We ordered a "samsung eo-bg920bbegin bluetooth wireless in-ear headphones with mic (Black-sapphire) upon goods received, the delivery man run away immediately, and when we open the package immediately, the box were damaged and it comes with waste door magnet instead of bluetooth headphones. We contacted amazon india and they mention they will investigate. After several emails follow-up and calls (More than 5 days with no response), we contacted amazon india via chat services. After the chat, they directly inform us that they have checked internally and packages were delivered accordingly.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My self Harjinder Singh a buyer of amazon and usually suggest everyone from my team, family and friend to buy things from Amazon as they are giving class in service and on time performance, but with respect to above order which i ordered on 16th of this month, payment with my credit card.
On 18th I called up your team regarding the dispatch of order your team ensure me that order will be deliver on priority bases so dont be Worried and send be mail as follow...

So on 19th and 20th againg i called up your team got the same answer that will try on priority bases as it was really needed to me,
On 21th morning I checked that order was canceled and when i called your executive they said its a seller product we don't know anything seller canceled so you will get refund and will reflect in account within 5 to 7 days...
Sir on 16th I ordered the product and with the several follow what i get??? Cancelation#
Really pathetic service...
I already informed your executive that I need my product as soon as possible or Instant refund with interest and compensation...
Please help me as your customer support is really useless..
