On 22nd april i got the msg that this product is out for delivery, but neither any one came to my home nor any one called me.. Then next day i got the msg that my product will be attempted to be delivered again.. Since then it has been 10 days and haven't got the product.. When yesterday i called amazon they told me that the product has been returned! I mean what the is happening? Product returned without my consent? I didn't get any message from amazon that it would returned.. Who returned it? Also when i called the concerned courier (Gati), they told me that your phone was not reachable so delivery boy didn't deliver it you! If my phone was not reachable due to network issues, wasn't he able to come to my home to deliver? I was at home only that day, next day, the next to next day. Why didn't he came to my home and returned back without delivery just cuz my phone was not reachable? Earlier also have got so many orders on same address only without any previous call. I had already made the payment on 11th of april. Will amazon pay the interest for the amount for keeping it for so many days and for the mental agony through which i've been in these 21 days?

    Pickup Taken - With a 7 year kid and no adult supervision

    Yesterday April 10, Before 8 to 11 am. Your pickup executive had came for pickup of the Media Box.

    1. There is no adult supervision yesterday in that time

    2. He had missed the hdmi cable, media box remote & carton box of that product.

    3. As we had connected in that media box, our USB receiver for keyboard and mouse is also taken while he had taken the item.

    4. Without any adult, why your pickup executive had made this urgency and even i did not get any sms about his visit.

    5. I need the seller to Return my wireless USB Receiver and take the seller's things properly.

    6. If there is no adult to care, please ignore and pickup later.

    Return my usb receiver as i am unable to use my keyboard and mouse for MK320,

    Yesterday i had called the customer care, they told that the message also showing for refund initiation, After it reaches the customer, if any problem then they will call and update about any other product missings.

    As a prime member, see how much steps i had to take care of these things, let amazon team should do the best.

    I had checked your website, but my keyboard and mouse are not suitable for these. Please return back my product from the seller.

      Late delivery from the delivery team

      I have bought a TV from the amazon India for 17990 and the delivery date was set for 29/04/2017. the product was delivered on that date and was updated with the incorrect information as customer requested delay. When I contacted the customer service on 29/04/2017 at approx 10:00 PM they have no clear information regarding the delay and they said that they will escalate the matter and they did as well and asked me to wait for 24 hours. again...

        Amazon is a fraud company. Do not buy from them. I had ordered for a morphy richards geyser under the id order #[protected]. Order was placed on 23rd march. The seller never delivered my product and even after repeated emails from my side and amazon as well to the seller, he did not respond and amazon cancelled the order. But amazon is not taking any steps in getting my rs. 5000/- back. Every 2-3 days i am calling and speaking toamazon team but right from their front end team to their supervisor to their billing team is absolutely not doing anything. My money is still stuck with them even after 1.5 months and there is absolutely nothing being done to get my money back.
        Amazon is one lousy company and does not do the basic checks while on-boarding sellers and also does not pay attention to the complaints and never follows up. Other ecommerce sites like flipkart, myntra and even paytm are far more better than amazon

            I have ordered iphone 6 128 gb rose gold on 24th april 2017 but received iphone 6s and from 25th april 2017 onwards iam trying and contacting customer care they are just generating pick up timing for my product but have not yet picked it up till how long do I have to wait .. I have amazon prime membership ..Product has already delayed for so long and now it's high time that I have to approach consumer court ..Such a big company and highly irresponsible about such a huge amount

              I have a pending refund from amazon.in of rs. 999.

              *transactions made on 08/3/2017

              I asked for a refund for mentioned transaction.

              Amazon says that they have intiated the refund of the payment on 8/03/2017. They provided me with a refund reference no. As written below :

              * reference no. Of refund of rs. 999 :[protected]

              It should have been reflected in my account by now. But it has not yet.
              Please help!

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              Enclosed: i have enclosed a screenshot of the instructions given to me by amazon billing team. I tried following the procedure but the sbi customer service representative is saying that there is no such option available.

                I had cancelled an online order with Amazon India bearing
                Order #[protected] placed on 4th March 2017 for an amount of Rs.319/-. Refund was not credited to my bank account till today with Debit Card of SBI last four Digits 1716. Amazon gave me a refund reference number for this transaction as 617301. I contacted Amazon customer service several times. they say that they processed the refund and SBI gave this refund reference number so there is nothing pending with Amazon. They also suggested to contact SBI Customer Support quoting this reference number and ask them to clear this issue. I had also done this several times. SBI Customer care Executive says they have nothing to do with this reference number and contact the Amazon Customer Suppot, I contacted Amazon and explained the status this issue. They replied to contact my SBI home branch and file a charge Dispute to resolve this issue. My SBI home branch officials say that they have no idea what is a charge Dispute and they also tell that they not even heard about that. So my issue is travelling in between SBI and Amazon. Can you help me in this regard

                      It's a fraud with customers... When they don't found a way to deliver the product fast... They choose up to delay the standard delivery for non prime members so that prime members don't get upset... 3month back without prime membership... I ordered a food item for my cat... And i get it on 2nd day of order... Although it's ware house is in gurgaon... An i live in north delhi... But then i try prime membership... And ordered a power bank... It's was delivered 3days after order... And when the trial was period over... And i removed prime membership card from cart... I again ordered the same cat food... And guess what... It was delivered on 6th day..? It takes 6 days to deliver it from gurgaon to north delhi... What will i say these kind of acts of amazon...?

