I have ordered a Grooming kit on Big billion day offer .. Its been 2 weeks over i didn't receive the product .. Amazon India announces offers and cheats the consumer by not sending the product .. my order no in amazon India is Order #[protected], product is philips grooming kit .. please ban the amazon india fake offers .. help consumers in this regards

      I had ordered gas men flip flops during the sale period at 400. The product which got delivered was completely different frm the product displayed on the website. (Do read reviews of the same product by more customers)

      I called customer service and I was assured the product would be replaced. I returned the product. But till date, I hav no updates on my order status.

      Called customer service umpteen times but only answer I get is product status is unknown. Infact the reason for replacement recorded is size problem (highly disgusting). They keep transferring calls and when poor customer gets frustrated with vague answers and repeated call transfers and complain abt this, the awesome customer care executive shouts and throws attitude and disconnects the call.. there is no sorry feeling.. no sense of decency towards the customer.. pathetic customer service by Amazon!

        I had placed an order for two products on 17th October 2015. They said that the products will be delivered on or before 23rd October 2015. The shipping address I mentioned there is my Office (Commercial Address). It is clearly mentioned. The delivery men have reached my office at 10 pm and 10:30pm. Why will I be at work at that time. If a commercial address is given, itsn't their duty to find out what time are we available so that the products can be sent then. I have got calls at 10 and 10:30pm and then a message that the product has not been delivered because I was not present. I have always come across courier services that work since morning up till 6:30pm. This is the first courier company I found that starts working at 4pm and delivers products till 11pm! But, still, I feel they should at least call to find out the time when we will be available. One cannot stay in the office just to receive a product; that too almost 4 to 5 hours after the regular working hours.

          Hello, i ordered jixing acoustic guitar on 16th oct 2015. The estimated delivery of the product was on 21st oct 2015.i got the delay of 3 days and the response from the amazon customer care is worse.The delivery service provided by Ecom service is worst. I got great loss because of delay without any intimation .AMZON DELIVERY SERVICE is WORST and CUSTOMER CARE service is SO FRUSTRATING. my registered email address with amazon is "[protected]@gmail.com"

            I had ordered for iPhone 6, 64GB of space gray color, from Amazon on 18th Oct 2015 (order number#[protected]. On 22nd Oct 2015, I received the product with a silver package in the box. My phone and its accessories were missing. Enclosed images. On an auspicious day of Dussehra, my day was spoilt by Amazon by firstly trying to connect them on their toll free number. Later speaking to all possible customer service people for more than 3 hours, the discussion concluded with making me wait for 3 more days for their investigation team to take a decision. Since it is a high value product I expect the website to consider such issues seriously. I have lost all my patience and time and request Amazon to compensate for all the inconvenience caused. I have been cheated by Amazon and if appropriate solution is not provided, I am going to file a police complaint against them. This is unbelievable and unexpected from Amazon.

Havent received product yet. consistently trying to contact your customer care representatives and every time i'm being asked to wait for 24 Hours. i want full refund by tomorrow within second half which includes interest of delayed days

                I ordered this model watch on 19th Oct and the order was successful, as in my CC was successfully charged and i got all the emails and sms's as well. However when i received it it was different watch. When i contacted customer service they said that watch it out of stock now. I am damn angry and i think wont order any thing from amazon now and will spread this news every where. so that all others can be well alert about the same.

                  I had placed the order on 10th Oct 2015. Till now it has not been delivered. Estimated delivery date was 21st Oct 2015. After repeated follow up with seller and Amazon, nobody helped me getting the product. I have even paid for shipping cost as well. This is pathetic service by Amazon and by its seller. They are choosing a courier service (DTDC) which is enjoying holidays.

                  Now I want to file a complaint against Amazon, not only to return my money as well as to put them in front of a consumer court so that they should not do such thing to any other customer.

                  The apology should come from the highest authority who is in charge of this customer service.

                  Please guide me

                    I just want to make you aware if the customer services Amazon is providing. I Bought a product Mi4i from amazon. I put the request to return the product on the same day of its purchase . But every time I contact to customer services I am getting the same reply that it will be picked up within 24 hrs but nobody came to collect it or nobody called me for the same. I am contacting the customer services almost daily but still issue not resolved . I put the request multiple time to add my new number [protected] to contact me. Still the product is with me and the money is stuck .Hope that u will understand my issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I want my money back as soon as possible. Renu [protected]

                      I ordered 2 packs of same item from Amazon on 13th Oct and one of the pack I received on 19th OCT delivered by BLUE DART. For second pack of the same item from the same seller (I dont know why the seller shipped the same them separately) I am struggling to get it from last 3-4 days as I am getting message that "delivery attempt failed as gate locked", I am surprised to see this as we are available at home 24x7, nobody came in my society to deliver it, no records of any postman or delivery body coming to my society, I check with the security guards as well. But still they are updated this 2 times that delivery attempt failed. BIG SHAME on AMAZON, they destroyed customer trust by collaborating with INDIA POST. I called / contacted AMAZON customer care 3-4 time to explain this but they are also not able to help me instead they are providing excuse that we also depands on courrie company, we will try to get it delivered, BUT STILL NO update, I AM STILL GETTING FAKE MESSAGES for delivery attempt.                           I have ordered a combo offer from amazon in which
                          I have to get a usb charger a power plug and
                          Earphones of rs 258.But when i received the order, the usb and the power plug was ok but the earphones were completely different.I talked to customer support and tell every thing.Firstly he said we don't have this kind of offer then i said don't worry it is saved in my order history, then he said what u got is the same u ordered, then he was saying the earphones u are asking are too expensive but i said it is in the offer, he denied me.He was trying to manipulate me actually and after a long conversation he said we can do one thing we cancel your order and give u the money excluding delivery charge.I don, t want the money i want my actual order. As the whole purpose of my order is only the headphones mentioned in it.
                          Please help me i m feeling cheated.

