I had placed order for shag make up box on 16th oct'18 and it was expected on 19th oct'18. Item reached bhopal and out for delivery on 19th oct'18. The delivery boy informed that you collect parcel from their office despite i am prime member and suppose to deliver at delivery address.

As i had not collected, the amazon bhopal office had not delivered the goods till today and updated status on their site "unable to contact the recipient" without calling me.

I had also contacted sh kaviraj i/c of amazon, bhopal but their response is not in good taste.

This is the situation of amazon on delivery front.

Product still not delivered till 26/10/18, showing out for delivery since 19/10/18. On contact with Amazon delivery boy, (Mob No.[protected], product is not avilable with him.
Request to see and forward to Amazon.

    I m really upset about Amazon and the reps who deliver orders, I have contacted then and they hv just postponed the dates to come to my place and wen I call customer service I realised my order is sent back to Amazon.., worst customer service and delivery people's, I ll never recommend or buy any thing from this company..

      I had bought an asus phone and have given that to your pick up person on 30 september for refund.
      But i have received refund of flip cover not my phone
      I am having that flip cover
      I have given cell phone not a flip cover
      Every time your customer service say wait for 5 days it's already 15 days.. You are taking a action or not or i should complain

      Your pick up person have submitted a fake report that a cover have been returned not phone
      Pls go through the matter its already 22 days gone for investigation

      If you are not taking any strict action do inform us we have recordings and mails, we'll file a police complaint and a consumer complaint
      We have already waited enough

        I was ordered /booked my product as on date: 30 sept 2018, as following details : 1) product name: thokla for mpsc.
        2) ordered date. : 30 sept 2018.
        3) order no.:[protected].
        4) paid amount : 435+65= 500 ₹/-
        5) tax (Postage and packing) 65₹ paid.
        Still today date: 21 oct 2018. My item /order haven't received the item yet. I tried to contact with customer care but not satisfactory replied by them.in amazon app showing details of ordered product - product is lost. So i frequently mailed, contacted with particular numbers but nothing replying from other side /amazon's customer care. So, take it an urgent basis and resolve same. Regards. Dilip l b.

          I was ordered shoe peacoat-puma white on 15oct 18 of rs1639. After 2days it's showing delivered to me but actually it was not delivered & amazon team ask me to wait till 20oct 18 & they will arrange the redelivery. Now 21oct. They told that they can't full fill the order and arranging the refund. I not order the same for refund why are they selling in discount if they can't afford

            Sir a book a product on october 10 by making payments in advance.
            Gati courier service is not sending my product at my door. But amazon had assured me for my product to be available at 171213. I was regulary getting my product in my address since past three years. But this time this third class courier service is misleading me. Last yime i had to travel 70km to take my product from gati courier company office by spend in 1500rupees as taxi charges. Plz solve my problem immediately.
            If amazon continue to be with this gati courier service then i must say bye bye to amazon.
            Plz solve my issue.

            I bought an A-head phone from JbL from Amazon but after a few days I received mail from amazon that your product has been delivered but I have not found that stuff yet.

              Hi,

              Amazon dont have control on his delivery service i place an order on 13th amazon said delivery on 20th in this month but not delivered yet on 21th of oct 2018 i called his delivery boy as provide no on amazon app he received a call and cut in 4 second after that he didn't received any call and block my no too after 30 min his no shown switch off inform customer care she said will deliver today before 9pm after 2 hours received massage order delivery tomorrow why i suffer 9 days for an order.                 Hi, am order one pair black leather shoes and one pair sleepers from amazon. 1st time shoes deliver to me on expected date but when i unpacked unit i found they delivered me wrong product so am raised a replacement request today also i received wrong product so am raised a request for refund. Because who know 3rd time what they will deliver me again and now am also wants to refund of my sleeper those am order on same time which was still not delivered.
                Kindly take up this with concern and help to get refund from the amazon.

The courier boy didn't come to my place and didn't call me once for order and at evening he cancelled my order. The courier boy no. [protected] and order no.[protected].

                  I have purchased red mi 6 pro mobile from amazon.in and it delivered after 4-5 days when i open the mobile i got shocked its touch not responding after i complain to customer care then schedule technician visits after 5-6 days.
                  This is very bad experience still waiting amazon technician for checking this device after verify amazon will take also 2-5 days for replacing it.

                    I was cheated and fooled by amzone with fake promises i ordered vivo v9 prp from amazone tracking id[protected] purchased on purchased on 16th october and was promised to be delived on 19th october 8pm later they stopped providing information through trackers then i talked with customer service they said will arrive at 9 then said at next day then said sundy 6 then at 8 pm and keep on fooling me and wasting my time and customer service is really a useless when i asked how can i report they even said i cant what is this we dont have anyone to ask??? I need to file a complaint against these people please help me they fooled me

                      Order id[protected] i purchased airtel internet tv only to watch online services like youtube, sonyliv etc from amazon app on 04/july/18. It was clearly given on the amazon app internet services will work without an active dth subscription (Kindly check screen capture). I was given 2 months free subscription dth subscription which ended on 08/september/2018 and my internet service like youtube and all others are blocked. I spoke with airtel and they informed me internet services do not work without an active dth subscription and asked me to contact amazon. I spoke with amazon and they asked me to contact airtel. This product is no good to me because i don't watch tv and do not want l to pay rs. 700 for dth subscription every month or anything. If this was told to me at the time of purchase i would have purchased any other android box tv. There are many android box tv available for less price than airtel internet tv. I have been complaining about this issue for so long and not reaching anywhere.

