      Hello I live in Ahmedabad, I bought some products in bulk from Amazon.in as part of Diwali sale offer. Delivery Boy Vijay Marwadi (Ph# [protected]) came to my house on Fri 30th Oct 2015, at around 1:30pm He gave me my package costing 160rs When I proceeded to pay him with 200rs because of COD order, He asked for 40rs change, I explained to him that I don't have the change so please give me the change, He then out of nowhere snatched my package from my hand and said Now your delivery won't be done today maybe some other time when you have change. I was shocked After about 30mins I checked amazon website's my order page it was showing that product has been sent back to seller. So that guy has done that without my knowledge. Now my product is gone. I was told by customer care that nothing can be done now and I have to place new order. But my order was part of bulk order of more than 1000rs which is yet to arrive And if I order that product alone I'll have to pay extra 50rs delivery charges because its under 500rs And I also was getting discount via gift card of 250rs on my bulk order because of Amazon Diwali sale But now my one product is canceled I will not get my 250rs gift card This is horribly unprofessional behaviour from Amazon. They need to teach proper manners to their animal like rude delivery boys.

        I ordered a Haier Washing Machine on 26 October 2015 Order#[protected]priced at Rs 9351 paid by Citibank Credit card on EMI total payable was 9681/-. I was confirmed delivery on 28 October 2015. To our shock the delivery was made of an LG Refrigerator 285 Litres costing nearly 31000/- with all documents-invoice-shipping bill prepared in my name as a paid item. Being a honest person I returned the Refrigerator and contacted Amazon.in on 29th October 2015 and told them about this mix up at their despatch department but insisted that I wanted my order of washing machine. They also confirmed that it will be taken care of and that I will get to hear within a day. I received a mail confirming that they had received the Refirgerator and Replacement will be in process. On 30th October 2015 when I tried to follow up with them they simply told me that the refund is initiated as they will not supply my order of washing machine. This raises a few issues about Amazon.in: 1) If I had kept the refrigerator, Amazon guys would be running behind me and would have accepted any of my proposals for replacement of refrigerator by washing machine as Refrigerator was almost 3 times the cost. 2)Because I returned with honesty the refrigerator they are now citing system problem in fulfilling my order-IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE FAMOUS FOR? 3)Since the payment was done by Credit card on EMI now I have to bear the interest without buying the product so instead of Amazon appreciating my good gesture they have punished me. 4) I also suffered in terms of price as now the price have gone up by Rs.3000 of the same item. 5)They must have removed all reference to the mix up supply of refrigerator and must have done some inner manipulation. 6) Is this what a MNC type e-com company is expected to do? THEY HAVE TO REPLACE IF ITEM IS WRONGLY DELIVERED IN PLACE OF ORIGINAL ITEM. wHERE IS BUSINESS ETHICS ? I have removed their App from my mobile and PC. SO NO MORE BUYING FROM AMAZON-A CHEAT COMPANY NO BETTER THAN OTHER FLY BY WIRE COMPANIES IN THE MARKET..

          Hi, i was expecting a product today and hence, i called the delivery boy for the same but he did'nt pick up my call so i had to call the customer care number ...There i came to know that my product is cancelled. When i spoke to the hgher authority about the same and asked them to get my product somehow as i had bought that on offer, they simply denied saying that the product cannot be delivered now as its been cancelled. There is no one to take responsibilty about the fault caused at their end.

            I have Ordered Samsung J5 Mobile on Amazon. They Delivered the Package Which is not properly Packed(Opened) from which the Handset box can easily Come Out.And also the delivery boy has called me and when i didnt attend the call, with out my permission he has handovered the pack to the person sitting in the reception.As mine is a prepaid package how can they be so negligilble in delivering the pack.If the person who received the pack didnt give it to me, then who would be responsible for it. This is very bad experience of mine on Amazon

              I have ordered a book named "Rahul Dravid- The Timeless Steel" on 17th October, 2015 and my estimated delivery was said to be in between 24th October, 2015. Today is 30th October, 2015 and my order did not arrive. Whenever i went to talk to the executives, they said that my order will arrive as soon as possible and one of the executive requested me to re-order that book which will charge double than the current price of that particulr item. What kind of behaviour is this? They are continuously misleading me and continuously telling me lie. I am a college student and its not possible for me to stay at home to receive my order everyday. Please do a favour for me.

                Dear Amazon Team,

                This is with reference to the item purchased reference order id[protected] dated 27-Oct-2015 online from your website. It was such an unpleasant experience to shop with so called happy shopping experience in Amazon.in.

                This is to inform you that this order was placed, paid, receipt generated and confirmed by email and SMS to me as per the listed prices in the website. After the confirmation of the order I was informed that my order is cancelled and refund is under process. Please be informed that while I have spoken to the customer service executive, they said they have wrongly listed the price and hence they have cancelled the order, post that when I insisted that I am still eligible to get the item since it was in stock when I ordered and my order went through with all the required validation and I was confirmed by email and SMS, my call was escalated to the surprise that the higher authority did not hesitate to lie and given a lame excused that the address was not found however in the same address the items was delivered by the same seller in the past.

