I have a business listing on amazon.in, & have made several purchases through the website for various products for my company's use, such as mobile phones, office consumables, etc. All these products are eligible for itc.

I have received gst invoices for all my purchases, with the supplier's gst tin & my gst tin clearly mentioned on the invoices.

However, on checking the gstr-2a, i was shocked to find that all these invoices were mismatched, & that i had not received gst credit for any of these invoices.

This obviously means that all these suppliers had filed their gstr-1 incorrectly, by not entering my gst tin in their return & showing the same as a b2c transaction.

This is most unfair, illegal, & negligence on the part of the suppliers, & they should be severely penalized for this.

But there is no way i can contact the suppliers directly, as the amazon invoice doesn't show any of the supplier's contact details. So there is no option than to contact amazon.

I have contacted amazon.in several times by writing to their customer service, but every time i receive a standard reply, apologizing profusely for the inconvenience faced by me, with the promise that the issue has been escalated & i would receive a resolution within 3-5 working days. But this turns out to be just hogwash (As expected).

I am totally fed up of this lip-service. Nobody at amazon.in seems to be genuinely interested in customer service. They don't care that the reputation of their own company is going down the drain. What a pathetic situation.

I wonder if submitting a complaint on this forum will elicit some response & get my problem solved.

    This product is completely out of expectation. The purpose for which purchased it, it doesn't meet. The product is kind o[censored]seless to me.
    The product description gives me false information. I want to return this now.

    I never expected amezon does this kind of misguide. I was completely misguided by the product description. Please take it back instantly.

      Hello sir/mam,

      I have get refund from amazon with the refund amount of rs.684.00 and 759.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in my account [protected] (Kuldeep gupta) by[protected] with the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected] [protected] and i was pay this amount using my rupay card which associated with same account. Please help us to get refund mentioned amount as soon as possible and get reflected into my account. I have already too much wait for this refund and many time to amazon customer care as well bank customer care and visit the bank every one say the transaction was not stuck our end so where are transaction has been gone. Please help me.

        I place an order in march of all plant protein amway 1 kg, i waited for one month out of kindness and on 6th april amazon customer service told me that my order is lost in transition hence cancelled and that i should place the order again from the same seller and that this time it will surely get delivered, i didn't wanted to order it again but on their request i did order on (Cash on delivery) the delivery boy gave a different product namely amway attitude night cream of rs 575 to my family member and took rs 3000 and went away and didnt pick up my call on calling after that, when i contacted amazon they said they have filed an investigation as this was a non returnable product. Then i called again for same now they have closed my amazon account and telling me that i have made return request for a large number of products delivered to me and so they are suspending my account, what the hell!!! I want my 3000 rs back just return what you took and i will never order anything from amazon again flipkart is far much better. Hate u amazon

          Booked a parcel and the product is out for delivery on 24/04/2019 and i have suggested to delivery the product between 10 am to 7 pm as shown at time of booking and the delivery boy called me at morning 7.30 and asked me to collect the parcel. Since the delivery address is a little far i told him to wait for 5 mins and i rushed to the place and reached on time and was searching for him and called him back and he was shouting at me and told he won't deliver my product and he is returning it and i asked him what's the reason? And i told him the delivery time is between 10 am to 7 pm and when you called i reached the place within 5 mins and he was not ready to hear what i need to say and he told he won't deliver the product and asked me to do what ever a kind of rude behaviour from amazon delivery boy

I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

              Hello, i am rajkunwar singh dhunna from sahnewal. I had ordered a sony earphones from amazon and the product is delivered by amazon delivery. The delivery agent refused to give me the product at my door step; instead, he asked me to come to an another location (A bit far from my home), to which i refused. The reason he gave for this was that it was too far for him and he doesn't feel right, then he cancelled the delivery by reporting that i wasn't present.

              I immediately made a complaint to amazon and they told me that the delivery agent cannot call the customer away from the delivery address, it is against the company policies. They assured me that that strict actions will be taken and the product will be delivered within 24 hours. To my surprise nothing of such sort happened, neither the product was delivered to me nor the delivery agent was reprimanded for his unethical and rude behaviour. I made the complaint again and it was all for naught.

              I have been a loyal customer since 2017 and i have never faced this humiliating experience before. There are no problem when other delivery companies deliver the product; they are always polite and cooperative. Now i start to believe that the amazon delivery agents run the company.

                Hi,

                As per promotional offer, "on approval of your amazon credit card, non-prime customer will receive flat 200/- as amazon pay balance. Offer validity 17th-jan'19 to 31st april'19."

                I have applied for credit card on 1st april'19. My credit card has been approved the same day. However till now i have not received any cashback for the same even after raising the complaints so many times.

                  I ordered cera b4512205-g stainless steel sink for my kitchen from amazon on 13 april 2019 and it's order no.[protected] for rs. 9440.
                  When i received the item it was damaged, i immediately placed the return request on amazon. Next day when amazon boy came for pick up he denied to pick up the item because its design was little different. He told me that you have not mentioned that it is different while filling return.
                  I called amazon regarding this and they told me to send images. I send them images and they put this return on 5 days investigation hold till 26 april.
                  They sent me wrong and damaged product. On the first look i found it damaged and immediately i placed return request, i didn't feel investigating it full for design difference because it was already damaged on first look. And it is still seal in original company poly.
                  Amazon should pick up this scrap and refund me full.

