Ordered an item which was damaged in shipment (A pet extension "carlson pet product extension, extra wide gate 24") amazon sent it back mid-shipping and stated it would give me a credit (Sept 4th), it's been 14 days haven't heard from amazon. Products ordered online are not delivered to the address given and showing that the products are delivered to your address and even signed by the customer who has ordered. cheating the customer and without signing the copy the amazon people are showing that the receipt was signed by the customer. for the items for which already paid are stolen and showing that

I got a call from fake amazon on 04/09/2018 saying i have been selected for a gift. For that i need to choose product of 5000 from amazon.in and tell them on call what i have chosen and they will book it for me. I chose a product and paid them 5000 via google pay. Next day (05/09/2018) they called and told you need to apy 11, 999 gst which will be refunded within 2 minutes on the call itself. I told them to cancel my order and refund my 5000....

I ordered a gown from amazon with order id - #[protected] the dress was completely damaged and had some drainage water strains on it, if we open that parcel all mud was doping down. And now the price of the same has been increased to rs.4000, which looks clearly like a trick...
