This is in regards to the Order ID[protected]: 1 of Puma Red
Casual Backpack[protected] [ASIN: B00SGLQMTS]. *
I have been mentally harassed for this Order. From the very beginning I
had been facing issues for this Order. Firstly, for the delivery. The
address was clearly stated for delivery but the Courier boy called me up
and asked me to collect it from a distance 5-6kms away from the address
provided. I asked him to deliver it the next day, if it was not possible
the same day. He replied saying that, then the Order would be cancelled and
returned. I was in the office at that time and informed him that I would be
coming to collect it. Secondly, for the Return pickup I had to contact
Amazon several times for the courier boy to come and collect it. Thirdly, I
have to follo-up on a daily basis for my Refund where I am given false
promises and commitments. Some of them are that are- NEFT would be done,
the cheque would be received by 9/11, Gift card of Rs.300 within 24hrs,
Callback from Seller and callback by your senior-Vigneshwaran K from Amazon
Lead Escalation Desk, ill-treatment by your CS representatives specially on
15/11 Sun night. These are some of the hassles that I been facing and there
are many more and still counting. I am once again requesting you or you
could say begging you, if that's what you want your customer to do, to
refund the amount through NEFT so that I may receive it asap. I have also
provided the permission to Amazon to forward my Bank Details to the Seller
earlier in my Mail and the same has been asked to the Seller too.
