Myself debasish, ordered a 'typhoo darjeeling tea, 25 tea bags (Pack of 2)' amazon.in details follows:

After i placed the order, from the morning 7.05.2019, amazon delivery agent started messaging to be prepared to receive as the product was arriving & the days use to ended up with some false messages like the cash wasn't ready or they failed to contact me through phone, whereas i received a missed call every day in the night between 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm till 12.05.2019 (I think they use to manipulate the pm to am to prove that they called me at the right time).

This scenario continued upto 12.05.2019 and then i have compelled to cancel the order as well as to end up the botheration!
During the session two times i complained to amazon customer care & their executives assured me to get the order delivered by next working day but reflected no results!
I would like to inform this type of ingenuine activity to the amazon's higher authority but failed to get such email addresses.
I consider that in the hot summer days it's very difficult to make such delivery but they were trying to smear the customers which is not fair.

You are requested to please forward the complain to the right person who may take a necessary action!

    Background - i have placed an order for purchasing kevin 40inch smart tv from amazon on 27th april 2019 for inr 16, 999. I got the product delivered on 05th may 2019. The installation of the tv is completed through amazon on 07th may 2019.

    Subsequently, i faced problems in getting audio (Sound) from tv. When i switch on tv, i get the sound. However, when i change channel, the sound stops (Irrespective of the channel i am in). At first i thought its a problem with my tata sky. However, it worked well with my old tv. Later, i called amazon customer care people informing of the issue on 08th may 2019. They have scheduled an inspection visit on 10th may 2019. On such date, the authorised inspection guy came and checked the tv. He asked me to buy a new hdmi cable, as he felt there might be some issues with my current hdmi cable. As per his suggestion, i immediately purchased a new hdmi cable through amazon, which got delivered to me on 09th may 2019. However, the issue didn't resolve even with the new cable.

    I contacted amazon customer care people again. They again scheduled inspection visit. The same person visited again on 12 may 2019. He checked the tv and said he can't do anything and need to replace the tv. He also said he would update amazon team on this and i can contact them after 4 hours.

    To my surprise, when i contacted customer care people after 4 hours, they told me that the inspection guy on both visits reported that the issue is resolved and there is no problem with tv. What??? To this, i had a very heated argument with amazon customer care people.

    They don't trust their customer (Me) when i say that tv is not working. I asked on process to raise a complaint against the technical visit as i do not agree with the report given, to which they responded there is no mechanism for me to raise a complaint and the decision of amazon on this is final.

    I fail to understand as to how amazon has no faith or trust in its customers. All i asked is to get the product returned as i need to return the product within 15th may 2019. I have seen online in few consumer forum pages that similar issues are being faced by customers regarding amazon inspection visits. Even when customers are really facing issues, the amazon inspection teams are giving clean reports and amazon is not taking any further action.

    So in effect, amazon is selling faulty products to its customers and in spite of they being notified within timelines for returning the products, they are not taking appropriate action, but refusing to believe customer.

    My ask - i want the product to be return and fair inspection be done as i believe everyone would agree with me that any television has two essential qualities (1) audio output and (2) video output. One without the other is a waste. My tv does not produce audio output 9 out of 10 times.

      I didnt get my refund from amazon but they that the amount is already transferred from their side and the transaction id or number is[protected].
      They said please contact to your bank and i didnt get satisfactory reply from canara bank helpline no. So please kindly resolve my problem. It is more than 5 businness days according to the amazon and yet it didnt show any credit transaction in my bank account statement. The amount is of 158 rs. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        With the reference to order number :[protected].

        I had ordered one number prestige iris (750 watt) mixer grinder with 3 stainless steel jar + 1 juicer jar, white and blue from amazon india site with payment rs. 2999/- (Two thousand nine hundred ninety nine only) but as per amazon site it is showing the product was delivered on 27th april-2019 but it is not yet delivered to delivery address. So i have booked complaint to amazon care immediately. Now 16days already passed. So i have asked to amazon care to refund my money but not yet received. I am taking continuously follow-ups with amazon care through e-mail and telephonic but till now not a single satisfactorily reply from amazon. So, you are requested, please look into the matter and help to me to get my money back.

