I had placed an order on 04.10.2018 for purchase on amazon, online purchase portal and made payment through debit card of bank of india. An amount of rs.3, 904/- was debited to my above s/b account on account of above payment on date 04.10.2018.

However, after going through reviews, i found that the seller does not sell good quality product. Hence, i immediately cancelled the order on the same day i. E. 04.10.2018.

I have been checking my s/b a/c through internet banking, but no refund was received. I contacted the call center of amazon and they communicated that the refund has already been processed from their side and gave me refund request number which i have communicated to bank of india on their email id pos. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in. But still the refund has not been credited.

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My order number is[protected]. They did not deliver the product still now though the expected delivery date already over . Even they did not refund the money. When i call to customer care always they told only sorry !

    I m a prime customer of amazon we have order the product redmi 6 pro by 15/10/2018 as per prime customer order will be deliver within 24hrs but still product not deliver, yesterday my redmi 6 pro out of deliver executive is called me i m coming around 7pm update address is offiice address myoffice time is 10 to 6 i m wait 7pm still not coming then he is i m coming 8pm so i wait till 8pm after that i called he is not picking my call so i m waiting around 8.30pm then i call to executive he picking my he is sry sir i m coming in 10mints so i m waiting till 9pm still he is not coming after that i called executive he is disconnected my call i m waiting for 9.30 but he is not coming i m waiting for 3hrs but he is not coming also number is switched off i m very harsment of amazon service also amazon not understand time value my time is very important i want resolution also i want bhuktan of my time.

    Yesterday i m talking to amazon guy he/she is given me time and time but not any resolution now we are check showing we are not meet how possible is that i waiting that guy around 3hrs but he is not coming so pls i want resolution and i want my time back to me

      Sir, i had purchased a body fit gym equipments on 20 september 2018 for a price of rs 5140 having order no.[protected] from amazon india through online. When they delivered the product to my home i found that product was having poor quality & can break easily. So i decided to return the product immediately. When i requested for returning the product they told us to return it by yourself that too with my cost which will be equal to cost of the product as told by courier agency guy which i cannot afford to return as it will be mine losss from both sides as i am paying for the product twice that too with no asssurance that i will get my money back. They had given me three days to return it in which two days were holiday of dussera as all post office & courier agencys were closed. If dont able to return they will not accept my claim.
      I had contacted them several times but i am not getting any response.
      Please help me in this case.

      Recently amazon are conduct great indian sale. One headset are selling 26rs. I am order this headset. After one week automatically this order cancelled. Why cheating this type of deals are showing. Kindly clear this issue.

        Hello, my name is sachin, i had ordered a health product from amazon on 9th oct,

        And the order was reached here on 15th, the delivery person named "maslekar" his mo - [protected].

        He calls me up and says with a very very rude non polite tone, using my last name, that your parcel is here at my location, come here and take it. I said is this the manner to speak, and its your job to deliver not mine, you deliver it whenever you can, he said ok and kept the phone.

        Then again yesterday on 16th he called me and said, you didn't come to take the parcel, i said, its your job and if you cannot deliver, then return the parcel, he kept the phone, and marked the item as delivered, which is a fraud, and negligence at the highest, i did complain about this to the amazon, the seller, and you now.. I'm terribly annoyed and disappointed.

        Above that, i had submitted the complaint in the aramex website about this issue, and what they replied is, the package has been delivered so we close the case.. What the hell???!

          I recently ordered the killer jeans from amazon on sell. When i received the order. I saw this is the duplicate copy of killer jeans. I previously purchased the jeans from killer jeans oflline showroom. When i matched the same product there was too much difference between both products. They tried to copy the same but there was a mark of duplicate product.

          They didn't give the finishing touch of product.
          The brand sticker/logo was different was different.

            Dear all,

            I would like to bring to your notice regarding the order #[protected] which i made on 11th october 2018. It has reached the nearest facility on 13th october (As per the tracking). And we received a call from the delivery guy asking us to collect it from his facility which we refused since we regularly purchase from amazon and all items was delivered at our home without any issues. Even the other orders which i made along with this and reached the facility later than this has got delivered at my home.

            I have contacted the customer service on 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and today as well, they promised that the item will be delivered 16th, and the same promise was done on 17th. And still the item is not only not delivered, and the item status was also put up wrongly stating that the recipient was not reachable, however i only got 1 call on 14th asking me to collect it. And for the other items, i got a delivery at my home on 17th as well and only for this delivery i was not reachable.

            For all the orders i made in the past two weeks, i have kept the same phone number and address and i don't find any reason why my this specific item is not getting delivered other than the delivery guy is taking his personal revenge for not having the item collected from his office.

