Following are the information of my order:

I have ordered Honor Play mobile and gift packed (Total Cost- Rs.15, 029) to Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli on 20th March 2019, advance payment done by my debit card. We received the package today i.e on 25th March 2019 at 10.45 am. When we open the package it was gift pack, and when we opened it the mobile phone was missing inside the box. If we look at the box it was not having the thin plastic wrap as every other product contains seeing this anyone can easily say someone as open the box and removed the mobile from it.
We called the delivery agent, at first he didn't received our call then he came and told as he's duty is to only deliver the package, product might be missing from some other end so you contact customer service.
We have 100% guarantee the delivery agent in Silvassa or courier company where the delivery agent belong to have stolen our mobile and handed over a empty box without mobile phone in it.
We have lodge a police complaint in local police station for fraud done to us. Copy of complaint lodge is attached with this mail, if we didn't get refund for our loss in 4 days we will register FIR.
I request you to please take serious action for our money loss and fraud done with a genuine customer and refund our money.
Hope you will look into this matter and help us to refund our money.
