        I had pre booked FATE OF TEN book on 14/10/15 online on a special offer window for Rs 360/-. This was acknowledged via sms as well as email order id[protected]. Message arrived on 21st Oct that the book has been despatched and total bill amount was Rs525/-. When we called Customer service and spoke to a supervisor after a half an hour wait, he said he would look into it, took the details and promised to return the call after due enquiry. No call came through and the book cam for delivery on 23rd Oct with Rs525/- price tag. This was returned back. It seems that Amazon is luring customers with a different price band onsite and delivering the product with increased pricing. A cheating marketing strategy. The book was meant as a birthday present for my daughter. Till date there has been no call in from Amazon which confirms the fact that the company is A FRAUD and a CHEAT. SHAME ON YOU. Sumita Roberts

          Delayed delivery + faulty product + no return pickup amazon has lately created record in making customers wait for long time. I waited for 15 days to get my order delivery(HP laptop and that also a faulty one) and its been many days waiting for it to return. I ordered on 1st october and the expected delivery was between 6th to 9th Oct. When i didnot received it on 10th, i inquired about the delivery. To my surprise i got to know that amazon had made error with allocation of tracking id on some other product due to which my product was nor shipped to right location. Nevertheless, i asked them to re-ship and keep me informed on regular basis which they failed on first attempt. On receiving product after filing complaint i received a faulty product. The laptop i ordered had defect on the main screen. I asked for return after getting frustrated on the kind of service amazon and its partnering service provider are providing. They delayed responses and after waiting again for days i got this reply "We have tried with multiple couriers but no one has given confirmation for pickup." I live in prime location in pune and if delivery is possible, even pick up should be facilitated. Now my payment is stuck with amazon for past 25 days and no one is bothered to resolve the issue. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND IRRESPONSIBLE . These are few problems i faced: 1)mismanagement in allotment of tracking id due to which package goes somewhere else. 2) no communication regarding delivery of package on timely manner. 3) no tracking information available on portal. 4) on query, delay attitude. 5)order expected delivery date exceeded by many days 6)re-shipment also delayed by a day. 7) waited for 15 days to get delivery 8) delivery of faulty order. 9) delay in returning by no communication on it 10) poor customer service

            One product i.e. Amkette Trubeats Nirvana wired was ordered on 23-Sep-15 and same got delievered on 26-Sep-15 (Shipped from Modera Electronics, Mumbai) then same was checked and found defective (it's left side airphone not at all working) then immediately on 28-Sep-15 placed the request for replacement. But still this moment I am continuously following this issue. online status still showing as pending from seller approval Here no any reply from Amazon or Modera electronics & from Angel shopping also and no one visited to collect defective product. I need replacement in week at any cost.

              I would like to advise all readers not to shop on Amazon portal as it is the worst online portal in India. I have purchased at least 4 times from Amazon and each time I have received a sub-standard or defective product. My first purchase was for a HCL Tablet which had trouble right from the beginning and though I complained numerous times to HCL they never bothered to replace the product or make a refund. Next time I bought a non stick fry pan which I found was bent and dented at one end. By the time I could lodge a complaint I was told that the replacement period was over. Last time I purchased a pair of shoes of No. 7 size, but they sent my No. 10 size and that too of a different model. I promptly opted for product return option on their site. The product was collected a couple of days later but the amount paid by me has never been refunded. When I view my account it shows that the amount has been refunded but the amount has not been credited to my bank account for which I had provided the details. I cannot redress the grievance personally as they do not have a customer care number and they have purposely not kept this facility so that no one can make any claim from their personally. I hereby advise all readers not to purchase from Amazon. Juzar

                Dear Team, this to let you know that i had ordered for a Microsoft lumia 535 through amazon.in. the product was delivered on time but then the seller had packed and sent an old phone with an opened seal. once i opened the box i also could not find the protective plastic covering on the phone and the box and the chareger also looked quite old. it was indeed a very embarrassing situation for me as it WAS A GIFT FOR MY VERY CLOSE FRIEND. on calling the customer care center the person (venkatesh) was not able to address my problem. he acted so cold as if nothing had happened. he kept on telling me to return the product and we will refund your money. i told him i do not want a refund, just replace the phone. he insisted on me returning the phone. out of desperation i asked him to connect to his supervisor. after putting me on hold for 20 minutes he tells me that all the supervisors are too busy handling complaints no one is free to attend. i kept asking him to escalate the matter but he kept telling me that there is no point in speaking to a supervisor as he/she would say the same thing. he very casually asked me "is there anything i can do... thank you for calling amazon" and hung up. this is sheer atrocious behavior from such a big company. kindly look into this and please have my product replaced.

