The order was given on 13/10/2018
Message was sent that "by 6pm it would be delivered"
But now the time is 6:45 and still not delivered
The amazon agent mob no [protected] has switched off since morning
If the order cannot be delivered by today at least inform or text us.
We have wasted our entire day sitting for the amazon agent.
It was a complete waste of time, it was a very bad experience for us
So it can be concluded that amazon cannot do its work fast

I assure the complain would be marked seriously

    I ordered a sendai glossy metal bed from original bed co. On amazon. The bed was defective (See photo). It was impossible to assemble as two parts were not aligning and screw was not fixing. It is now more than 10 days since i have asked for return and refund and neither the bed has been picked up nor the money has been returned. Amazon is sending me threatening emails that the claim will be cancelled if i donot provide them information about the return of the product. They are putting the responsibility of returning a damaged product on me, the customer, who has paid for the product fully in advance. They have refused to publish negative reviews of the product and the product continues to show on amazon with 100% positive reviews raising suspicions of the involvement of an insider at amazon in promoting this product.

    Amazon is aware of the POOR Quality of the product - Sendai Glossy Metal Bed from The Original Bedstead Company (www.originalbedsteadcompany.in, www.obc-uk.net) but still they are rejecting the negative reviews and supporting the seller, SHAME on www.amazon.in
    The seller The Original Bedstead Co. (Original Bed co.) is a POOR QUALITY manufacturer and highly CROOKED and LIAR, they are intimidating and blackmailing buyers into removing negative reviews by withholding return and refund.     Their product is showing with 100% positive reviews even though the product totally bogus.

      Quiet recently i had an order delivery from amazon. unfortunately I had to be away from my home at that particular day leaving my house at the hands of my help accounting to an emergency at work . The delivery person called me infact I would like to correct it by saying that he rather demanded that I open the door.
      He did not give me a prior check up call before showing up at my door (the message was also sent to meat the last moment prior too his demanding call) secondly when I asked why there was not a check up call he shouted at me saying "he had better things to do rather than just calling me and checking on my status before making the delivery". He also made sure that he be the last person to hang up by harshly making the decision on my part by saying that he is returning the product citing some reason he will choose and ends the phone hastly. He sis not even try to make an alternative plan to make the necessary delivery arrangements. I have placed orders with amazon for years and have never had a bad experience so far but the recent misbehavior on the hands of the uncultured and rude delivery agent was really shattering to me. His behavior caused me to a loo-sage of my order as well as mental scaring.

        Order#[protected] is yet not delivered, which was expected on 14.10.18. Also status is updated "attempted to deliver" where as no one call me or reached at the mentioned address, then how they attempt to deliver my order.

        Till today 15/10/18 i did not received my order and nobody from your side tried to contact for delay in delivery.

        Is this kind of service amazon.in is providing to prime customer?

          I have ordered on amazon on 12th october, 2018 through debit card payment worth ruppees 459 for a black dress. As soon as that i got a message that Rs459 has been debited from my account but i have received no order confirmation message from Amazon till now rather when i called into customer care they said no such order has been placed, then where the exactly amount of Rs459 go then because it has got debited from my account on that very moment.

            Amazon.in order number[protected] ordered and received only packing case, inside item missing and inform to agent and return packing case for complaint and refund. Agent packing case collected and but not forward to amazon in my inquiry from agent. You are requested to refund amount in my account as missing items during shipping time.

              Considering a sale, I bought a laptop and Phone with Amazon specifically checking the return and replacement policy. It was a Samsung on pro5 I ordered on Amazon. Both arrived and the phone was not working properly, it was hanging from the start, Wifi was not connecting and when someone would call the number, They could hear the ringing but the phone wouldn't ring.

              So I requested to replace or return the phone. Amazon wont event register my complaint so I had to call the customer service team. The lady who answered was like a broken record saying do a blanco test but we cant return the item. Saying this multiple times. so I asked for a manager who ended up being another broken record. again repeating the same nonsense. My question is, why was this not mentioned while buying the Items. Apparently, when you order something during sale, It can not be returned.

              The people who spoke to me were ridiculously nonchalant in the way they were speaking. Like do whatever you want we dont care enough to help you.

              This was a pathetic experience and I will never buy anything from Amazon ever ever ever again.

              Great place to shop my Foot!!!

                This is regarding order #[protected]. I never received this order and it is incorrectly marked as delivered with amazon. I received a call from amazon delivery agent on 11th october asking to me take the package. Since i was unavailable, i asked him to reschedule the delivery next day, i. E. 12th october. But i got an email on 11th october after 9 pm stating that my order is delivered and package is handed directly to customer. Since i did not receive this package, i immediately connected with amazon team via chat and they told me that this is a false update and i should not worry about this.

                On 12th october, i was awaiting further update on my order and since i did not get any call from delivery boy or any amazon agent, i again connected with amazon csa - priyanka and she told that she'll cancel the order on my behalf and refund would be issued in 4 days. Since, then i have been following up with different team members from amazon and they have been feeding me incorrect information.

                Every time i talk to one of their agents, i am given different answer.

                Can you look into this issue, i want my full refund for this order.

