Hi I bought a product from u on 21 April and the payment was failed I received a message from u guys so I boughted again and made the payment later I came to know that it booked twice and I recieved the product twice so I want to refund one now and I think according to u guys I have to parcel it from nearest post office see it's a 36 kg dumbeels and can't carry it for a distance of 10 km
So plz send your delivery guy to pick this up

      Thank you for your response. As a result of your intervention, I have received following sms from Amazon.
      "We're writing to apologize for a delay in crediting your SBI cashback for order placed between Oct 25 and Oct 28. The cashback will now be credited by 17-Apr."
      The company apologized and promised the cash back to be credited by 17 Apr. However on checking my bank A/c it is confirmed that till date the company has NOT credited the amount. You are therefore requested to do the needful at your end to get my cash back at the earliest. Regards.

        I have ordered SanDisk 32GB Class 4 microSDHC Flash on 21st April 2017 and my order no is[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on or before 28th April 2017 but still today (8th May 2017) it is not delivered to me.

        However, I raised the complaint to Amazon’s customer service on 5th May 2017 for the same and they assured me that, the item will be delivered by 6th May 2017 without fail, which lapsed and till now I have not received my package.

        Since I am prime member of Amazon, I have not received my package even after 17 days. So, I have to reconsidered my membership in future.

          Product purchased rs.8, 399/- : a combo kit as per website & order description should have contained - (1) intel i5 processor + intel motherboard + 4gb ddr3 ram. But supplied : (1) inferior & cheap zebronics motherboard instead of original intel. (2) supplied 2 nos. Of 2gb ram, most inferior, worthless; ddr3 printed nowhere on them. So, is this not most inaccurate website description? Is it not out & out cheating? But even after trying 4-5 times of my most refined words, amazon is refusing to accept my review. My final words in review : "not satisfied. Motherboard - received zebronics instead of intel. 2 gb ram unknown company 2 nos. Received, ddr3 not printed. - -"

          But amazon.in repeatedly snubbing me with words, "you can't use profane words". Now i challenge amazon.in, what profanity is there in my above words?? Amazon.in - neither has it supplied right items as promised / committed nor accepting its mistake openly.

          Not only the above complaint. Each and every time, Amazon.in is refusing to post reviews for other products also (purchased by me) -- reviews which reveal the subtle cunningness and shrewdity of cheating its customers by most tempting website description but in reality supplied "not up-to-the-mark" products.

          Amazon.in : i tried to write negative reviews for wrong goods supply but amazon didn't allow. After complaint in consumercomplaints, amazon removed very link of "writing review", halting free expression for orders : 1) #[protected] / 14-january-2017 2) #[protected] / 23-december-2016 & 3) #[protected] / 7-may-2017 (Here, link "seller feedback" removed).

            Hello team,

            Recently i bought moto g5 mobile through amazon india on 27apr2017.

            After using few days battary usage not satisfied. I would like to return the product. I logged sunday night i. E 07/05/17. Due to some server issue it was not taken the return. So logged again in monday the return/refund option was desiable.

            So, i called to amazon and not satisfied with there response. Thats why i am writing here.

            Request you to please accept my return product. This would be much appreciated.

                I have received a defectives product from amazon. As per the policy raised complain on 22nd may but there is no action take. After that rasie a complain in a to z grantee. But there is no refund and seller Gulshan Electronic sending email and asking to withdraw the claim after that we will give refund. But as per the amazon they are saying don't close for commitment. Now it's 20 days over there is no action has been taken from amazon. Very pathetic services.

                  सीसीटीव के साथ न तो dvr था, कैमरे आउट डेटेड थे इस कारण से dvr बड़े मुश्किल से मिला, इंसटाल करने के बाद पता चला कि कैमरे में नाइट विज़न है ही नहीं।
                  लड़के ने अमेज़ॉन के टोल फ्री नंबर मे संपर्क किया तो कहा गया कि आप एक दिन लेट हो गए है, हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते, पैकर से बात करने पर वह कैमरा वापस करने के लिए तैयार हो गया, पैकर ने id मागा जो sms से भेज दिया रशीद व्हाट्स एप्प से भेज दिया, कुछ दिन बाद फोन करने पर कहा गया कि नए कैमरे हमने भेज दिया है, जो आज तक नहीं मिले हैं । अब तो सुनील पैकर ने हमारे फोन ही उठाना बंद कर दिया है।

                    I have bought an led tv on 17th oct 16 with order no:[protected] &[protected] via citi bank credit card and was eligible for an cashback of rs.2000/- which was to be credited back to credit card account on or before 20th jan 2017 and i am yet to receive the cash back. I tried contacting customer care for 13 times and i am yet to receive the cash back. There is no response or update from the customer care team

                    I don't know why it is that my accojnt is on hold...I ordered a iphone with my debit card and mydebit is not charged so whats thr big deal they blocked my account for ordering iphone...
                    Come on And I have money on my amazo pay...

