I have ordered a samsung galaxy a8plus mobile phone with an exchange offer with my old redmi note 4 mobile. Item has reached today at the local courier service centre and was out for delivery. I have reached at the centre to collect the product by exchanging the old one. The courier agent had done a mistake in their login (She wrongly entered a number in the space provided for entering the imei number of my old phone). At that time the status of my product had been changed from ready to delivery to 'exchange verification failed'. So then, the courier agents were not ready to give me the item. They have done the mistake. Why should i pay for that. I have wasted my valuable time and cash there. I would like to raise a complaint against amazon and its own courier service centre for the irresponsible and unprofessional works they had done.

    Hi team,

    I have been amazon loyal customer since 2014, this is very sad that due to very unprofessional behavior of customer support and lot of disappointment i have to request early cancellation my prime membership.

    I took the membership on 17 feb 2018 by paying yearly amount of rs. 999. I have been facing issue with delivery timeline in many occasions but today when i contacted customer support team about making the product inquiry for order #[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 15th. But until 16th oct no update and then late i see expected delivery had been changed. When contacted customer support and asked that what is the benefit of having prime membership if the product is not delivered on time? And i am loosing my membership money rs. 999 which i paid upfront. The customer support agent was very unprofessional and asked me to further wait for 24 to 48 hour without giving answer to my valid question.

    If i would have been a non prime customer i could pay rs. 80 for 2 day delivery and later if delivery is late i could cancel my order and get the refund for product as well as rs.80 for speedy delivery. However being prime customer i loose this option and have no alternative keep on waiting for the product because i paid membership rs. 999 upfront. This customer support agent had no answer and i requested to transfer the call to supervisor, if this is the case i am not willing to be a prime customer.

    The supervisor seems to repeat the same what customer agent was telling without addressing my issue and question. On top he said if you cancel the membership you will not get any refund as you have use for more than 6 orders so far. This was new to me, even if my membership validity is until jan 2019, i have no refund?

    This is very sad, i was happy with amazon earlier and having good trust i opted for prime membership. Not only that i also purchased amazon firestick order #[protected] in the month of april 2018.
    Now that i had a late product delivery issue, rather than addressing my problem you made me cancel the prime membership.
    Of course i loose rs. 999 + amazon firestick rs. 3999 as well as trust.

    I felt as "just because amazon knows that the customer had put enough money on amazon firestick and membership he would continue to be amazon user no matter what service you provide"

    This is very very disappointing...

    Thank you amazon for serving me these many years..
    I am ok to loose all my money here but not continuing with amazon anymore. I would never ever suggest anyone to go for at least primer membership. As i guess you continue to server good for non-prime customer.

    The reason for me to write this email is to ensure that my bad experience reaches to the management level. (If you think this is only one case then i must repeat i am using amazon for past 5 years.. And i have many other example but of course when it is beyond my tolerance i have to write)

    It may happen that customer care team are communicating the way then want but not the actual customer experience (For example: if you see the email i received today is prime membership is canceled on customer request.. No where it says why and reason behind it..)

    This is why i am writing the detailed email to you.

    I hope you will take my feedback positively and improve your service. So that no other customer write you such emails.

    With this note as i said i do not want to be an amazon user. I would like to request cancellation for following open order

      Every single time i order a product, it has been delivered late to me. Today i am writing this because it's became immotional to me, this time the product which is due for a week is my cats food. Amazon if you cannot provide a proper service, if you cannot keep up to your promises, if you cannot have a real time tracking of the products which you deliver, if you cannot manage your delivery team, if you cannot provide proper customer service when a customer coming with his concerns please shut you company don't trouble the customers don't play with their feelings don't just waste our time. By this time i lost faith in you service. Amazon is the worst company ever i used the services of.. Very bad
      I called and spoke to ranveer very rude guy he was shouting the same with their supervisors and managers. "[protected]@amazon.in. Ranveer. (Shunyo) floor supervisor. Very bad.