                  Dear sir

                  I purchased a product on amazon and using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 5th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days.in 12 amount reflect in my account still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 75503728278023406154325, 75503728278023406797032, 75503728278023407016259 i had contacted your customer service number but no not rechable and hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                    I had ordered the following from amazon.in during great india sale:
                    1) apple iphone x (Space grey, 3gb ram, 64gb storage) with exchange

                    Order date: 10/10/2018
                    Delivery date:12/10/2018

                    As assured the courier boy came to me on 12th but due to his mistake and irresponsible behaviour he missed one digit form the otp that was sent to be on my old phone after which a message popped out as the product could not be delievered still courier boy told me he will get it done by the evening. After that i called the amazon customer support and they misguide me like "product will surely reach today" but now its monday and when i called them today they are saying your product is sent to the seller back.

                    And they are processing the refund. Since 10th october to 23rd october you are about to keep my 65230/- rs without delivering the product. All this happened due to delievery boys mistake. How could u send an inexperienced/ untrained person to delivery the product worth rs 65000/- i could not understand.

                    I need compensation for the money that is with you or the product in same discount that was given.

                      I had recently purchased sanyo tv 43 inch on 1st oct and delivered on 4th oct from amazon but unfortunately product was received in damaged condition as found when box was opened by installation engineer and same day self courier was done i. E on 6th oct 2018 but after 10 days still there is refund yet being done.
                      After still digging into this problem it was found that dtdc was not able to deliver since amazon fulfillment centre at kolkata was restricting them into their premises.
                      Kindly refer the attached pics for courier receipt and damaged product.
                      I am definitely not happy about it and would like you to handle this complaint swiftly.

                      I would request you to make refund asap

                      I trust this matter can be resolved quickly and look forward to your early reply.

                      On 12th of october, i received the mobile booked on Amazon promptly. Samsung A8+, on the box mafuctured month September 2018, MRP Rs.34, 000/-. On Amazon they claim MRP Rs.41, 990/-. Contacted Amazon customer care, send a mail regarding this discrepancy. No action. We tend to blindly trust such companies claims .

                        I brought a backpack quechua forclaz 30 air new backpack (Black) through online from amazon, india @ rs 3, 597/- on 8th april 2015 and made the payment online but for some reasons i cancelled the ordered, but the official from the company asked me to not accept the parcel when it arrives. For the next few days i was out of station so when the delivery guy came he forcefully gave my mother the parcel. So i again contacted the customer service who asked me to return the parcel which i did on 18/8/2015. I have uploaded the copies of the courier as well as the document which signifies that the parcel have been received from the other end. Since then i have been communicating with amazon regarding my refund but today its 2018. I have not got my refund yet!

                        If i would have kept this amount in bank then it would have accumulated to rs.30, 000 /-.

                        I have the copy if the order but as it is in pdf file it can't be updated.

                            I ordered redmi 6 pro (Gold, 4gb ram, 64gb storage) order #[protected] on 10th october 2018 worth rs. 10, 338.30. On 12th oct delivery boy called me around 5:00 pm and i requested him to deliver after 7 pm or next day. He agreed on same but now to my surprise he rejected the item from my end. I called customer care immediately around 6:30 pm to know the status. Cc executive convinced me that the item was broken that’s why it is going back to seller. She told me that she has raised a request for replacement and i can expect delivery of my phone by 16th oct. Again i called cc on 14th oct to know the status and i came to know that i will not get any replacement as the item is under exchange and amazon do not provide replacement on exchange. This is nowhere written in exchange policy or order policy and it was not communicated to me in any call. Even the executive accepted that it is nowhere written in exchange policy. They have initiated refund also which is not yet credited to my account. I am not sure of refund again as i am loosing my trust here. Also the previous cc executive has not mentioned in call details that she had committed for replacement although she did.

                            I was not expecting this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from amazon. This is very much disappointing and frustrating with my first order. I ordered in discount period and now the price may increase. Who will take the responsible for this?

                              I bought a aquafresh water from amazon but i received a damaged product.. The return system was self return.. So when i returned the product through india post, the product came back to our address... And 2nd time i tried to return, and again the product came back to my address.. After two times, the product got completely damaged inside... I ordered the product on 18th august, its now almost 2 months ago..

                                I ordered redmi mobile 6a on amazon the amount was paid through net banking and product was to dekivered on 14.10.2018 as no information was sent to me, i tracked the consignment and was taken a back to read (Undeliverable) product reached bhilai and was sent back to seller.
                                I took up the matter with customer care spoke to various persons including some seniors like mr shivam etc they have no solution except to apologize, money has not been credited to my account also. They asked me to buy again but the product is not available.
                                I have seen these kind of issues are now rampant with amazon kindly probe the matter further and ensure the model i ordered is delivered to me urgently. Amazon has conveniently viped out the orders from my account which again is unethical.

                                  I had ordered a headphones on 5th october.. Til now i've nt got it.. Everyday morning by 7 they send a msg couldn't deliver ur order.. But they hv not even contacted me or called me they haven't even tried and frm 5 days they send couldn't deliver wen they have not even called.. If i try to call they don't pick n it cms busy.. This is really disgusting behavior never expected of amazon.. Pls deliver my product asap..

                                        I got a dammi product from amazon, and ill given return and replacement request, 3 day back callect the return item but up to now replacement product shows only “ preparing for disptch, ill contact customer care more then 10 time but no use, but every one say ill highlight this complent like that, but up to now nothing is happan in amazon, never buy prduct from amezon every one.
