Hi, on 13th Oct 2015 I had ordered 2 products (casio watch 4045/- and Intex power bank 999/-) total 5044/- on "amazon.in" website to avail there cashback offer on using HDFC bank credit/debit card. On 16th OCT, even though I hadn't received any call from them or courier, I received a msg on mobile from amazon that "your product (intex power bank) has been returned.", after that I called up amazons help desk. As per them both product are on the way and will be delivered soon. Just to confirm again I called up again on next day then they said "product(Intex power bank) was damaged" so it has been returned to seller and please raise new product request for the same. After lot of convincing them that its not my fault . it's fault from Amazon then they agreed that they will give same product in replacement instead of refunding the money as I was supposed to avail HDFC cashback offer too on the purchase of 5000/-. Still on 17th oct I got a mail from them that your order has been returned and money will be refunded in my account(the reason given in the mail for replacement was "undeliverable to given address", which is different than they told me on call). Again after this incidence I called up amazon help desk and I said Icannot place new order now as its not my fault but they are refusing from their promise and asking me to place a new order and saying we cannot do anything now, it's against their policy. On every call I got surprises and none of their executives were in sync while speaking which is purely cheating with customer. It was a really bad experience for me. Please help

    I placed an order of 3 Items in Amazon on 17 Oct 2015 (Order No.:[protected] with additional charges for within 2 days delivery. As per commitment, they have to deliver all products by 19 Oct 2015. But till now i haven't received two items out of three. Even i spoke to two customer service executive Mr. Lloyd A and Mr. Bhargav as well as contacted via chatting service Mrs. Pulkita. None of them answered my concern nor solid commitment on delivery. I received call from his courier agencies (Contact No. [protected] & [protected]) and told him to hand over my product immediately but they denied for the same. Very very irresponsible talk and response Same was conveyed to Amazon customer service executive but no proper response. I never ever seen these type of response from any one of the online shopping portal till today. Very very worst behaviour and unethical approach from courier as well as customer service executives.

I have pancreatic patient but I doing the work in Amazon.in. When, l am admitted in hospital 21/10/15 on shift than I informed my reporting manager Mr. Surrender sir and next day my admit document hand over my friend Mr. Jitender panday of Mr surrender sir, But his not reporting HR OFFICE. Discharge time after come to station because I continue join to job 0n 13/10/15 with my hospitalized Bill and discharge summary and see not my document reporting manager(Kamal pal, Surender, Kapil Sir) Than my reporting managers asked me Your mistake and your Employee ID is blocked and no rejoining because my reporting manager Transfer and not to information HR. But his not my mistake . I am very depressed to my seniors.         I've uploaded a video so that you get the clear picture of what happened. here's the link:- "https://youtu.be/p1Fo7628KI4" wanted to purchase around 20 items and i spent almost a day selecting the products i want to purchase during the festival sale offer with the cash back offer of 15% using HDFC cards. When i tried to make the payment at first it got declined and after a while i got the revise payment option but there wasn't any option to continue the payment. i was stuck in the final step and when i contacted customer support they said they would send me the email top revise the payment which they didn't. i contacted them like 15 times but they failed to address my issue. when they transferred my call to the superiors they were like sorry i can't help and it's your problem. i tried using my mobile app, a different laptop, macbook but nothing worked. it was clearly a website bug because of which i missed the offer and the customer care service people were like it wasn't their problem. i would like amazon to give me the products for the offer price since it wasn't my mistake in anyway and the whole fault was on Amazon.in

          This is to inform you that I Ashraf Alam placed an order (Blackberry Z3, order No[protected] with Amazon India on 29th September 2015 in the name of Mr.M.A.Choudhury on this address (81, Wood House road, Colaba, Mumbai-400005). Its a great agony with customers, nothing else.
          In-spite of my repeated oral complaints no concrete action has been taken yet to solve this problem. It is really surprising that such an efficient department as that of yours is not heeding to my complaints. your company is cheating with the clients.
          I placed an order to know the company & doesn't aware about the courier guy. It's your look out to take an action against him. I just want to get the same branded products on this range (Rs.10, 999) within 23rd October. Hence forth i am extremely sorry to move towards consumer forum court.

