Order mobile phone but it is not delivered and fraud was in there system it is showing product delivered and sign by the customer and after arguing with them they are not ready to arrange my product but rudely saying order again new one. Its not my it's a fraud by your delivery person. Amazon person is not interested in deliver my product or check what is the issue behind this fraud but blaming me and telling me you order new. Worst service

Several attempts have been made for my return pick up now they are making calls to other address/nos . now i have asked them to call the no which is mentioned at the time of delivery they are cheating in some manner or the other do not gift items from amazon to your friends or relatives

      I offered a walker from Amazon on 3/29/2017 with the promise of 2 day delivery. My MasterCard was charged on that date. I received a questionnaire from Amazon as to how I liked the packaging. My response was I had not received the merchandise. I was notified a walker would be shipped a second time. I have never received the walker Only a statement for $110.48. The walker is medically necessary for me. Despite my efforts to contact you through email, I have had no response to my inquiries.         Vide order no. Id[protected] i ordered engine brand kachi ghani mastered oil 5 l against payment of rs874/ along with 2 other items from amazon india. I am surprised to find that mrp of engine brand kachi ghani mastered oil 5 l printed on the container which i just received delivery is rs. 686/=.
        I am surprised to see how a company like amazon can charge rs188/ over and above mrp. This is illegal and unethical practice for a company of repute like amazon, who is known for offering products at a discount
        I want immediate redressal of my grievance.

        Kindly advice me whether I should approach consumer simultaneously at this point of time.

          I had ordered for a book, 'Quantum Physics by Griffith' with cash on delivery. I paid using the card, but the delivery boy said the transaction failed. So I paid in cash. On checking my phone, I realised that the transaction using card was actually successful. This has resulted in double payment for the same book.
          I would be grateful if you kindly look into the matter and resolve it.

            I ordered a Pedestal Fan from Amazon In. The delivery date given was between 29Apr-5May. 1May i received as sms with Amz Agent' phone no, that I will receive the item on that day. At 5 pm I had an appointment so I tried calling the agent to enquire when the item will be delivered. I could not get through him, later when I called Amazon, they could not contact the courier guy either telling me, they do not know how to contact the courier person. All they could tell me was it will be delivered with the time frame, which is till 8pm. So i missed my doctor's appointment.
            This is not the first time Amazon India had such a bad service. Previously I was home all day but the shipment returned. The website showed the courier agent found no one at the house and no one received their call. Which was untrue as the courier agent did not call at all.
            Amazon is an international brand, i have used their services in Australia and USA, never faced such a problem.

Some cheap replica... Different brand, different specifications. 2. It is not assembled or perhaps broken. What a waste of money and effort

                I bought a new smartphone (Lenovo a7010a48) from amazon online.
                My problem is over heating behind the battery side. Everyday the problem is comes to unconditionaly. While speaking with friends, chat's, charging, that all to usuals.. But, unused time also interrupt over heat problem's...
                Help's needed...
                If, u don't mind. I will never buying anymore products from here..

                  On 22nd april i got the msg that this product is out for delivery, but neither any one came to my home nor any one called me.. Then next day i got the msg that my product will be attempted to be delivered again.. Since then it has been 10 days and haven't got the product.. When yesterday i called amazon they told me that the product has been returned! I mean what the is happening? Product returned without my consent? I didn't get any message from amazon that it would returned.. Who returned it? Also when i called the concerned courier (Gati), they told me that your phone was not reachable so delivery boy didn't deliver it you! If my phone was not reachable due to network issues, wasn't he able to come to my home to deliver? I was at home only that day, next day, the next to next day. Why didn't he came to my home and returned back without delivery just cuz my phone was not reachable? Earlier also have got so many orders on same address only without any previous call. I had already made the payment on 11th of april. Will amazon pay the interest for the amount for keeping it for so many days and for the mental agony through which i've been in these 21 days?

                    Pickup Taken - With a 7 year kid and no adult supervision

                    Yesterday April 10, Before 8 to 11 am. Your pickup executive had came for pickup of the Media Box.

