I have made some purchase during diwali offers made by amazon..in that some fake products are received by me i have returned them to amazon ..after some days i have checked my bank account there is no money transfered by amazon when i contacted amazon customer care they told me that your account is put on hold please contact billing team at [protected]@amazon.in when i contact them they mailed me that your account is closed permanently with no reply of refund ..i have asked many times but no reply ..please help in revovering my money
How much the amount is? Could you please tell me the item and price?

      I was ordered for Micromax 40B5000FHD 102 cm (40 inches) Full HD LED TV (Black).But they sent Model No.40C3420FHD.they sent Invoice copy for what i was ordered.I think they are wantedly sent the another product to me.When i was called the customer support they told me that your pincode is not eligible to pickup the product by Amazon.so you have return the product to the seller.we will pay 100.0 rs.the courrier charges from hyderabad to Noida more than the 500.0 Rs.And also for thier mistake how i can spare my busy schedule.

        I placed an order of nokia-225 dual sim handset on 14 september 2015. As i was not satisfied with the product, I returned it on 24 September 2015. And till date I have not received my money back (amount Rs 3061/-). I have also contacted the company for this issue but they are saying that the amount has been transacted to your account. But I have not received any money in my account. Neither they are providing complete UTR number.

          I am Ankur Chaurasia customer of Amazon India, Ordered a Fisher Price Terry Teether, Multi Color on 26-oct-15 but product is not delivered yet.

          No from amazon side is even bother to update me about the same.

          I have to pick the previous product which i have ordered from the courier facility.

          Why amazon advertise, commit next day delivery and best customer service, if you are not able to do so.

            Hi, I have purchase a saree worth rs 1098 on 02/11/2015 through amazon.i received my product on 10/11/2015, the product colour was different from what I ordered, I call customer care to replace my saree with the colour I wanted but they said u hav to send it through courier to us and mail the courier receipt. my point is if I send the saree through courier to them, what is the guarantee that I'll get back my exchange saree or money. 1.they may say we dinn get any courier. 2.they may say that there is nothing inside parcel. I want a hand to hand exchange like other online shopping site or else I want my money back. my amazon order no is[protected]

              I have purchased a product from amazon but that was a defective one, so i requested for replacement but they did a refund and gave me a cheque, i requested to convert it into gift card, they converted it, then i used that gift balance to buy a product..but before plaing order, i got issue with my account i cant login to my id, , i contacted customer service everyday, they say that they are working and i will get an email within 24 hours, but i never got an email.i have contacted them 5, 6 times but they say the same line everyday...

                I have ordered one product i.e Puma Men's Descendant TR Cloisonné, Poseidon and Sulphur Spring Mesh Running Shoes - 8 UK order no: #[protected]
                the expected delivery time was 12th november 2015
                since i have not received the product till 12th i contacted the amazon customer care and customer care executive Ms monika assisted me for the same
                shockingly by that time my amazon account was updated with three back to back delivery attempts without even a single msg or phone call from the delivery man
                i conveyed the same to ms monika she told me to wait for some more days and she said she had coordinated the same to the courier service provider and i will be receiving my product till 19th nov 2015
                today i again contacted customer care amazon and i came to know that my product has been sent back to the seller and now they can not do anything
                i am in a kind of shock and confusion
                i want to launch a complaint regarding this issue to amazon
                this is on your part and trust me i wont give a dam to amazon now

                  I requested for return of product that Ordered on Oct 26, 2015 (order no[protected]) .Return request was approved on Oct 31, 2015 but they told to self ship the product to the seller FRENCHD and they told that they will refund the bag cost and also postal charge too. I accepted and I had sent the product to FRENCHD through India Post.Today is Nov 19 till now I didn't receive any mail from Amazon regarding refund.I checked with Tracking ID of INDIA POST and my product was delivered and I had sent all the details to Amazon . I called to customer service for more than 10 times no one is giving the solution. I had filed A TO Z GUARNTEE claim too.I had a bad experience that one man called from FRENCHXD- the seller of the product and he is shouting at me for more than 2 minutes over a phone call for filing this A to Z claim. I don't think that my money will be refunded.All are cheating me.

