I had purchased a microwave oven from Amazon, but because of some technical problems I returned it back on 9th of April, and got refund reference number also, but till now I have not got my refund. I had shared Uco Bank Nlg a/c no. For the refund, So I request you to kindly get my money (11, 480/-) back with out any delay.

    I have claimed the refund on 13th april and got my refund reference number on 23rd of april but still did not receive the refund and i have even called up bank's customer support and they are stating that there is no refund reflecting.       Dear sir,
      My name is aaryav email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with Amazon. My Amazon account is locked from 2 days. Reason is that i placed a order on Amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
      After one day i see my account is locked . I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong . I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request .

          I ordered a loreal telescopic mascara from Amazon India via NY Craze seller. When I received the package inside was Men’s vitamins instead! I sent the picture in the package promptly to Amazon who agreed there was a mistake and would remedy the error. After endless follow ups Amazon finally told me that NY Craze sent me the correct product... essentially calling me a liar! Have reported Amazon India and this seller to Consumer Affairs! Don’t deal with either!

            I bought luvlap high chair from amazon and in one day initiated the return as the product was not as per the standards mentioned by the seller. Once i initiated the return, the company amazon send the message they will pick up the product in one working day, they never came. I waited and post 15days return of product is not applicable, they denied the return and refund which is inappropriate and unfair on such a big company's part. I am a very regular customer and i expect justice at the earliest

                    I made an order vide order no[protected] on 20 april 2019 amounting to rs.1118. The items were supposed to be delivered on 23 april. On 23 evening your delivery executive called and informed me that he won't be able to make a delivery on 23 and he will deliver the same on 24. The items were neither delivered nor an attempt was made to contact me over telephone for making the delivery. Today the status of the items is that it is being returned to the seller.

                    The customer care executive informed that two delivery attempts have been made. Whereas the track shipment in my app shows that only one attempt has been made. That attempt is on the same day when your executive informed me that he won't be able to make the delivery.

                    I was making this order as a gift for someone, and with the order being fulfilled by amazon, i did not expect to be cheated by the delivery executive. I have been ordering with amazon for a few years now. This puts doubt in my mind regarding making orders in the future.

                      I purchase the huawei p 30pro with huawei watch gt where there was offer going on on amazon as if we buy the huawei p30pro mobile with watch gt then we will get watch gt in rs.2, 000/- instead of rs.15990/- (Watch gt mrp), but while placing the order on 15 april, the total cart value was showing rs.87980/- instead of offer price rs.73990/-
                      So before placing order i contacted the amazon helpdesk on phone & he confirmed me that they are facing technical problem with the said offer currently, & he insisted me that go ahead & place order right now with full amount & within 48hrs i will received a mail confirmation about the extra money refund to my bank account through which i place the order, (I have call recording for the same conversion in my mobile), so i go ahead & placed the order for complete amount rs.89329/- (With one protective case)

                      After the same i constantly chasing with amazon india help desk four times on phone & twice on chat (I have all the proofs for the same) but still i haven't got the satisfactory answer from them. On my last call with amazon help desk they requested me to wait till 26 april for the next update from them which is exactly 12 days after placing the order, please note my return window for returning this product is closing on 25th april which is today i because of this i am totally hopeless.. Chasing with amazon india on my twitter & email too but no resolution yet...

                      I never expected such fraud from amazon india to whom i trusted from past years & place all my orders on their portal.

                      So today is 11 day after placing the order & still i haven't got my refund of rs.
                      13990/- from amazon india.

                          I have a business listing on amazon.in, & have made several purchases through the website for various products for my company's use, such as mobile phones, office consumables, etc. All these products are eligible for itc.

                          I have received gst invoices for all my purchases, with the supplier's gst tin & my gst tin clearly mentioned on the invoices.

                          However, on checking the gstr-2a, i was shocked to find that all these invoices were mismatched, & that i had not received gst credit for any of these invoices.

                          This obviously means that all these suppliers had filed their gstr-1 incorrectly, by not entering my gst tin in their return & showing the same as a b2c transaction.

