      I have ordered the product worth 3590 but later cancelled it since it was dispatched late. They have deducted 1400 form my refund & have paid only 2590. PRECAUTION before cancelling your order. Amazon is nowhere in comparison to Snapdeal & Flipkart. Also they are insensitive to the customers. No ofline support, . You have to go online go to orders than slect appropiate options & than click to phone after which you can talking to them. You have to mail everything to them. Cutomer care is of no use they can only give the information which you already have on your dashboard. Till date I am requesting them to make my full payment.           i opened a amazon s3 account .thats free for 1 year .but the deuducted initially 62.17 rupees from my acc i complain to there email id then they told that is not our issue you just ask to amazon account and ones again they diducted 60.17 for REV VIN/Amazon Paym_3404_16.06 without my knowledge.plz help me to refund that amt and stop that.

            on or about may 22, 2014 I i ordered the audio book Killing Jesus from Amazon. I ordered it by filling information in on line. I did not realize that the shipping address in the system was 3055 Marlin Dr, Lake Havasu City "AZ 86403 and I believe that the book went to that address. I never received it because I had changed this shipping address to 271 Independence Lane Roseburg OR97471. I see that my Visa bill is charged the $17 & something but I never received a credit for not receiving the book. I assumed the USPS would return the book to you and I would receive a credit.               I have ordered a USB Modem iBall Airway 7.2MP-18 of Rs.1139/- on 30th June of 2014 and made payment at the same time via Internet Banking. They shown on their page dispatched in the same day and said estimated delivery that was 8th of July 2014. But they never deliver me the package. I have sent several E-mails to their Customer Care Executives. But I have not got any positive response. They surrendered by blaming the Shipping Company FedEx. I want to appeal all the Internet user to never buy any item from Amazon.in.

                  My Order#[protected] you placed on 03/07/2014. for Huggies Diapers (baby product). Material send from Mumbai, came to Kolkata hub on 5th of july, suddenly on seven tracker report materials was returned back to seller without trying to delivered the same and without my concern. After draw the attention to Amazon they said to cancelled the old order and placed new order for same. But that time I was placed that order on Rs. 372/- and now I have to purchase the same at Rs. 408/-. Within 3-4 days they change their rate, its their policy but cancelled my order and told me to placed new order at new rate is totally a fraud.

                    I ordered a Nikon DSLR D5200 online on Amazon dated[protected] against full payment through by my debit card. Their delivery time is normally 3-4 days. But even after 1 week my order was not despatched. I contacted their customer care regarding this and got to know that due to wrong quoting of price my order will be cancelled shortly whereas on other hand they sent me a mail that my order will be delivered by[protected].                       Initially i just created my account and logged into Amazon associates. I was deducted 120 rupees from my debit card for membership fee. Later on i completely stopped using it. Its almost about days i logged in. However, I now have been deducted for about 1890 rupees but don't why. Information given is "msdhostfee". They did not specify in terms and agreement so i just stepped behind not using it but now unnecessarily deducting from my account. I want my money back or refunded, They did now inform us or even intimate before that they would deduct. This is truly unfair. please help us to get back our money. I just want back my money which was deducted directly from my account. going forward I should not get any deductions from their side, i would like to discontinue and shutdown my account. I just want my money to be refunded.

                          Hi, I mostly buy gadgets online from reputed portals like ebay, snapdeal etc. This is my the third buying experience with amazon-india and has been a terribly frustrating one. I ordered a AMD Athlon II X2 270 processor two weeks back from the seller "ecomputerbazar". No shipment even after a week.. I sent emails to the seller repeatedly.. no response.. and at the end of a week, the order got cancelled by amazon.. My one week gone in waiting. I placed the order again with a different seller "Dolphin System Technologies"; the order again stays 'preparing for despatch' for a week; n number of emails to the seller; contacted amazon customer support and they too sends emails; but the seller doesn't bother to respond. At the end of another week, the order gets automatically cancelled again. I had to wait two weeks on an item, that I could have bought readily from elsewhere. This has been a very frustrating experience. It seems like any dumb seller can list anything on amazon - even an item the seller hasn't seen with his own eyes; And in the end, the order gets cancelled if the seller opts not to ship it and the buyer has no option even to give a negative feedback to the seller (no cancelled orders are eligible for feedback even if the cancellation happened from seller/amazon). Really a pathetic customer experience. Even amazon has no control or power to ban such non-shipping sellers it seems. All a customer got to do is place an order with his money and keeps his fingers crossed. Try your best not to place orders and waste time with these sellers: 'ecomputerbazar' and 'Dolphin System technologies' .. and possibly the list goes on in amazon i guess.

