    Hi, my name is avinash sharma, writing this e-mail after cheated by amazon india. I've placed an order of apple iphone se 64 gb (Space grey) model. My order number #[protected]. I've planned to gift this phone to my mom on mother's day. So i've placed an ordrer on 12th may'17. As a prime member of amazon.in i was assured that product will be delivered by 13th may'17, which was not happened actually and after couple of follow ups a courier boy came on 15th may with packet. When i opened it up, i found a detergent cake inside it with a battery charger. So i've called up again to customer service of amazon & they people are saying will investigate and will get back which is not happening.
    I've so may trouble after placing the order on amazon.in. First they've spoiled my surprise gift to my mom on special day like - mother's day. I didn't get it inspite of being a prime member of amazon india. And later when i got the packet, it was a detergent cake - "fena50gm" inside it. I'm feeling cheated by amazon.in. They've fooled their loyal customer like me.

      I ordered an iPhone 7 gold 128 gb on 11th May order number[protected]. Instead of receiving a confirmation email i received an email from [protected]@amazon.in requesting-
      -- A copy of my statement for MASTERCARD ending in 92, including the billing address
      -- Your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your Amazon account on a secure fax line given in a link http://www.amazon.in/help/addressverification. The number is[protected].
      I called customer service five times every time to hear the same response that someone will get back to me within 24 hours. When i try to fax the requested documents from Australia (as i placed the order from Australia for my partner to receive it in India) and India it says please check the number/number invalid.

      An amount of AUD 1082.53 has been deducted with me being stuck in the middle of nowhere. Customer care doesn't help and account has been locked.
      Either dispatch the product or give my money back.

      It seems amazon will never learn. I received an email that money will be refunded for the order and i got a gift card for 1500 rupees. When i go to the link to redeem the gift card my account gets locked again. How stupid can a company be ?

      Till yesterday money was pending in my account as shown in the screenshot but this morning money has been actually deducted from my account (screenshot attached. Amazon why are you ripping me off? My account is still locked, please deliver the product if you have taken the money. I am absolutely sick and tired of this useless company.

        Respected sir mera refund amazon walai nai 6 may ko hi inicate kar diya tha uska maximum day 3 sai 4 din hota par mera refund aab tak nahi aaya hai mera amount 1646 hai.

          (1) I purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton AC Hot and Cold Window 19hy through Amazon, INDIA.
          (2) Date of purchase : 22-Feb-2016.
          (3) Price Paid: 31, 380.00.
          (4) Has gone faulty on 9th May, 1027.
          (5) The Service personnel charged Rs.350.00 to visit and are asking for Rs.1850.00 for rectifying the defect.
          (6) I had used an LG AC (Only Cooling Type) at the same location and using the same Voltage Stabilizer .. for almost Eight years - without any trouble.
          REMARKS: THE QUALITY OF VOLTAS AC IS VERY POOR. IT REQUIRES CASH OUTFLOW OF MORE THAN 10% IN ONE YEAR - TO RECTIFY FAULTS!! CAN AMAZON TAKE SOME ACTION TO MITIGATE MY SUFFERING!

            I bought coolpad mobile in amazon wide order. No. #[protected], its found not working by 14th day onwards. And they told you contact sevice centre of coolpad. I explained sevice engineer mobile problem, he told software problem. He gave it back after two days. But it was continued not working. I request how you are accepting sellers with such a low quality products. It was supplied by amazon mobiles. I am a regular customer of amazon. But with this purchase, amazon making me mad. Mental egony cracking customer confidence levels. I have puchased for 10990. They cheated me by selling defected peice. These type of activites highly condemnable. Please get it resolved.

              Amazon india offered to give 15% cash back if products procured through hdfc credit card during the great indian festival (Oct 1-5, 2016). They promised to give cashback by january 5, 2017. But till date, i've not received any cashback even after lot of promises made by their customer care executives.

                  When checking my citi card statement i found charge for $99 for a prime membership. I do not recall authorizing this purchase. I have checked my amazon account and it said i do not have a prime membership. What do i do now? I have already paid my citi card and was checking my receipts against it when i found this charge. I did purchase several items thru amazon for christmas but thru my daughter's account. This charge was dated 12/13/2016. I found it too late to complain to citi card so thought i would try to use it. That was yesterday may 12th. When i opened my account it said i did not have a prime membership. $99 is too much money to let go and i don't understand how my account number for citi bank card was used without my knowledge for this transaction.

                    I, purchased Redme 4a from amazon online and paid through credit card Rs 5998 on 20 april 2017 received shipment on 26th april 2017, since than mobile was getting heatup and hanging. On 10 MAY screen touch stop working I couldnot operate handset, unable to switch off.
                    On 12th May I went to Star sercive center at Indore. i complaint about screen touch problem, beofre opeing on customer care representative told its software problem, after some time another representative came and without opening he told its liquid damage case, we will open the set and see. After opeing the set he took the pick and put remark of Wear and Tear, (Handset Liquid Damage). He said its out of warranty.
                    Its very strange that how its out of warranty when first time I visted service center. and only 15 days before I received the handset.
                    Either service center is minting money with false statement.
                    It should be checked by the company and if my set is not repaired or replace than I will go to consumer forum, I will apply for chargeback to visa credit card and complaint in online PMO.
                    Please revert with positive resolution.

People have sent me screen shots of delivery number mentioned by amazon is [protected] and this is my personal number since years now... I have putting a legal case against amazon now...