          So,
          Please get the needful done without any further loss of time. I have every hope that you’ll take a prompt action & oblige.

            I had ordered a bag from amazon, firstly they sent wrong bag, then i returned the bag to the seller, bag is already reached the seller, seller is not replying to mails and when i contacted amazon, they said its seller fulfilled order please contact seller, what the hell is this i have not paid money to seller, i have paid to amazon so why amazon is asking me to contact seller directly they should self contact seller and give me my money back, when i contacted amazon 4-5 days regularly for the sake of my satisfaction they filled a A-Z claim form and said amazon will return your money if seller will not. I said "ok" . 10-12 days has passed since that conversation even now i have not got my money, it was my worst experience with amazon, order details are attached into attachment.               I have ordered Red Tape Men's Black Leather Formals and Laceup shoes, Size -9 UK on 13 October 2015, for Rs. 1138 in a lighting deal offer, Order no. is #[protected], delivery was on time i got my parcel yesterday i.e. 19 October 2015. When I open parcel I came to know that this is a wrong product as the shoe was different from what i have ordered further size wasn't mentioned on the product. Amazon has sent me an outdated shoe. Than I took this matter in view of amazon customer support through lots of chats and calls and ask them for replacement and provide me actual thing Iv'e ordered, they said that the same shoe is not available in Size of 9 as of now so they can't replace such shoe. so I asked them to send me same shoe in size of 8 UK (because I want to facilitate the transaction and I am use too of size 8) (this size is still available on their site) they are not doing it too and they are saying we'll issue full refund if you want to replace such item, I said I want my order not refund and for which I am ready to accept size 8 even when I've ordered size 9. But they clearly ignore my request. this type of behavior not expected from Amazon for their daily customer. so I approach Mrs. Indu (one of the senior staff in amazon customer support) she also didn't help me. They have vested my whole day and gave me nothing. I am completely hopeless and now thinking of stay away from amazon. I want to ask amazon some question in regards to such case if they can answer it here I will accept refund. My question are: Why they have accept my order when the product was not available with them? If the product was available with them why they send other product? If they send product different from my order then they should have actual product with them. If they don't have such product where it has gone? Did they sold this product to someone else ? If yes How can they do this? and if no then have they tried to search where the product has gone? In both situations why I bear a loss for a mistake made by amazon. Was this an trick of amazon to sell outdated shoes? The same product is available with them on site at Rs. 2995 and if I want this shoe I have to pay Rs. 2995 where you guys are going to pay only Rs. 1138 what will they do with a loss of approx Rs. 1900 I have to bear? Does Amazon has realize that they have made an big mistake if yes. what they did for me since yesterday and what they did to prevent from such type of mistakes. ? Does Amazon only wants to make monetary profits and they don't believe in customers satisfaction ? and if they do believe in customer's satisfaction why they have such type of Consumer adverse policy which not meets with customer requirement? As resolution I want Amazon to send me my actual order ASAP or pay me amount as equal as price of such product showing on their site ( Rs. 2995) and not only a refund of what I have paid (since Iv'e made so much efforts to buy this shoe in lighting deal and left many deals on other sites for such kind of shoes but in present situation I got nothing in my hands, all deals are closed now it means anyhow I have to pay Rs. 2995 for such shoes). Today Iv'e return the order as I don't want outdated shoes send by Amazon. Looking forward towards amazon to look into this matter positively and make extra efforts to meet my needs.

                I have ordered lgt7208tddlh fully automatic washing machine on 14.10.2015 and follow up with amazon customer care several times, he/she was told material delivered upto 21.10.2015 12.00pm to 15.00 pm, but today amazon representative told me by telephone that amazon not delivered your product because product rate is high.                 Dear Sir/Mam,
                As per my Previous complaint dated 20.10.2015 no action taken by Amazon for non delivery of my order (LG Washing Machine). his delivery date 21.10.2015 but as on date my ordered product not delivered and no proper communicate with me. I want, pls. give the strictly order to Amazon for deliver my order product and communicate proper status in written earliest.
                Pls. take necessary action against Amazon for non deliver of product on due date.

