I have purchased some product from amazon site on date 10th april 2019. Due to some reason i have cancelled product to amazon. Order number[protected] they send refund my money rs 10999 in my bank account on 10th april but amount has not been credit till date. They provide me authorization code for the transaction number[protected] my account number [protected] plz check my refund money status.

    On my credit card for the last 4 times there has been this charge. I have paid to keep my accunt protected and have contacted your company and getting no where. This is the 4th month and i am not paying. I never signed for amazon prime and want these charges stopped and want reimbursement for past payments. Take me off your list please.     This is a fraud seller. He is sending scrap product. The whole powder split into the bag and all other products got non-usable. Powder is entered in brush, shaving blade and even perfume bottle also leaked and the whole bag gets dirty.
    The packing were very bad and none of the product is usable.
    This shrewd seller already set it non-returnable product. I want my money back. How amazon have not blocked this fraud supplier yet even after so many complaints. I have written a complaint to amazon as well but it has not taken any action.
    Even seller replied that it happened in transit. There is already lot of customer posting same issue still amazon is not doing anything against them. I am not paying for scrap. Amazon or selller has to return my money. If amazon really cares about quality then why don't you remove this product or banned it yet on amazon. By mistake lot of people placing order and getting same issue as i faced.

    They still have not returned my money back. Even they are not taking the product back as they know its of no use. Even there are so many complaints for same vendor that they are selling bad product thats of no use and split all over in packing. But Amazon is taking no action again this vendor. I don't shop any more with Amazon and keep telling it on every portal and in all my circle until I get justice for this.

    Hate Amazon from bottom of my heart for this fraud.

    Its Amazon loss now, As I saw Amazon shopkeepers are not reliable and sending fake and destroyed products. My whole money got wasted in last order.
    Now on 29th there is big sale starting. I am planning to buy new TV but not from Amazon ofcourse, I will buy from Flipkart. I was permanent customer of Amazon but now its Amazon big loss as Amazon don't care about their customer so why should we bound ourselves to it only.
    I also moving ahead with great company Flipkart.

      I ordered a grand harvest blue swiss army knive from amazon. As per amazon it is already delivered on 7th april but i have not received it. I complained about it to amazon. They took good 12 days to investigate my order details. I have not heard from amazon anything so i called them again today and now they are saying that they can not refund my amount as it has been delivered. Why would i complain about single item when i have ordered many other things also and received it. I want my refund because it is fraud. I want my refund asap.

          I have ordered "aadita fashion jewellery multi strand heavy gold plated mangalsutra for women" on 18th march and when i have received the product, the received product is completely different from what i have ordered. I have raised the return request and received again the different product. 2nd time with return placed no refund has happened. Need my refund immediately.

            I ordered a book relentless from Amazon on 30 March 2019 and the expected delivery date was 4-8 April but till now I haven't got the book. I contacted Amazon regarding this concern and now they are saying we'll initiate the refund process instead of getting that book delivered. Even for the refund they are asking for 5 more days. I am not happy with the service of Amazon India. This is not for the first time, every time I delivered a product I faced different problems from their side.

            So on 19th and 20th againg i called up your team got the same answer that will try on priority bases as it was really needed to me,

            On 21th morning I checked that order was canceled and when i called your executive they said its a seller product we don't know anything seller canceled so you will get refund and will reflect in account within 5 to 7 days...

            Sir on 16th I ordered the product and with the several follow what i get??? Cancelation#

            Really pathetic service...

            I already informed your executive that I need my product as soon as possible or Instant refund with interest and compensation...

            Please help me as your customer support is really useless..

              We ordered a vivo v9 pro of 6gb from amazon and received a 4gb model instead. After a month of customer calls and complaints they contacted us telling that they don't have return pickup service for the delivery and hence we would have to courier it to the seller as a return parcel by ourselves and the amount spent for the courier will be reimbursed to us. However they didn't coordinate with the seller and he rejected our parcel which was returned back to us. On contacting amazon about the same they requested us to courier it again assuring that this time the will inform the seller in advance and reassured us that they will reimburse our courier charge and asked us to mail the courier receipts to them for their knowledge of how much we spent. We followed the instructions and couriered the mobile to the seller and sent the receipts to amazon's mail. However after a months mental harresment and all the inconvenience they refunded only the amount for the mobile order and haven't responded to refunding the courier charges which in total are 972+972= 1944
              Since the order portal is closed after the refund of the payment for the mobile order there's no way we can contact them regarding this issue. There's no cooperation from amazon's side and despite their mistake of sending the wrong model they have harassed the customer. I want the refund of the couriers as promised to reflect in my amazon account asap and i want customer care to contact me on my registered mobile number registered to my amazon account [protected] email swarnim. [protected]@gmail.com

                  My refund of rs.5299.00 had been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should have reflect in my account by[protected] as per the mail i received from amazon.

