This is in regards to the Order ID[protected]: 1 of Puma Red
Casual Backpack[protected] [ASIN: B00SGLQMTS]. *

I have been mentally harassed for this Order. From the very beginning I
had been facing issues for this Order. Firstly, for the delivery. The
address was clearly stated for delivery but the Courier boy called me up
and asked me to collect it from a distance 5-6kms away from the address
provided. I asked him to deliver it the next day, if it was not possible
the same day. He replied saying that, then the Order would be cancelled and
returned. I was in the office at that time and informed him that I would be
coming to collect it. Secondly, for the Return pickup I had to contact
Amazon several times for the courier boy to come and collect it. Thirdly, I
have to follo-up on a daily basis for my Refund where I am given false
promises and commitments. Some of them are that are- NEFT would be done,
the cheque would be received by 9/11, Gift card of Rs.300 within 24hrs,
Callback from Seller and callback by your senior-Vigneshwaran K from Amazon
Lead Escalation Desk, ill-treatment by your CS representatives specially on
15/11 Sun night. These are some of the hassles that I been facing and there
are many more and still counting. I am once again requesting you or you
could say begging you, if that's what you want your customer to do, to
refund the amount through NEFT so that I may receive it asap. I have also
provided the permission to Amazon to forward my Bank Details to the Seller
earlier in my Mail and the same has been asked to the Seller too.

    I have ordered for two products today, order numberORDER #[protected]set of eight curtains) and ORDER #[protected] sandals). i havmade payment by net banking, after that i got a mail saying that my payment was declined and i have to revise it, but the bank had already given me transaction id regarding this payment, i have mailed my bank and i have revised the payment for the second time. but when i checked the order, my money was deducted twice and the product order got duplicatedORDER #[protected]and ORDER #[protected].this happened by 12 pm, immediately after that i have contacted customer care by chat and phone, i told my complaints, they said they can't do anything and i have to wait till they get the despatched produts back, but the product despatch status was only preparing to be despatched. i have revised my payment only when they mailed me to do so and they have deducted it twice, i do online shopping to save my time and bcoz of this i lost a day... and also my money with no guarantee of refund...

      This is a complaint regarding an Order(#[protected] I placed on the Amazon website for Google Nexus 4 battery on 29oct2015 of Rs1351/- paid by my SBI Debit card,
      Due to delivery issue I cancelled the order[protected] ) on same Day 29/10/2015, But I Haven't received my Refund yet as it's been 18 days.
      they are making to file dispute charge to my bank whereas it's been mistake on there side.

        I had ordered a JBL T-150 earphones and delivery is suppose to happen in Chennai at my residence. Blue Dart was given the order and these liars did not come for delivery but instead I got a notification through Amazon app and via email that my door was locked when in fact I was at home on a Saturday. Blue Dart did not even bothered to call me, and I had to beg Amazon to reschedule my delivery on Sunday as I was travelling to Mumbai on Monday. I was assured by 3 different associates (since I begged them thrice) that to cater my request (for no fault of mine) and I was told yes we will oblige. I was happy! Finally lightning struck when on Sunday the next day there were no signs of the delivery and I had to call up amazon yet again (fourth time). I asked for a manager and here I get the most unprofessional, rude, cold and indifferent manager named "Ranjitha"!! She simply refused coldly that she cant help me and on making me infuriated she says that Ï will hang up the call if you become angry"'...I was shocked...she kept on being adamant in spite of me begging and later she said..."Why dont you go to pick-up the package yourself as Blue Dart wont come as per your time even if you have a flight to catch"'.

        Later when I told her that I am recording her unprofessional behavior she smirked and said I will hang up and she did HUNG UP ON A CUSTOMER!!!

        AMAZON!!! FLIPKART IF WAY AHEAD OF YOU IN THE ECOMMERCE GAME SOLELY DUE TO UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS YOU HAVE EMPLOYED AND YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO DOGS!!!

        PEOPLE WILL REJECT YOUR SERVICE IN THE YEARS TO COME AS YOUR HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER AND ENOUGH OF FOOLING PEOPLE!!

        JUST LOOK AT THE LIST OF GRIEVANCES PEOPLE HAVE ON YOU!!

        SICK OF YOU AMAZON!!!

        P.S. RANJITA...YOU AINT FIT TO BE IN CUSTOMER CARE BUSINESS...YOU SHOULD BE WORKING IN THE GOVERNMENT!!!

            I had a word with MANAGER present for CS team who is not been able to take any decision himself, and who has allowed people like RESHMA and TANVI to sit on the floor and resolve customer's query when they don't have any kind of process knowledge.Registered id [protected]@outlook.com.WHY you are asking for 48 hrs time.Why a manager needs approval for some CS HEAD TEAM for resolving my concern and that too there is no guarantee for it.NO COURTESY AT ALL OVER THE CALL BY INDU AND THE SO CALLED MANAGER WHERE HE IS SAYING THAT YOU CAN DISCONNECT THE CALL.Manager present on the floor said that YOU CAN GO AHEAD AND DISCONNECT THE CALL AS I AM NOT GOING TO CALL YOU BACK which means you people will not resolve my query now.I want the refund in my bank account itself.

