Incident date, 4/21/19. I noticed my credit card had a charge of $13.93 which i did not authorize.. My card statement showed the charge came from, (Amazon prime), the location showed it was, (Amzn.com/bill, wa), and the category was, (Retail stores). This unauthorized charge showed up online on my walmart money card account which i have to login to see it. I don't receive any statements in the mail, every things on line.. I hope you can help me to recover the money that i lost.. Thanks

    Kindly help me out by registering the complaints about the courier boy of your Amazon. This delivery boy has spoken very badly words to my family members kindly take an action towards him he is also saying that he will call police for not returning the product . I have apply for returning of product because of damage product received then also he is not talking properly to people at home so kindly go through this delivery boy I'd is attached to email for your . Please help me out with returning this product

      Hi,

      I have ordered air cooler and its damaged and not functioning. Then immediately called to customer care and raised return request. i have called customer care many times. Amazon send mail to seller care but no response. then escalated also. but no response. i am keep asking by amazon saying self return. Day1 i am saying i can't do. I don't know where to do and busy with personal work. They are simply wasted my time without any help...I don't what to do next?

        I did the recharge on 2 april 2019 from my indian bank debit card of rupees 369, recharge was not successful that day and the amount had been debited from my account no [protected] and till now i have not received my refund of rupees 369.
        Amazon india said that they have already generated my refund and my bank didn't ready to accept it.
        So please take necessary action against this case and please send my refund in my account [protected].

They have provided which the refund reference number is[protected] when I shopping with Amazon that time reference number is same and I already show this thing to bank but still same situation, I tried to call amazon India several times but every time they told me it takes 24 hrs and every time new person pick up my call and provide different solutions, I also send some mails to Amazon regarding this issue but same answer all the time. One day Amazon told me they want the scan copy of my passbook from date of purchase till current date, I also provide the scan copy which act as proof that amount is not credited into my account, after that I call Amazon they said they already issued on 10th April and repeating same things again and again, now I am fed up with amazon response so I am sending the proof of my passbook scan copy, some emails by amazon and my order summary, please check the attachment and help me as soon as possible please its a request from my side. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence I mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too I'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

              I have ordered the Belt but it is not possible to wear it up due to size difference and its non-elasticity . There is no contact number of seller given and it is not of any use.
              I am unable to wear as it is stuck in between and no seller contact number or email id is provided
              It is really bad as for online products, if size does not fit or a customer is not able to wear, why should we pay
              there must be return option
              With no return, it means that there products are defective
              And hence people will return, so they mark products as non -returnable
              it is really disgusting
              I want refund for this item

                        Hi, My name is Shelza Murmu and I had a refund of Rs 499 from Amazon which they stated they had processed on 09/04/2019 but I did not get a single penny. They provided the refund reference number "141365" which is of no use. The SBI customer care says they want the UTR number and without it they can't locate the refund. I asked for a charge dispute, they said they can't file anything it's a third party thing. When you say the same to Amazon, they say it is the UTR number (number should be 16digit) and simply just say "we are sorry we can't help beyond this...contact SBI or contact Amazon". They start to put the burden on one another. I'm fed up now. I've called several times and as usual the same ans.
                        Please help me get my money back. I'm confused to whose fault is it?

                            I have purchased one gift card worth 8k and got email from amazon that the payment is failed and they had provided option to revise the payment. With this revised payment they issued 2 gift cards. On inquiry of this, they have accepted that this is caused due to the technical error in their online portal but they are not cancelling the order which was placed due to their error. Now i am forced to use gift card of 16k even though i have not ordered for the same.

                            I feel this is new tricks to force the customer to buy the product from them. Request your attention on this

                              I had ordered the above item on 15th January 2019 and it was delivered to me. When I opened the card board box I found that the jar had already been opened and the protein powder had spilled all over the jar. (Please see the attached photos).There was no invoice and the jar was also not sealed. I asked for a return of the item and I was told that it would be picked up on the 29th January 2019. It was not picked up on that day. Thereafter, every day I have been getting messages saying that the return pick up has been rescheduled and it would be picked up that day. It has not been picked up so far. I have sent several messages to Customer Care. No response.

I talk to amazon customer care and customer care says that money has been sent to your give the reference number authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. After talking to amazon, i talked to allahabad bank's customer care but they refused to give any information based on the reference number. I m totally harassed so i request you please resolve this problem immediately thanking you.

                                      You have been billing me for months, and there is no cause... Or sign up. I have notified visa not to accept these charges.

                                        I had returned a product in march and till now they haven't issued refund.. Also stating the refund made in some other account... These frauds have refunded in some other account even after mentioning the account at the time of refund... When you place the return there is option on the website to place return and choose for the bank account for refund... I had choosen my icici bank account for refund as i take all my refunds in same account since many years... But the seller cloudtail pvt ltd and amazon are #!!! They are big time fraudulent... They are not ready to cooperate and i have filed the complaint in the consumer court regarding it... Scoundrels don't have any audacity to work ethically... They cheat hard earned money small small amounts of customers...