                          This is most unfair, illegal, & negligence on the part of the suppliers, & they should be severely penalized for this.

                          But there is no way i can contact the suppliers directly, as the amazon invoice doesn't show any of the supplier's contact details. So there is no option than to contact amazon.

                          I have contacted amazon.in several times by writing to their customer service, but every time i receive a standard reply, apologizing profusely for the inconvenience faced by me, with the promise that the issue has been escalated & i would receive a resolution within 3-5 working days. But this turns out to be just hogwash (As expected).

                          I am totally fed up of this lip-service. Nobody at amazon.in seems to be genuinely interested in customer service. They don't care that the reputation of their own company is going down the drain. What a pathetic situation.

                          I wonder if submitting a complaint on this forum will elicit some response & get my problem solved.

                              I have get refund from amazon with the refund amount of rs.684.00 and 759.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in my account [protected] (Kuldeep gupta) by[protected] with the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected] [protected] and i was pay this amount using my rupay card which associated with same account. Please help us to get refund mentioned amount as soon as possible and get reflected into my account. I have already too much wait for this refund and many time to amazon customer care as well bank customer care and visit the bank every one say the transaction was not stuck our end so where are transaction has been gone. Please help me.

                                I place an order in march of all plant protein amway 1 kg, i waited for one month out of kindness and on 6th april amazon customer service told me that my order is lost in transition hence cancelled and that i should place the order again from the same seller and that this time it will surely get delivered, i didn't wanted to order it again but on their request i did order on (Cash on delivery) the delivery boy gave a different product namely amway attitude night cream of rs 575 to my family member and took rs 3000 and went away and didnt pick up my call on calling after that, when i contacted amazon they said they have filed an investigation as this was a non returnable product. Then i called again for same now they have closed my amazon account and telling me that i have made return request for a large number of products delivered to me and so they are suspending my account, what the hell!!! I want my 3000 rs back just return what you took and i will never order anything from amazon again flipkart is far much better. Hate u amazon

                                  Booked a parcel and the product is out for delivery on 24/04/2019 and i have suggested to delivery the product between 10 am to 7 pm as shown at time of booking and the delivery boy called me at morning 7.30 and asked me to collect the parcel. Since the delivery address is a little far i told him to wait for 5 mins and i rushed to the place and reached on time and was searching for him and called him back and he was shouting at me and told he won't deliver my product and he is returning it and i asked him what's the reason? And i told him the delivery time is between 10 am to 7 pm and when you called i reached the place within 5 mins and he was not ready to hear what i need to say and he told he won't deliver the product and asked me to do what ever a kind of rude behaviour from amazon delivery boy

I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                                      Hello, i am rajkunwar singh dhunna from sahnewal. I had ordered a sony earphones from amazon and the product is delivered by amazon delivery. The delivery agent refused to give me the product at my door step; instead, he asked me to come to an another location (A bit far from my home), to which i refused. The reason he gave for this was that it was too far for him and he doesn't feel right, then he cancelled the delivery by reporting that i wasn't present.

                                      I immediately made a complaint to amazon and they told me that the delivery agent cannot call the customer away from the delivery address, it is against the company policies. They assured me that that strict actions will be taken and the product will be delivered within 24 hours. To my surprise nothing of such sort happened, neither the product was delivered to me nor the delivery agent was reprimanded for his unethical and rude behaviour. I made the complaint again and it was all for naught.

                                      I have been a loyal customer since 2017 and i have never faced this humiliating experience before. There are no problem when other delivery companies deliver the product; they are always polite and cooperative. Now i start to believe that the amazon delivery agents run the company.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi,

                                        As per promotional offer, "on approval of your amazon credit card, non-prime customer will receive flat 200/- as amazon pay balance. Offer validity 17th-jan'19 to 31st april'19."

                                        I have applied for credit card on 1st april'19. My credit card has been approved the same day. However till now i have not received any cashback for the same even after raising the complaints so many times.