                    I order DMG rotating cover to my Mi pad and they even confirmed my order with order #[protected] and now the seller calls to cancel the order as it is not available this is ridiculous you should mention that while ordering and same happened with my previous order . I ordered screenguard for the same Mi pad and that came with bubbled and scratched saying that its scratch guard how funny "scratch guard (screenguard) with a scratch on it .. Amazon should consider my complaint and verify the products before delivering to the customers and worth mentioning is both I order from son fulfilled seller
                    .. Its worst and pathetic .. Good bye to your e-commerce website .

                      I have purchsed an Sparx sandel on 16th Oct 2015. I received wrong product. I have request from return but from last 4 days no one came to Pick up item. I called customer care and dailly they told me today your item will be pick. I have proof of all messages and sms's which I have received. I want to take action against amazon.

                        Amazon india online website cheating customers by saying pricing error entered wrongly in their website. I have booked a samsung washing machine on 14/10/2015. But amazon cancelled my order next day on 15/10/2015 saying pricing error. I was asking customer care, they said it is pricing error so we cancelled your order and given rs. 1000/- wallet balance as "goodwill gesture". But, my loss is almost rs. 10, 000/-. *. Once the order placed by the customer amazon should deliver the product to the customer who already paid for it, its amazon responsibility. But they cancelled my order without my confirmation and sending an e-mail saying that "this is to inform you that your order was cancelled due to a pricing issue" *. Amazon doesn’t have any rights to cancel my order without my notice. *.price error means its amazon problem or seller problem or the person who entered the price in their website those people problem. Why should i get punished for someone's mystic. *. I have all the evidences of my order confirmation everything and i would like to know, how i can take a legal action against them.

                              I had ordered gas men flip flops during the sale period at 400. The product which got delivered was completely different frm the product displayed on the website. (Do read reviews of the same product by more customers)

                              I called customer service and I was assured the product would be replaced. I returned the product. But till date, I hav no updates on my order status.

                              Called customer service umpteen times but only answer I get is product status is unknown. Infact the reason for replacement recorded is size problem (highly disgusting). They keep transferring calls and when poor customer gets frustrated with vague answers and repeated call transfers and complain abt this, the awesome customer care executive shouts and throws attitude and disconnects the call.. there is no sorry feeling.. no sense of decency towards the customer.. pathetic customer service by Amazon!

                                I had placed an order for two products on 17th October 2015. They said that the products will be delivered on or before 23rd October 2015. The shipping address I mentioned there is my Office (Commercial Address). It is clearly mentioned. The delivery men have reached my office at 10 pm and 10:30pm. Why will I be at work at that time. If a commercial address is given, itsn't their duty to find out what time are we available so that the products can be sent then. I have got calls at 10 and 10:30pm and then a message that the product has not been delivered because I was not present. I have always come across courier services that work since morning up till 6:30pm. This is the first courier company I found that starts working at 4pm and delivers products till 11pm! But, still, I feel they should at least call to find out the time when we will be available. One cannot stay in the office just to receive a product; that too almost 4 to 5 hours after the regular working hours.

The estimated delivery of the product was on 21st oct 2015.i got the delay of 3 days and the response from the amazon customer care is worse.The delivery service provided by Ecom service is worst.                                     I had ordered for iPhone 6, 64GB of space gray color, from Amazon on 18th Oct 2015 (order number#[protected]. On 22nd Oct 2015, I received the product with a silver package in the box. My phone and its accessories were missing. Enclosed images. On an auspicious day of Dussehra, my day was spoilt by Amazon by firstly trying to connect them on their toll free number. Later speaking to all possible customer service people for more than 3 hours, the discussion concluded with making me wait for 3 more days for their investigation team to take a decision. Since it is a high value product I expect the website to consider such issues seriously. I have lost all my patience and time and request Amazon to compensate for all the inconvenience caused. I have been cheated by Amazon and if appropriate solution is not provided, I am going to file a police complaint against them. This is unbelievable and unexpected from Amazon.

                                      Placed order on 13th october 2015 and made full payment of Rs. 24999/- expected delivery date was 19th October. Havent received product yet. consistently trying to contact your customer care representatives and every time i'm being asked to wait for 24 Hours. i want full refund by tomorrow within second half which includes interest of delayed days