                  I havent receive the refund yet. I even contacted my branch bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Still the issue is unresolved.
                  Kindly look into the matter at the soonest possible.

                    I had ordered a book fro amazon which was never delivered. I was informed that a refund has been initiated (On card). However i havent received the same.

                    The order with an amt of rs 2383.78 was placed on 19th march;
                    Item name: starting strength: basic barbell training, rippetoe, mark
                    Sold by: gourav agencies (Seller profile)

                    The amazon customer care has asked me to contact the sbi bank since they suggest its a bank problem whereas the bank executives (Be it customer care or branch executives) rudely ask me contact amazon for the same.
                    Also i had another point wherein the seller gourav agencies hasnt processed the refund for other customers as well (As per the customer reviews). How come amazon is allowing such business on their website (Ref the screenshot for reviews). Refer the screenshot of the order status that is so misleading (On the way, but it's running late). These points are a question on the credibility of so called big names like amazon.
                    Kindly look into the matter.

                      We ordered a "samsung eo-bg920bbegin bluetooth wireless in-ear headphones with mic (Black-sapphire) upon goods received, the delivery man run away immediately, and when we open the package immediately, the box were damaged and it comes with waste door magnet instead of bluetooth headphones. We contacted amazon india and they mention they will investigate. After several emails follow-up and calls (More than 5 days with no response), we contacted amazon india via chat services. After the chat, they directly inform us that they have checked internally and packages were delivered accordingly.

                        I got an alert of price drop for apple x and I went through the site and paid Rs. 999 for the product from my bank but I haven't got any shipment details for the product.

                        Please take immediate action for such type of spams in the name of Amazon and kindle do the needful.

                          I placed an order of camplite (2-no's) at amazon.in on 13 apr 2019 for 480.00 each but on delivery date (16 apr 2019) i didnt receive any call either from amazon or from delivery executive. While checking at the end of day on 16 apr 2019 the product was marked rejected by me (Which i didnt). Immediately on seeing the rejected status i called amazon customer service the informed me to wait for 24 hrs and product will be delivered. But today (18 apr 2019) the status showed up product is returning back to seller, refund is intiated. Again i called up customer serive of amazon they aaked me to place a new order, now the cost of each camplite being 1527.00 each.

                          Desirable solution : request for delivery of product at older cost or pay me the extra amount (Amazon credits) to place the order.

                            I registered product in march-2019 and now april-2019 but still we have not received product and my money.
                            as per seller/amazon reply it's stuck in custom.
                            i registered mANY COMPLAINT but still no any update and feedback about my refund & product.
                            main draw back of amazon India there are not giving there customer complaint e-mail id & i was complaint to amazon.com but they responded me to contact amazon India. what a ### of this MNC company.
                            this is very bad experience of Amazon India and seller.
                            why government allowed this mnc company in India if they are not listen up about customer compliant and refund of customer money.
                            if i have not received my money before end of april-2019, what down level we Indian customer should go don't know and f...ck your image in overall market.
                            this is my last warning about refund money asap.

                              Provided mail for cash back offer if bill payment has been done from amazon website. Accordingly, i have done the bill payment but now they are refusing to provide cash back and saying that it was technical problem and there is no such offer but i have their valid mail for the offer

                              My mail is [protected]@gmail.com on which i have received the email and placed the order from amazon. I have also attached screenshot of the offers for which no back received till date

                              Date of transaction is 25.03.2019 and amount is rs.430, eligible cash back is of rs.50 as amazon pay balance which has not been received yet

                                  I ordered a product from amazon app on 10th april 2019 for which i paid ₹10999 through my debut card no.[protected]. Due to some reason i cancelled that order the same day that is 10th april 2019. I was supposed to get refund with 3-5 working days according to the amazon refund policy. After 5 days when i contacted them and told them about not getting refund they told me that the refund has been initiated from there side ref. No.[protected] but the amount is not added to my account. The bank denied to do any such thing and said we don't have that facility. Please resolve this issue as it is... My ac [protected]

                                    Yes. Amazon, world best online shopping site. But you did not have any responsible to your customer in delivery service. There is no contact number for delivery hub. If we are call to amazon customer care number, only one response "sorry". Amazon not rectify problem. When the date of deliver day, get delivery agent number but they didn't attent call.
                                    When you solve this problems?
                                    I agree with you that many good products are available in amazon. That not enough.
                                    Please give me a solution.