                I have got all the evidence invoice copy, screenshot of order confirmations, SMS and email notifications, credit card statement and voice recording of customer service executives call where first it was told that the price was wrongly mentioned and then covered it up by saying the address was found etc.

                I request Amazon not to outwit the customers by alluring fraudulent listing in the website. Also request you to process the order and deliver the laptop at the earliest failing which I will be left with no option but to go to the consumer court along with all the evidence.

                Hope Amazon understand the grievances and address the issue appropriately.
                Exactly same issue faced by me, today only I noticed it, they are fooling people by doing so.

                  I just place order Envent DeeJay Pro 7800W 4.1 Hometheatre but after couple of hour amzon cancel my order then after i call to the amazon customer support center and ask for cancel my order. After long holding my phone they people tell me that they had some pricing error with that product now my concern that these not first time pricing error issue with amazon as per my knowledge these not first time because a year ago i try to place asus laptop at 199 Rs. (i can't purchase that product because it's display error and after talk with customer support center they said same thing that today happen pricing error issue).
                  so my question that always amazon did these kind of pricing error and cancel the order and said we are sorry for that but these answer not acceptable for me because all time only these answer and sorry answer not all time.
                  i requested that i want that product on same amount that i placed order because i place order on your requested amount.
                  Also one more thing please tell your customer representative and sr.representative how to talk with customer because only sorry is not the answer.

                    I ordered LG 32 inch TV for my cousin from amazon on 21st October 2015 .The order id is #[protected].The expected delivery date given to me was 26th October 2015.But When TV was not delivered by 27th October, I called their customer care number.The representative said that by Tomorrow i.e 28th Oct it will reach for sure.But it didn't arrived on 28th also.Now again i called them they said that there is something wrong in shipping of the order and courier team has withhold the product.But they didn't gave the exact reason and just said that they are inquiring into this.Today, i.e 29 Oct, i called them again and they are now still saying that they don't know the exact reason.Wait for 2-3 days.They are not telling any reason for delay.Neither their customer care executives are supportive.
                    The current status of the product shows that there is something wrong.I have uploaded the image for the same.

                        I placed an order for the above product on 27/10/2015 with above co & got delivery on 28/10/2015 for Rs5499/-.I came to know the offer price of the same product by Amazon for Rs 3499/- in their ad in local marathi paper Lokasatta dtd 27/10/2015 on 28/10/2015 in the evening . I informed on the toll free no[protected] on 29/10/2015 and requested them to return the excess price of Rs2000/- to me since as per the offer for the same product was from 26 to 28/ oct 2015 & I placed the order on 27 but was unaware of the offer.Their reply was the product was out of stock .I told them that they should have informed me about the offer and the availability of the product .but they refused to return the excess money and asked me to return the product and get full money from them. This is nothing but a cheating business of Amazon.in I hereby request you to give me the justice

                          I ordered iPhone 6 on 23/10/15.
                          The order was supposed to delivered by 27/10/15.
                          But I haven't received my order till now.
                          For past 2 days courier company is telling me that item is dispatched and I will receive it in a couple of hours and now they are not even picking my call.
                          Amazon customer service is also not following it actively.

                            I have purchased an Mobile phone from amazon, and having defect, now am returning it, they are not collecting the same and they wants us to print all the labels cost of 5-10 rupees and courier charges 200 rupees approx. and they will refunding 100 rupees for courier and after receiving the item they will initiate refund. Why cant they collect item from home and start initiating the refund. they are selling this type of defective items and while returning they are earning money from the consumers like this. Please initiate action on this.

                              The original contact no given at the time of order([protected]) was no more functional and I updated it on the website a personally contacted their customer representatives to update it for the order itself, on each delivery attempt I got same message that delivery was attempted but we were unable to reach the consignee, truth is I was never contacted on my new no. This thing is getting repeated for the pas 6-7 days, I've contacted 7-8 different guys from amazon support staff, every one assures me that tomorrow you will get your order but I receive same consignee not available message after every attempt.

                              Issue with the orders:
                              The original contact no given at the time of order([protected]) was no more functional and I updated it on the website a personally contacted their customer representatives to update it for the order itself.
                              I admit that it was my mistake not to check the contact no before placing the order, but as soon as I realized that(before the product was dispatched from their local facilities) I corrected it.
                              But on each delivery attempt I got same message that delivery was attempted but we were unable to reach the consignee.

                              Truth is I was never contacted on my new no.