          I had ordered rani pink saari in amazon and i cancelled but my money not get refunded till now.. So many working days gone till now not credited and reference id number is

            The box i was revived, having blade cut marks on front side of box, also pasted some 3rd party sicker on it inside the laminated poly . The seal pasted on box which was also fake. "when i was compare my box with another "vivo" box the seal was different & vivo not pasted any 3rd party sticker on the box.
            i said amazon to refund my money, but they denied to refund my money.

              Bad news - Amazon is not trusting the customer, fault product - Do you want to take risk again?

              Read completely, otherwise you will lose your valuable money and get unnecessary troubles on getting your money back

              I bought this product on 6-May-2019. From day two it is getting over heat when you continue to use and also near to speaker it will get over heat gradually if you play something continuously. They arranged an inspection guy and after 5 days he checked the device for 5 minutes and said everything will be like this only(It will get heat only what I can do, is inspection guy response, you won't get any valuable reason why it is like this). for this much money, you will get a product like this, as customer why you need to use the faulty product even after paying so much money (indirectly he said don't buy this product and this kind of product will have some issue like this, even it will go to 50 degree Celsius we won't take that as the complaint, you have to use this product. overall they won't understand concern, whereas I said him its getting heat gradually more in few hours)

              And I reported this useless inspection process to amazon customer care immediately once the technical guy left. But worst part is when I called amazon customer care service and raised a complaint thrice they did not believe me, amazon customer service did not care what customer is saying, they said inspetion guy give paper report saying product is fine, we can't replace/return the product. You have to use this product

              Do not prefer to buy any electronic product at amazon its my personal painful experience (you may think sometime not all product will be bad, I thought the same way before, I place the order even after seeing an heating issue review - you may think why did you order even after seeing the heating issue, bcoz I trust amazon they will understand if customer has any issues like how it was before, but it is not the case now. They believe what their team says, so do not put yourself and your money in risk)

              My dear ladies and Gentle men customers, do not risk your money on any electronic product with an assumption that we can approach the amazon customer service and get it resolved? As per the change in policy, In any electronics its not the case, you will lose your money and at the end of day, you will be using faulty product for the money you paid

              Trust me friends, Do not take unnecessary risk with your money and running behind amazon customer service to get the money back (They won't raise refund) and even for replacement, they will send some guy for inspection, he will come with weird standard range of quality check(In my case of Tab - range given was you have to tolerate the device temperature till 50 degree Celsius, guys just think how will you give that device to your lovable kid, even I am in that field as an expert engineer, it is not advisable to give to kids)

              Do not take unnecessary risk with your money, wiht your life and kids? And also you won't get your money and even you won't get replacement for faulty product. Do you want to take risk again?

              New slogan from amazon customer service: Amazon customer service won't trust customer no longer, they will trust paper what inspection guy (inspection guy will spend only 5 to 15 minutes to study the product issue, they won't even care the issues what you were facing hours for prolong use, even after if you say many times) and information what their team says, you will hear the same answer as per the policy we can't do any favour

              Agree with you. I faced exactly similar issue today. I purchased a TV through Amazon. But the sound is not coming. I asked for return as I am well within timeline for returning. They scheduled Inspection TWICE. But both the times, the inspection guy didn't do anything and he agreed there is some issue with the TV and told me it needs to be returned.

              What did he do? He gave a clean report to Amazon team instead. Now Amazon team does not believe me. They are scheduling another inspection visit to me instead. You know what Amazon team said to me over call - AMAZON HAS FINAL DECIDING AUTHORITY IN EVERY CASE.

              Ridiculous as it may seem, it is very frustrating when it happens with such a huge E-commerce website.