            I have the chat transcript which i did with the customer service on 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and today. The customer service team has promised it will be delivered at the earliest but it is not happening even after contacting them for 6-7 times. If anyone in the addressed email can provide assistance or investigate this case or if you could provide the email contact of the the right person who can look into this case, would be highly appreciated.

              On october 15th i got an sms which says the item i was ordered on amazon.in will be delivered today and also the contact details of delivery boy including phone number. I, ll wait till evening and no calls came, i called him and ask about delivery details he didnt answer me and i got another sms which says deliverd on same day 9:30pm but not deliverd next day (Oct 16th) i called him again amd ask he answer it was mis routed and will be deliverd on same day, and i, ll wait, but no products came, again i called several times and he didnt answer, next dat (Oct 17th) i called again, that time he talk very rude and doesnt show any manners to the customer, he told"he is not responsible for the delivery and product" please contact amazon not him, and i ask their office number but he refused to give the number he told if you have any complaints, contact amazon not them and cut the call,

              If he is not responsible for the delivery then why should amazon send sms to customers with delivery details. It's really bad from the couriour service...

                I am unable to contact the courier person on the number which he has sms me [protected].

                He has posted false status of attempt of delivery of item against tracking id[protected].

                Not a single call came from this person. Sms is being received why not call and why did not the person visit at the designated time day promised by him only?

                Posting false information by your courier agency indicates that you have no control over these delinquent courier man and this is not fair.

                  Is delayed from last saturday by false claim that i m not reachable.
                  Today it was out for delivery i contacted that delivery person [protected] and he rudely said i cannot delivery do whatever u want to do.
                  I have raised so many complaints from last saturday and i m fed of it now.
                  I think thats how you treat your non prime comsumers.

                    Have ordered redmi 6 pro from amazon, on 14 th of october 2018 during the great indian festival. The
                    Expected delivery was 15th oct 2018, but i didnt received the deliver but i got an update that due to phone number was not reachable. Which was absolutely wrong.

                    On monday which is 15th oct 2018 i called amazon customer service department for this issue. They rescheduled the delivery next working day which is 16th october 2018 tuesday, but i didnt received the delivery but i got an update that due to phone number was not reachable. Which was absolutely wrong again. Delivery agent number provided was continues ignored my call never received my calls.

                    I have called amazon for same continues from 15th oct 2018 till date called hundereds of time and chat with 'n' number of executives but have not got any solution. Today 17th oct 2018 i received an update that your order was rescheduled again for delivery but i never rescheduled and rescheduled details was updated several times mostly 4 time.

                    I have contacted customer care again, they ensure that they have escalated this issue and updated me to wait more 24-48 hrs for the product delivery which is 20th oct 2018, but i have no trusted because all representatives provide different update for my product. I am paying for amazon prime but it's waste of money for this type of service.

                    But sinces till date there is no proper update regarding my product and several complaints. They only say we have escalated the issue to concern department and we cannot share the details as it against company policy.

                      I have made this purchase of muscleblaze mass gainer xxl 3kg chocolate with 100g free creatine order no.[protected] on 24 th sept 2018 from amazonin to which i was not satisfied and thus ordered a replacement
                      The replacement order was delivered to me today... But the only thing i got was a shaker bottle with "isopure" written over it
                      Neither the. 3kg mass gainer jar nor the 100 g creatine was which delivered was supposed to be delivered wasn't delivered and all i got was this which was unboxed on cam (Video attached)
                      And when i contacted their customer support only reply i recieved repeatedly was "we will certainly try to help you" then "sorry we cannot help you with any replacement/refund as our packaging team has cleared that the package delivered to you without any issue" (As if that bloody team member was sitting the bloody shaker!)

                        I have ordered various products from amazon but this time it feels like i have made a huge mistake. I received a product which was not what i expected so i initiated a return on 10th october 2018 which till today i. E. 17th october 2018 has not been picked up and everyday i receive a message that return is rescheduled because product was not ready. The person who has to pickup the product has not even once contacted me.
                        Worst service.

                            I tried to place order but order wasn't placed and money is debited from sbi card I have all my transaction details .I talked with SBI bank but they said it was debited by amazon.I don't have order no as order wasn't placed so can't use customer care I used chatting option but that guy didn't gave any solution.he said he would see if he could do anything although it was their problem.

                              I had ordered a battery from Amazon (Order ID[protected]) however it turned out to be defective.

                              I placed a return on that order and the seller promised me that the refund would be processed as soon as the battery is received by the seller.

                              It has been almost a month now and I have not received a refund for my battery.

                              I filed a claim with Amazon and this is how rudely they replied -

                              If the return window for that product was over, why did Amazon give an option to return the product? And even the seller promised to give a refund.

                              Instead of penalizing the seller for selling faulty product and not providing refund even after receiving the battery, Amazon is denying me my refund which is highly disappointing.

