I wanted to make payment on swiggy by using amazon pay, so I was trying to add money in amazon wallet through google pay upi id.

Though my transaction was successful, somehow my payment was declined by amazon but also google pay is showing transaction successful while I can't see any transaction on amazon.

Also customer care representatives are unable to see my other transaction in their system.

I have attached a screenshot with transaction details.

    Hello sir, maine amazon se vivo V15 ka mobile phone order kiya .Espe ek offer aaya hua tha mobile phone exchange ka, maine apna redmi 3s prime exchange kiya .mere phone m koe problem nhi hai. Jab amazon delivery boy order dene aaya too usne exchange vala phone dehk kar item deliver dihka diya .but aaj tak mere pass phone nhi aaya .bhut hi bed experience hai amazon ka. Dubara complaint karne ke baad customer care ne phone ko dubara deliver krne ko kha .but jab maine deliver address same phle vala too amazon se address not found ka email aaya .main bhht presan hua hu amazon se, maine customer care main mera phone vapis lene ke liye kha lekin na mera case back hua na hi mobile aaya h abhi tak .

        I have placed two product order from amazon one is samsung led tv and samsung refrigerator but product expected delivery date is 6 may 2019. But the product was returned 2 may 2019 and in the app it's showing returning to the seller. I have tried so many time customer care about refund but they saying we refund your amount within the next 2 days. From 2 may today is 10 may still my amount not returned.

          Ordered a huawei p30lite 2 mobile phone on the 27/04/19 from amazon. Payment of rs. 25, 480 was made through indian bank master card. The order was immediately canceled but the refund has not been reflected into my account yet.             I have been getting billed for $13.12 per month for months and never signed up for this service. I have no idea what this charge is for. Please discontinue this charge and reimburse me for previous charges. I have no idea how this billing started as i have never signed up for this service or even what it is for. I haven, t ordered anything from amazon for quite some time and may never again!

              I puchases mi led tv 4c pro on 30 april and it has missing tv remote in his pack after opening the installation team on may 4th, the installation team said this will take reurn from amazon so wait for our confirmation, but after i didnot receivr any messages or information from amazon, and am after 6th may call amazon called amazon customer care, the back end team said we nee job sheet after we are back to rerun, but no one called me or no messages received. It was not back return to amazon, and i call again 8th may customer care said you buy the new remote, this is not a solution and getback return and replace new product or howbto solve any one guide me.

                  Hello i have returned some cloth to amazon and i given time for pickup 1pm to 9pm because i am doing night duty her person for pickup at 10am on that time my mother was there alone and and she don't know anything she is very aged but her courier person came at home and taken all own item with my two more item also and slightly gone after that i came at home 12 o'clock i seen two items more has taken after that i am calling him lot of time but he is not picking a call and i make a complaint also but they are not listening at all
                  That item i have to return some other app (Club factory) today club factory person has also came at 1pm but item was not there now returned pickup has cancel by club factory know what to do amazon has to pay for that because its amazon couriers person mistake now amazon has to pay for that

                    Pathetic post sales support:
                    Ordered a samsung led tv in exchange of my "working" samsung tv. Amazon delivered defective product. After complaining multiple times it is said that no replacement is available as the product is no longer available with the seller. Amazon website shows that seller is selling the same product (Attached screen shot). After multiple requests for replacement, what i am getting is just a "refund", that too in my amazon pay account for the exchanged tv so that i am stuck with amazon to buy more. When asked to send me old "working" tv back that option is also not available.

                    Never expected such a scam from amazon. Just sending defective products in exchange of working products and forcing customers to buy more expensive products.

                    Worst ever experience when the agent tells you that the product is sold by the sellers and not amazon. What about amazon fulfillment assurance, purchase guarantee,

The product does not seem to be a genuine product as its home screen carry very few pixels and even the images if zoomed got blur. Please... Believe me it does not seem to be a genuine product.                               I ordered a red mi 6 pro from amazon.in on 20 april 2019 on exchange offer on my sister’s address in allahabad. The old exchange phone was red mi 4. The delivery guy came on april 22, 2019 vinay kumar [protected]. Our old phone was in good condition. The delivery boy while rechecking the condition of old phone damaged (Minor crack) the screen. Everyone (My sister and security gaurd) present at that time noticed that something is broken. Then delivery boy said this phone is broken and can’t exchange. My sister ask him you only broke my phone as it was not broken earlier. Delivery boy didn’t agree and went away and my order got canceled. After sometime my sister and her friends call that delivery boy for police complain. Then delivery boy said sorry he only break the phone. We called him twice and recorded the phone conversation as a proof. Now amazon.in mentally harassing me from past 18 days saying there is no such incident, delivery boy didn’t broke any phone. They repeatedly saying same thing. Amazon did two investigation for this and came up with same result.

                                Product link mentioned above I received is a damage product, I have exchanged my old fridge to a new fridge. I get a product which is damaged and I asking for replacement and its summer time, I don't have a fridge and I can't store food. I get no proper response from Customer care.

                                My wife and I were talking to Customer care rep name Syed and his colleague Nirlepta to resolve this matter. They don't really understand our concern, we need this to replaced immediately.

                                If you guys can't resolve this issue on time, please return our old fridge and refund our money.

                                  I ordered a trimmer on amazon on 4may, 2019 and pay advance for it. It was out for delivery on 6may, 2019. Delivery boy never contacted me on phone but he forwarded a message to amazon that customer's phone number is switch off but my phone number is 24×7 available for call and if in any case my number is switch off then when i turned it on i always receive a message that someone trying to call me when my phone is off but i never receive such message which proved that delivery boy was lying. Amazon send me a message that delivery boy trying to contact me but my number was switched off with contact number of that delivery boy in that message. When i contact delivery boy he talk very rudely with me and said that he will not deliver that product.
                                  I submit this complaint 2 times on amazon but amazon could not took any action against that delivery boy.

                                    I have purchased bag from amazon on[protected] by making payment of 2113 through indian bank creditcard. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                                      I have placed an online order for ifb 23 l convection type microwave oven worth rupees 10985.00 on 22 apr 2019. The order number was[protected] and paid the value through my debit card of sbi. Later on the same date i have cancelled the order. But till date refund has not been credited in my account. On approaching amozon they intimated that they have already refund the money and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for this transaction is 567028. I had also approach to my home ranch of sbi but they said that only with this refund reference number they could do nothing. Many a times i had approached to sbi customer car and amozon but till date no fruitful result has come.
