I have a charge for $12.99 on my credit card bill for january 21, 2019 transaction. I cancelled amazon prime months ago because they were charging me for prime and i didn't order it. The price of it is to high and i don't order much from amazon in the first place. I am requesting a refund for this invalid charge. It is listed under amazon prime and the site is amzn.com/billwa, reference number 5731 on my statement. I had a hard time cancelling...

On 14th feb i purchase samsung a7 mobile phone on amazon but due to some reason i have to cancel my order and amazon accepted my cancel request and amount of 19538.51 which was spent on my credit card was refunded by amazon and same was confirmed by hdfc credit card. Order received Nov'17. Its very worst product. Quality is very poor. So returning by self.
I submit all the document from returning proofs.
