They gave me a time frame to deliver my product on Monday before 5 pm. But they haven't deliver my product till today 12:20 tuesday. Yesterday their delivery team called me they will deliver my product in 1st half, now they are saying they also have other products to deliver on other addresses. According to amazon my time is not valuable.

    I have ordered for moto g4 plus mobile 2 April 2017 of 13999 INR.

    The product has issue with battery and i have complained in amazon service. They have checked by smartchk app and agree that this product has issue. They are ready to replacement of same product within 2 days (on call). After 3 days i checked the status in amazon but no any update about that. When i chat with amazon customer service they are saying for wait for next 3-5 days.

    After 5 days there is no update. For my job security i need smart phone device to upload photos of my field work so i must have to buy new phone. so i bought new phone.

    Then requested to refund in amazon for this delay. They agree that this is issue from amazon side and ready to refund me. amazon has initiated refund on 23 april 2017 and confirmation email sent to me on 25 apirl that we have initiated refund by cheque and you will receive this cheque within 5 working days. but no luck.

    Then again i chat with amazon and they promised me we will give you cheque upto 2 May 2017. Still no luck.

    Then again i chat with amazon and amazon representative told me we cant track your cheque from first flight courier. please give us time for some days and promised date is 9th May 2017. Still no luck.

    Then i called in customer service about this issue and representative told me you are really great person because you have wait until this time. but due to some issue they cant track cheque status. And is it ok with me if i receive amount via net banking? I replied YES. Then representative told me we will take 3-5 working days for cancel cheque and again 3 working days to refund in your bank account. I said OK no issue if you do it in time. BUT I DONT KNOW they all are fraud guys. on 15 May 2017 i mailed in amazon customer service and on 16 May i got replied from amazon that we need time upto 24 May 2017.

    Now i cant trust on amazon that they will refund my amount or not. Every time wrong promise.

    Fraud amazon.

    Please help me to get back my amount.

    A charge was placed on my bank account of $40.20 on 5/03of which was illegal, please refund to card ending in 7886 or I will claim fraud If this is not resolved I will certainly not ever do business with you and warn everybody of you illegal charges

          My name is rajiv tiwari mobile no [protected] order id[protected] i purchase a laptop on 11 may 2017 for Rs 13990 and i got delivered for this product on 15 may 2017.however i dont like this product i have requested called tocustomer care on 11 may 2017 i got a call from this no +[protected] before i purchase a product to confirm them i will return the product if i dont like and i dont know his name he told me dont worry refund will be initiated you can purchase a laptop. amazon just fooled me they are not refunding my amount instead saying you will get replacement of same product i dont want this product anymore i dont like this product.

          i kindly request you to refund my money or else i will file a case against amazon.

            I recieved a call from Avinash from consumer forum he advised to wait till amazon has given the time and they can't do anything are they people getting money from Amazon that's why they are saying the same word which Amazon was providing

            I don't know Amazon people are calling back to back and when asking from which department they all are disconnecting the calls
            They have a joint venture with this site and saying you have complained now only so why you are writing again and again

            I m bit scared from these people who are calling from unknown numbers
            Where that line has gone that I recieved a call from Avinash from consumer forum and I sent that before all these replies.Is anyone deleting my replies from backend

              -Purchased iPhone 6s on May 11, 2017.

              - Received the same with rattling noise while vibrating.
              - When requested for replacement, the Amazon India customer care demanded the customer to get the phone fixed in a nearest Apple store. What kind of customer policy is this? Why would a customer order online (from the biggest online market) and get his new phone with defects and then get it fixed from an onsite Apple store? What kind of service and retailers Amazon is dealing with and storing for its customers.
              - I'm a new customer on Amazon. I prefer Flipkart over Amazon, because of better service and policies. First time on Amazon and this is what I get.
              - Is this how Amazon retains its customers? Please check the retailers and their products. And when customers request for care, I hope the customer care unit can attend them with some kind of knowledge and responsibility.

                We have purchased nikon dslr camera d 3400 for rs 40490/_. And we received missing part of dvd tutorial. When we contact amazon for a solution of immediate delivery of another item of the same as we are going on expensive tour immediate two days after and i asked them other wise cancel and refund of my money. Then we will book another order in the same site or flipkart for lessor amount. (The delivery date will within my tour starting). The price difference is rs 3, 500/_ approx. But they rejected and not agreed. My total time today has been wasted over phone conversations. The cheated me. Please arrange to refund my money with compensation as their deficiency of service and wasting of my time. I will provide evidence of my tour starting program.

                  I ordered earphones from amazon.in order number[protected]. It was scheduled to be dispatched yesterday 14 may but has not been delivered until now 15 may 9 40 pm. I tried to contact the courier boy to which he replied i'll call you back in a minute but has not recieved my calls since then. I have tried to contact him 10-15 times and he is just ignoring my calls. I needed the product by today but due to the lousiness of the courier i'll not be able to do so. The courier boy's number is [protected]. Such behaviour cannot be tolerated and i want an action taken against the person delivering so he cannot cause further inconvenience to other people.

