Hi. On April 7th, 2017 I bought a moto g5 through amazon pay balance after becoming a trial free prime member. Before placing order I contacted customer care and had clarified with them 10 times that I will be eligible for Rs1000 cashback or not even if I am a prime trial member.
The amazon customer care representative named Persis also told that I will be eligible for Rs1000 cashback or even if I am a prime trial member but after a month also I did not get the cashback.
When I called the customer care on 8th April, 2017 to report this incident the leadership member named Shashi told that they did not tell the whole terms and conditions and have only informed the part of it.
I therefore request you to take necessary actions regarding this.
