I purchased this fitness watch after reading the reviews on amazon and I must warn you that you could be tricked just like me.A very good attempt by the seller to loot buyers.
The watch was returned by me to amazon due to bluetooth connectivity issues and inaccurate readings and then amazon sent me a replacement watch.The replaced watch had similar problems and seemed
like a product returned by another customer was given to me. I returned it the second time to the amazon agent who checked the contents in the box before accepting the return. I waited for
a week to enquire about the status of my refund while the agent on call kept saying that it was being checked by their investigation team. Patiently waited only to check on the status once again after a gap of a week more.
The agent responded saying that a junk item was returned by me which did not match the description of the item purchased. Today it is a matter of INR 4990 but how do we trust this portal when they dont have any update
systems in place. They seem to trust their agents more than their customers. After multiple calls and months of wait I have been given the same answer from the junior most customer service agent to the top management.
Thank you amazon for this horrible eperience. I am sure that one customer loss may not make a difference to you but it did make a difference to a retired person who has been cheated.

    Your company are fool and ### company because your tall me we will deliver to you on Friday but not still deliver they tell me again we cannot deliver and wait for three days, , and I still waited and still they tall me same we cannot deliver and after they tall me we will return your money for vivo cover and harmonica but they don't return me and I CALL TO company but they don't pickup

      Received above barclays mastercard (Last 4 digits on credit card are - 8274) charge of $ 123.09. It had transaction date of march 4th 2019 and posting date of march 5th 2019.
      Plus, description information stated on barclays' transactions page is "amzn mktp us*m158t8kh0 amzn.com/billwa".
      I called barclays customer service number and they gave me additional information which was ' book stores '. However, i do not go to book stores.

      Additional information follows:
      On credit card, my middle initial is j, and my mailing address is plano, texas[protected]

        Purchased a product from amazon on emi debit card of said account, the details of product is as follows -

        Product whirlpool 8 kg fully automatic top load grey colour washing machine
        Order date 13.10.2018
        Order no.[protected]
        Total amount 24, 026

        The above product was returned and confirmation of return was made. However, a loan account of said emi created in my account, the details of loan account is as follows -

        Loan account no.[protected]

        Till date, emi of rs. 2159 each month has been deducted from my salary account, the details are as follows -

        13.11.2018 - rs 2159
        13.12.2018 - rs 2159
        13.01.2019 - rs 2159
        15.02.2019 - rs 2159
        13.03.2019 - rs 2159
        13.04.2019 - rs 2159

        Repeatedly, i have contacted the amazon and sbi customer call services but both the parties are not able to process the grievance. However, amazon services has mailed the undersigned the same has been cut and pasted below for your kind perusal and necessary action, please. Kindly process the grievance of the undersigned and credit the deducted emi and close the said account.

          I noticed today that i've been charged $19.99 from amazon; i've no idea what it's for. No other information, just the charge. I haven't ordered anything thru amazon. I'd like this refunded back into my account immediately.

          I'd also like to know how they have access to my banking account. I can seek a lawyer and let them repair the damage that amazon has created, but i want to be fair and allow them to answer these questions. Please, i live on a fixed income.

            I have cancelled an ordered item in the subject specified and accordingly amazon issued the refund order on 8.04.19. I cam to know that it takes 2-4business days to credit money as transactions made through debit card. Till date the money hasn't credited to my account. The order no for cancellation was[protected] of rs. 2050/-. Please let me know the current status.

              Yesterday... I place a order on amazon app and hdfc card gives 10 percent discont and for which moneh deducted... But in my amazon order section showing payment failed and when i speak to amazon care they repeatedly saying wait 24 hrs... Also 24 hrs hrs lapsed and they have no knowledge about their payment status and say pay again for full amount without getting discount... They are not providing me order confirmation and comfortably sitting by holding my money...
              Their care service is ever worst... They have nothing care about customer and playing game by joining hands with hdfc and gives # excuses to customer...
              So, i want that they instantly confirm my order with hdfc discount or gi've me compensation for that...

                  I had placed an order for 3 books on 2019 april 3rd which was returned by the carrier as they didn't have delivery area. Later i got a mail on april 8th as my refund was initiated and will be available in 2-4 days. As i didn't get refund i've contacted amazon customer care from where i got the reply that they had already refunded and asked to go through my bank statement when i didn't receive the money.

                    I brought two product from amazon. One is on 13th october 2018. Whose refund reference number is[protected] and another is on 24th whose refund reference number is [protected]. They initial the refund but i could not get. Please issue it to my account. Bank doesn't help me. They told me that you contact amazon costumer care. Please resolved this problem.

                        I had ordered dell vostro sff desktop which included a dvd drive but on receiving the item, the dvd drive is missing. As the return window period of 10 days has lapsed amazon is unhelpful and wants the customer to pay the price.