                                I have ordered VIVO V9 Pro on 11.10.2018 vide order No.[protected] in offer and was supposed to receive on 13.10.18.But i received a call from the courier boy on 12.10.18 when i was in the Office for the delivery and exchange cell which was in home.I requested him to come on 13.10.18 the next day to deliver at my home address i.e delivery address and he agreed.Surprisingly he has return the cell to the cell on the same day evening stating that the exchange cell was not available.On the same day i have contacted the customer care officer and he assured me by booking the same cell vide order No.[protected].The status on my app shows..Delivery date is pending.(Recorded call data can be verified).Again on 15.10.18 called the customer care regarding the payment for the new phone ordered on 13.10.18. I was told not to worry and and shall be mentioned in the phone delivery statement.(Recorded call data can be verified).Again when i contacted on 17.10.18, i was told that the refund payment was initiated and the phone can not be delivered and to book again without any offer, which was over by 15.10.18.Till the offer was on, i was misled by the customer care officials the the phone shall be delivered with the same offer price for the order made on 13.10.18.Once the order date is over, i was advised to book again.Due to the negligence of the delivery boy, the product was returned to the seller without any further attempt.If he would have told to take the delivery on the same day and shall be returned if fails, i would have done some arrangement.Instead he promised the delivery in the next day but cheated.Now the customer care officials also misled me and await till the completion of the offer period and cheated.If i would have intimated about the second booking on 13 th itself i would have paid again.
                                As on now my second order mentioned above is still pending and request for the delivery.

                                    I have ordered 3rd generation Amazon echodot on 13th October and delivery is scheduled on 17th October 2018. Surprisingly I had got message that your order was refused at the time of delivery. Delivery person had not come for delivery, when contacted delivery man he had told that your parcel package found in torn condition that's why he had entered refusal data in their system. I had contacted Amazon and chat with the customer care representative that I had not seen my parcel and I have refused to accept delivery. Now Amazon advice me reorder the same with higher existing price.

                                      On 9th october i purchased several product from amazon.in .
                                      one of them was canon EOS 800D body, but i received canon EOS 1300D body.
                                      I escalated this issue to amazon and mail them just after received and open order(10th october aprox 9:00 am)they told me to send e-mail of product which i got( i sent that mail at9:33 AM on 10th oct)
                                      I spoke to deliver boy also that product was not correct which i brought but he told me i can not take it with me please call customer care. another guy will bring it from you.
                                      after few hour i called again customer care thencustomer care executive told me to send my photo id which also i sent at 4:24 PM 10th oct.
                                      i called him daily basis, which i am mentioning below( first call of day)

                                      first investigation team's( gaurav) call i received on 10th oct, i explained everything to him.after which on daily basis i called to concern amazon team,
                                      they( customer care executive) sir first investigation executive( gaurav) report is in favor of you just wait for another investigation team.
                                      they were telling me always that investigation team will call you.
                                      but today when i called to amazon they are calling investigation team found that you received right item.
                                      Customer care executive(akib) were calling me investigating team is working on it, but when i called today they told me "We have fully investigated this matter with the carrier. “It appears that this item was correctly delivered to you ."

                                      Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time."
                                      I surprised that without calling me how they come to this conclusion( come to know)that every thing is ok from their end(they delivered wright product).
                                      i didn't understand this mechanism that how they come to this conclusion without calling me.

                                      this means - all amazon team is perfect/right/correct/true and another everyone ( customer) is false/wrong/telling lie.
                                      but now they refused to refund or return the item.

                                      I am very upset from this behavior of amazon.
                                      Now what should i do, first my money is stuck and second i did not get the product which i want. what a customer will do if they deny to do take any action.

                                        Have ordered boat wired 900 headphones from amazon, on 11th of october
                                        2018 during the great indian festival which was goining on at rs 599/-. The
                                        Expected delivery was 13th oct 2018, but i didnt received the deliver but i got
                                        An update that due to phone number was not reachable. Which was
                                        Absolutely wrong. On sunday which is 14th oct 2018 again i received one text
                                        Msg on my cellphone at 4.32pm that we are delivering your product by 8pm,
                                        Then i received another msg from amazon due to payment issue delivery
                                        Agent has hold your product which was absolutely wrong because delivery
                                        Has never attempted. I have called amazon from saturday that us 13th oct
                                        2018 till today 17th oct 2018 and called hundereds of time and chat with 'n'
                                        Number of executives but have not got any solution. Today 17th oct 2018 i
                                        Received an update that your order has been return to seller because you
                                        Have refused the deliver, but in reality the deliveru is never attempted.
                                        What i want: i have a replacement of that product in exact same price which i have
                                        Ordered on 11th oct. I am not gonna pay extra money or re order the product
                                        Because the price has been increased. Or simply raise a 200 compensation
                                        Amount that is the difference amount between the price which was their on
                                        11th oct and the current price of the product.