              Refund in the form of Cheque

              I bought a seller fullfilled item from Amazon.in (Order#[protected] and since this item was not perfect I contaced amazon and the returned the item.               Hi, I had ordered Dell inspiron laptop from Amazon on 17th Oct 2015 & I have received the same on 22nd Oct 2015. Since i don't like the quality of the laptop, I had place the request for returning laptop on 30th Oct 2015 & also it has been schedule return pickup on next day. But till date I had called amazon customer service 6-7 times and also scheduled the pickup but no one has responded to it. Since it's a fault from Amazon end I want my money to be refund in my account immediately within 24 hours. VERY VERY PATHETIC SERVICE FROM AMAZON Regards Leon

                I am placed an ordered Soundpeats Qy7 Mini Lightweight Wireless Sports Headset (Black/Green) with amazon.in order no[protected] on 09-Nov-2015. The package was deliver at that 13-Nov-2015 at 3 PM afternoon when i open the package i found package was empty and headphone were missing . i am completely disstaisfied with the service which amazon has prvided to me.This is the complete case fraud which should be investigate by amazon asap and return the paid money back to my account else i would moving to consumer forum.
                I just connected one device to QY7 and then disconnected it now I am unable to reconnect it further only blue light is blinking can anyone help me ??????

                  I have ordered Micromax 40B5000FHD 102 cm (40 inches) Full HD LED TV (Black) on 26/10/2015 in lightning deal and paid 20, 990.00 and I will get cash back of Rs.1750 ( I was paid through citibank credit card)based on that days offer. After two weeks also there was no update on my order, I called customer care(on 07/11/2015) and inquired about it they said will get back to you and will solve it. I didnot get reply so I called (09/11/2015) and (12/11/2015) again after two days I heard same thing again after that. Today I wrote about it to their customer care and got reply that they are asking me to cancel my order and re-order it. this is absolutely cheating because now the product price is high, when they can take new order, why cant they deliver my product after using my money and time after 20 days they are telling this.

                      I purchased a powerbank tis month and a redmi 2 three months ago, i received a demaged box, each time filled with some papers. it took 2 months for the refund to be initiated by amazon for my mobile.now again i am facing the same trouble.each time i will have to tell full history to customer care, i will have to wait for there response. serious very bad service and very bad customer care with a very bad response .Amazon is making people fool .don't buy any thing from amazon.
                      Same thing happened to me when I purchased iPhone 6, I have not received and they showed it delivered, now they r not even giving refund.

                        They are cheating customers by luring them for cash back and make them wait for couple of months and on the day when the due date ends you say contact the bank and wash off their hands. I bought a redmi 2 prime Mobile from their store and they promised 10% cash back on transaction through Hdfc debit card and they said that the credit will be by 12.11.2015. Whenever I called them they said wait till 12th. When I called today morning they said wait till end of the day. When I called at 11:35 pm they say contact your bank we are not responsible. Order date 12-Aug-15 Order #[protected] Order total 7, 098.00 (2 items: RedMi2 prime and flip cover case)

                          I placed 2 orders with Amazon and returned them on the next day. But even after 15 days I have not got my refund amount. I called them 5 times. mailed them and even did a chat. But they are continusoly asking me to wait. And no proper resolution from them. I atlast asked them to credit the amount to my amazon account, seems they are not able to do this as well. Details : Id :[protected] amount : 780 Id:[protected] amount : 479.70 I totally spent around 60 hours on this issue. And Customer care people irritated me a lot. I definitely want some penalty.

                            I've placed an order through Amazon.in on 8th November seeing a very good lightning deal. They were offering Puma Men's Stark DP Black and Lime Punch Rubber Sandals and Floaters - 8 UK for Rs-839.72/- (regular price- 2099, seller- Cloudtail. ) and Wipro Garnet N70001 B22 7-Watt LED Bulb (Cool Day Light) for Rs-220/- (regular price- 305, seller- Olympia Industries Ltd. ). Seeing this deal I've placed an order on 8th November for both these products for the total amount Rs- 1059.72/- and the order was confirmed subsequently by Amazon. Now, after 3 days, on 11th November, they have sent an email and told that my order was cancelled without any reason. When I contacted Amazon customer care about this issue they told me that the order was cancelled due to unavailability of stock. But throughout these 3 days and even now the same sellers selling these items at the regular price. The customer care person telling me that if I want the products I have to place a new order with the regular price and they can't do anything about the price difference. I feel cheated and want the products as promised by the Amazon earlier with Lightning deal pricing. I'm uploading some snapshots which can support my claim.
                            It's been 2 days but noting heard.

                                This is my order number of amazon.In (order[protected] i had ordered yepme shoes of rs 539...But i had recived deffective shoes with material is poor...So i had given return request to amazon.In seller refusing to accept return so i had file claim...But seller refusing to accept...After file claim seller approve and amazon has given me option on which date i should hand over the product so i had select 5 nov...As usual pick man had arrive at my door ...His name was santosh... I had handover the product to him and take return receipt...Now amazon is not giving me my money... So i want to take action on amazon.In and yepme...After handling product to them they are not refunding my amaount

                                    I have returned Bombay dyeing bedsheets on 17thoct 2015 as they were not according to what website described Order#[protected].since then I spoke to multiple guys at amazon call centre and every time I was assured that refund will be done within 2-4 days but still today I haven't got the refund, they don't care about customers going through mental agony and every time I have to explain the whole history of returning to the new Amazon guy on phone and believe me it's really painful...I would request you to look into this matter so that the customers don't have to go through such moments.
