Dear Concern,

Disappointingly i am stating that I have ordered for lipton green tea 250g 13 days ago but still I haven't received the product.

This is really very shameful to Amazon India as the maximum given deadline was already exceeded and still there is no information related to product. Also there is no such option for return the product.
I am not happy at all. Please answer why this is been done...

On 13/08/2018, I Booked 1gm - Joyalukkas 22k Gold coin through Amazon.

It was supposed to reach me in between 19th Aug - 23 Aug 2018.
I waited up to 28th Aug 2018 and then I put a mail to Amazon customer care.

I placed a prepaid order on 10th august and within an hour requested for cancellation as price for fluctuated! Called support to check if they can revise the product’s price and deliver it to me!
