Dear sir/ madam,

I have not received the product ordered in www.amazon.in.

My amazon order no.:[protected] and
Tracking id[protected]

18th october evening a delivery person called me and that time i was traveling and then called him to deliver on 22.10.2018. After that nobody turned up for the delivery of the product ordered. I am surprised to see the mail about the product delivered whereas i have not received. How come the product delivered updated without my acknowledgment.

This policy is wrong from amazon part and gives us insecurity to stop me for further order with amazon. Or else i may go only for cash on delivery. Since i have already paid nobody bothered.

Kindly do the needful for the earliest delivery of the product.

      Returned a article on[protected] through blue dart bearing id no -[protected] for the sake of refunding rs-395/- to my account. So far no money has been refunded. Ican not understand what the real cause is. Money paid through citrus payment solutions id[protected] dated[protected] long time has been passed. How long i have to wait? Please inquire possitively the matter & take steps.

          Case 1.
          Order[protected] placed on 9th Oct 2018.
          Seller’s price was Rs. 9999, Instant Bank Discount (IBD) was 10%, Rs. 999.9, hence Debit Card was charged Rs. 8999.10 ( = Rs. 9999.00 – Rs. 999.90).

          Transaction reference SBIPG PU[protected]AMAZON MUMBAI.

          Order failed to deliver. Tracking ID[protected] contained false information from transporter. This was reported to amazon immediately via mail to [protected]@amazon.in on 11th Oct 2018, 01:26 a.m. IST. The order got returned due to delivery failure of Amazon. Cancellation and refund triggered by Amazon, not by me (the customer).

          Refund issued on 12th Oct 2018, the break up was as follows:
          Refund subtotal Rs. 8999.10, Bank Discount deduction Rs. 999.90, Refund for this return Rs. 7999.20.
          Transaction reference SBIPG[protected]AMAZON MUMBAI.
          Amount received in Bank (the same debit card was credited) = Rs. 7999.20.

          The flawed logic here was that it was an Instant discount from bank, bringing the price down from Rs. 9999.00 to Rs. 8999.10, there was no Cash back or “Amazon Pay Balance” at the point of sale.

          At the point of Return (due to delivery failure of Amazon), Rs. 999.90 got parked in Amazon Pay balance. This brought down the refund amount credited to bank from Rs. 8999.10 to Rs. 7999.20.

          The terms of offer did not mention “Cash back”, it mentioned “Instant Bank Discount” (IBD) at point of sale.
          The IBD amount got converted to “Cash back” at point of return (and the customer did not return, the terms cannot apply here). This is either a mistake from Amazon, or, deliberate malpractice.

          Case 2.
          Meanwhile, on the same day, 9th Oct 2018, I placed another order[protected].
          This too failed the same way and got returned to seller.
          The full amount Rs. 2799 was refunded in this case.

          Case 3.
          To keep things simple, I thought of making use of that wrongfully parked amount of Rs. 999.9 in another order.

          So, I placed another order[protected], for same item as was in the previous order (failed) mentioned under case 2, even though the price of the item had gone up from Rs. 2799 to Rs. 2999.
          I had placed this order using Rs. 999.90 from Amazon Pay balance and rest Rs. 1999.10 from debit card.
          This order too failed, and refund was made in the “original” payment mode, that is, Rs. 1999.10 to Bank and Rs. 999.90 to Amazon Pay Balance again. Technically and legally, this is correct.

          Experiencing three failures back to back, however, I would not like to risk ordering something again in Amazon.

          So, now, the illegal and wrong treatment from Amazon with respect to refund of order[protected] detailed under Case 1 becomes relevant again. The trouble with lost trust is that I cannot place another order that is very likely to fail again.

          I tried making peace. But Amazon has not.

          Since 9th October 2018 till date, over a dozen of mails have been exchanged. I received promises that were not kept, false explanations of situation that do not instill trust, inconsistent indications as to how Amazon is going to resolve the issue, and many such things, none of much use.

          Amazon should credit the same card, or transfer to Bank account maintained. Forcing customer to place yet another order by wrongfully holding customer's money is not a fair practice.

            Sir I ordered Acer one 7 Tab on 12 Oct 2018 and delivered to me on 17 Oct 2018. I opened the product found defected and I complain about the product and file request for replacement but he say me that replacement of the product is not available we refund your amount after pick up the product. But till now product not pickup return by amazon. I have already payment of the product.

              I ordered a product sg club 2.0 cricket studs, size 6 (White/blue) on 21/10/2018 and paid whole payment to amazon and the delivery date was 23/10/2018. I was informed in every morning that "your order out for delivery and will get today" but till today i. E. 25/10/2018 the product has not been delivered. I checked the reasons and contacted every day but they given fake reason like "delay in delivery due to external factors" and commitments of delivery of product. Since 23/10/2018, i have been harassing me for the product.

              Today they did not deliver the product and returned to seller. They should be punished with fine for harassment and not full fill their obligations.