                    1. There is no adult supervision yesterday in that time

                    2. He had missed the hdmi cable, media box remote & carton box of that product.

                    3. As we had connected in that media box, our USB receiver for keyboard and mouse is also taken while he had taken the item.

                    4. Without any adult, why your pickup executive had made this urgency and even i did not get any sms about his visit.

                    5. I need the seller to Return my wireless USB Receiver and take the seller's things properly.

                    6. If there is no adult to care, please ignore and pickup later.

                    Return my usb receiver as i am unable to use my keyboard and mouse for MK320,

                    Yesterday i had called the customer care, they told that the message also showing for refund initiation, After it reaches the customer, if any problem then they will call and update about any other product missings.

                    As a prime member, see how much steps i had to take care of these things, let amazon team should do the best.

                    I had checked your website, but my keyboard and mouse are not suitable for these. Please return back my product from the seller.

                      I have bought a TV from the amazon India for 17990 and the delivery date was set for 29/04/2017. the product was delivered on that date and was updated with the incorrect information as customer requested delay. When I contacted the customer service on 29/04/2017 at approx 10:00 PM they have no clear information regarding the delay and they said that they will escalate the matter and they did as well and asked me to wait for 24 hours. again I contacted them back on 30/04/2017 approx 10:00 am they still do not have any information on that and then they said that it will be delivered on 30/04/2017. I contacted them back at approx 05:00 pm and spoke with Divya from the escalation desk and she said that she will contact the logistic team and update me in 30 minutes and I never heard from her. I contacted back again and spoke with Rahul from escalation team and he said that now it will not be delivered as its already 07:00 PM and the product is not out for delivery and 01/05/2017 is labour's day so he cannot guarantee that if the delivery team is working on that day. So again it has been delayed for another and the package was a gift and the delivery team of the amazon is not working properly. i have faced this delivery issue earlier as well as they are not willing to pay. i want you to take strict action against them and I want refund for the delay. They are not ready to pay for their fault. I want you to be very strict and hard on them so they they understand what can happen if they don't do their job properly.

                      Hello Amazon team,

                      I have ordered my (Honor 6x grey, 64GB) by 13th may 2017 and it was expected to delivered by 20th may 2017 but still I have not received my product. Then after again and again I reach out to your Amazon agent and they said your product will deliver by 24th may 2017. Now still product not delivered as expected. Again I called Amazon HELPDESK by 24th may 2017 and asked about my product delivery and they said we have escalated to our higher management for the same. Again today I reached out to amazon agent and again they are saying that we have escalated your issue and will manage replacement soon. Actually they were liar and every time they only give assurance rather than any solution. They cheated me on every call by saying that they are working on it but actually they were not. I am not getting why you guys are playing with your customer emotions? You know very well that your customer is god for your business and you are providing ######## services to your loyal customer. How irresponsible you are? If you don't have ability to provide right product at right time, then it's my suggestion to stop your fraud business. Please don't distraught your customer by providing such a ######## service.
                      I have already paid to Amazon for my product and I don't have money to purchase another mobile phone. I am suffering a lot due to your worst service. I had a discussion with your amazon agent regarding compensation and they said we will give you INR 200 as compensation. Again I said this is not enough compensation for your fault then a senior executive said we don't have clause to give you compensation.
                      Now they are delivering my product by tomorrow but they are not ready to provide any compensation against the problem which I have suffered and suffering even.
                      I want my compensation otherwise I will reach out to consumer FORUM and raise a case against you guys with full of evidence that I have. Also if you will not provide concrete solution for the same then I will expose your fraud business in social media with all the evidence.
                      I am expecting a revert back ASAP.