                    I bought Iso Solid Wall Mounted Pull up / Chin up Bar on 28th Nov 2015 for 2499/- and i received it on time as promised i have no complaints about that. The problem is i can't fix it on my wall so i called up customer service for the return request and it was with in the return period. I was told by that rep that it can be returned for the refund. I was sent an email with the contact number of the seller which is [protected](Arun) because they said its a seller fulfilled product. I have contacted him to schedule a pick up, he was very polite and all but the thing is he wanted me to drop the drop the package at his place because he doesn't have any other person available for the pick up, he agreed to pay for the auto fare. Unfortunately the place where i live is bit far from that location to where he wanted to drop the package.I said i cant, to which he agreed to send someone the next day for the pick up. Never did that next day came and never he called me. I had to call him every time about the status of the pick up to which every time i get a reply saying he will a pick up the next day. I was really vexed up that's when i called up customer service they said i can return by my own and what ever would be the deliver charges would be refunded, I clearly asked the representative about the weight of the product as the weight was not mentioned and the courier people would ask the weight to which the rep replied it wasn't necessary. I called up DTDC to schedule a pickup they were asking weight of the product and the dimensions to calculate the delivery charges. Then i called up amazon again to enquire about the weight and to my surprise this guy was telling me a different story that the delivery charges would not be refunded, i was really annoyed and surprised at the same time. Then he checked with his team after putting me on a long hold, what he said was only 500/- would be refunded as a gift vocher. I did not accept it. Then i called up seller to give it a chance, he said would schedule a pick up the next day, as always the next day never came. I called up amazon again and complained about it. The rep was really helpful she looked up the emails, she also stated that it was the sellers mistake as he wasn't even contacting then she raised this A-Z guarantee program, . She assured me that their back-end team would research and get back to me. Then i have been calling amazon about the status, they kept saying that the research is under process. Then to my surprise i receive an email saying that, "We have closed this claim because the guarantee does not cover the problem that you reported." This is really annoying because none of representative have complete information and the website of Amazon is really shady they show on website something and the representatives they tell something. There is really a big disconnect. Amazon is really not helpful to me. I don't want to keep this package, the representative assured me about the refund and i was told it can be returned. Please help me in this issue.

                    The package was picked up by some individual from this so called seller..n I finally got my refund...this was repeated calls and emails...I have decided one thing. .henceforth I will never buy anything from this damn website...everything is so shady and nothing is transpaent

                      I have placed order for 'Moto E 2nd Gen(3g)' on Amazon.in on[protected], even after shipment of the product the order got cancelled and returned back to the seller without prior reason/information. Order Number:[protected]. I tried to contact Amazon, they said you have to place new order, there was some issue with the shipment. I asked them to re-ship the product but they didn't. There was some quantity restriction with the product due to which I was unable to place the order again. I again contacted Amazon and they said they will remove the quantity restriction and will let me know in 24 hours. 3 days passed and I didn't received any reply. So, I placed an order again from another Amazon account and same thing happened with that order too. Second order number:[protected]. I again complained about it but didn't got any reply this time also. Now they say it is out of stock. You have to wait when it comes in stock and order again. I am very much frustrated with this kind of service from such a reputed company. I have attached screenshot of both the orders for your reference.                         after a week I tracked my courier, it was returned to the seller where it was shipped from (Don't know the reason why they returned it back)
                        then I asked for refund and I haven't received any refund.

                          I have ordered one plus 2 from amazon india, my order number is[protected], delivery expected date was 16th Nov 15, but till now i have not received my courier after calling 2-3 times, every time i am getting different reply ( a false replies) from every person, Even my colleague has ordered it on 14th and yesterday he has received his phone, please note i want my phone my today otherwise i want my money back including Rs 225/- for which i have bought invitation code as i dont want to buy it again, coz i dont trust this fake site, who is making money with customer money who are depositing without getting their courier, please make sure i want my complete money back if i will not get my phone today, otherwise i will file a case in consumer court.

