Please help us in getting my money refunded as they have delivered fake product., order id:[protected]. Tracking id is[protected] they have mentioned return policy is this item isn't eligible for return. I have received this product on 7-5-2017. I have contacted to amazon they are keep telling its perfect product, contact to seller but i am asking why should i contact to seller if this product full-fill by amazon, they response very poorly

Strict action should be taken against them

I have purchase a 1500 mah lion samsung make battery in amazon.but the battery condition show 50% in display.but it is shuddenly discharged to zero and switched off the mobile.the new battery. Condition was weak.l qant to exchange a new one.j

    Respected SIr/ Madam,

    In regards to my Order No. #[protected] at Amazon.in

    I ordered this order on 18th Apr'17 & still it is not delivered to me.
    However, i raised the complaint to Amazon.in for the delivery of it & they assured me that it will be delivered by 2nd May'17 which lapsed & i didn't got the product.

    Next they assured me to deliver it by 5th May'17 in which they again failed to get it delivered.

    Further, they again assured me that it will delivered by 7th May'17 which is today but still i haven't received the order.

    I was thinking that Amazon is the best shopping site where we can rely on customer satisfaction. But it came out to be the worst shopping experience for me.

    Also i want to add that, Amazon.in wanted me to take refund for this order & keep my mouth shut which i denied & asked to deliver my product only as per the commitment.

    So here i request you to please look into the matter & help me to get my order soon..

          Order #[protected] and[protected].
          Order for rs.3009/- was placed on 1st april, 2017 under super value day offer and payment was made through icici debit card. This entitles me for a cashback of rs.550- however i received only rs. 200/-. Concerns:- they split the order into 2 and when i called them they mentioned it will not affect my cashback. Now they are coming with different versions to cover their mistakes. This is complete mental harassment and is approaching you with the hope that strong action is taken to penalise them for misleading customers, misbehaving, and stop unfair business practices.

            I ordered bartender kit from Amazon on the basis of same day delivery they charged same day delivery money but it didnt delivered yet. I called so many times on amazon customer care but they were making excuses even they didnt transfer the call to senior the behaviour was rude. If they cant deliver on same day then y they giving facilities same day of delivery i want compensation and solve my problem

                Now when i'm login to the app or website they are saying incorrect password. After resetting the password thrice i fed up and contacted customer service so they said you've to mark an email to account department. I ask him to transfer the call to supervisor advisor hemant refused for the same.

                Want to know if they want to put my account on hold they should've not taken my payment. After making the payment and confirming the order with next business day they realized that my account should be on hold where in i entered my all details before making the payment. I could've placed the order from doc marten website but i trusted these amazon #. They took my money and even didn't inform me that my account is on hold for some joy.

                First of all they are breaching code of conduct. They've wasted my previous time and failed to deliver the order on time as they stated. Also i felt like thug and harassed by amazon.

                  Hi,
                  I ordered product from Amazon and I was delivered a damaged product. I requested for return and scheduled the pick up time between 4 to 7 pm. Pick up boy called at 2pm and said he is coming to pick in 30 mins, when I told him the pick up between 4 to 7pm why is he coming early to pick up, he disconnected the call saying he is cancelling the pick up. When I called to customer service through the app i was promised that product will be picked up on 5th may 2017 between 4 to 7pm. Till 6:45 pm i did not received any call or message from the pick up boy, when I called customer service representative he tried to convince me and asked again to schedule luck one more time, i refused because I can not keep waiting for pick up boy everyday, i also told him I wont be available for next few weeks ha reply was carry the product with you and pick up happen where you are. So funny, why should I carry the damaged product on vacation. I have waisted by 6 hours for that damaged product and 20mins to write this complaint . I will never buy any product from Amazon or will not recommend to anybody.