                    I have ordered Honor Holly 3 in Amazon.in on 13th Feb, but I received a brick inside the box instead of mobile phone. In a hurry, I didn't look at the Void mark but after seeing the brick I was shocked. I have raised a complaint on the Amazon website, they have responded both by call and mail.                       My hubby gifted me iPhone6 from amazon a month back. But after completing 3 weeks Its home button stopped working beside that it started rebooting abruptly. I was not able to call or connect to network because of the multiple reboots. When I showed it to apple service centre they said its been repaired and I should take the same device or should go to store from where I bought and ask them to replace it. Either amazon or apple both have been selling refurbish device on discount or cheating people. As it was not even month and iPhones both software and hardware was not working properly. I need iPhone to be replaced as that is not an appropriate product to use if its functioning this way. Amazon should be more careful towards selling this kind of products to customer.

                            Hi, my name is avinash sharma, writing this e-mail after cheated by amazon india. I've placed an order of apple iphone se 64 gb (Space grey) model. My order number #[protected]. I've planned to gift this phone to my mom on mother's day. So i've placed an ordrer on 12th may'17. As a prime member of amazon.in i was assured that product will be delivered by 13th may'17, which was not happened actually and after couple of follow ups a courier boy came on 15th may with packet. When i opened it up, i found a detergent cake inside it with a battery charger. So i've called up again to customer service of amazon & they people are saying will investigate and will get back which is not happening.
                            I've so may trouble after placing the order on amazon.in. First they've spoiled my surprise gift to my mom on special day like - mother's day. I didn't get it inspite of being a prime member of amazon india. And later when i got the packet, it was a detergent cake - "fena50gm" inside it. I'm feeling cheated by amazon.in. They've fooled their loyal customer like me.

                              I ordered an iPhone 7 gold 128 gb on 11th May order number[protected]. Instead of receiving a confirmation email i received an email from [protected]@amazon.in requesting-
                              -- A copy of my statement for MASTERCARD ending in 92, including the billing address
                              -- Your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your Amazon account on a secure fax line given in a link http://www.amazon.in/help/addressverification. The number is[protected].
                              I called customer service five times every time to hear the same response that someone will get back to me within 24 hours. When i try to fax the requested documents from Australia (as i placed the order from Australia for my partner to receive it in India) and India it says please check the number/number invalid.

                              An amount of AUD 1082.53 has been deducted with me being stuck in the middle of nowhere. Customer care doesn't help and account has been locked.
                              Either dispatch the product or give my money back.

                              It seems amazon will never learn. I received an email that money will be refunded for the order and i got a gift card for 1500 rupees. When i go to the link to redeem the gift card my account gets locked again. How stupid can a company be ?

                              Till yesterday money was pending in my account as shown in the screenshot but this morning money has been actually deducted from my account (screenshot attached. Amazon why are you ripping me off? My account is still locked, please deliver the product if you have taken the money. I am absolutely sick and tired of this useless company.

                                  (1) I purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton AC Hot and Cold Window 19hy through Amazon, INDIA.
                                  (2) Date of purchase : 22-Feb-2016.
                                  (3) Price Paid: 31, 380.00.
                                  (4) Has gone faulty on 9th May, 1027.
                                  (5) The Service personnel charged Rs.350.00 to visit and are asking for Rs.1850.00 for rectifying the defect.
                                  (6) I had used an LG AC (Only Cooling Type) at the same location and using the same Voltage Stabilizer .. for almost Eight years - without any trouble.
                                  REMARKS: THE QUALITY OF VOLTAS AC IS VERY POOR. IT REQUIRES CASH OUTFLOW OF MORE THAN 10% IN ONE YEAR - TO RECTIFY FAULTS!! CAN AMAZON TAKE SOME ACTION TO MITIGATE MY SUFFERING!

                                    I bought coolpad mobile in amazon wide order. No. #[protected], its found not working by 14th day onwards. And they told you contact sevice centre of coolpad. I explained sevice engineer mobile problem, he told software problem. He gave it back after two days. But it was continued not working. I request how you are accepting sellers with such a low quality products. It was supplied by amazon mobiles. I am a regular customer of amazon. But with this purchase, amazon making me mad. Mental egony cracking customer confidence levels. I have puchased for 10990. They cheated me by selling defected peice. These type of activites highly condemnable. Please get it resolved.
                                    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I received the SMS regarding delievery of Redmi 4A mobile phone but same has not delievered to me. I talked to customer care they assured to get the phone early but still not action has been taken by the Amazon

                                      Amazon india offered to give 15% cash back if products procured through hdfc credit card during the great indian festival (Oct 1-5, 2016). They promised to give cashback by january 5, 2017. But till date, i've not received any cashback even after lot of promises made by their customer care executives.
