I receieved track pant on 28th may 17 from 3 pants one of the pant is defect stiches has came out at that time I request for replacement of the product, but when they have not yet come for pick up the defect product then I asked for refund and still no one has come to pick the defect product and everday iam calling to amazon customer service regarding pick up but still no response from their side no one has come to pick up the product and I have not get my cash refund yet.Very bad and poor service of Amazon company.

    It's Been a bad history with Amazon India where in past 7mths I have returned​ & cancelled my 6 orders & have to spend hours on phone with unprofessional customer care executive..I had waited for weeks to get refund and had been disconnect multiple times ...asked for manager ...but got answers that no one is there and we won't b able to assist. is Amazon hiring such ###### on job .who lie to customers.its been the worst experience with amazon.in .
    I also asked for compensation for the trouble I have to go Everytime I order ...but Prashant your customer care executive hung up the phone . Get this things n also need to inform you I will for the same complain to consumer Court .

      This is in reference to the cancellation of this order no.[protected] . Inspite of my repeated request, you're still not refunding my amount. I had place cancellation request on 24th April 2017, and still you opted to deliver the product and had requested me to refuse the product. Though I did as you said, but still you have not initiated me the refund. As i understood from you, the product should reach you to refund. I strongly condemn this kind of service. Since 24th April to 4th May its 11 days you've hold up my refund. As it is no more in the scope of my shoulder, the product is still at the courier service as of not dated 4th May 2017 0010 Hrs. Why are you sitting on my cash and it is your in ability to collect the product. Why should I give you my fund for your laziness.

      You should properly refund my amount legally with interest for the entire 19 days as of now or should I legally take you to consumer forum.

      In spite of my repeated call, you've ignored my request over phone and do not respond also.

        I have ordered lip peel off in the month of march. Immediately after ordering i hve received a message. After that nearly one month neither there is response from amazon nor courier team. When i have contacted amazon customer care they have told concerned party returned product amount. They have cancelled that order n credited sbi voches a amazon. When on 8th april again i have ordered tge product but till now there is no response and showing deluvery date as 20th may. I do no whether tgey are taken more time to deliver the product for free vochers or for cash on delivery too. Service is very bad. Kindly process the delivery as soon as possible. I have attached order details.

              I have complaint on 23/04/2017 and now the problem was not solved properly
              I want the my to be deposited to my bank a/c but they have deposited in amazon gift card. I want this money to be deposited to my bank a/c that i have already provided in the amazon. Amazon company is making customer fool.
              If i order something but they delivered different this ridiculous thing that amazon is making.
              Sir am requesting you to look after this problem and try to solve as soon as possible.

                  I had procured 2 bottles of Indulekha bringha oil from Amazon, I compared the product received with the indulekha bringha ooil bottle which I had separately procured from a chemist shop,
                  (1) Indulekha is manufactured/ marketed by Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), however the product I received from Amazon does not have the name of HUL as against the one I had procured from the chemist
                  (2) Secondly the content in the orginal bottle procured from chemist has milk (as mentioned in the product details), however the product procured from Amazon doesnot mention any such details
                  This seems to be a fake or a duplicate or an adulterated product received by me, I spoke to the customer care who said he would send the complaint to the internal team and credit the money paid by me, however he said he would not be able to revert to me on why such a flaw has happened ? who is responsible to ensure that the original product reaches the end customer ?
                  I am not at all happy by the response given by customer care

                      Dear team

                      Firstly let me tell you i am a great fan of moto g series, i loved the motog4 plus (Gifted to me by my in-laws) so much that i went and purchased one for my wife to in the month of oct-2016
                      The complaint is for the phone which i purchased for my wife last month

                      I received the mobile without ear phone and charger for which amazon apologized and gave me a gift voucher, secondly within a month the piece is showing some physical damage on its own, its like the model has tilted a bit backwards making the screen look a curve, this has all happened by itself without any physical damage to the phone from our end, i feel that the plastic in the model has melted due to over heating

                      We visited an authorized repair center cellular world 1 mumbai of motorola at borivali they said physical damages are not covered in warranty, please

                      I have also tried complaining on your live chat screen but the lady out there also told me to revisit the service centre and call your customer care no from there if they refuse to repair the device.