                        As confirmed by the manufacturer - dell, the seller from amazon has not placed the dvd drive order which indicates service lapse from amazon's end but they are not owning up the issue nor providing any solution

                            Hi, my name is sandesh chokhandre and my email id is chokhandre. [protected]@gmail.com. My account was hacked on 30th march 2019 and i had immediately raised a complaint with your team on the same day about my account being compromised and being controlled by someone else. All my credentials like registered email id, contact number, account holders name were changed by the person who took control of my account and i was kicked out of my own account. Also i been a customer with an active amazon pay emi credit account no steps were taken by the team to block the account till the veracity of my complaint was verified to prevent me from any further financial loss. The person has even purchased a tv costing 18900 using amazon pay emi which is linked to my bank account. This was confirmed to me by the amazon pay emi partner capital float yesterday. It has been 14 days since and i haven't received any resolution nor complete control of my account as of today i. E 12th april 2019. During this time i have tried contacting your team multiple times using all possible means of communication to get any update but your team is completely clueless and hopeless. Day before yesterday i received a mail that everything has been rolled back to the original state but still cant login as they did an incomplete job and just changed the registered email id to my original one but didn't change the registered name and the contact number to original state. The person controlling the account had activated a 2 step verification and all the otps are being sent to that person's number. This is very poor customer service being provided by a global company like amazon.in and that to for such a serious security breach of a customers account who has been their customer since last 5-6 years. The a account was hacked by some ramu with an email id [protected]@gmail.com and number [protected].

                              I ordered a book written by ruskin bond "captain
                              Young's ghost: ghostly tales from the indian hills" with amazon.in
                              Order #[protected] priced rs.185. The seller amazing books
                              Didn't deliver than on 30th march which was the due date & when i
                              Asked about delivery they cancelled my order. Next day i received
                              Refund of only rs.19 on amazon wallet but the rest of rs.166 was not
                              Added to my bank account. The pnb customer care has confirmed that no
                              Refund has been initiated by amazon. I asked amazon to provide the
                              Transaction reference number for this refund but they are not ready to
                              Provide that. Amazon agent akash said it will be provided on 11th
                              April but i received neither the transaction reference number for this
                              Refund not the refund of rs. 200 in my bank account.

                                  I ordered a product on 14 march 2019, with order no[protected]. Now, honestly today is 12th of april. Its been a month still i havent got my product. I waited patiently for over a month now please help me with the product if it dont get delivered to me then, please give me the money back.
                                  Last time i did a complaint about a product from amazon yet to my horror not even a message neither calls were attempted to me.
                                  I am beginning to loose faith in amazon.
                                  I am never going to buy from amazon ever again.

Mene customer care ko call kiya customer klcare me bataya aap nishchint rahite aapka paisa aapke account me 101% aajayega jo card se aapne payment kiya hai us account me. Aaj me call krke puch to bataya li aapka refund aapke bank account me aaya hai me 2 bar bank ke chakkar kat aaya lekin refund status bank me kuch bhi nahi mila. Bank valo me bataya jo bhi hai amazon wala hi krega jo aapka refund aayega woh aapke account me directly system through aajayega still amazon customer care talked to raised the bank dispute form fill the against of the bank not credited my aacount.. Its ashamed amazon indai its big brand and 3rd class experience of the amzon its worst... I want my refund anybody help me.

                                      I haven't received refund for my order no[protected] from amazon..
                                      But amazon has already processed the successfully refund on 01/04/2019. And provided me with refund reference number is[protected] and amount sum of ₹12990 is not yet received..in my Indian bank account no [protected] to date.
                                      And Indian bank home branch does not helped me for refund/ or not filed a charge dispute form. Pls help and solve this query.

                                        Hello,

                                        I ordered a back brace posture corrector (Order ID:[protected], and instead received a faulty cheap product of wrong size not matching the description given on the website, and costing 4 times more than the actual price of the product I received.

                                        Contacted Amazon, they told me to contact the seller. Seller said he won't process refund even though the product was defected, not matching the description and of the wrong size.

                                        Contacted Amazon multiple times after that, and finally filed the A to Z guarantee refund. Got mail from Amazon and one from seller telling me to send the product to an address they sent. I sent the product. Few days later I received a call and status update from the courier telling me the seller rejected the courier.

                                        Contacted the Amazon customer care again and they told me to send an email to the email address from which I received the mail about A to Z refund details (buyer-guarantee). It's been three days and they haven't replied. I sent a reminder mail too and they still won't reply.

                                        After over one month of contact - 9 customer care chats, one phone call (where the customer care agent hung up mid way just saying 'Thanks for contacting'), and multiple mails, I am now left without the money, and without the product. In fact I even lost some more money in sending the product back. This entire process only wasted my money and time.

                                        I would like to get refund for the product.