                      sir, as i was browsing the website, i saw a very beautiful and attractive offer, in that i was getting the moto e 2 at rs. 1999. but a tragedy was happening as soon as i tried to order it. first of all, the order cancelled automatically from the amazon's side and when i tried to reorder it, the price suddenly shooted up to 4500 rs. i have the screenshots of the incident as well as. though i wanted that mobile phone, i ordered it and it failed, i immediately contacted the customer care. i have been in conversation for more than 2 hours but still i have not got the resolution even from the supervisor level. i just want to convey the information that the order which was cancelled is due to the fault of amazon not mine so why should i suffer.. why should i purchase it for high cost. i did everything to justify myself and tried to put myself in front of the supervisor as well as the DART team but they cannot helped me. THE JUNIOR LEVEL TOLD ME THAT IF HE PRICE FLUCTUATION S WOULD HAVE BEEN SMALLL, THEY MIGHT HAVE HELPED ME WHILE THE DART TEAM TOLD THAT THE KNOWLEDGE GIVEN TO ME BY JUNIOR IS WRONG, i cannot beleive, how can there knowledge be so conflicting. i am very dissapointed with what happened in my case. they just told me that At this point, we would not be able to issue the price difference amount. somehow i managed to get your email id and now with this silver lining, i have tried to raise my voice to you.. and i think that you will surely help me in this matter. please dont dissapoint me sir, it was not my fault, and in order to justify myself, i have some screenshots also related to the query PLEASE HELP ME OUT SO THAT I MAY GET THE PRODUCT AS SPECIFIED. THEY TELL ME THAT THEY UNDERSTAND MY CONCERN AND ARE SORRY FOR IT AND ASSURES ME THAT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN IN FUTURE, BUT SIR WANT to emphasize that when they are not able to help me out at this present moment then why should i beleive them. just help me out so that i may get this product as desired ..

                        Hello Officer, There was an advertisment on Times of India(Hyderabad Edition) front page dated 16/10/2015 about PNY Power bank 10400mAH whose MRP was stated as 2000 INR and amazon is offering it at a price of 199 INR. But when checked into Amazon APP as well as the website hoping to buy the product on the same day, The product was not available at promised price of 199INR but was available at 1197 INR. I believe this advertisement is to cheat customers and just to lure people into their APP or website. This happened with this product but i suspect is also with others products as well. This is a malpractice from Amazon which is clearly evident. They are doing false advertisements and lying. I hope you will take necessary action against amazon for this contempt.

                          Hello sir, my self Rajat Verma i bought a mobile (yu yureka plus) from amazon.in worth Rs 8999/- on 4th oct 2015 & after 1-2 days mobile not work properly lots of problem in mobile (heating, camera, sensor, internet software problem & many more problem in mobile & then i call customer care 4-5 times a day countinue they don't solve my problem please refund my money 8999/- in my a/c.

                            Never expected this from Amazon... Why do you lure customers to purchase products at a lower price and cancel the order after 4-5 days with a stupid excuse of not obtaining the product, when the products is still available at your website!!! (But now at a higher price). Seriously Disappointed! Placed an order for Macbook Pro (Order #[protected]. This product is still available on your site, and you say that we are unable to obtain it and cancel my product??? How ridiculous is this, that you have the audacity to say that kindly place the order again and buy it for a higher price... I would have not reacted if there was a genuine scenario for the product to not be delivered, but this is just ridiculous. All my trust for Amazon is lost with this and I shall spread this around so that no one else is duped in a similar manner and they don't purchase from this site.

                                I had taken yu yureka mobile from your website on May, 2015.but issue is that it is not working properly. It is not showing display on the screen.so that we could not able to access it & face the lots of problem. i recall many times to yu yureka customer care, not any response given by them. we need ur kind intervene pls...!!!this is third compliant but no response from any side thanks regards shailendra

                                        I had ordered a back case for grand quattro on september 1 but due to some reason it got cacelled on september 23.order number[protected].till now they didnt refund the money back.i have contacted customer care for morethan 7 times.kindly take adequate measures.
