I ordered a product from amazon app on 10th april 2019 for which i paid ₹10999 through my debut card no.[protected]. Due to some reason i cancelled that order the same day that is 10th april 2019. I was supposed to get refund with 3-5 working days according to the amazon refund policy. After 5 days when i contacted them and told them about not getting refund they told me that the refund has been initiated from there side ref. No.[protected] but the amount is not added to my account. The bank denied to do any such thing and said we don't have that facility. Please resolve this issue as it is... My ac [protected]

    Yes. Amazon, world best online shopping site. But you did not have any responsible to your customer in delivery service. There is no contact number for delivery hub. If we are call to amazon customer care number, only one response "sorry". Amazon not rectify problem. When the date of deliver day, get delivery agent number but they didn't attent call.
    When you solve this problems?
    I agree with you that many good products are available in amazon. That not enough.
    Please give me a solution.

        Actually i have purchased one mobile phone from amazon of rs. 8990 and i paid by debit card of punjab and sind bank but when my parcel comes dilevery man was not able to scan the bar code and he takes away parcel with it and refund of that only was not given by them as it is not reflected in my bank account till now. And they are saying me file a dispute charge in bank. And they are not giving me proper solution of this blunder. Amazon is the only victim of this as that was their responsibility of giving my refund. But they are not listening to me.

          I seen an watsappmessage from my friend promotion of amazon. I just look that ad and its redirect to amazons another website these two are connected. Logo of amazon is exactly same and i order a camera after the procedure i go to a window that says that my order is confirmed and for tracking cheak email but i don't get it. I attach thescreenshot here

            I'm pravin yadav .my mobile number is [protected]. i bought dell Dell KB216 Wired Multimedia USB Keyboard Order No:[protected] keyboard at 1 DEC 2018 from amazon .with 1 year replacement warranty.now after 4 months when i claiming my warranty dell customer care told me this is not original product .because your invoice doesn't have any serial number. companies like amazon now fraud with customer.

              Dear sir,

              I did not agree with this prime membership and i have no uses of this
              Membership. It's total useless for me. This is a fraud made by you. How can
              You charge like this. I did't give any permission to charge. Amazon is a
              Big company. This type of act does not suit you. No further customers will
              Deal with you. By doing this you will not lose your credibility.

              Please correct this and maintain our trust.
              I have 2 charges on my credit card for $13.54 each. One on 5/11/19 the other on 5/13/19. I have no idea what these are. please find out what the charges are about.I did not order anything.Please resolve this asap

                Without my knowledge and permission Amzn.com/bill WA have charged Rs.901.22 on 12th April 2019 via my SBI credit card. I not get amy OTP also from bank side, Now bank is not ready to reverse the amount. I have written mail to reverse back but they are not ready .
                Why when somebody is doing this transaction then why bank not sent OTP at my mobile ?
                This is fraud case.

                  Item ordered hyalu gel the expected date of delivery was 5th to 12th March and I sent an email to seller on 13th as I had not received the item.for that they replied that the product is delivered on 2nd March(I haven't got any pre delivery phone calls or message regarding delivery).I have complained many times in Amazon customer care seller and blue dart also fow which I am not getting any solution. Raised A-Z claim it is denied and bluedart doesn't have any proof of delivery just sending an attachment with number I don know how much important that is.Following that I enquired in bluedart also Mohammed suhail(delivery boy)was not available and they are claiming that he has left job.I am wasting my time in this since 3months and not got any solution.

                    I tried to purchase sofa cum bed on 15/04/2019 but some hacker came in between and told me that there is a gift against this order and told me to search this number on amazon the said number is b01mxs2ggx and when i searched this no it came there is a referigerator as a gift and told me to pay the gst and it will be refunded in 3 minutes and send me accont no[protected] ifsc code pytm0123456 in the name of amazon and i made 3 transcations in the said name and in the end all amount was hacked

                      I have received buddha statues of rs 162.23 and returned it immediately.. it's been more than 1month I have returned the item.. But I didn't get any refund till now..what can I do? Pls help me. They informed that the transition was already completed. They paid to the bank. But the money was not credited in my account.                         We ordered a nikon camera from amazon india to be deliver to pune. Upon goods received, the delivery man run away immediately, and when we open the package immediately, the box were damaged and it comes with bricks and empty bottle instead of camera. We contacted amazon india and they mention they will investigate. After several emails follow-up and calls (More than 5 days with no response), we contacted amazon india via chat services. After the chat, they directly inform us that they have checked internally and packages were delivered accordingly.

                              I have order a Lighter for a birthday gift on 04/04/2019. It was supposed to be delivered by 9th. But still there is no update for the same. Amazon customer service associates says its from third party. Its totally a mental torture that they are not delivering the thing for which I have paid for. I dont need my parcel anymore I only need a penalty to be marked on Amazon.

And i have already mentioned the delivery time 10 am to 6 am. But still its not delivered. Last four day continuously contact to customer care and every day they make me fool.

                                      I have bought alexly tf3 neckband from amazon on 31 dec 2018. It had a warranty period of 1 year. Sadly it stopped working from 6 days.. Only one side is working.. Please resolve my issue and help me with the warranty.. I have been continuously contacting.. Iam using this very smoothly but but the number is not reachable.. And they are not responding on whatsapp also
