FAKE DEALS by amazon I placed an order (Order #[protected] yesterday night under blockbuster deals. Order was successfully placed and i also got an email confirmation from amazon as well. Today i was surprised to see that my both of items in order was cancelled by amazon without my knowledge. when i contacted customer care they sent me a mail stating that one of the product was out of stock so they cancelled it and second product was damaged during transit so they cancelled complete order. Customer care suggested to make a fresh order again ( with higher prices now). i am still thinking if there is any meaning of such fakes deals?????? Can they cancel my order without my consent and refused for fulfillment? Please help

    I have placed my order (order no.[protected] with Amazon India on 4th Oct 2015. This was supposed to be delivered by 12th. Today is 17th but still it is not delivered. 5 times I have spoken to customer care executive but all are in vain. Nobody is there to help me out. I am not even sure whether it will be delivered or not and if it is then what will be its condition. Everything is uncertain about this Amazon India online shopping. After placing order we have continuously follow up for the delivery. There will be anxiety about the condition of the product delivered. These online shopkeepers are fooling us and stealing our money, no doubt. Promising high but failing to keep their promise. This is the quality of service they are providing. From my side I have paid Rs. 1995.00 on time through my card. Hoping it should reach on time. But this is their service. GREAT!!!

      Dear Sir, i have ordered one Microsoft Lumia 640 from Amazon on 16 Oct 2015 at around 03.00p.m., The Payment has been via Internet Banking, but the Amazon says that they have not received any payment yet, Confirmation from Amazon has been received till 17 Oct 2015 at 01.17 a.m. on the Contrary The Bank of India says that The Payment has been made to the Biller. Please Sort this Querry else and otherwise i will go to Consumer Forum. Please do the needful on urgent basis.

        I hv purchased foldable almirah from amazone which was damaged n poor quality.Outer cover was made by disposable stuff so, wanted to return and followed return policy and 16 /10/ 15 they suppose to come to collect product . Delivery boy was pretending that he has confusion for address n could not reached .Still no status for return not taken initiative. Very bad customer service I would never shop again on amazone.

However, I got the cycle in part not as assembled piece. A request them that they should assmble and they are refusing

            I have ordered for 'Manchester United Foot Ball Club Flap Pencil Pouch, Travelling Pouch, Mobile and Accessories Pouch', this product on 15/10/2015. Order ID is:[protected] The order was confirmed and I payed online. Payment issues were present and I sorted it out and re-payed using my debit card. On 16/10/2015 morning I receive a message from Amazon saying that my order is cancelled. They are of course processing for my refund. But that is not the problem. I was highly expecting the product to be gift for my friend. The excitement of providing a gift to my friend is ultimately spoiled. Why is Amazon being a big enterprise dissatisfying customers in this way?

              Sir,
              i placed the order on amazon.co.uk(ORDER #[protected] on 19th july and 2 days after payment was deducted from axis bank credit card
              it was for a book and they keep assuring me for three months that it be delivered. i mailed them many time they didn't even provide me it's whereabouts. Three months in complete Dark.only yesterday they regretted.

              this happened second time for this same title. first on amazon.com i waited nearly 1 months for ORDER #[protected].i met with cancellation after more than 30 days and mere refund was made.
              More ever amazon.in thrice it happened. to the extremeThey deem that mere refund and regret is enough. i can provide you with the details of orders on amazon.in if yoy need.

              they cheated me this time and previously for the order Collins Cobuild Grammar Patterns (1) - Verbs: Verbs Bk. 1. Knowing that i am a scholar i lost these four months in mere waiting. Whenever i called them on customer care numbers for foreigners through ISD. The response That we provide only services and the sole responsibility lies completely on seller.
              they should held responsible and shouldn't get away with it easily.so that nobody else in future be cheated.

                Respected Sir, I ordered Syma S107/S107G R/C Helicopter with Order ID[protected] for 1598/- form Amazon.in and I received LS model 222 which it cost just 1099/- as offered in AMZON.IN website. The received item is low quality got damage in the first use. I have returned the item and they received it and sent me a cheque of 398/- only-.I refused the cheque and I informed them that I want my correct order or my full amount or I will put complaint in the consumer court because I did not received my correct ordered. But they did not care. so I put this complaint.

                  Dear sir, I purchased the above item from Amazon .in wide my order id [protected] dt 29 .09.15 and I found it is not up to my expectation so I requested for return/refund Amazon has arranged for return pickup wide their AWB[protected] dt.06.10.15.The item is already picked up the amazon transport services and so for I have not received my refund amount of Rs 2800/- tilldate. I send so many mails regarding the refund, But so for it is not meterilised.Amazon says, the purchase is from theseller site and ask me to contact the seller. I purely purchased from Amazon.in with the hope of best services, but in this matter Amazon is not taking responsibility of refund, and there is no proper response from Amazon.I like a permenent customer is treated like this, what about the normal people. I request Amazon.in to kindly look in gto the matter and shettle my refund immidiately.

                    ORDER #[protected] Recieved the product on 29/09/2015. But it is a faulty one. Speakers not working properly. No voice clarity. Within 10 days Amazon confirms they cannot replace the product and asks to contact te seller. Request amazon to replace the product with a new one.

                      I am facing huge difficulty regarding an order of iPhone6+. As soon as I had received I have opened the product & I have informed the amazon customer care that I have received a plastic dummy in place of iphone6+. Amazon customer team had given me the assurance that please request for a return and we will refund the full amount within 2-4 days. However, I have neither received the refund or any status update. I have made the video as well while opening the product and have also shared it with amazon social media team.                         Simply BAN Amazon.in Amazon India is Fraud shopping site

                        After this incident where I contacted more than 10 times with Amazon Customer care through email. Chat and phone. You will understand how pathetic this fraud Amazon company is.