              I believe good old days of going to an actual SHOP for SHOPPING are much better.

              PS - I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved by Amazon

                  I have returned jbl t110bt headphone on 30th april 2019, got message that refund amazon pay reference id [protected] of value rs.2049 has been linked to amazon pay balance, but when i check my amazon pay balance no any credit has been received yet. Please reconcile this value of money that i should received.
                  I think this is the matter of faith and integrity of amazon.

                    I didn't receive my refund from amazon.in.. Which actually proceed by amazon.in on 30 april 2019. But further procedure is not done by state bank of india...

                    The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 575170.
                    My refund amounts is 1199... Which is not received yet so please take note of this...

                      My name is soumya ranjan nayak. And i had ordered xpria xa1plus back cover in amazon on purches date 11. April.2019 and after 15. April.2019 i returned this ordered due to personal reson and on date 15. April.2019 amzon initiated the amount to my card but i still didnot get the money. Amzon sent the reference id utr no. Is 943764. And told me to fill cahrge dispute form but sbi doesnot have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                        I received this message some time back - alert:rs.999.00 spent via credit card xxxxxx at amazon1258399 on[protected]:09:49:54 without pin/otp.
                        I did not give any permission to amazon to deduct any such amount from my account, and that so happened without any otp or pin. I did not make this transaction, and i want my money back immediately. This is totally unacceptable

                          I wanted to make payment on swiggy by using amazon pay, so I was trying to add money in amazon wallet through google pay upi id.

                          Though my transaction was successful, somehow my payment was declined by amazon but also google pay is showing transaction successful while I can't see any transaction on amazon.

                          Also customer care representatives are unable to see my other transaction in their system.

                            Hello sir, maine amazon se vivo V15 ka mobile phone order kiya .Espe ek offer aaya hua tha mobile phone exchange ka, maine apna redmi 3s prime exchange kiya .mere phone m koe problem nhi hai. Jab amazon delivery boy order dene aaya too usne exchange vala phone dehk kar item deliver dihka diya .but aaj tak mere pass phone nhi aaya .bhut hi bed experience hai amazon ka. Dubara complaint karne ke baad customer care ne phone ko dubara deliver krne ko kha .but jab maine deliver address same phle vala too amazon se address not found ka email aaya .main bhht presan hua hu amazon se, maine customer care main mera phone vapis lene ke liye kha lekin na mera case back hua na hi mobile aaya h abhi tak .

                                I have placed two product order from amazon one is samsung led tv and samsung refrigerator but product expected delivery date is 6 may 2019. But the product was returned 2 may 2019 and in the app it's showing returning to the seller.                                   I have attached screen shot of refund initiated mail
                                  Ordered a huawei p30lite 2 mobile phone on the 27/04/19 from amazon. Payment of rs. 25, 480 was made through indian bank master card. The order was immediately canceled but the refund has not been reflected into my account yet. Kindly please look into the matter as it is going to be approximately 12days since the order was canceled.

                                    I have been getting billed for $13.12 per month for months and never signed up for this service. I have no idea what this charge is for. Please discontinue this charge and reimburse me for previous charges. I have no idea how this billing started as i have never signed up for this service or even what it is for. I haven, t ordered anything from amazon for quite some time and may never again!

                                      I puchases mi led tv 4c pro on 30 april and it has missing tv remote in his pack after opening the installation team on may 4th, the installation team said this will take reurn from amazon so wait for our confirmation, but after i didnot receivr any messages or information from amazon, and am after 6th may call amazon called amazon customer care, the back end team said we nee job sheet after we are back to rerun, but no one called me or no messages received. It was not back return to amazon, and i call again 8th may customer care said you buy the new remote, this is not a solution and getback return and replace new product or howbto solve any one guide me.

                                        MY next Reacharge on 29/04/2019 is not complete it is canceled it is jio Mobile reacharge Amount Rs.49
                                        it is canceled but money didn't refund Please refund it