                        Hope you are doing well.

                        I have ordered bluetooth speak in amazon a few days before. Due to no charge in my mobile i could not attend delivery boy call on 20-oct-2018 02.50pm (Call received from rahul - [protected]). After some time 2 guys came to my home and asked me why i did not attend the call. I said “sorry, it was on charging mode”. But they behaving very worst and throw the package to me and again scolding me then they went. It really hurt me and thinking not to buy any product from amazon in future.

                        Question 1:- why two guys coming to deliver small product unnecessarily. Is it safe for women who staying alone in home.

                        Suggestion: - i request amazon please don’t send those kinds of people to deliver the product. It surely affects your business.

                          I have ordered a pair of jeans on sale, it was supposed to be delivered on 20th as i had to go out because of an emergency, i asked the delivery boy to reschedule he agreed but later marked it as rejected by me, when i called him he started abusing, now the product is out of stock and neither is on discount, why should i suffer cause of their fault

                              I have bookes one samsung evo plus grade 1 memory card 32gb on 15th oct 2018, i am a prime customer i have to claim one day delivery, i booked an order its shows your item delivery on 17th oct 2018, i have waited for 17th oct night 9.00 pm the product not delivered, ihave receive one phone call from amazon on 11.30 nobody speaking after this call my amazon app showing delivery attempted today but nobody called or coming to my home, i call him customer care on phone call every day 17th oct 2018 mr. Arun, 18th oct mr. Aravind,! 9th oct mrs. Priya, 20th oct mrs. Shalini and every customer care supervisors also today ill chat with mr. Arun siva. But my problem not solved so i want to book an complaint against amazon. Iam very very tempered and exhausted i want to claim rs.1, 00, 000. For my un convenient and tension. And my product not delivery till.

                                Sir,
                                I have booked an order with order no[protected] on 09 oct 2018 through amazon, the product was about to be delivered by 10.10.2018, but i did not receive the product till date ie 21 oct 2018. So on 17 oct 2018 i have booked for its replacement with an executive and he told me that i will receive confirmation in 24 hours but till now i didn't receive any confirmation. I don't want any refund, it is fault of amazon only if product did not get delivered to me. I have contacted many executive of amazon but they only gave me false or unfavorable reply.
                                Really pathetic service by amazon, and it is the only paid product which i booked.

                                Pls register my complaint and do the needful, i will be thankful to you, sir.

                                Now Amazon india are saying that the product can not be replaced, . I just want to know what is the meaning of booking then, that too with full payment in advance .
                                Pathetic service from Amazon India .
                                I don't want refund, I need product only and it is responsibility of Amazon to det it deliver to me anyhow asap. Product is already delayed by 14 days and whether it should reach me in one day.

                                    On sale from oct 10-15, i have ordered a redmi mobile and jeans t shirt from amazon on different dates. First time the mobile returned to seller by stating the that the product got damaged during handling & customer care gives assurance that this will not happen again. But this is again repeat in case of t shirt. All the time i have wasted in waiting for mobile and the dress.

                                      I placed an order for formula 1 615874 headlight restorer 237 ml on 18/10/2018 having order id[protected] it's estimated delivery date is 01/11/2018 it's delivery details has shared with courier on 18/10/18 & it is get cancelled on 20/10/18 without shipping & without any reason.
                                      This is second time i am facing this issue from amazon cloudtail & gati... I can't understand 1 thing that is if the amazon is unable to give delivery then why store is still open pls close this & stopping harrasing people... Cash on delivery not giving getting prepaid payment & cheating the custmer... This is second time i have same no action is taken on amazon not a single. Reply from amazon about my previous complaint... So i am posting this complaint with very hopefully that the consumer forum will do something for me...

                                        I have ordered a samsung galaxy a8plus mobile phone with an exchange offer with my old redmi note 4 mobile. Item has reached today at the local courier service centre and was out for delivery. I have reached at the centre to collect the product by exchanging the old one. The courier agent had done a mistake in their login (She wrongly entered a number in the space provided for entering the imei number of my old phone). At that time the status of my product had been changed from ready to delivery to 'exchange verification failed'. So then, the courier agents were not ready to give me the item. They have done the mistake. Why should i pay for that. I have wasted my valuable time and cash there. I would like to raise a complaint against amazon and its own courier service centre for the irresponsible and unprofessional works they had done.
