I am highly thwarted with my recent purchase from amazon prime account wherein i’ve placed an order of a mobile phone of xiaomi redmi 6 (Black 3 gb ram, 32 gb rom).
The shipment delivery was scheduled on 5 april, however post receiving the order; it was observed that the seal of the packet was broken and there was no product inside the box, and invoice was also missing.
The box was delivered only with a charger and a cable
Amazon being one of the most known market brands, it left me in a shock to receive this order.
The first complaint was registered on the same day i. E. 5th april, and after several follow ups i have been informed by your customer care executive that there would be no replacement and refund. I disagree to your investigation results and request you to deliver the ordered item in original packing without any further delay.
I’m highly disappointed with your services.