                    I got refund of 16049 rupees processed on 28 april 2017 and not credited in my account today is 5 may 2017 they give me refrence number for transaction but when i call customer care of my bank they tell me there is no such transaction for this number. The refund refrence number is:- 74332747119711839115334 whenever i call amazon.in customer care service they tell me to wait for some more time. As i pay them on the time i buy why they don't give me instant refund? Please help i am not too rich the amount is very big to me

                      Return not picked up, delay in refund
                      I placed an order of samsung galaxy j7 prime on 30 april, 2017 which i received wrong product samsung guru fm plus on 2nd may, 2017. I immediately placed a return request which as per amazon had to be approved by the seller. The seller approved the request, hence as per the options available on amazon to choose date and time was done accordingly and that was 3rd may, 2017 between 7pm to10pm. The delivery agent came on 3rd at 9a. M. As per scheduleand didn't pick up item saying that there was no updation regarding my issue and he will come in evening and pick up the item. But thereafter no pickup boy come in evening to pick up.
                      Called up amazon customer care to raise an issue, however he told me that they create a repick up schedule on another day. But on next day no pick boy will come and pick up was get cancelled. And i call customer service they also told me same thing and also same thinh happen another two days. Till now 5th may, 2017 there was no pick up done. And i request and apologies for my wrong product pickup. I realized how unfriendly and care free executives are for. They only say that please wait another 24 hour you item will get picked up. But still there was no one to take action about my concern.
                      1. The agents do not have full knowledge of the solution to the issue
                      2. The agents would play their record every time i call up to check the status.
                      3. If the customer is still taking and expressing the concerns, the executives just cuts the phone. Very unprofessional.

                      When spoke today and asked for higher up escalation point, i am told by the executive one mr. Pranav chndrashekha. That he is last point of escalation and as a customer availing the service i need to wait for another 24 hour. Ideally means i am at their mercy for shopping with amazon.

                      Kindly request you to intervene in this matter and help me pick up and get my refund with compensation for the mental anguish amazon has caused me.

                        This is in regard order no #[protected]. I had purchased this dell laptop from amazon on 26th april which was delivered on 27th april. As the seal was broken and the product was not working properly i requested for the return of the product on1st may. The product was picked up on 2nd may 2017 between 1pm - 2 pm. The amazon agent who came for the pick up confirmed our name (Ishan) ;address (632-a, top floor) and then asked for the product as "dell inspiron 11 3162 11.6 inch laptop, celeron n 3060/ 2gb" as this detail was only way to confirm that he was from amazon and he provided correct details of the product so i handed over the product to him. He checked it thoroughly and turned it on to see if its working or not. He also checked the accessories and then placed it into amazon's white/ greyish polyethylene packing, sealed it and placed a white sticker on it in which the details of the product were mentioned. He then handed over a receipt to us on which he mentioned the tracking id only. When we asked him to write the details of the product he said that they can write only tracking id & it is enough to get the refund of the product.

                        { Note is to be made that no tracking id or the details of the pick up boy was provided to me by Amazon} . As this was not my first return and every time I get the same reply, so I kept the slip and let him go

                        But when I didn't received the confirmation message of the pickup from Amazon, till evening I called your Customer support service and informed them about the pick up. They asked me for the tracking id mentioned on the slip, which I informed them on the phone and also sent the image of receipt on email. Then your agent told me that the tracking id mentioned on the slip and generated on your system are different. The agent assured me that this happens some times and not to worry., And the matter would be resolved in 24 hrs. Tracking id is sometimes wrongly mentioned by the pickup agent and wgen tge product will reach tge warehouse I will get my refund. After that I continuesly contacted amazon through call and email ([protected]@gmail.com)and evry time got a different answer from your end.

                        Today after three days of the pick up I got an email from you to rerurn the product again and then you will refund my amount.

                        How can you ask me to return a product which has been picjed up by your Agent on 2nd May 2017?

                        Your agent has misplaced the product and you are aking me to pay for his mistake?

                        Amazon did not provide any details of the pick up Agent and the tracking id . Your Agent mentioned the wrong tracking id, intentionally or by mistake, i don't know, but uts solely Amazon's responsibility as I was not having any way to confirm the authenticity of the tracking id . The only way was the name, address and the pickup detail s your Agent was having, and they were correct so there are only three possibilities left:
                        1) your Agent intentionally mentioned the wrong tracking id and kept the product for his personal use
                        2) you/ your agent leaked the details of the product and pick up address and provided him with same slips and sent him to pickup the product. & Now using it for himself or would have sold it to get the money, if the product is not with amazon
                        3) he intentionally mentioned that the product is not picked up and has kept the product.
                        In all of the above cases the fault is at your end

                        I am still have the return receipt provided by your agent as a proof of pick up.