                        Guys dont beleive Amazon when they claim Free Standard Installation. They are just marketplace and their responsibility ends with delivery. All the hassles has to be taken care by you.

                        Amazon India claims that they will initiate free installation with purchase of AC. However i am having a pathetic experience with Amazon/their customer care representatives. Amazon should not mention that the installation is free because they are marketplace and they do not know whether installation will be carried out or not. They let the brand (eg. LG) to take care of installation. We purchased an AC only because it was mentioned the installation is free. The product got delivered 5 days ago from Amazon. Since then we were asked to talk to many people to get it installed. One person came home and said he will charge 500Rs, we told it is written free installation in Amazon. The guy said he dont know all that. I told this matter to Amazon, they said they are just marketplace and they will will contact the brand only if there is some issue.

                          I ordered an item on Amazon web site on April 24th. I have been shown the delivery date as 25th after the order placed successfully. On 25th the delivery date is revised as 27th. The item is not even shipped on 26th. I asked their customer care what is happening with my order. I have been told in email that the order will be delivered soon, no need to worry. on 26th evening when I inquired again I have been told that there is a payment processing issue. Many customer service executives were rude and cut my call and aksked me to check with my bank.

                          On 27th morning also the web site is showing delivery date as 27th. In the afternoon they canceled order.

                          I again placed order for the same item and that order got cancelled immediately.

                          I placed another order and it got created successfully with delivery date as 28th. On 28th morning I got mail that the order will be delivered only on 2 May due to fluctuating inventory. When I go to their website for the same item at the same time, it shows as available and will be delivered next day 29 May.

                          If they do not have inventory for the order placed on April 27 how they can deliver order placed on 28 on 29th? See the attached screenshot to understand their cheating.

                          My first order also got cancelled due to lack of inventory. They just used pretext of payment processing issue. DO NOT TRUST AMAZON

                            I ordered one plus 3t from amazon. It reached ernakulam via couriour service. They called me from delivery section this morning and didnt provide me proper information and disconnected the call. I called nearly 20 times and they finally attended the call. And then i asked about my product. They were talking very rude that the product will be canceled this day. I told them i ll come to office and collect my product the same morning but They told me there wont be any people in office and they cant help with it. They told me not to call any more. Such a bad experiance from your part. I didnt get my product and its really bad.

                              If you tell me what is the worst customer service is available in India, that is Amazon customer service!!!
                              There only two options available 1st they will never resolve your case or 2nd you will be delayed for minimum 2 months to solve a simple case. They will always tell you that we already filled your case but that is the common reply to you. They will never file your case until you call them 10 days 100 times...
                              Actually Amazon is good but this people are polluting Amazon. Because they know that you cannot do anything against them. You may be use 2, 3, 4 slangs thats it. Then you will be bored and never call them again

                                I. B.B.Pabdey, TI/SWR, DRM Office, Firozpur Punjab. Moto g 4 handset bought through amazon and delivered at H. No. 65, friends colony, Firozpur city on 28.01.2017. Many problems created in mobile handset from atleast 2-4 weaks.
                                1. Battery heated.
                                2. Mobile auto switched off.
                                3. Mobile hanged any time if any emergency.
                                4. Many times touch screen does not work.
                                5. Mobile handset has already sent to service centre in Ludhiana but problem did not solved. only software updated and sent to me.
                                6. my important data of mobile has been lost. I have faced many problems.
                                so, i request u to change my mobile handset and provide new handset. I am totally unsatisfied by amazon and motorola handset because as i know old handset was provided. please provide me new handset immediately. so that i can believe on you and your company.

                                  I purchased sony sbh80 bluetooth headset (Black) worth of rs. 5750/- on 9th september, 2016 recently i am having issue with the device so i went to the service center to claim the 1 year warranty with the order summary doc which was provided by amazon in my portal but the service center people not accepting it and they need invoice so i requested amazon team to provide invoice on 30th march, 2017 and they said they will provide with in 48 hours but they are unable to provide till date and they are asking me to wait for 3-5 business days because they raised a request to seller but seller us not responding. So i need to wait till the seller responds but i am worry about the warranty period.

                                      I order some product from amazon india on 11 march 2017, but i didn't recived my product, i complaint about this to the company. Company commit me to return the amount within few days but company not return the amount. I have send the bank statement to the company but after many request and complaint company not return the money.
                                      If the company unable to fulfill the order than why it take order & take my money unauthorized with him. And after 45 days company not return my money also.
