Myself Arpit Verma and its going to be a month when I ordered Senheiser earphones CX 275s worth 1299 on 13 Oct and when received them, the box was empty. I've contacted customer care service 4 times and everytime they ask my details and promise to repay my cash, but still I have not got. I urge you to return my cash as soon as possible. I was brought an item from amazon on 6th may 2015 yu yureka mobile phone of rupees 8999.There mention that if i paid this amount by SBI debit card then i get 15% discount.So i paid by SBI debit card.Amazon told me i get this cash back before 18 august. But i didn't get cash at now.please do something about my cash back. whose order id[protected].

i had ordered an pizza hut gift voucher from amazon no fullfilled Seller (Which I Know Later) amount of gift cards was of 2000rs and i received in part of 500rs of 4 gift cards.
From that 4 Gift card One Was Already Expired !! and other 3 Gift cards was expire after 10 days Of Purchase !! does gift card has validity of only 10 days ?? i purchased that on 20 oct 2015 and on 1 nov every thing was expired and my money was like wastage and i complaint amazon on 25 oct and they promised me that i will get refund before diwali (11/nov/2015). but on 3nov i again contacted them and they promised me for sure on 7 nov i will get 100% refund but on 7 nov i contacted them and agan they are telling me to wait 24 hours and 48 hours which really sucks and never ends !!! PLease do help my 1500rs are stucked with amazon
i bought that gift card in lightning deal for 1500rs and redemption was of 2000rs but all my money wasted and i think amazon should not keep this seller fullfilled and this things

Lenovo A6000 ordered from Amazon on 27 oct. Track India post shows bag despatch from NSH Kolkata Airport to NSH Guwahati on 30 oct, 2015. Bag received at TMO LGBI which is Guwahati Airport on 4 Nov., 2015. Today I received the package only to find empty package packing bunch of paper. I do escalated the matter with Amazon customer care, which He ensured ne to look after. I feel robe and very frustrated. Please help to resolve the issue

Hi, This is with reference to Invoice for Order Id:[protected] Oct 28, 2015. None of the products are delivered at the delivery address (office in this case). The delivery men would come at some near-by spot and call up to take up the product; little considering that the buyer might be at the middle of some important discussion at that time. When asked why not delivered at the delivery address they behaved rudely; suggesting it is upto the buyer choice to buy from the amazon retailer. I am really upset about this and will think a hundred times before ordering anything from amazon henceforth.

Hi, I Order ID[protected]: 1 no of Similac Sensitive Infant Formula, with Iron Powder, 638 gm [ASIN: B00NENU2DU] upto 6 months but I received the wrong product with 6-12 months, so i requested for return the product and Item picked up by their executive on 03-Sep-2015 . I have sent it by courier (DTDC) and it has been returned on 30th October, 2015 but they have not initiated refund against this product.

I ordered three books- The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini(order #[protected], The Tao of Physics by Capra, Fritjof(order #[protected], The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma(order #[protected](Cash on Delivery).Books were expected to be reached on or before 2 November, 2015.My sister is going to Bangalore on 3rd November for a long time and Books were supposed to be gifts for my sister.It did not arrive on 2 Nov. On 3rd November I got phone call from amazon but I could not receive it for some reason.After 1/2 an hour I called, and they told me they could not delivery this item because it was already late and promised to deliver it on 4th November.I checked amazon website and they gave me a new date, 5th November.I called more than 10 times to these number.They never received my call or even bothered to call me again. It's 6th November and it is not delivered by now. I want these books with refund for wasting my time, testing my patience and unable to gift it to my sister.

I have ordered for Acm Executive Leather Flip for micromax canvas tabby P469. The flip case they delivered is not suitable for this model. The image shown in website is not like the one delivered. My order id is[protected]. Placed order of HTC E9 Plus and Paid Rs 33290 from my credit card. When parcel was delivered yesterday I opened it and found HTC box was empty it was not containing phone and accessories. I escalated this issue at same time to the Amazon . they assured me they will resolve this issue . But today morning I got mail from Amazaon said "We are unable to issue a refund or replacement for this order because our records show the order was complete when it left our fulfilment center. In addition, the carrier has confirmed that the parcel was intact and undamaged when it was delivered to you." I will file legal issue on Amazon.Amazon is reputed brand I never thought they can cheat the customer. Its scaring for customer who shop on Amazon who buy their product will confidence .

Order Number:[protected] I have paid money via cash on delivery, i didn't like the product so i returned the item and i was expecting refunding from Amazon. But the seller is not refunding full amount and also giving the amount via cheque. I have called to Amazon and asked about the same, they are saying that it was seller mistake but not our problem. Here the thing is that is that the Amazon is representing that seller. So the full responsibility should be taken by Amazon.

I have ordered a product(Saree ) on 17-oct-2015 and same was delivered on 18-oct-2015 then i was not happy with the product so i raise a return request on 19-oct-2015 but i am not getting any response from amazon, i have multiple times raise a request but still i am not getting any response from amazon.

I have order Vibes Women's 60gm Georgette dress in Amazon on 24 Sep 2015 but i have received a bad quality product and after 10 days i have return the product as per seller policy but Amazon was still not refund my money after 7 days i called amazon they are telling they sent one mail we have issue your refund trough cheque by blue dart courier this was [protected] tracking number i trying to track with that reference number but that reference was not a genuine number. please do not trust amazon

I purchased a leather bag"Leaderachi - 100% Genuine Vintage Hunter Leather Unisex Office Briefcase Bags " Parma" (Crazy)" for Rs. 3999 from Amazon India. The order was placed on 18th October'2015 and the same was delivered on 27th Oct'2015 after a delay of 3 days. The received product was of very poor quality and after looking at the item, I decided to return the same and seek refund.
When I approached Amazon, I got a very shocking reply that item cannot be picked up as there is no Pick-up courier service available. The same item was delivered at my address but it cannot be picked up. They have flatly refused to pickup and are not willing to make any refund. This is absolutely rubbish as Amazon has more than 20 courier boys coming to my Apartment and this is just an excuse to not return the money.
I have reached out to their customer care, have put notes on their Facebook link as well as written mails to their CEO. There has been no action on the request. I can provide all the supporting documents if required.
