I am Shanmugam, I usually made the purchase from Amazon INDIA since 2014, so for I have smooth relation with amazon though there was rough time but we have settled ourselves, this time Amazon INDIA shown me very tough face and not even listening my request
I just try to explain the story
I purchased Panasonic Mobile through Amazon as usual (purchase copy attached), I have problem with phone now, I contacted Amazon, they advised me to contact manufacturer, I contacted Panasonic Mobile and they told me that there is NO authorized service centre in my place Coimbatore, hence i turn back to Amazon and requested them connect me back to original seller, so that original seller receive my defective product and take it Panasonic mobile and settle the warranty issues and send me back repaired mobile, Amazon not listening to me and insisting me again and again to contact manufacturer, this is horrible, Amazon INDIA should not only the platform for selling product, just incase any issues with product then Amazon INDIA should be responsible at least connect the buying customer back to Original seller
please help me on this issue