        Hello team,

        I am raising this complaint regarding my recent experience with amazon. During their offer period i had ordered a mobile (Samsung galaxy s9) from amazon, the seller was stpl exclusive online. The order was placed on 11th oct 2018 and it was supposed to be a one day delivery as i am a prime member. I purchased the product on no cost emi and the money was deducted from the credit card. Surprisingly i never got the order. I had called the customer services of amazon many times (20) and on 16th of october 2018 they told me that the order was lost in the transit. Then i thought of giving amazon another chance and asked them to re-place the order again and this was supposed to be a free replacement. The second order was supposed to be delivered on 17th october 2018.
        I waited for the whole day on 17th october, i had called the delivery agent more than 10 times but the agent never received my call. At sharp 6 pm on 17th oct 2018, while i was at my home, chatting with the customer services of amazon i got the status change notification of my order saying "the delivery was attempted". How is it possible? When i asked the customer service they assured me that the delivery will be done on 17th itself or the next day, they keep on asking me to wait 24 hours but there was no delivery. Today is 20th oct 2018 and amazon had done nothing but to ask me to wait for 24 hours more. They are not providing any information that when will be the exact delivery date! Additionally, my credit card bill is due on the 1st week on nov and yet i do not have the product. This is clearly a violation of consumer rights as amazon is not providing me any information about the order. I had escalated this matter on social media also but their also i got the same response to wait for 24 hours. How many hours are there in 10 days?
        Who will compensate for all the time i had lost making calls and writing mails to the customer care executives? This is mental harassment in a way.
        It is highly disappointing and frustrating at the same time. I want strict actions to be taken for the same as i am not getting any valid information from amazon. I don't even know what would happen to my money now? Will there be a refund? No one is giving me the right information.

        I would request you to kindly look into the matter and take strict actions. I would be really grateful.

          I order 2 items in august 2018 and wanted to return them. After various conversations i was told i could return but i would have to send them by one of 5 courier serives that amazon recommended and i would have to pay the corier charge but this would be refunded once the items were received and i emailed the receipts. All of this was done bu 15.09.18. Since this time i have been asked to send copies of the receipts on various occations and aslo the proof of delivery from dhl. Since this time i have been contacting amazon customer service and i did actually get confirmation that the refunds would be given. It is now almost 5 weeks since i retrurned the products and each time i query this i am getting various emails for amazon either astating my complaint has been esculated and allow 3-5 days, some mails asking for the details again, i have actually got 2 mails yesterday telling me they are asking the seller of the product if they will authorise the return.in total i have around 35 mails around the subject and each one is a different respose.
          Amazon confirmed 2 weeks ago that items had been received and now the latest email is saying that there is an issue with the proof of delivery. Im am owed approx 6000 rs for the products and 8000 rs courier charges. I have been promished over the phone that these will be refunded and also by mail. It seems i am right back at the beginning again with my query and after asking countless times for a management contact name, number and email this request has simply been ignored.

          So even after getting a call 9 days ago to say my complaint was being resolved still nothing has happened and no updates have been given. It is now 45 days since I returned these items. Any ideas Amazon on what I need to do to get my money back

            Purchased 7 items in once transaction out of which 5 came successfully but, 2 of the product in which one item is not yet received and it is showing as delivered and another one date is keep on changing. The customer services is providing fake assurance while conversation is from past 3-4 days.
            Request to refund the money back and take a strict action by penelized the organization by wasting the customer precious time.

              This is what #amazon is sending to customer and when customer asking for refund then denying for refund and sending fake emails that they have processed refund while its 30 days has passed yet refund not reached in account.

              Yet refund has not reached in customer my account till the date and now when i am following up, then someone is saying refund has been initiated on 15 october 2018, someone is saying refund initiated on 16 october 2018 and someone is replying please provide us 3-5 business days to process the refund.

              This is how amazon is cheating indian public.

              Beware before buying on amazon india. They looted mine 2.6 lakhs rupees and going to loot more from public in upcoming days.

              Amazon delivery agent delivered fake product of lenovo tab inside which there was nothing and took money from me. When i seen garbage then i went back and asked to return my money but he walk away saying ask refund from amazon.

              Amazon send email on 11 october 2018 that they processed refund yet they haven't processed refund till date.

              Your criminal delivery agent mr. Sunny mobile number[protected], whom you sent to threaten me, kill me and beaten me because i asked for refund, due to his beating and fighting i got several injuries on my body including major injury on left side head.

              I got to know from apartment security guard that your criminal delivery agent mr. Sunny mobile number[protected] is still found around the apartment whose intention is very clear that you had sent him to kill me, so that he is still roaming around near my apartment.

              Doctor told me that i got minor fracture on left side head bone which may take minimum one (1) month to get recover using medicine and if still after that i faced problem then doctor will go with ct scan and head operation.

              It's 15 days passed yet, i am still suffering from pain in head where the fracture has happened.