                            Hello Sir, i was very happy shopping on amazon.in, but recently my experience shopping there hasnt been so good. I had ordered for Leoxsys WiFi 300Mbps Wireless USB Adapter LAN card (LEO-NANO300N) on amazon.in ( order number:[protected], and on website of amazon.in this product was sold to me by the company Rocking Dealz, but i have been given the wrong product, i have attached some images of the network adapter that i am given... there are many things which are completely wrong..the network adapter on the website is of Leoxsys and it is black in colour and it is written on the network adapter also, but i have been delivered with a silver and brown network adapter and there is SVB written on it... the speed on the website is mentioned 300mbps and on the box of this product its mentioned 150 mbps, and on the website it is said that it will work with windows 8 but on its box windows 8 is not mentioned... when i applied for a return of this product and refund of my money, rocking dealz company told me to send their product via courier to their Bangalore address at my own cost... their mailing address is Rakshita #45, Narayanpillai Street, Commercial Street Cross, Bangalore Karnataka 560001 Phone: [protected] I paid Rs 850 for this product via online net banking. If i send them this wrong product back through courier, i will b wasting more money and i am not sure whether they will give me any refund as they have shipped me a completely different product and are not even accepting it and taking any responsibility for it. I asked them to provide me a return courier of this wrong product, but they havnt replied back. I got this product delivered to me on 27th June, 2014 and the return date is 4th july, 2014 after which they wont give any refund. By the time i talked with them, it was already 29th June, 2014. I am not sure if they will give me refund as they have given me the wrong product and stopped replying to my e-emails. I will really appreciate if I can get my hard earned money back from such fraudsters. If possible, please bring this matter up with the company’s senior officials. Thank You.

                                Amazon not accepting to return the product. I have ordered Bladeless Fan Air Purify Round Shaped 10" Table Fan With Remote Color - Silver. on 23/May/2014 order no :[protected] The product i received is not working as expected. The speed of the fan is very slow. I have contacted the seller. Seller replied as "sir, we will contact you after contacting amazon". After that didnt get any reply from Seller. Filed A-Z Claim with Amazon on 1/Jun/2014. But They Rejected my claim. Please help me to return and get my money back.

                                  I had ordered a HTC desire 310 mobile phone from amazon.in and the delivery address was siliguri, west bengal. I had got a call from GATI courier Guy of Siliguri on around 17th or 18th regarding delivery to which I told him I am Not in the city and will return in 3 days so will collect after that.amazon does have this system of collection within 3 to 4 days . I exclusively told him not to sent back the product and keep it as I will collect it once I am back.Today morning that is 20th june I didnt receive the product yet but got a message from amazon that my product has been delivered and also its being displayed in the website as delivered THAT TOO WITH MY NAME AND ADDRESS. So to my shock I called the courier team to which he told that he handed over rather sold the product to someone else without asking me. MIND IT He sold a product billed in my name and address to someone else whom I dont know without my permission !! And now when I ask him that I need the product then hes asking me that shall he deliver me a Seal opened product !! Is this the way amazon treats its customers by selling seal opened products or delivering it to someone else !!! I need that order to be honoured anyhow and need the product seal packed at the same price at which it was ordered !! Order number[protected] I have attached the delivered status as being displayed in the website with my billing name and address but I actually havent received the product . Kindly request You to take this complaint on a high priority basis and get it solved at the earliest Thank You

                                  The company gave me the mobile at much lesser price and in proper condition. Because of misunderstanding they had delivered to someone else who by mistake had opened the seal. So I dont want to take any further actions and want you to please forgive those involved. They have promised me to improve their services and not to commit such errors again . "To Err is Human" So kindly forgive them. Thank You Siddhant

                                    I have purchased a fan from amazon with a warrenty of 1 year . After 1 month it stopped working . Now the seller from amazon is not answering and amazon people are not listening to the complaint.

                                    Dont know what to do.

                                      This is not a complaint. It is a question. Who is the vendor for a charge on my account dated 5/6/14. I beleive it was some bedspreads and I would like to connect with the company about more. Could you tell me who it was and what the contact number is.                                         Order Number:[protected] I am purchased Nikon coolpix s9700 . its delivered last night. In the box all good expect camera pouch. Its size is not matching . So i cant safety my camera. I talk to amazon. But the told to return full set. How it possible to send full iteams for only of pouch. I told them to send me suitable pouch . But they told as its not possible. I get worst experience with amazon india. Why amazon cant send the little pouch for valuable customer ?