                  I ordered prestige iris mixer grinder from amazon india. I got product with 1 week delay. Once i opened the product i surprised, there is no product. I got only jars. I raise a complaint and asked for replacement because i won't get that product with the same price now. First they said ok later when i called them then they told they can't provide replacement they can only do cashback

                        Hello buyers, My order number is :[protected], i order this product (hp LAPTOP) on sale 9/10/2018 . according to amazon they give Rs.1000/- cashback on every product i purchase, i bought 2 product (one mobile and one laptop)and call customer care and confirm that i got cashback for both product or not ? if i got only for one then i cancel one order, but customer care person promise me that you got cashback for both order . for proof i ask mail for same (check attachment for proof), i wait for 7 days but not get cashback so i call them again, they promise me again over chat that i will receive cashback don't worry (check proof of chat in attachment ), but after too many days i contect they again then they refuse to give cashback they said it's our staff mistake, now i ask to return product, they also refuse to take it return back, . i also have all call recordings as a proof . please help .

                        I Also want to mention that I am prime member of AMAZON (by paying yearly membership of amazon ), they not even bother to give any priority, don't go with PRIME too .

                          My order No is[protected]. The tracking shows delivered but order not received. The matter was communicated through available helpline channels but it was not resolved. Instead i receive a mail from AMAZON that refund could not be initiated. A customer places an order and makes online payment. Thereafter, he does not receive the product neither refund. Who should be held accountable?

                            I ordered xiaomi redmi 6 pro from amazon on 14th October and on 20th i got the msg that it will be delivered to me on 20th i called courier person thrice then he received my call and told me it will be delivered to me but delivery might get late this number is a office number so he didnt know the current status of the product, but i had my office so i called him again after an hour after calling him for the 17 times he received my call and told me that today is his off so he is not delivering the product, he provided me one number who gave me other two number one of the was a wrong number and the other person told me the 1st person has my delivery and gave me 2 more numbers to confirm and those two people gave me the same reply, other day i got message again that the same person will deliver my product today so i called him so he said it will be delivered today but after 4 pm, so i asked him why he harrased me yesterday, so he started shouting on me so i told him that i will make a complaint against him and he told me to make a complaint he didnt care, so i complained and in evening i called him to ask why didnt u delivered my package yet, he told that just go and make a complaint to the customer care and disconnected my call and didn't receive my call, next day nobody called me regarding my delivery so i called on 23rd to the customer care for the delivery i talked to the senior authorities of the company which were useless and they didnt want to help me so disconnected my call, after that i chat with the advisors then senior called me again and promised me that on 24th from 10am-12.30pm the higher management will call me for the concern but i havent received any call from there end and today i came to know from the app that my product is in process of getting returned

                              Have placed an order for same product twice with increasing price every time. First time (@ rs 4138 + 150 next day delivery) the delivery guy asks me to collect the parcel on road at 1pm despite me paying additional 150 for before 11am delivery (Need not say at my home address and not midway on road) which i denied and product was returned. The second time (@ rs 4499) the delivery guy's contact number provided was not reachable and the product delivery date was postponed several times and each time when the customer care was contacted they kept lying the product will be delivered in next 24 hrs. Eventually i receive a message that the product is not delivered due to non payment whereas a delivery was not attempted. Eventually the product is returned to the seller (In this case cloudtail a company owned by amazon) and i am asked to place the order again at a further increased price of 5999/-.

                                I have ordered the coffee table from decoration. And i returned the product around 11oct and still the refund is not initiated yet.
                                It's been almost 15days and still refund is not got.
                                And when i connected amazon call, they are asking me to update my email id and send the receipt from registered email id and receipt is must for refund.
                                My email id is already registered and i am getting delayed in the refund. Also when k am contacting amazon for the refund, at that time i am told that receipt is required for self returned product which is ia absolutely wrong.

                                Very unhappy with the service of amazon this time and i need my refund asap.

                                Amazon is providing very poor service regarding refund .Very bad experience this time and would not consider Amazon for shopping.

                                    As we have placed order of our product on 15th october 2018 bt still we have not yet received our product after taking followups and they have cancelled our order and now inspite of sale the same product price has been increased to 8784 rs which i was getting in rs 7849/- in off sale. Then what is the use of sale and discount if this things are happening and we are not getting any replacement.

                                    Still not received as on Oct 10, 2018. Customer care has no update.
                                    It was rescheduled multiple times by customer care on its own.
                                    Every time i call to inquire, i am asked to wait 24-48 hrs.
                                    I had cancelled an order for a power bank (Anker PowerCore; ORDER #[protected] on the 14th of October, 2018. However, despite the assurance given by Amazon that the refund shall be made in 2-4 business days, i still have not received my amount even though a time period of 5 days has lapsed.

                                      I ordered for a. Jbl.5.1 sound bar (Order id :[protected] through amazon on oct-14, 2018 which was on offer price mentioned in the great amazon festival. After 11 days amazon says the product got damaged and i need to pay the extra amount without offer to buy the product, even which was not available live. This is pure cheating from amazon, advertising offers and making people fools. What i need is a product replacement and not the amount, that's what i waited for 2 week's.