                      Please help us in getting my money refunded as they have delivered fake product., order id:[protected].                         Respected SIr/ Madam,

                        In regards to my Order No. #[protected] at Amazon.in

                        I ordered this order on 18th Apr'17 & still it is not delivered to me.
                        However, i raised the complaint to Amazon.in for the delivery of it & they assured me that it will be delivered by 2nd May'17 which lapsed & i didn't got the product.

                        Next they assured me to deliver it by 5th May'17 in which they again failed to get it delivered.

                        Further, they again assured me that it will delivered by 7th May'17 which is today but still i haven't received the order.

                        I was thinking that Amazon is the best shopping site where we can rely on customer satisfaction. But it came out to be the worst shopping experience for me.

                        Also i want to add that, Amazon.in wanted me to take refund for this order & keep my mouth shut which i denied & asked to deliver my product only as per the commitment.

                        So here i request you to please look into the matter & help me to get my order soon..

                              Order #[protected] and[protected].
                              Order for rs.3009/- was placed on 1st april, 2017 under super value day offer and payment was made through icici debit card. This entitles me for a cashback of rs.550- however i received only rs. 200/-. Concerns:- they split the order into 2 and when i called them they mentioned it will not affect my cashback. Now they are coming with different versions to cover their mistakes. This is complete mental harassment and is approaching you with the hope that strong action is taken to penalise them for misleading customers, misbehaving, and stop unfair business practices.

                                I ordered bartender kit from Amazon on the basis of same day delivery they charged same day delivery money but it didnt delivered yet. I called so many times on amazon customer care but they were making excuses even they didnt transfer the call to senior the behaviour was rude. If they cant deliver on same day then y they giving facilities same day of delivery i want compensation and solve my problem

                                    Now when i'm login to the app or website they are saying incorrect password. After resetting the password thrice i fed up and contacted customer service so they said you've to mark an email to account department. I ask him to transfer the call to supervisor advisor hemant refused for the same.

                                    Want to know if they want to put my account on hold they should've not taken my payment. After making the payment and confirming the order with next business day they realized that my account should be on hold where in i entered my all details before making the payment. I could've placed the order from doc marten website but i trusted these amazon #. They took my money and even didn't inform me that my account is on hold for some joy.

                                    First of all they are breaching code of conduct. They've wasted my previous time and failed to deliver the order on time as they stated. Also i felt like thug and harassed by amazon.

                                      I ordered product from Amazon and I was delivered a damaged product. I requested for return and scheduled the pick up time between 4 to 7 pm. Pick up boy called at 2pm and said he is coming to pick in 30 mins, when I told him the pick up between 4 to 7pm why is he coming early to pick up, he disconnected the call saying he is cancelling the pick up. When I called to customer service through the app i was promised that product will be picked up on 5th may 2017 between 4 to 7pm. Till 6:45 pm i did not received any call or message from the pick up boy, when I called customer service representative he tried to convince me and asked again to schedule luck one more time, i refused because I can not keep waiting for pick up boy everyday, i also told him I wont be available for next few weeks ha reply was carry the product with you and pick up happen where you are. So funny, why should I carry the damaged product on vacation. I have waisted by 6 hours for that damaged product and 20mins to write this complaint . I will never buy any product from Amazon or will not recommend to anybody.

                                        I got refund of 16049 rupees processed on 28 april 2017 and not credited in my account today is 5 may 2017 they give me refrence number for transaction but when i call customer care of my bank they tell me there is no such transaction for this number. The refund refrence number is:- 74332747119711839115334 whenever i call amazon.in customer care service they tell me to wait for some more time. As i pay them on the time i buy why they don't give me instant refund? Please help i am not too rich the amount is very big to me