                        This is the only proof provided by you after tge pick up. Today one of your agent aked fir some other proof except for the return receipt provided by your Agent. Does Amazon provide any other proof except for return receipt with a tracking id? You don't even bother to provide the details of pickup Agents. You don't mention the name of the product on the return receipt as mentioned by other companies.

                        Also there was electricity work going on at my home at the time of pickup and 3 electricians working there have witnessed the pickup process. So I have 3 eye witnesses as a proof of pickup which I can produce at Court, if needed

                        Because of your pathetic service now you want me to suffer a loss of Rs12790? Instead of asking your Agent you are asking me to return the product again or provid anyother proof of retun? I am not here to create proofs. I am having the proof provided by your Agent.
                        Why should I pay for your mistake?
                        Retun my money or else I will be forced to move to the Court against your company.

                          Hi, i am daljeet kaur, a regular customer of amazon. On 26 of april 1 guy came from amazon to pick my return clock, but he has picked my personal packet from my home. Actually i was not at home that time, my mom was there so she did'nt know about my return. But boy from amazon pick my personal packet from my home. After that i was going to amazon mohali's warehouse, where 1 boy shushil talked with me very rudely and saying that he can't do anything. After that i talked to customer care service also but no one serious about my belongings. Please return my packet which is 20 thousand price.

                            I've purchased laptop from amazon 2hich was in a very worst condition when i complained amazon regarding the lappy they asked to bring a doa letter from dell and now dell is refusing stating that amazon should tc of it and neither the product was replaced neither i got a technical support however amazon made fake commitments which dell refused. It's been more than 3 weeks where else the company haven't answered my query neither a resolution, however i've asked them to deduct cancellation fee and take their product back but it was also not done

                                  Hello I am Rashmi.

                                  I placed an order (Order#[protected] on 20th January 2017 during Great Indian Shopping Festival of Rs13, 999/- through Amazon App.
                                  According to the cashback policy I should get 15% caskback and maximum of Rs1750. But when I got cashback on 19th April 2017 then I got Rs1399.90.

                                  So I raised a complain and follow the customer care team 5 time and wait for 20 days. But got an answer that I placed the order using web not App.

                                  These people are simply cheating and making customers foll. Showing false caskback to attract customers but giving different.
                                  They should provide the option for customers to check if the order is placed through App or web if they are giving different cashback for different channel.

                                  Guys, do not trust on Amazon 15% cashback. Those guys are cheating the customers never giving 15% cashback.

                                    My last order coolpad cool 1 mobile, excepted delivery on april 22 but i get the mobile april 24, then i open the box and checked mobile was worth, so many issue in this model, 1. Jio video call not support, audio issue, camera issue, while charging so much heat, sound issue, same day i request for return and refund, after that no one intimate me, then i called and asked they said smartchk app install and checked with your customer care there camera issue founded, jio video call not support founded audio issue also, then they said we have policy only replacement, if it is replacement also same model same issue will repeat right, why are you doing like this, or else replacement some other model in same cost. This thinks i spoken to your customer came so many time since last week till now also. And yesterday i communicate with your customer care support engg said replacement the same model not available so we will refund the money, he will create the return request tomorrow courier boy will come and collect in the morning but still now no one came, that's what just now i chat with your one more customer care engg mr. Shashank he has not respect the customer while chatting he cut the session without my permission, i said please check with yesterday chat details then you come to know but he did not listen my word he cut the session. This is the way you treat the customer. I want clear solution or else i'll complaint consumer court against amazon. Why i waste my money this is the faulty mobile i want to refund or else some other model you can give me..

                                      A refund of 15999 rupees was successfully processed on 22 april 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my axis account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the axis main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
