I have purchased an apple iphone 6 on 10 oct in which charger and earphones were missing and then i called amazon and they provided me replacement but the replaced phone is having lots of scratches on it and now they are giving refund instead of replacement and saying u have to place a fresh order but the concern is that i have purchased this phone during the sale and i got this phone at discount so now who will bear the extra cost if ipurchase this phone now.
So either provide fresh replacement or bear the extra cost.

    I hv been online consumer of amazon product since long but these days, i'm really facing problem with

    — false assurance by customer care

    — misbehavior by delivery boy

    If you go back to history of order # [#][protected], (Order placed on 13th oct but not yet delivered) continuously, i'm in touch of customer care to follow up these product. Apart of that i made a complain for delivery boy but still no action has been taken, it was assured that issue will be solved within 24 hours but even after 9 days, no reply has been received..!!!

    Thereafter, i am pointing out behavioral action of

    1) customer care, who do not takes any initiative to customer complain but always act in "parrot fashion"

    2) transport/ courier service, who works as they want but no co-ordination with customer care/ customer.

    3) delivery boy :- obviously not all, but yes let me mention mobile # two delivery boys (Here who really misbehaved with customer, — courier boy with contact # [protected], (He misbehaved with my mom & did not delivered good after punching delivery. On 19th oct

    2) courier boy with contact # [protected], (He did not even reached to deliver place saying false statement & abusive language that phone was not reachable since last 2 days (26th oct to 28th oct). Why only his phone was not reachable to the destination while all other packets from aamzon has been delivered on 26th / 27th & 28th oct.??? (Please check record at your end too).

    Sorry to say, i had a good trust for amazon but i feel amazon can not carry it anymore

    However, last 15 days of harassment by customer care and misbehavior by delivery boys (On this particulate order) made me to understand that shopping on amazon is simply waste of time / money and it can bring shock-able news to my family anytime

    Needless to say, we can reorder the product somewhere else too but can not buy time / family.

      I had bought boat nirvanaa uno earphones from amazon which i got on 15 october. But that product was so poor quality so i requested them for return on 16 october. But till now there is nothing updates from amazon in spite of that i had called them 100 of times but their customers service didn't done anything, they just told from my first call that to wait just for tomorrow we will pick up your order.
      And customers services telling me that to ship your product by your own with your own money and then we will refund your money so please tell them that these not my work it's yours.
      This is very poor customer service i have ever got from amazon which any customers doesn't want.
      So please solve my problem as soon as possible and refund my money.

        I have experienced amazon in many countries as a customer-centric company. Their response has always been very quick and the effort has always been to resolve the issue addressed.in india, they have taken on a new avatar. They just ignore a complaint. I try not to buy from amazon in india and i find it is a loss to me because i like amazon and use it in two other countries: germany and in the uk, they are excellent there.

            This bluetooth speaker was not working. And this item was charging. Once i replaced and got a new product but again the condition was same. For this product warranty period period given is 3 months and now you are saying that you are not eligible for return. For this product i given is 980 rupees i lost my money and also i need my money back please give my money back other wise i will complaint a case to consumer court

              Hello
              I have purchased a meat grinder with amazon via order no#[protected]. But the product was defective at the time of delivery so i have put the return request company asked me to self shipping the product via bluedart courier service. But courier charges was very heavy rs.2520/- so i wrote back to them they said we will refund the full courier charges so you please sent to us i have send the product back to company. And is been 3 months now after many reminders they are not entertaining my request either paying the courier charges.
              Therefore please help to get back as the company promised to pay. I have all correspondence safe with me.

              The changes are rs.2520/-

                This is the second time i am experiencing this quality. Ordered my apple cover from amazon. Took like a week on prime membership and then the product is an absolute fake. I am paying almost 4k for this and this was completely unacceptable!! Now i have to wait 3-5 days for the money to be refunded. This is going on various forums not only this one!!

                  On 13-oct-18, i purchased moto g5s plus. It stopped working on 19-oct-18, as it was a faulty product - first failure. Support person promised action & call back in 24 hrs. He said phones are tested before delivery. This should not have happened. But nothing happened in next 24 hours - 2nd failure. I called again, exchange was scheduled for 21-oct. Delivery didn't give the replacement phone, as bar code was faulty. Phone sent without checking - 3rd failure. System was updated to show customer has refused delivery - 4th failure. Sadly, your system still shows the same. It has still not been corrected - 5th failure. Anyway, when i called, folks apologized and confirmed the bar code issue on replacement phone. First i was told they would do exchange again, and they have logged ticket in their system to fix the issue. Next day support person said, exchange is not possible, as system allows exchange only once, even though exchange never took place - 6th failure. They told me to return the phone. It was picked up 24-oct-18 at 9am. I tried buying again, got a message there is limit of phone from same seller. Limit was not removed even if phone was now in amazon's possession - 7th failure. Support person named mani promised refund in my card by 26-oct-18 and confirmed that i will be able to buy the same phone at same price. When i called again, support person refused the same product at same price - 8th failure. I asked them to raise a request for all the issues i have faced. There was no response. I wrote the whole story as response to feedback of call. Again, no response - 9th failure. On 27th 11pm, full 4 working days after the phone was picked up for return, i was told phone has not reached the warehouse - 10th failure. I still do not have committed date for refund - 11th failure. I have been told, phone is "likely", to reach warehouse in 2 days. Once, it reaches warehouse, refund would be initiated and and it may take 3-5 days for funds to show up in my credit card. After series of 11 failures on part of amazon for 2 full weeks, i have neither the phone, nor my money, nor a promise to ship the same product at same price for which i bought it on 13-oct-18, once all gets cleared up. Faulty products, faulty testing process, faulty delivery process, questionable integritry of delivery guys who make wrong updates, faulty it systems, which have incorrect limits, customers are not reponded back on their complaints, even though horrors have been committed on part of amazon. Its quite a horror story... You are taking your customers for granted!!!