                      I am a middle class person with low salary, i do not have time / effort and money to revisit the service centre again for no fault of mine, i would request motorola that to maintain its dignity and standard which i have said i am impressed with (I am using motog4 plus and quite happy), please replace the device along with accessories to avoid any further discussion.

                      I shall make available all evidence required to prove : -
                      1. The device did not contain earphone and charger
                      2. Amazon accepting the fault and providing a gift voucher of rs.1000 instead of replacement of device.
                      3. We visited the borivali service center and were refused to even touch the device
                      4. My chat conversation with ms. Sneha at moto live chat

                      Please arrange a call back to me or a replacement for my device immediately

                        I have recently bought wireless headphones and i received as per the delivery time. However, the item they shipped to me is for promotional which they are not supposed to sell.

                        Product box has a big label saying "promotional item not for sale".

                        When i checked with amazon, i just received a simple response "sorry we will refund your amount after receiving the product".
                        It is a very unprofessional and i am gonna give a second thought in future to buy anything from amazon.

                        I have no idea what their quality team is doing, they are spoiling their reputation.

                          Order mobile phone but it is not delivered and fraud was in there system it is showing product delivered and sign by the customer and after arguing with them they are not ready to arrange my product but rudely saying order again new one. Its not my it's a fraud by your delivery person. Amazon person is not interested in deliver my product or check what is the issue behind this fraud but blaming me and telling me you order new. Worst service

                              I offered a walker from Amazon on 3/29/2017 with the promise of 2 day delivery. My MasterCard was charged on that date. I received a questionnaire from Amazon as to how I liked the packaging. My response was I had not received the merchandise. I was notified a walker would be shipped a second time. I have never received the walker Only a statement for $110.48. The walker is medically necessary for me. Despite my efforts to contact you through email, I have had no response to my inquiries.                                 Vide order no. Id[protected] i ordered engine brand kachi ghani mastered oil 5 l against payment of rs874/ along with 2 other items from amazon india. I am surprised to find that mrp of engine brand kachi ghani mastered oil 5 l printed on the container which i just received delivery is rs. 686/=.
                                I am surprised to see how a company like amazon can charge rs188/ over and above mrp. This is illegal and unethical practice for a company of repute like amazon, who is known for offering products at a discount
                                I want immediate redressal of my grievance.

                                  I had ordered for a book, 'Quantum Physics by Griffith' with cash on delivery. I paid using the card, but the delivery boy said the transaction failed. So I paid in cash. On checking my phone, I realised that the transaction using card was actually successful. This has resulted in double payment for the same book.
                                  I would be grateful if you kindly look into the matter and resolve it.

                                    I ordered a Pedestal Fan from Amazon In. The delivery date given was between 29Apr-5May. 1May i received as sms with Amz Agent' phone no, that I will receive the item on that day. At 5 pm I had an appointment so I tried calling the agent to enquire when the item will be delivered. I could not get through him, later when I called Amazon, they could not contact the courier guy either telling me, they do not know how to contact the courier person. All they could tell me was it will be delivered with the time frame, which is till 8pm. So i missed my doctor's appointment.
                                    This is not the first time Amazon India had such a bad service. Previously I was home all day but the shipment returned. The website showed the courier agent found no one at the house and no one received their call. Which was untrue as the courier agent did not call at all.
                                    Amazon is an international brand, i have used their services in Australia and USA, never faced such a problem.

It wasn't what i ordered... Some cheap replica... Different brand, different specifications. 2. It is not assembled or perhaps broken. What a waste of money and effort

                                        I bought a new smartphone (Lenovo a7010a48) from amazon online.
                                        My problem is over heating behind the battery side. Everyday the problem is comes to unconditionaly. While speaking with friends, chat's, charging, that all to usuals.. But, unused time also interrupt over heat problem's...