                    My name is pankaj sharma and i placed two orders on amazon as on 8th and 10th of april 2019. Both the orders were cancelled from my side and it went back to the amazon sellers respectively. I was assured to get my refund within 2-4 business days but i got nothing till date (23/04/2019). I contacted the amazon customer service thrice within three days and they kept saying that the refund has been sent by their end and i got the refund request number-
                    Order 1: rrn-74332749103910298731151 (Order 1 amount-rs.320/-), order 2:rrn - 74332749104910348323669 (Order 2 amount-rs.515/-).
                    Today i contacted my canara bank service support and they said that it will take around 45 days to reflect the refund back in my account..
                    Plz look into the matter and try to get me my refund back as soon as possible.

                        I ordered a product on amazon - advance nutritech awb no.[protected], which has not been delivered to me since today. I got a sms dated 17/04/2019 that my product will be dilevered today. But i didn't receive any. Same sms received dated 18/04/201/, 20/04/2019. But i didn't get the package.
                        I have complained about the same many times to amazon executives and ecom express executives but all in vain, they made many false promises like - "that it is our mistake, we are sorry for your delay, your product will be delivered tomorrow. Please update your mobile number etc etc," i follwed all that was told to me and did the same. Yet, no fruitful results.
                        I also had inconvenience earlier about the same issue for ecom express and amazon courier facility for another order "centrino men shoes" order date 02/11/2018 of which i had promised a cashback of rs. 130 to my amazon wallet by the amzon customer care executive because they didn't deliver my product on time and then i was told to reorder the same product again. I said it is higher in price. So they ensured me of returning the cashback to me for it, i ordered a higher price same product and recieved it by paying higher price but didn't receive the promised cashback till date.

                        I have proof of all this problem caused to me by this courier facility and amazon like screenshot of text messages, call recording with customer care executives etc. They all have harrassed me a lot, i can't take it any more instead it has wasted my previous time.

                          My name is piyush, i ordered a phone samsung m30 from amazon on april 2 order number:[protected]. Few hours after successfully placing my order i got a mail that my order has been cancelled and my amount will be refunded to original payment method. Later i got on more mail that refund of amount of rs 14989 has been refunded with refund reference number[protected] and will reflect in my card till april 8, 2019. Till date i didn't get my refund and on contacting amazon customer executive they said that the amount has been refunded and contact to your bank regarding this. I called my bank customer care and they said they can't provide any help through refund reference number. I mailed amazon several times regarding this and only i got to hear is that we have refunded the amount contact to your bank, amazon people also said me to fill charge dispute form and when i went to bank they said they don't have any such procedure and amazon people are blufing on you. I'm very upset due to happening of these things. I have to buy the phone but i can't buy because from last 20 days they are not providing me the refund. Kindly provide me the proper solution.

                            Incident date, 4/21/19. I noticed my credit card had a charge of $13.93 which i did not authorize.. My card statement showed the charge came from, (Amazon prime), the location showed it was, (Amzn.com/bill, wa), and the category was, (Retail stores). This unauthorized charge showed up online on my walmart money card account which i have to login to see it. I don't receive any statements in the mail, every things on line.. I hope you can help me to recover the money that i lost.. Thanks

                                Hi,

                                I have ordered air cooler and its damaged and not functioning. Then immediately called to customer care and raised return request. i have called customer care many times. Amazon send mail to seller care but no response. then escalated also. but no response. i am keep asking by amazon saying self return. Day1 i am saying i can't do. I don't know where to do and busy with personal work. They are simply wasted my time without any help...I don't what to do next?

                                  I did the recharge on 2 april 2019 from my indian bank debit card of rupees 369, recharge was not successful that day and the amount had been debited from my account no [protected] and till now i have not received my refund of rupees 369.
                                  Amazon india said that they have already generated my refund and my bank didn't ready to accept it.
                                  So please take necessary action against this case and please send my refund in my account [protected].
                                  Payment reference id is[protected].

                                    I purchased a product from Amazon Online Shopping on 9th of this month using my canara bank debit card Rs. 2165.52/- and cancelled on 10th of this month. same was not received and I asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 16th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund the amount of Rs.2165.52/-. Amazon Customer Care Executive told me that you contact with your Bank Customer Care Executive. When I
                                    contact with my bank customer care executive then they are told me until n unless Amazon don't provide the refund how can they will credit into my account, Amazon provide me one reference number which is ( Refund Reference Number[protected]. They have provided which the refund reference number is[protected] when I shopping with Amazon that time reference number is same and I already show this thing to bank but still same situation, I tried to call amazon India several times but every time they told me it takes 24 hrs and every time new person pick up my call and provide different solutions, I also send some mails to Amazon regarding this issue but same answer all the time. One day Amazon told me they want the scan copy of my passbook from date of purchase till current date, I also provide the scan copy which act as proof that amount is not credited into my account, after that I call Amazon they said they already issued on 10th April and repeating same things again and again, now I am fed up with amazon response so I am sending the proof of my passbook scan copy, some emails by amazon and my order summary, please check the attachment and help me as soon as possible please its a request from my side. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence I mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too I'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                                        I have ordered the Belt but it is not possible to wear it up due to size difference and its non-elasticity . There is no contact number of seller given and it is not of any use.
                                        I am unable to wear as it is stuck in between and no seller contact number or email id is provided
                                        It is really bad as for online products, if size does not fit or a customer is not able to wear, why should we pay
                                        there must be return option
                                        With no return, it means that there products are defective
                                        And hence people will return, so they mark products as non -returnable
                                        it is really disgusting
                                        I want refund for this item
