Dear sir/ madam,

I saw employee requirement advertisement in olx. I applied supervisor post and i was sent soft copy of resume, photo, i'd proof, educational and experience documents, on 28th may 2018. I got a confirmation letter and one resource processing form amazon jobs from message and mail. I filled that form and replied that ([protected]@hramazoncare.com) mail. One person called you deposit rs. 1550 for uniform.

I don't pay the money
I dont weather it's original or not .

    I have returned my products for order id[protected] which has 3 items. I got the information from amazon that 2 products
    1. M&d 3/4 sleeve beautiful embroidered pure cotton knee long kurti for women, they have received an empty box and
    2. Alc creation women's a-line kurta (Alc2099-xl_multi-coloured_x-large) they have received a different product.
    But i have sent the original products and why will someone send other product!! Kindly help me with this.

      I had made a purchase on march 23rd 2019.On 28th march i had got a message your order will be delivered on today.but after some time i had checked my order status that your order is refused at delivery address.But no amazon delivery boy has came there and even not called me how can they cancel the delivery without proper guideness...worst service...

        Amazon firstly behave like seller's are god for them but after opening account they never reply to the emails sometimes. They hold my account without any reasons. I emailed amazon 10 to 15 times but they did'nt reply my mail yet. When i call customer care they cut my call.

          I have a complain regarding my oredered item (Optimum nutrition on serious mass weightgainer powder-6lbs) having price 2884rs
          Which is ordered in address (Hostel no.4, giani zail singh campus college, bathinda, punjab, 151001, at date of[protected], with my order no.[protected], and i received this parcel at date of[protected], and i got two packets of tata salt, and a news paper at place of my order and regarding this i complain at amazon india and they are denying about the falt which is happend because of amazon so i want to complain here for my solution and to get back my whole order amount, for this please take action against amazon and give me solution as soon as possible for this i will be very thankfull to you.

              I have ordered a bluetooth headset from amazon india on 11 march 2019. I was out of town at that time so one of my colleague has received my parcel on 18 march 2019. When i came back and opened my parcel there is nothing in the earphone box except then earphone buds. So i called amazon customer care but they have refused to take return saying that we have only 10 days return policy. If someone was out from 10 days and came back after 10 days and then check there is nothing in his amazon box means he/she will not get any resolution.
              Regarding packing: outside packing was fine but bluetooth box was tempered. I called there customer support but they refused take return my package. What i got inside my bluetooth headset box was just earbuds. I got this box which seems like that it was already opened by someone earlier. Please look into this urgently.

                I have been using amazon for long time but never got my order on time or either they never delivery on the correct address not even give a call before delivering the orders so what’s the use of giving contact number and address if they can’t delivery on the proper place and contact the person, they just send a message that can’t find address or
                No one was available that’s the lame story given by courier guy. Hope you can solve my problem and i can still be with amazon. Thanks

                  On 23/02/2019 i was placed an order to a seller of amazon for luminous zelio 1100 inverter with rc18000 150 ah tubular battery, being order id no.[protected] and the delivery date of this product was fixed between 11/03/2019 to 14/03/2019, but the date was failed and extended to 21/03/2019 but when till the last date the seller failed to delivered then i filed a complaint / claim to the amazon authority and now they issued a refund of my purchase mony without any intimation to me. I never prayed for refund of my purchase money. Each and every occasion i prayed for delivery of my said product and till now my demand is 'delivery' not 'refund'. Because there was no fault on my part i was paid the total consideration money rs. 12099/- of this product at the time of date of purchase on 23/03/2019, and till now i am waiting for delivery.
                  Hence, it is prayed that, please take necessary action against the amazon authority.

                  They don't take any steps to deliver the product till now.
                  I have ordered intern guitar then. I refunded it to amazon pay it told to transfer it to bank since 3 months they are telling its not coming even i entered correct details plzz help i am porr its cost 1990

                  My refund is not done since 3 months.. I added my bank details correctly.. This is 7th time. Till now also they are not refunding i very poor plzz help.. 1990 rupees if i call they will tell again to add account plzz help

                      I orderd music keyboard in 19th march. The delivery boy is call me that time netwok problem. I call that delivery boy he answers me i am in travel tommorow i deliverd your order sir. But today he did not deliver the order. I call him but he did not take my call. Today evening i call in another number he take my call he answer today i am not healthy. I questioned them tommorow u deliverd my order. He is answer i tell later. So tommorow deliverd my order.

                        I was not able to use my amazon pay balance of rs. 509.
                        Kyc documents already uploaded and approved in the account settings.
                        According to customer service i connected on chats they have many opinions and the same solution which is 24-48 hours.

                        Its been more than a month since the issue i am facing.
                        I have attached the screenshots:
                        1. Amazon1: which shows the balance.
                        2. Amazon2: which shows the kyc documents in amazon pay account.

                        And error 'your amazon pay balance is temporarily locked, please connect with customer service'

                        1. First they said it is because of kyc.
                        2. You have same debit card linked and saved with two different amazon accounts.
                        3. Your mobile number is not linked. (I tried to explain that i am using my amazon account with my mobile number as login id and its linked everywhere, they agent left the chat without any update)

                          I ordered a new redmi note 6 pro 4 gb on 18 mar 19. It got delivered on 25 mar 19. I was shocked to see the detergent cake instead of mobile. I called amazon customer service they replied that they will take 5 days to investigate it. And also said don't call in between. They are not helping me out. They are simply giving excuses that they are on job. They are transferring calls to other investigating branch which is also unable to solve the issue. Please do needful.

