    में भरत प्रजापति अहमदाबाद से हू . मेने amezon पे ऑफर देखा था कि सैमसंग मोबाइल पे 25 % कॅश बेक वाया amazon गिफ्ट कार्ड . तो मैंने 2 मोबाइल फ़ोन सैमसंग गैलेक्सी E 5 ख़रीदे . खरीदने से पहले मैंने AMAZON में कॉल करके कम से कम 4-5 कॉल करके इस ऑफर के बारे में कन्फर्म किया .उह्होने मुझे बताया के ये ऑफर सही है . आपको दोनों मोबाइल पे गिफ्ट कार्ड मिलेगा वो भी 21 दिनों के अंदर अंदर . आज उस बात को 2 महीने उपर हो गया लेकिन अभी तक मुझे कोई गिफ्ट कार्ड नहीं मिला . एक बात और मैने फ़ोन खरीदा उस समय फ़ोन की किमत थी 15990 /- उसके 2 दिन बाद फ़ोन की कीमत हुई 14000/- .मैंने कस्टमर केयर में कॉल किया . उनहोने मुझे बताया के ६ अगस्त को आपका गिफ्ट कार्ड आपकी ईमेल पे भेज दिया गया है मैंने अपने सारे मेल चेक किये yahoo कस्टमर केयर में भी कॉल किया के भाई ऐसा कोई मेल आया था उन्होंने भी मुझे बताया की ऐसा कोई मेल नहीं आया . यानि amazon मुझे बेवकूफ बना रहे है. मेरे 2 फ़ोन की वैल्यू लगभग 32000 /- यानि गिफ्ट कार्ड वैल्यू ८००० /- हुए, amazon वाले बताते है की हमने आपको ६ aug. को मेल भेज दिया गया है . अभी आपको मेल मिला या नहीं मिला ये हमारा प्रॉब्लम नहीं है . मैंने कहा के वो मेल दोबारा भेजो लेकिन वो मन करते है . यानि १ बात तो साफ़ है की उन्होंने ना तो कोई मेल भेजा और ना कोई गिफ्ट कार्ड देने वाले है . मेरे दोनों आर्डर id इस प्रकार है - (1) ORDER #[protected] (16/07/[protected] ORDER #[protected] (20/07/2015) मेरा मोबाइल no है.       I brought a Sandisk Cruzer blade 16gb from amazon on 3 september 2015. The price shown on the amazon is 649 INR and after giving a total discount 324 INR they sold it for 325 INR. But the actual MRP printed on the product is 449 INR, i.e. there is a discount of 124 INR and not 324 INR. This shows that the amazon show higher prices and then offer higher discounts. They incremented the price by 200 INR and then offered a discount of 324 INR. It is a cheating with the customer who buys the product by seeing the higher discounts.         I recently purchased 2 computer graphics cards (Zotac nvidia GeForce GTX 980Ti AMP! Extreme 6GB GDDR5) on date (Ordered on 26 August 2015) from amazon india. order details (Order#[protected] seller details (online king) total amount of both card (rs 137998) i got the product on date (30 august 2015) but after opening the outer packing (which was without amazon box or amazon tape) i saw that the seal on both the graphics card boxes were tampered and to add to my horror the product which i got was totally different from the product which i ordered.i regularly buy products from amazon (india) website and no such thing has ever happened with me. This is the first time i have ordered such expensive product from Amazon (india) and got totally different product.The dealer (online king) who is selling his products on amazon (india) has cheated me and over that the seller threatened me by taking names of my family members.I have been complaining about this daily since 30 aug 2015 to amazon but with no use.Amazon is taking no responsibility of their seller (online king) wrong doing and just giving false assurances. nothing is being done by amazon or the seller (online king) regarding the cheating done with me by amazon seller (online king) just false assurances. this is how amazon with the help of their fraud seller (online king) operates in india by taking their customers hard earned money. amazon account details: name : meeti juneja order details :[protected] email id : [protected]@yahoo.co.in address : r-772 a new rajinder nagar new delhi 110060

          I ordered a memory card and found the package empty. Immediately I filed the complaint and Amazon told that you will be refunded within 48 hours. After 2 days Amazon says that they have confirmed from courier that the package was empty and hence refund cannot be done. The courier people will never accept the charges, they might be involved in this. Anyway I did the transaction with Amazon and it guarantees buyer satisfaction. While first they said that refund will be done within 2 days, now they denying the refund. Please tell me what to do ? Amazon order no.[protected]

            I, Farhan Millwala, bought a zte mobile, on 21-Jun-2015, but the moment I started using the phone it started giving me network problem. On 7-Aug-2015 i have given my phone to service centre "Crystal Computers" of ZTE mobile at Fort but till date every time i called them but they reply that they do not have parts for my phone . On 9-9-2015 Anush Shrivastav call us for refund of our amount.But at time of transfer instead of refunding money he transfer money from my account with amount Rs.67041. He supposed to refund us Rs.14000 so total amount on the company is around Rs.81041.