                            I bought an item i.e. order no.[protected]) from amazon.in .I have received that item on 3rdNov. As this item looks not ok for me, i have requested to return the item on 6th NOV from 1 p.m to 6.30 p.m..Because of this i did not go to office and wait for the second half but nobody came.Then i called on 8th Nov morning i called the customer care and asked them to send somebody to pick that item.He promised me saying by end of the day somebody will come and pick up that item.I did wait for the whole day, but same problem, no body came.The next day i.e. on Sunday i called the customer care and he listened my query and promised me to refund your money first, if nobody will come within 24hours.I did wait for the whole day but nobody came.the next day.e on MONDAY again i called the customer care and after a long conversation, a guy from amazon called me and told that he is coming to my house to pick the item and thanks god he came and took the item. I thought the problem is over now.but the problem not yet resolved.They took the item but forgot to update in their database saying whether i have returned or not and also forgot to refund my money.I called the customer care on Friday saying when the money will be refunded? I got a reply from them that the once the item will be received by the seller you will received your refund.But i wonder that the item which takes 3 days to reach from source to destination, how could it took 7 days to reach in the reverse.Any way i still believe them and did wait.Today it is Monday, after 9 days i called the customer care and asked about the refund status.After did a contact to the seller he replied me saying that it will take more 3days to return.Again that is not sure whether they will return my money or not. What kind of service it is?Every times customer is trying to wake up the amazon saying please do your duties.It will be better to remove your return policy so that people should not face this kind of problems after return.Request to all, please don't use amazon who doesn't have care for their customer.

                              Sir I have bought mi4i from Amazon but the product delivered to me was defective... Phone is working properly but the problem is SIM card is auto rejected by phone. On complaining amazon they told me to meet mi executive for DOA letter but they refused to give the same. On compromising I have given the phone for repairing but the problem is not resolved. I am helpless what to do??????

                                  I bought three items from amazon on 26th October 2015, but it was never delivered. I made the the payment for the products. after tracking package online I found that they were not able to locate the address, although I buy online from many websites and got delivery. I called the amazon and blue dart courier service many a times but the package was not delivered. Instead, i got sms every time that 'it will be delivered today'and just after an hour another sms saying' it was refused at the time of delivery'. Courier man never came to my society where I live and there is no entry at the entrance register. I request a full refund for the products, call charges, time consumed and inconvenience caused.

                                    Hello, I had purchased the Women's Cotton A-Line Dress online from Amazon.in on 15 August 2015 . I paid cash on delivery to the Amazon Store"Shri Mobile Shopee" & collected the parcel. After going home, I opened the parcel & found it was only 1/2 of what was shown online, so, I filled an online request for replacement & next day, returned the parcel to the same Amazon store. Later, next week, I received replacement, but that also contained same product (incomplete), so, I cancelled order online & returned the item to the Amazon Store. They acknowledged the return but did not refund the amount . so, i followed them for 2 months & finally decided to register this complaint.                                       I have purchased a Godrej Lock EVVA Pentabolt 1CK (Satin Nickel) from Amazon India as follows. Order Date: 8 November 2015 Order No.[protected] On receipt of the product I realized that the MRP on the box was far lower than what was mentioned on the Amazon web site. MRP on website: 7400/- MRP on box: 6795/- Discount offered on Escalated MRP 10% Cost of sale to me : 6600/- It may be noted that although Amazon offered a 10% discount this discount is not factual since the MRP cost shown on their web site is escalated.                                         I have ordered Micromax 40 inch Full HD LED TV on October 26, 2015 and i feel like that was the mistake i have done by trusting Amazon. I was expecting the the TV to be at my home before Diwali to surprise my family and 'Team Amazon' ruined it totally.

                                        Initially your customer support team told me that they have received order for this particular model in bulk so it will take time. Later they said my order was stuck in fulfilment due to technical difficulties.

                                        - On November 9, 2015 your customer support person told me that they have not received our order due to technical difficulties and suggested that i should cancel the order and and send a fresh order. So i cancelled my order( Done on October 26) and ordered again on November 9th. Your customer support told me that they will dispatch it on priority.
                                        But still till today my order is not dispatched and i am wasting my time with your customer support team.