                    Dear team,
                    Date: 27th october 2018,

                    Due to technical glitch from amazon website i'm unable to purchase the above mentioned product. I've spent 3-4 hrs with your customer service and they were unfit to fix the issue. I have valuable proof which i shared with executive as well. Told me they can't address my issue and disconnected the calls. I have contacted multiple times to customer care and no one helped to follow any escalation matrix.
                    Didn't expect from amazon.

                      On august 20, september 20 and october 20, 2018 my visa card was charged $14.03 each month under the address of "amazon primeamzn.com/billwa" i did not authorize any of these charges, and in checking with bestbuy/geek squad, they determined that one of the intermediates "100bestbuy.com" was not a bestbuy inc company.
                      I will contact visa for a credit and fraud prosecution.

One item was missing, while in my account on amazon the status of that particular product changed to delivered. I raised the complaint to their customer care executive.                             My love for amazon is deteriorating day by day
                            Because of the lack of efforts provided by amazon customer and i am sure i am not the only person.
                            I ordered a product on 12 oct 2018 and recieved the product late but it ok bacause i have recieved the product well but to my horror it was defective, not upto the par, my product was an earpiece for mobile. Though its not a big product yet small as it is amazon should satisfy all the customers though it be big or small. And also the poor service shown by amazon is pathetic cause i initiated the refund but no customer service or the delivery man stood by my door neither were there any messages on my mobile or calls.
                            These problems should be resolved by amazon at earliest because we love amazon and dont wanto complaint everytime it shows poor customer service.

                              Brings to your notice that i have initiated refund requested on: oct 21, 2018 at amazon and mentioned pickup date and time for oct 22 between 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, but i received the return message saying that change the product return date time.

                              But i could see the option to change the product pick time and date in amazon site and customer care center not responding my calls

                                I am an amazon prime member.
                                This complaint is in reference to order no. (Protected) and tracking id (Protected) delivered by your amazon delivery agent mobile no. [protected] delivery made on 26th october 2018.
                                My place of residence is on the first floor of the building i live in. The courier delivery agent refuses to delivery the items ordered on 1st floor and very rudely asked me to come down and collect the items. On my saying that he is suppose to "door deliver" the order he very rudely and curtly said it is not my job to take stairs to one floors and i will not deliver on the 1st floor.
                                Upon my saying that i will have to report to matter to amazon, he retorted that i can report the matter anywhere, but he will not deliver the articles ordered on the 1st floor.
                                Courier service is of amazon transportation service. This type of rude behaviour and arrogant attitude is not acceptable. If amazon can only deliver on the ground floor, they should clearly mention it in their terms and conditions boldly and significantly so that people not residing on ground floor may look for alternative options of shopping and ordering.
                                The experience is highly disturbing, deplorable and unacceptable. If amazon doesn't look into the matter and take the inept delivery person to task, they will surely loose loyal customers and business.

                                  I have purchased IFB washing machine from Amazon on date 10 Oct 2018 and found damaged. so I complain about the same on 14 Oct 2018 but from that date, no resolution is there and every time when I call customer care they ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. I have call recording of same.

                                    I am highly disappointed because o[censored]navailability of 'pay on delivary' option on my first order (Which i had to cancel), for my first ever smartphone. My parents finally agreed to allow me a smartphone. After choosing redmi 6a on a lightening deal, i had to try till today to get that item in my cart. And when finally, it was, i was shown pod is unavailble. As i said, i didn't had a smartphone, so online banking was never my option. But now, to buy a smartphone, ironically, i am supposed to possess a smartphone.

                                      I have booked whirlpool refrigerator on 15th october 2018. I have paid using my card to get cashback. Delivery was scheduled after a week. When the day comes for delivery i got a message that customer refused. This message i got for two consecutive days. Then i called customer care and they said there is some mistake by courier company and my order gets cancelled. How this can happen. I didnt cancelled and waited for all days from morning till night. I wasted my duty hours and also my money. Now they are saying book another one but i will not get any offer like i book my previous one. So in all i wasted everything. I need justice