                  Dear Sir, I am Hardik Mehta here. I ordered a mobile cover online from amazon.in with order #[protected]. I pay them with COD(Cash on Delivery) option. They sent me the product and I found that product was not working properly. I requrest them to replace it and they replace the product. The replaced product which I got is not match with what I ordered originally. So again I request to replace it, but they told me that amazon.in having policy that you can replace the product only once, if you still not satisfied with product they will refund you money on my bank account entered on their site. They picked product from place on 15th August 2015 but still I didn't got refund. I request them 2-3 times about it and everytime they told me it is initative now, you will get your refund shortly. But from last two order they send me used old products order id as follows : 1.[protected] netgear d500 adsl +wireless router 2.[protected] netgear jwnr 2010 wirelees router sir, even they closed my acounts so i dont have any option to contact them.                         I placed an order for some gym equipments on 15th of August. You guys were delivering it on 8th of September (that's 24 days). On the last day, I get a call from the delivery agent, who talks to me as if he is doing some favour on me, and tells me that the courier has come and I have to pay 298/- as octroi charges. The product wont be delivered, if I dont pay this amount. Why wasn't I informed about this in the first place. Then I called him again, and he tells me that since I refused to pay the octroi he is taking the product back. Who the hell is he to take my product back, when I have paid for it. Is Amazon left in the hands of such people? Thank you such a wonderful experience, and I will ensure that I never shop from Amazon. I have cancelled my order. Procees a refund in my credit card, as I dont want anything from Amazon.

                          I am Jinto Jose Order#[protected] I ordered "Seagate Backup Plus Slim 2TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black)" from amazon.in mobile app on 7 May 2015 for Rs 6749/-, as part of "great indian summer sale" they promise that 15% cashback will be credited on or before 7th Aug 2015. I contacted the customer care and they promise me that they will credit it on or before 31 Aug 2015. but still they didnot credit the cashback amount, Please do the needful Regards Jinto Jose

                            Dear sir, I have ordered YU Yureka Moondust Gray cell phone Order No is[protected]. I had received this cell phone on the date of 13/08/2015. The transaction was done cash on delivery. The amount for the cell phone was Rs 8999 / -. Later on I found that cell phone was defective and it was returned to your Amazon person on the date of 18/08/2015. My money was credited in my account but because of error (Amazon account name & bank account name are different) the amount has been debited from my account. Even I have updated my account detailed as per your Amazon team guideline. Even I have mailed photocopy of bank statement. still I am not being cleared about my refund. Till dated I have being calling being people This are the name I am coordinating this issue Amazon team (Mukesh.K / Puja S / Tanmoy M/ himanshu C / Ramalingeshwar V / Sathyaraj M / Asmita S./ Pratik A / Sameer X ) Now 25 days are gone my issue is still not been solved I am being fooled around that the amount will be credited in 24 hrs and all but still I have not yet received the same. Why it is taking so much long time to credit to my account Rs 8999 /- Very poor service experience by us Hope so solve this problem as soon as possible

                              I ordered a nike shoe worth rupees 4546 on 18th august 2015 by online payment mode.Still today that is 4th september they have not dispatched the product.I contact their customer service and they told that their is some technical issue related to the product and will dispatch within 48 hours and even suggest me to cancel the order but i told them if you want me to cancel then return my money with interest but they denied it and suggest me to wait.I think they don't have the product right now and they are making me fool and getting the interest from the money i paid.Hence i want you to take some action against that company so that it will be helpful for me and others also.

                                MeSleep is a pathetic seller and service by Amazon was miserable this time. I ordered 3 items for 3 different relatives. Order nos.[protected],[protected] and[protected]. One did not reach on time, 2nd never ever reached and the 3rd reached in a damaged condition. I contacted meSleep and they asked me to send a snap of the damaged product. I refused. Just imagine, I gift a product to my relative and it reaches in damaged condition and then I ask them to send a snap. How embarrassing it would look! Next I clicked the return button on Amazon site and Amazon came back saying that the product needed to be returned manually to the seller by the receiver. What nonsense? This was a more embarrassing thing to do! I chose not to return the product. 500 bucks are not important. People come to e-commerce sites for convenience and experience and Amazon and meSleep failed miserably on both the parameters. I am disappointed to the core and will never ever come back to Amazon. It has lost a regular customer forever because of its association with a fraudulent seller.

                                    I bought Casio Inc. CTK2400 61-Key Personal Keyboard with Built-In Microphone on 8th May 2015. My order id is[protected]. It was the biggest summer sale on Amazon. I was eligible for a cash back of 15% on purchase of articles above Rs. 5000 through SBI debit card. The last date of cash back was 8th August which was supposed to be credited in the bank account. However, till today i have not yet received the cash back. I have contacted the customer service of Amazon many times and they are just delaying the matter saying the cash back will be processed soon. Its nearly a month getting over. Still no action has been initiated by Amazon. I am very much disappointed. The customer service is disgusting. I want all other customers to be very careful while purchasing anything from Amazon.

But till date i.e. 03/09/15 the ordered article has not yet received from Amazon.com. Neither shiping man contacted to me for delivery the article. In this regard, many time I have consult to their Customer service centre through phone, but they do not pick up, sometimes they pick up and cut, in this way I have approximately spend Rs. 100 on phone.