                      I ordered cartons for moving house. Before placing order I checked with Amazon to confirm if I get the cartons on time and they promised 'yes it will be delivered on time'. Promise date was 14 Nov 2022. I called customer care in evening of 14 Nov to check on delivery time and they confirmed it will be delivered by end of the day or max 15 Nov 2022 morning. I didnt receive on 14 Nov hence I called again on 15 Nov 2022 morning and got a commitment for delivery by evening of 15 Nov. Both customer care and local delivery team confirmed that over the call and email. Still I didn't receive my order. I called back and raised this concern mentioning my urgency to receive this product by 15 Nov 2022 as I have to pack my things to move house on the same day. After making lot of false commitments still they are unable to deliver. It's equally disappointing and frustrating for me as customer as I am at the receiving end for this. It's mental harrasment from Amazon and they should deliver my product on 15 Nov 2022 positively along with providing compensation of the mental torture I have gone through for these orders.

                          Amazon is a fraud company. Do not buy from them. I had ordered for a morphy richards geyser under the id order #[protected]. Order was placed on 23rd march. The seller never delivered my product and even after repeated emails from my side and amazon as well to the seller, he did not respond and amazon cancelled the order. But amazon is not taking any steps in getting my rs. 5000/- back. Every 2-3 days i am calling and speaking toamazon team but right from their front end team to their supervisor to their billing team is absolutely not doing anything. My money is still stuck with them even after 1.5 months and there is absolutely nothing being done to get my money back.
                          Amazon is one lousy company and does not do the basic checks while on-boarding sellers and also does not pay attention to the complaints and never follows up. Other ecommerce sites like flipkart, myntra and even paytm are far more better than amazon

                              I have ordered iphone 6 128 gb rose gold on 24th april 2017 but received iphone 6s and from 25th april 2017 onwards iam trying and contacting customer care they are just generating pick up timing for my product but have not yet picked it up till how long do I have to wait .. I have amazon prime membership ..Product has already delayed for so long and now it's high time that I have to approach consumer court ..Such a big company and highly irresponsible about such a huge amount

                                I have a pending refund from amazon.in of rs. 999.

                                *transactions made on 08/3/2017

                                I asked for a refund for mentioned transaction.

                                Amazon says that they have intiated the refund of the payment on 8/03/2017. They provided me with a refund reference no. As written below :

                                It should have been reflected in my account by now. But it has not yet.
                                Please help!

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                Enclosed: i have enclosed a screenshot of the instructions given to me by amazon billing team. I tried following the procedure but the sbi customer service representative is saying that there is no such option available.

                                  I had cancelled an online order with Amazon India bearing
                                  Order #[protected] placed on 4th March 2017 for an amount of Rs.319/-. Refund was not credited to my bank account till today with Debit Card of SBI last four Digits 1716. Amazon gave me a refund reference number for this transaction as 617301. I contacted Amazon customer service several times. they say that they processed the refund and SBI gave this refund reference number so there is nothing pending with Amazon. They also suggested to contact SBI Customer Support quoting this reference number and ask them to clear this issue. I had also done this several times. SBI Customer care Executive says they have nothing to do with this reference number and contact the Amazon Customer Suppot, I contacted Amazon and explained the status this issue. They replied to contact my SBI home branch and file a charge Dispute to resolve this issue. My SBI home branch officials say that they have no idea what is a charge Dispute and they also tell that they not even heard about that. So my issue is travelling in between SBI and Amazon. Can you help me in this regard

                                      Further it is stated that the Company was giving Offer 12% cash back on debit card/ credit card, but my cash back amount not refund till date.

                                      I am waiting of cash back amounts along with Interest .

                                        It's a fraud with customers... When they don't found a way to deliver the product fast... They choose up to delay the standard delivery for non prime members so that prime members don't get upset... 3month back without prime membership... I ordered a food item for my cat... And i get it on 2nd day of order... Although it's ware house is in gurgaon... An i live in north delhi... But then i try prime membership... And ordered a power bank... It's was delivered 3days after order... And when the trial was period over... And i removed prime membership card from cart... I again ordered the same cat food... And guess what... It was delivered on 6th day..? It takes 6 days to deliver it from gurgaon to north delhi... What will i say these kind of acts of amazon...?