                            Myself suryakanth chidri. I love using amazon as compared to many other websites which are just for namesake and nothing else. So i am very happy about the whole amazon teams work. But from 5-6 days my amazon account is on hold. The reason for hold is that someone ordered for three products from amazon using fake credit cards. I sware sir i dont know even who is he/she and i never do such fake things in my life. But when i checked my amazon account and when i came to know about those orders have been placed from my account. Then i even cancelled them too. So one more thing i always purchase products on amamzon using cash on delivery option. I never use any credit or debit cards for purchasing anything. So please unhold my account

                              My last 3 credit card bills (Dec. 16-jan. 15, 2019, jan. 16-feb.15, 2019, and feb. 16-march 15, 2019) have had a charge of $14.03 on each bill. I haven't bought anything from amazon recently and have never signed up for amazon prime. Is there a monthly fee for this service? I wish to be taken off your prime list since i never signed and will no longer pay this monthly fee that keeps coming on my credit card bill! Up to this time they did not delivered so i cancelled this product because your courier service e centre at pattambi kerala not good to deliver items.                                   Following are the information which you have requested :

                                  I have ordered Honor Play mobile and gift packed (Total Cost- Rs.15, 029) to Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli on 20th March 2019, advance payment done by my debit card. We received the package today i.e on 25th March 2019 at 10.45 am. When we open the package it was gift pack, and there was no mobile inside the box. If we look at the box it was not having the thin plastic wrap as every other product contains seeing this anyone can easily say someone as open the box and removed the mobile from it.
                                  We called the delivery agent, at first he didn't received our call then he came and told as he's duty is to only deliver the package, product might be missing from some other end so you contact customer service.
                                  We have 100% guarantee the delivery agent in Silvassa or courier company where the delivery agent belong to have stolen our mobile and handed over a empty box without mobile phone in it.
                                  We have lodge a police complaint in local police station for fraud done to us. Copy of complaint is attached with this mail, if we didn't get refund for our loss in 4 days we will register FIR.
                                  I request you to please take serious action for our money loss and fraud done with a genuine customer.
                                  Hope you will look into this matter and help us to refund our money.

                                    I am one of amazon customer who has shown her trust on your portal and invested my money for the purchasing of product but today i have discovered that i was on my biggest mistake and i should not believe on any of the online portal.

                                    This email is regarding, my recent order at amazon portal - order #[protected] where i found one attractive watch and ordered it for my dear husband but after delivery i got to know that somehow on some stage this fraudulent activity has been conducted with any of the department where the instead pf product bunch of newspaper and card boards have been inserted into it to increase its weight. I dont know what kind of protocol of ethics are in process but somehow this is the travesty of justice that amazon representatives are only giving me reference of their investigation report for which i am totally heedless and how can i trust that investigation goes right or wrong.
                                    Multiple times i have mailed to your consortium and tried to do the chat but somehow all are trained in same manner and decided not to listen to the customer no matter what impact that customer will obtain due to there this kind of behavior.

                                    My first mistake was that i have ordered something
                                    Second i m asking about the investigation report that what was the parameter of same
                                    Thirdly how they have investigated with packaging team, courier partner, sellers etc. Who all were involved.
                                    Amazon has not delivered my product in my hand
                                    Why amazon not taken an initiative for open policy at the time of delivery of the product.

                                    Now for me its not all about the 2000 bucks it is all about that mentally harassment which i have gone through in these past days. I am totally frustrated due to non cooperation of your consortium and employees who all were not capable to maintain the dignity of customer gratification. I must say this is the irony of justice where a middle class customer is begging for fair decision and your syndicate is sleeping in the well maintained and fabricated ac offices, it seems like they dont have any concern related to customer and its willingness towards justice and resolution.

                                    I am seeking for refund for my money from your prestigious organisation and i m not aware about what their investigation and it would not be okay for me to say yes as per their stories if product has been shipped from warehouse i have not seen that, what is the transit proceedings of your product i am not aware about the same, on which basis i should agree with them, and what is the justifiable reason behind the facts which they have told me so that i can trust.

                                    What is the surety about the adjournment of these kind of instance. Why customer has to take all mental and economical pain instead of company because your company has no specif guidelines terms and condition then why i have to suffer. I am just soliciting for a legitimacy and justice for myself being a customer of amazon.

                                    Seeking for my refund on this complaint. I have sent this email to ceo of amazon as well because this was the last remain option for me where their executives are only sending some auto generated emails to me but not able to understand factual position of this matter.

                                      We called the delivery agent, at first he didn't received our call then he came and told as he's duty is to only deliver the package, product might be missing from some other end so you contact customer service.
                                      We have 100% guarantee the delivery agent in Silvassa or courier company where the delivery agent belong to have stolen our mobile and handed over a empty box without mobile phone in it.
                                      We have lodge a police complaint in local police station for fraud done to us. Copy of complaint lodge is attached with this mail, if we didn't get refund for our loss in 4 days we will register FIR.
                                      I request you to please take serious action for our money loss and fraud done with a genuine customer and refund our money.
                                      Hope you will look into this matter and help us to refund our money.

                                        Sir/mam... On 5 march 2019 i order a product from amazon nd i cancelled it. But refunded amount doesn't show in my account.. Amazon customer service tell me that amount will be credited till 23 march but still the amount didn't show in my account... I talk canara bank customer service nd he says that there will be no amount credited by amazon... I gave him reference no75503729076027869637314 but he tell me that it is wrong reference no... Sir/mam plse help me... Amazon and canara bank customer service only blame each other... Nd the main problem is not resolved by any one
