I purchased this ram (Crucial 8gb ddr4 2133mhz pc4-17000 ct8g4dfd8213 1.2v unbuffered non-ecc high performance gaming ram) for a new desktop pc along with motherboard, smps, cabinet etc. But tested it later due to late receiving of other parts. It is defective and i complaint for it with amazon customer care service, they said the return window is closed, so i go for warranty i. E. 3 years. They said me to contact the manufacturer, i contact the manufacturer, they are ready to replace it but, want me to bear import-export charges which'll cost me more than the cost of ram. So manufacturer suggest me to contact local amazon seller as it is easy for him to replace. Then i tried to contact local amazon seller but it is not responding till now, beside giving answer 3 year just. Please help me what to do now??? I call again amazon customer care she replied me to check the service centre before ordering the electronic goods on amazon, that means the electronic goods that become faultier after the return time period and if their is no service centre in locality of customer, it is loss for customer why? Please help me...