                        On 11th May I'm purchased a order of Redmi 4A with Next day guarantee delivery with extra charge of 50 Rs/- But Amazon not delivered this product on time and today is 13th May and i am still waiting for this but no one replied with genuine reason when i am conversation with customer care executive they said that please wait, wait & wait..

                        If amazon not able to delivered product on given time then why he foolish customers with given a Guarantee Delivery Option extra..

                            I ordered an redmi 4a on 11th may, 2017, order id[protected], after a lot attempts all these days and waiting for the sale. But my order has been cancelled now, citing some difficulties in delivery. I have been an amazon customer for long, and there has been never been such a problem. I am disappointed, i have wasted a lot of time waiting for sale day and i cant waste any more time. I want the order to be sent to me again, and i dont want to wait for another sale!
                            Hope you do something amazon and it please dont do this again.

                              I have ordered redmi 4a phone through online, after the delivery date (22nd apr 2017) also the phone not received, when i approach the customer care they said it is dispatched to madhapur hyderabad for sure it will dispatch to me. After continuous following up for 4 days, it is said that the phone got missed in transit. They said very cooly that order one more time that hats off for their advice.

                                Amazon exclusive sale for redmi 4a is a scam.
                                Within 1 minute of the sale gets opening, it says 100% product claimed.
                                If they were only selling only 1 product why such huge ad about the exclusive sale. I have awaited thrice and every time i add to cart it goes to waiting list and immediately 'claimed' message arrives. It is impossible, as me and my friends sit with laptop and phones to buy it as soon as the sale time starts. It appears to be fraud campaign.

                                Xiami india is another fraud, every week they advertise' pre-order ' but they don have products in stock in their website at all.

                                  Amazon initiated my refund on 27.03.2017 of rs.15900 and they gave me the confirmation mail regarding this. But amount not deposited in my bank account yet. I complained to my bank about this. I file a charge dispute regarding this. Bank declared that they not received any amount from amazon as refund for my account. Amazon told me that they are not responsible about this.

                                    As writing you after every incident and giving all information by which the actual things which is happening should be recorded officially and legally, so the customer point of view does not manipulate as you people are such cheap and fraud that you can say anything and do any update in your system or in my account at any point of time with false words!!

                                    Due to your cheap practice i have gone with mental agony and pain as you guys fail to deliver my order not once but twice and both time you have given wrong information which not only made me lost my coolness but mentally disturb with the way you guys work on your term and kept customer in dark and updated your things with all false statement!!

                                    I am jotting down things point wise so you don't miss any episode and come with any creepy answer!!

                                    1. I first ordered on 7th may 2017 for the samsung mobile phone which committed to deliver to me on 9th may 2017. As already written and explained what all done first time with proof of visiting the courier boy at my office address at 8 pm and he promised to deliver the same next day but sent back the courier while updating wrong information (as mailed and discussed with so many executive in this this regard).

                                    2. As the same been re ordered (this done on 9th night) due to the fault accepted by the team and taken the initiative so things should not get ugly he re ordered and committed to deliver the packet on 11th may 2011. As mailed properly and told the team its my office where the team accepted that the corporate deliver should be done on the office timing only.

                                    3. I was giving reminder since yesterday morning mailed and even called up so can know what time will receive my packet, but unfortunately things has not change on the very next day all commitment and apologies has been thrown in the dustbin by the team and start behaving as they done previously with me!!

                                    All things were properly updated about the packet delivery address along with my number and timing!! But unfortunately nothing changes and i have not received any update by any team member to me if its been taken on tip priority and re ordered by the team on commitment of delivery on time!!

                                    In evening in spite of delivery the status start showing "delay delivery on customer request
                                    Delhi, " how and who done this only amazon knows!! And then finally the mail which says the packet returned !!

                                    This is something really serious and highly unprofessional working by the team amazon.

                                    My number was there no one called up!!

                                    My both address office as well as home are on prime locations of delhi where in know one can get problem of delivering or finding.

                                    As an old customer already received packet by the amazon courier team previously on both my resident and office address!!

                                    Shockingly and surprisingly what went wrong this time as you people shown all your worst with false statement and uncommitted working.

                                    This is not just a matter of misleading and cheating but the mental trauma which i have gone thorough in theses last four days was terrible, as you guys made lie one after another which made me sick and suffered a lot and trust me i ma not going to leave this matter as ease as you guys has taken..

                                    You run my life and made me sick and now want the amazon should pay for their uncommitted/ cheating and lying one after another to their costumer should pay deprecation charges for doing what all not to be done by them in any circumstances.

                                    As i have all proof with me as mailed and called up to the amazon team in regard of my order need immediate my money along with depreciation charges due to which i am gone with mental harassment immediately!!

                                      I purchased this ram (Crucial 8gb ddr4 2133mhz pc4-17000 ct8g4dfd8213 1.2v unbuffered non-ecc high performance gaming ram) for a new desktop pc along with motherboard, smps, cabinet etc. But tested it later due to late receiving of other parts. It is defective and i complaint for it with amazon customer care service, they said the return window is closed, so i go for warranty i. E. 3 years. They said me to contact the manufacturer, i contact the manufacturer, they are ready to replace it but, want me to bear import-export charges which'll cost me more than the cost of ram. So manufacturer suggest me to contact local amazon seller as it is easy for him to replace. Then i tried to contact local amazon seller but it is not responding till now, beside giving answer 3 year just. Please help me what to do now??? I call again amazon customer care she replied me to check the service centre before ordering the electronic goods on amazon, that means the electronic goods that become faultier after the return time period and if their is no service centre in locality of customer, it is loss for customer why? Please help me...