                            During your recent sale period in www.amazon.in I ordered 4 items, that is "Helmet, Mobile, speaker & memory card" on a single order on 17th Oct, 2015. Order number for the same is[protected]. Total billed amount is Rs 5107.00
                            As I ordered from mobile app I am eligible for 15% cash back.

                            Helmet received is of smaller size than ordered. I order size M but the received one is of lower size. Also no where on the helmet its size is mentioned.
                            I called to customer care of Amazon.in and informed the same. They told there is no replacement for this item and need to raise a return and refund as the larger size is not available with the seller who shipped it.

                            However if I raise a return and refund I loose the cash back of Rs 750.00 as under cashback offer during the sale.

                            I want a replacement of the helmet with out initiating a refund.
                            That is, I need the same helmet of size L. If white color is not available for size 'L' any other available color of size 'L' is fine for me. Please help

                                Hi, Order number[protected] I ordered two products on October 15, 2015 1.)Baggit Quick Jhuti Women's Sling Bag(Slate) 2.)Lakme Eyeconic Kajal, 0.35g The mentioned delivery date is October 20, 2015 Product 1 is delivered and product 2 (Lakme Eyeconic Kajal) is not yet delivered. Inspite of many complaints to customer service of Amazon, i didnt get a positive response. Also they have rescheduled delivery themselves and, marked as customer requested to reschedule.

                                  Dear Team, I would like to escalate the mater about a product which I order in favor of Ref iD: ORDER #[protected]. I order the product on 17th Oct 2015 and the payment goes successfully but it was not sowing completely dispatched details. Immediately I called at your call center and your representative ensured me that I’ll updated with in 24 to 48 HRS. Yesterday your executive assured me that today I will get this but still I have not received it and today when I called at your customer care number for status they told me that now it’s now available and can’t be delivered. I don’t understand such stupidity and I hope you too. We all are in business and this is not a way of business. I need this delivery by 24th Oct 2015 today and how you will compensate it please let me know. Here sorry will not work as I spent the money for service not for such stupid reason and mental harassment. This is my final email as a warning later, if you will not resolve the issue I will file a case against you by tomorrow itself. In total I’ve called more than 0-4 time and have not received the resolution. I would recommend please listen all the call record and you will get the fact, how your customers are getting spoiled and what the hell is your service. Now I’ll file it in court of low If I’ll not receive the call with resolution by today itself. This is high time to escalate the matter to your CEO in court of law.

                                      Hi, on 13th Oct 2015 I had ordered 2 products (casio watch 4045/- and Intex power bank 999/-) total 5044/- on "amazon.in" website to avail there cashback offer on using HDFC bank credit/debit card. On 16th OCT, even though I hadn't received any call from them or courier, I received a msg on mobile from amazon that "your product (intex power bank) has been returned.", after that I called up amazons help desk. As per them both product are on the way and will be delivered soon. Just to confirm again I called up again on next day then they said "product(Intex power bank) was damaged" so it has been returned to seller and please raise new product request for the same. After lot of convincing them that its not my fault . it's fault from Amazon then they agreed that they will give same product in replacement instead of refunding the money as I was supposed to avail HDFC cashback offer too on the purchase of 5000/-. Still on 17th oct I got a mail from them that your order has been returned and money will be refunded in my account(the reason given in the mail for replacement was "undeliverable to given address", which is different than they told me on call). Again after this incidence I called up amazon help desk and I said Icannot place new order now as its not my fault but they are refusing from their promise and asking me to place a new order and saying we cannot do anything now, it's against their policy. On every call I got surprises and none of their executives were in sync while speaking which is purely cheating with customer. It was a really bad experience for me. Please help

                                        I placed an order of 3 Items in Amazon on 17 Oct 2015 (Order No.:[protected] with additional charges for within 2 days delivery. As per commitment, they have to deliver all products by 19 Oct 2015. But till now i haven't received two items out of three. Even i spoke to two customer service executive Mr. Lloyd A and Mr. Bhargav as well as contacted via chatting service Mrs. Pulkita. None of them answered my concern nor solid commitment on delivery. I received call from his courier agencies (Contact No. [protected] & [protected]) and told him to hand over my product immediately but they denied for the same. Very very irresponsible talk and response Same was conveyed to Amazon customer service executive but no proper response. I never ever seen these type of response from any one of the online shopping portal till today. Very very worst behaviour and unethical approach from courier as well as customer service executives.