              The way you are talking over email and phone, i can very well understand that you must have sent that criminal agent for beating me and threatened to kill me and beaten me continuously due to which i got serious injury on my both hands, legs and very very serious injury on head which is continuously paining due to blood vein broken and blood cot freeze due to which i need urgent operation of my head.

              First you are beating the customer and then apologizing the customer after killing him. This clearly shows your intention that what you had sent criminal agent for beating and killing me intentionally when i asked for refund.

              It must be you, not must it’s definitely you who have sent that criminal agent for beating and killing me.

              According to below screen-shot and invoices the total pending refund amount is total inr 2, 61, 966.00 (Two lakhs sixty-one thousand nine hundred sixty-six rupees). Yet amazon is not refunding my money and looting more and more money from me.

              This product “lenovo tab4 10 tablet (10.1 inch, 16gb, wi-fi + 4g lte) slate black” has been picked up several days ago yet neither received replacement nor received any refund.

              As per your executive miss namrata refund for rs.15463.00 has been already initiated on 11-october-2018 and today is 16-october-2018 yet refund has not reached into my account.
              Could you please let me know the reason why refund has not been reached into my account?

              Also, as you are removing the product from my amazon account from “my orders” list hence i am adding the product screenshot here for my future tracking so that if any legal action need to be taken then i can proceed accordingly as you already sent your criminal delivery agent to kill me when i starts asking for refund.

Sunny mobile number[protected] yet neither received replacement nor received any refund.

              This is the same person who came on 11-october-2018, threatened me with wordings “do not ask for refund” and beaten me and try to kill me due to which i got minor fracture on left side in my head.

              Can you please tell me why refund has not been processed while the product has been already picked up?

                I have ordered 2 memory cards sandisk 16gb and 32gb on
                Order #[protected], to day (Saturday 20 oct 2018)

                Since i am travelling i could not collect my parcel at my office and when i called delivery man he said he will hand over the parcel to amazon agents office, as advised by the delivery man i have went to collect my parcel at amazon agents office at landmark complex, kannur.

                I have given my tracking id to the lady and when i asked the lady at amazon agents office she said call the delivery man as she "doesnt know" where the parcel is... I could clearly see the parcel right in front of her (And myself ignored believing that that parcel may be belong to somebody).

                The lady at the amazon agents office purposely made me waited 1.5hrs till the delivery man comes at around 0600pm. This lady clearly know that that parcel belong to me since she has already taken tracking id, address, name etc etc. Her body language and behaviour clearly says she is sick/sadistic
                Women.

                1. Either this lady is sick/sadistic or a fool (Her body language and behaviour shows she is sick/sadistic.)

                2. If this happens a 2nd time i might give a police complaint against her
                For making me waiting un necessarily.

                If this is the case i rather opt buying these items from local market rather than amazon.

                Amazon pls take notice.

                  Amazon service is very bad. Recently i ordered one loreal conditionar with online payment method. Bt at the time the order will delivred to me sudeently it goes back returend and when i call to customer care mr. Amit asked me that it is returend due to customer's rejection. He said the status is showing this but from my side i dont reject it. Than why at the time of delivery always my product go back. And its strange tgat the amazon put a status dat i returned it. Before this i also orderd i mi phone from this bt same problem had been faced by me and the customer care always talk to me that today it will deliver... Aprox i had o wait for 3 weeks bt no response is there... Even he asked me that dis is cash on delivery thats why will not receive to you.. I hav to face this fourth time. This time em fed up.
                  Pls take action on this.

                    They told firstly for uniform 1550 i paid it secondly 5150 for salary account icici bank nd then 4730 for courier charge, totaly i paid 11430 and again they are asking 3200 for police verification charge..

                      I purchased samsung s9 by exchanging my samsung s7 edge mobile. Within 3 days the handset stopped working. Whenever i dialed any number, the message would be "phone not registered". If some one called me on my number, the message would be "phone switched off". We contacted customer care today. After making all exercises for 20-30 minutes, they said phone is not working and would refund the money. I am not interested in refund, i need replacement. If refund, then they should return my old s7 edge. They expressed their inability to give replacement as they do not have stock nor return my old phone. This is unacceptable to me as i have not sold my s7 handset but only exchanged for new s9. If you deliver defective instrument, it is your duty to replace it.in whole of this bargain, i have sold my s7 edge handset tp you instead of buying s9 from you.
                      You need to resolve it immediately as i cannot stay without mobile as well.