                              This thing is getting repeated for the pas 6-7 days, I've contacted 7-8 different guys from amazon support staff, every one assures me that tomorrow you will get your order but I receive same consignee not available message after every attempt.
                              I've wasted so much time(12-15 hrs) over mail, chat, telephonic call with their support staff, have done all I can do, followed up like anything(all the things which they should have done after giving their words that my issue is resolved, please wait till tomorrow).
                              I feel cheated and looted, I'm being harassed by amazon.
                              Refund is not the solution, that I could have got at anytime by just clicking one return/cancel button on the website, my issue is with the value of my precious time I wasted, the value of my enthusiasm with which I placed the order. Amazon have made fun of a common consumer. We being at the consumer end don't have enough options at our disposal to cater such situations. I too would have left it, but not after so much mockery of me(the consumer), not after repeated incidents(same case with my previous order too).
                              Please address my issue to make these e-commerce giants realize that Indian consumers are not alone to be exploited)

                                Bogus Deals on Amazon. Amazon is furnishing false information and offer on their website and application. I had booked a Envent DeeJay Pro 7800W 4.1 Home theatre Speaker on 27/10/2015 at discount of 99% on Amazon Diwali Deal. But after booking the Amazon customer care has cancelled the deal after 5 hours citing the reason technical error. There are similar cases where Amazon is offering bogus deals just to attract the cutomer and if a customer books the discounted product they refuse to deliver stating technical error. This is open cheat and fraud business carried by Amazon please forward to create awareness.

                                  I want to get my refund as soon as pssible...i shivam tripathi have an account [protected]@gmail.com with a name preeti ...i have bought yu yureka plus from amazom.com and i have some issues from the phone that's why i give complaint of refund but after 20 days i am got mad from this website as they were not giving me any clue how my money is refunding... if from this complaint no one is taking apprpriate actions then i will complaint in 100 n0. my no.-[protected]

                                  Payment of Rs, 2, 432/- was made by me through my SBI Debit Card on 27/10/2015 at about 8.10 pm. Initially the payment through my SBI Credit Card and thereafter by SBI Debit Card could not be made because the OTPs (in both cases) were not received within time. I, therefore tried afresh through my SBI Dedit Card and I received the OTP in time and I made the payment and received confirmation from SBI Debit Card about success of the transaction.

                                  I spite of making payment, my account on Amazon India kept reflecting failed payments. I talked to Customer Care (Phone No.[protected] of Amazon India twice (once on 27/10/2015 in the evening and again on 28/10-2015 in the morning) and on both occasions the ladies confirmed successful payment transaction and informed that my account will accordingly reflect the correct position.I also received a confirmatory mail from your Customer Care on 28/10/2015 after my tele-con. However, on 28/10/2015 at 7.58 pm I received a mail about cancellation of my order due to failed transaction. At the same time I got a second mail informing that the payment made by my Debit Card (ending with 4593) of Rs.2, 432.00 is being processed for refund.

                                  I am a new customer of Amazon India and these are the first time I placed orders. I fail to understand the contradictory mails - one cancelling the orders for failed payment transactions and the other informing about refund of the full payment made. Please clarify urgently. I intend to file a complaint with appropriate authorities so that customers are not harassed and cheated by on-line sellers like Amazon.

[protected]...Amazon organize a sale on 26-28 October 2015 . in this sale they gave add. for Intex it-pb11k 11000 mah power bank at the rate of 299/- Rs .but when I am login on 27 October its shows the price of 999/- Rs. then I call Amazon customer care they said sale timing is over and the sale timing is 8 am. to 10 am. and also tell me that on[protected] at 8 am. the product is also available at the rate of 299/- sale timing will same 8 am. to 10 am. but when I opened the site at 8 am. it shows the rate 899/- I again call to customer care, they said the sale timing is start from 12 am. on[protected]. I told them that I was call yesterday to customer care and Amazon customer care executive tell me the timing of 8 to 10 am. but they said they can, t do anything abut the price. then I file a complaint against Amazon on your site.Then Amazon customer care executive call me at 10:46 Am. and promise me to gave the product on the rate of 299/- with a gift voucher of 1000/-. he said that voucher credited in my Amazon account and he call me after 1 hour. The hole day I am waiting for call and till to this time.After the wait of approx 7 hours I file this complaint again. please solve this issue. I have call recording for all this incident. dear sir it, s a totally misguidance from Amazon why I am pay for it more money. sir i requested you that please told Amazon to gave that Intex power bank 11000 mah. at the price of 299/-.I will be thankful to you.                                       Hi, this is Saravana Kumar R D([protected]) from ERODE, TAMIL NADU. I have drered a LAPTOP on 17/10/2015 and the order ID id[protected]. Its estimated delivery date is 27/10/2015. I have already paid for it. The product have reached my location on 24/10/2015 itself. From that evening i have made complaint that my order dint reached me. Next day also i rang to AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE and made complaint again. BUt no proper response. Actually that product was a GIFT to my SISTER on her BIRTHDAY which is on 26/10/2015. Again on 26th Oct i rang to AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE and asked about the product and made complaint that the product is in my LOCATION FOR PAST 3 DAYS but still i dint received it, they said on 27/10/2015 it will reach me for SURE. BUT TILL NOW I DIN RECEIVED IT,

                                      BUT MADE 4 COMPLAINTS IN 5 DAYS FOR THE SAME ISSUE. till it is not resolved...

                                      ME and MY SISTER GOT CHEATED BY AMAZON. I COULDN'T FULLFILL MY PROMISE TO MY SISTER.
                                      They simply saying they give COMPENSATION of Rs.150/-.

                                      Does our promise is so cheap or myself????
