them to cancel the item and processed my refund.

Please help me to get this resolve as my money is blocked and i am in urgent need of money.

    Each and every month unauthorized credit card charges implemented on my rbl bank credit card ending with 3803 at amazon prime. 12.99 usd has been initiated for each and every month on my card. So please stop initiating credit card charges on my card. So i please request you to refund the earlier charges to my account.

      I have purchased xiaomi red mi note7pro in amazon online. Amazon cheating the people with higher price than mrp. The mrp of the product is 17999/- with gst.

      The amazon is selling the product for rs.22789/- which is more than 30% higher than mrp. We have contact amazon to provide the refund of difference amount but they are not agreed to provide the same as per their policy.

      Please find the enclosed attachments of invoices and snapshots. Amazon are cheating the society and make us to not believe digital india.

        The delivery guy who called me to deliver my parcel told me come to the national highway to receive it but actually my address no where near it... I had to walk about 500 metres away from home in order to get the parcel... I went to the highway. He told me that he'll be there in about 5 mins. But i waited for around 55 minutes. I was so busy... And because of this i was not able to do the work that i was supposed to do at that time. That jerk really didn't had any idea what i was been going through. He messed my schedule. These jerks don't value our time...

          Basically it is just a formality that this page has been set up by amazon india showing that they are so much concern about their customer. The actual is the company is not even bothered about the services to be provided to the customer. What i can see on this page is the address of the hyderabad office of amazon. Unfortunately the same hyderabad office deals with customer care related service. Somehow within the last two days i had multiple conversation with the hyderabad office and in one word one of the worst customer care department i have ever experienced in my whole life. I had ordered a phone suppose to be delivered by 5th may'19 which is not yet delivered by amazon. When asked about the non delivery of the product i was being literally harassed on the call by one of amazon care department supervisor informing that amazon does have all rights to delay any delivery as per their company policy. Also when the same issue is highlighted by an email to the high level escalation and complaint team of amazon then there is no response back from amazon. Very bad and unprofessional service. Just take the payment from the customer. Don't bother to provide any timely delivery. If the customer contact the amazon for any grievance then don't even bother to provide any service.

            On 3rd may 2019, i tried recharging my idea number [protected] with an amount of rs 150, which was charged to me twice but mobile recharge was cancelled both times and no refund reflects in my banking account nor amazon wallet.

            Please refund back the amount to the bank account.

                Hi,

                I want to raise a complaint about the orders that are not being delivered to me everytime. Customer support team is not making hard efforts to resolve the problems. My order for new mobile phone has not been delivered. I have feed back from my last conversation with customer below.

                Saraswati didn't attempt to understand the situation and when i asked to escalate the issue to her supervisor instead of connecting the call to the supervisor, she was giving a # reason that even supervisor cannot help!

                The representative need some trianing to help customer before she jumps to resolve in a generic way.

                Bharat was understanding and a good listener. I appreciate if such kind of representatives in the frontline.

                Amazon, have control on your logistic company and they are irresponsible. The delivery guy calls us saying that he is at my location and i checked with my room mates that he never showed up. This is a old trick that logistic derliverers using. They do not turn up at my place and create urgency to pick the order and if i don't pick the order at that moment they don't wait for 15min and ask us to collect it tomorrow when they make next attempt.

                I'm very much unhappy the type of service amazon providing at delivery stage. I just want to convey this message or complaint through this survey.

                Whenever i place the order using amazon pay my order just get cancelled and a sincere refund would be credited back everytime.

                It makes me to think from my previous order for a manscaping product that you are showing up some products that you don't have them. When i place the order you cancel it with an absurd reason and refund the money after 10 days.

                I've added a screenshot with this email where it shows the product was delivered. Although i didn't get my hands on this product while it shows delivered in my account! I would definitely like to take a legal advice on this and come after you if my case is not resolved with a good will compensation.

                  So please suggest customer worry but you all not care for this item missing so you torcher customer not any query from your dealer

                    On 1 may at 11.44 i received a message from icici bank that ₹945.88 have been deducted by my account regarding amazon prime and i haven't opt for any prime membership and when i called amazon customer care they asked me to go for an online fir and we can't do anything regarding this and i have visited twice a bank regarding this they asked me to call amazon customer care service and let me tell you this is a big fraud company and don't purchase anything from this site never ever.

                        Team, I have ordered a USB mixer Juicer from Amazon on 30.04.2019 and I have received NOVA LINT REMOVER on 04.05.2019. When called the customer care and asked about the wrong delivery the executive is not at all giving a proper response. When I told him that I will complain on them he is saying to OK as he is not having any details of wrong delivery of product. VERY VERY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE and worried to order from online websites. Iam still not understanding how come they send us a wrong product...

                          This is to bring to your notice that amazon is selecting fake winners for “amazon app daily quiz”.. Winners declared by amazon doesn’t even exist.. The term and condition of “amazon app daily quiz” is to follow all the ruled mentioned before the quiz starts and after completing the quiz if you have all your answers correct then you have to take the screenshot and tweet on twitter using the hashtag -“#quiztimemorningswithamazon”

                          I am having many proofs which state that winners declared by amazon team are totally fake.. Kindly refer to the following attachments for the same..

                          Let me describe one proof:

                          There were only 5-6 entries for 4th april 2019 quiz (Tommy hilfiger watch)..”mr. Prem kanth” (The official winner declared by amazon team) has never tweeted.. Which means he has not fulfilled the terms and conditions of quiz. Don’t know how he became the winner.

                              Dear customer care,

                              Ordered an item
                              Order placed: 2 may 2019
                              Amazon.in order number:[protected], but the parcel shows it has shipped by ecomexpress on 2 may 2019 with tracking id[protected].

                              The issues are-

                              1) the tracking on ecomexpress shows "pickup failed, shipment not handed over".

                              2) unable to contact the seller over email as amazon app says contact amazon customer support.

                              3) when contacted the customer care of amazon they said, it has not been dispatched yet and seller made mistake giving wrong tracking id.
                              But as we can see in attachment the order number and tracking id on both the order details and ecomexpress match.

                              Kindly resolve the issue and revert back to me.

                                Hi i placed a order on 1 december and it was a damaged product they picked the product up in march 2018 but my refund has still not been sent to my bank i have called them a number of time explained to them that amazon arrange the pick up and the courier did not give me a receipt as he said it’s all on computer but still waiting for my payment and they haven’t refunded me yet

                                  My email address is don4u2001. And name is rukhsana motara and it's on hotmail. Comvery bad service i ordered a 8seater dining table set and when it was delivered it was delivered damaged and then when i contacted amazon spacecraft instead of replacement of the whole order they only replaced 4 chairs and they lied to me saying they have replaced the whole lot so while unpacking the parcel i took videos and pictures and sent it to the buyer's garantee team but till now they have not resolved anything everytime i called they said it will be resolved in 48 hrs time but no i am a loyal customer of amazon and this is how they treat customer's very disappointed with the service

                                        Then they send another mail to sent amount for dress and blazer and then salary account opening, and insurance and courier charges 4900+4900+3500+1650= 14950/- i sent to this account no. Deposit your amount in this a/c state bank of india, a/c no. [protected] holder name: abhishek pathak, ifsc code: sbin0017930. Mob no. [protected]. Then i tried to call to them but they didn't responding. Now i understand they are robbered my money. So friends don't do that.
