Hello buyers, My order number is :[protected], i order this product (hp LAPTOP) on sale 9/10/2018 . according to amazon they give Rs.1000/- cashback on every product i purchase, i bought 2 product (one mobile and one laptop)and call customer care and confirm that i got cashback for both product or not ? if i got only for one then i cancel one order, but customer care person promise me that you got cashback for both order . for proof i ask mail for same (check attachment for proof), i wait for 7 days but not get cashback so i call them again, they promise me again over chat that i will receive cashback don't worry (check proof of chat in attachment ), but after too many days i contect they again then they refuse to give cashback they said it's our staff mistake, now i ask to return product, they also refuse to take it return back, . i also have all call recordings as a proof . please help .
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sagarjasani I Also want to mention that I am prime member of AMAZON (by paying yearly membership of amazon ), they not even bother to give any priority, don't go with PRIME too .

Still not received as on Oct 10, 2018. Customer care has no update.
It was rescheduled multiple times by customer care on its own.
Every time i call to inquire, i am asked to wait 24-48 hrs.