                        I have made online payment & ordered 2 mantra mfs-100 fingerprint scanner which is supposed to deliver on 16th october, 2018. I surprised to note that it is showing delivered on amazon webiste where as i disnt received the product. I had given complaint through tollfree no and also through email. By email they confirmed me rhat they will scrutinise the matter and provide me reply on 19th oct, 2018. But i didnt received any reply on 19th and when i contacted them they hace replied that they will now provide reply on 29th oct, 2018. It is ahowing that they are delaying reply and i feel i lost my money by orderibg through amazon. So i suggeat everyone not to buy any product through amazon.

                          Amazon india delivery system is not trustworthy. There has been at-least three instances where order status message showed my prepaid orders were delivered but they were not. I had to follow up with their customer service after which the orders were delivered the later day or day after. My latest prepaid order for a jbl sound-bar (Order #[protected] has been rescheduled at least twice in a week. I have made two contacts with amazon customer service, overtime i am told that it will be delivered tomorrow, cannot trust amazon. Tracking status shows customer has requested rescheduling but i have clearly not. Amazon site says order cancellation is not guaranteed, so amazon will take more than a week to deliver, reschedule delivery as per their wish, give false delivery assurances for a prepaid order. They are taking customers for a ride, disgusting service, too much hassle and follow up required. Customers facing issues should collectively raise their concerns to regulate this irresponsible business. Oh btw, their customer service email option is deactivated so customers can’t even document their concerns.

                            Dear sir,
                            We order acer laptop from your site dated 17 july 2018. (Ordering and payment details are attached herewith for your reference).

                            It was delivered on 25 july 2018 at the delivery address.
                            It was for the use of our colleague mr. D jayachandran. He was on leave from 24 july 2018 to 13 august.
                            On his return he tried to switch on the laptop but it couldn't booted up. We spoke to amazon over telephone and being told to contact with acer. From then we have continuously followed up with acer. Th communication done with acer is being forwarded in trailing mails.
                            On 3rd of sep acer engineer visited and tried to rectify the problem but couldn't succeed.
                            The copy of report is attached herewith for your reference.
                            Kindly take necessary action & resolve the issue as earlier.

                              My name is rehan qureshi. I have ordered 4 product on amazon on 11 october 2018. Ordere no:[protected] two of them delievered and i have requested for the one of the delivered product bt they are not picking up. Every time the cancel and update false status. I called on the provided no bt the delivery man said i am on leave today or something i that, am uploading screeshot i have call recordings as a proof..
                              And other undeliverd product was going to be deliver on 15th and 17th respectively bt the are not delivering i called the delivery agent number provided by the company he said."sir abhi to me office b ni gya or abhi me ghr hu apke pass galt no aya h me apke area me deliver ni krta.. Evey time i call they said"sir humne apka product escalation pr lga dia h kal tak wait kr lijiye." its 6th day and they are making same statement.. They are not doing anything to solve this. Also out for delivery @10:30pm. And updating false status without even contacting me. I have talked to senior executive also bt he also made same commitment and nothing is done.
                              I have wasted my effort and time take serious action..

                                As i have ordered redmi note 6pro (64gb, 4gb} on13th october and expected deliver day was given 15. But it was not delivered and amazon given replacement for this. But now this replacement also not received. This delivery was expected on 20th october 2018, but still it is not updated. It is already paid order.                                   Debited my money and no proper response held. Every time they only commuting early delivery. This box is booked to send vaccine with ice to karimnagar. They were also informed because of this delay a baby of 7 months would missed his vaccine on time. Which delay costed me 3000rs. Still they are not responding

                                      I have placed order on amazon on 16th october 2018 and schedule delivery date was 18th october but still product not delivered till 20th october.

                                      - delivery person kept his phone in switched off state and mark comment "delivery attempted"
                                      - amazon costumer care not aware of where the package is and the keep promising me that product will delivered in 24 hrs

                                        I had ordered a tv for my parents on 10th october.. It was not delivered nor cancelled. I called customer care many times only to listen to no resolution. It was mentally harassing. This is the 3rd time that i am facing the issue. All my festivals have been ruined. I have called customer care multiple times. It was a gift for my parents and nitin happened. Rakhi was a also ruined like this. Working in india you should care about the indian sentiments and feelings on festivals where people plan and save for festivals. Its a big amount that is it for us. We save a lot to purchase this and most importantly it is the gift, the excitement has been lost.
