I have done add money in my amazon pay Wallet of ammont 5500 with my bank of India rupay card... On 30 march 2019
After that transaction has failed due to some error...after that my balance Is. 5500 have been debit in my account...
I call customer care in amazon...
He told me that I have to wait for 5 working days for refund...
But still I have not get my refund...
I call in bank and fill pos refund form on 6 April 2019
i have communicated to bank of india on their email id pos. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in. But still the refund has not been credited.

    I had purchased a samsung 43 inch TV as per onder no[protected] dt 26.3.19. As the TV is defective the company ordered for replacement and placed the order for replacement on 4.4.19. So fa r not picked up the defective TV from my home and not delivered the new one. contacted the customer team several times.

      I have purchased a tv from amazon order no[protected] dt 26.3.19. As the tv is not working properly and as per report from the samsung technician they placed the replacement order on 4.4.19. So fa r they have not picked up the defective tv from my house and not given the new one. I have already paid the full amount to the company. This si a kind of cheating the customer

        I purchased samsung galaxy m30 and paid full in advance. During purchasing time they offer that the product delivery will be on sat (06/04/19). But it won't delivered on that day and they gave the information that delivery should be postponed to monday (08/04/19). I have received a message from fedex service that the delivery will be delayed and not given any reasonable explanation regarding the delay. So i need to keep up on the exact delivery date as possible.

          I purchased mi a2 mobile on[protected] and delivered same day at 8-40pm. Appreciate for quick service.

          However when login to mobile i found following issue.

          1. I was trying to change ringtone and i found voice recorders and fm recordinngs instead tones.

          2. Scratches on mobile case and when it cleaned myself.

          3. Ringtones, screenshots options are not available.

          4. Battery drying very fast and kept for charging twice matter of 3hrs use.

          All this incidennts further affirming that it's used product.

          Infact i would have accepted exchange if product has a problem but here it's used products and i can't even think that amazon does such with customers.

          Appreciate immediate resolution to it. Otherwise i wi be forced to go to consumer forum.

            So here's my issue: i ordered few products from amazon. Which is maybelline strobing cream, neutrogena hydro boost cream, maybelline mascara and unloc serum. Which i prepaid from my card. And on wednesday it showed that it got delivered but it didn't. I never received a call from teh delivery boy nor i received my products. This is the poorest service i have ever experienced. I'm not gonna order from amazon anytime after this. I contacted their customer service they are telling me that they will investigate this. Wth what they will investigate? Why would some waste their time and energy to contact them everyday? This is the worst service a customer will ever get. They even told me to upload my id proof. Which i did. They didn't even bother. I want my products or refund. That's all.

                It is to brought to your notice that an amount of rs.3759/- initiated by amazon on dt. 31.03.2019.
                I am having authorization code (Reference number) - 74332749091909035602000 and transaction id 4sj2a0hkoyc has not been transferred to my saving account no. [protected] till date whereas the mail i received from amazon clearly mentioned that i will receive the amount by 31.03.2019.
                A screenshot of the same has also been attached with this mail.
                I contacted amazon regarding this matter and they sent me a mail clearly mentioning to file a 'file transaction dispute as 'return never processed'.
                I am attaching a screenshot of the same also for your reference. So, kindly do the needful at the earliest so that the amount will be transferred in my account at the earliest without any further inconvenience to me.

                  I have recharged my mobile number with amazon pay and after taking long time they gave me a reference number of 0nr[protected]
                  And the recharge is delayed at operator side and deducted my balance and advised me to contact the operator.
                  When i contact the operator they are saying that they see no such request on my recharge and they are advising me to contact amazon pay
                  After heavy disappointment i am decided to file a complaint

                      There is a charge on February 23 and March 13 of 2019. Both amounts are for $14.06. I don't believe I have made any Amazon purchases. For some reason the complaint form showed India. I don't normally buy anything from Amazon which is what brought it to my attention. And both charges were for the same amount which makes it look like a subscription of something of that nature.

                        Actually i have ordered from amazon some cloths. But i has got empty parcel from amazon and that time one of my product on the way as per tracking on amazon side, so i thought cancel the product and i need my money but when i complain on amazon website customer services they blocked by amazon account and i didn't get my money or product, so be customer i need a proper resolution from your side

                          Refund of rs. 9949/- has been made by amazon on 24th of august 2019 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
                          "the reference number of the refund is ref - 75503729084028086735949.
                          But, the refund has not been received yet.
                          Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                          I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                            On 28th march, i received a package from delivery man. When i asked abt change which he had to give to me in return, he said dat he will give it back next tym. As i was in a little hurry i could not count exactly hw much it was. He said he has to pay back just 10 rupees bt later after he had gone n when i counted it was 21 rupees n now dat man is no where to be seen even though after dat i made other orders. I know it may not sound as dat much amount but issue here is about honesty of delivery men... Hw can dey dupe ppl like this n always try to pocket extra money... I want my money back n action must b take against such greedy persons otherwise next tym i m not going to buy anything from dis platform n will ask others to do same

                                I have again cheated by the name of amazon. They have contacted me from westbengal by the name of varun aditya. As they said frist i have deposit 1650 fro uniform charges after to that for mediclaim and bank account opening they said to deposit 5150. After to that based on each and everything they saisd to pay. Totally 30k has been paid but now all the telephone numers are in switched off from 2days. As they said they will refund everything as this is a financia year ending so it may take 2 more days but now all the numbers are switched off the contact numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
                                I have talk with the above mentioned numbers.
                                They have forwarded me the documents as they have accepted my proposal

                                    My name is debra weaver. And i have been getting charged for amazon prime for a very long time and i have no idea what this is.. Or applying for this. Months of this payment and i have no clue of this. Please fix this. Im sure i will not get any of my money back and were talking months of this..                                       There has been a charge of $13.09 coming out every month for a while now.
                                      Stop this charge immediately. I have no idea what this is for. If this was a telemarketer call, i wasn't aware there would be money taken out of my account. Any correspondence will be recorded from now on the telephone. There will be a stop payment on this from my bank as of today,[protected].

                                        Hi, i have ordered an amazon gift card for 3000 rupees with the order #[protected] and i did not receive the delivery. When i spoke to the amazon agent, they said that they have the proof (Signature of mine) that i took the delivery. However, i didn't receive the gift card and i did not sign anywhere.

                                        As this is a case of financial fraud by the amazon india delivery partners (India), i would need an immediate action on the same. Moreover, the delivery pin that amazon provides to it's customers is not of any use, as the delivery executive can mark the product delivered without the pin number. So the pin is not useful or customer friendly to avoid these kind of frauds.