                        I purchased Router on 4th Oct, 2015
                        But, seller at Amazon.in venus e enterprises simply did not sent the parcel.
                        And after 5 days after contacting few times. Amazon sent email saying SELLER cancelled the order. And your refund initiated.

                        First this negligent seller venus e enterprises - why did he listen the item when cannot serve.

                        Second, if cannot sent WHY took 5 days time????

                        Here you MUST make a note. I paid for the order - it is prepaid order done on 4th Oct, 2015

                        Often other non-serious buyers place order on COD and most of the orders get return to Seller. They change mind or purchase somewhere due to price or some people even place COD ( Cash on Delivery order) for time pass.

                        HERE sincere buyer paid in advance.

                        But, SELLER at Amazon is negligent fellow.

                        So, that is worst of the worst seller profile.

                        But, as per order cancellation. Amazon MIGHT have said sorry and paid me compensation for their mistake and holding my money all these day.

                        But, nothing happened.

                        NOT only that. As usual if you purchase from Flipkart. Snapdeal for any issue you get refund instantly.

                        I did not get money even after 2 days.

                        So, contacted again and I was told refund initiated and asked to wait another day.

                        Again not credited to my account.

                        Although I am regular shopper and often purchase items. If any issue get money in 2 days even from normal refund process.

                        So, again contacted but, this time pathetic customer care agent from Amazon chat support. Do not have any kind of information. Telling a MAD story, like contacting seller and starting refund etc.

                        I inform the negligent agent that this is different case. First you need to check that. When I say that again she checked and said. Sorry, I did not check that. It was order cancelled by seller and refund initiated on 9th Oct, 2015

                        And said she is escalating this case to billing.

                        After wasting my 30 minutes when I gave information this negligent agent change the tune. That means you can UNDERSTAND how negligent is Amazon Staff. TOTALLY unskilled staff at Amazon.in

                        Again that proved fake since I did not get money.

                        Again I contacted and another agent even gave me information that amount refunded and transaction ID etc. And asked me to send bank statement.

                        I sent bank statement and he said escalated to billing department.

                        Earlier two times I was told escalated. But, this fellow again said escalated.

                        WHY customers should suffer after paying in advance. Due to this kind of pathetic fellows?

                        Again I connected and I was connected and asked for manager. It was escalated to another person saying he is leader. Check his response ( I am from the leadership department I will be assisting you from here )

                        I said " This is my 8th time contact regarding this pathetic issue.
                        This kind of issues shold be reported to the commercial department.
                        Then it should ban Amazon "

                        Supervisor response " I have checked the account, for your case I can understand that any one would be upset if that happens
                        However what I will do is, I am going to file an A-Z claim for your account as this is a seller fulfilled order and we will get you the refund back as the order is stuck.
                        Akheel now A-Z generally takes 1 to 2 weeks of time, However within that time the refund will be processed or an action will be taken. "

                        According to me A-Z claim can be opened one item sent. Reached and any issue with item. Here order cancelled by SELLER without sending.

                        But, this negligent supervisor goes on... and giving completely different answers.

                        I told him. Just last time I chatted with another agents and they told already refund initiated. And even asked for account statement and I sent the account statement. and agent said he escalated to billing for issue with their billing etc.

                        But, how can this supervisor is soo much negligent.

                        You must make a NOTE. Due to UNSKILLED staff from Amazon.in shopping site. Each and every other person giving wrong information. That too written and on the calls as well.

                        There is no fear of LAW. Simply doing Fraud by Amazon.in

                        NOT only that. They are blind fellows. Because while starting chat itself I opened my statement with order number. But, even after that, supervisor waste fellow changing to other order number. Confusing himself and when I remind him LIAR fellow unable to listen.

                        NOT only that as per the international companies, if agent or supervisor disconnect, chat or call, company simply terminate them. But, here on Amazon.in everything just goes wrong way.

                        Supervisor at Amazon.in daringly disconnected chat session. Which is crime in the industry.

                        Check his last statement " this conversation is not going any where, I am ending the chat
                        Have a good day. "

                        This much negligent is Amazon.in

                        Again I called on[protected]

                        Asked for manager and another person connected. I was asked and connected with supervisor. Where he too confirm previous supervisor completely GO on wrong route. We can say brainless supervisor.

                        Again on call this call support supervisor said, he will follow up the case with billing and asked for 24-48 hours time.

                        So, you can see HOW much Fraud is Amazon.in

                        Why should we purchase.

                        Simply Avoid this Fraud Amazon India.

                        For me it is simply case which should have resolved instantly but, after taking my money, to get my own money back - at Amazon.in playing with me.

                        I will make sure this will be forwarded with consumer and other departments.

                        I will ask the court to provide me at least Rs. 50, 000 as compensation for causing inconvenience and negligent behaviour from Amazon.in

                        For prepaid orders, NEVER NEVER pay to Amazon.

                        You might have earlier paid and got orders. But, check this serious case. Which not resolved since 2 weeks.

                        That too expert customer contacting more than 10 times. WASTING lot and lot of time

                        One time, two times. you can understand but, 10 times still negligent and Fraud Amazon.in

                        Forward to your friend and your facebook contacts etc.

                        If you are victim - Directly lodge a case with Cyber Crime department and other consumer departments.

                        We should not let this kind of mad companies to exist in INDIA

                        Amazon.in a American company is very dangerous for Indian customers.

                        And all these details are 100 percent true. If you want I can forward all proof in front of chief justice of Supreme Court.

                          I have been an amazon customer for the past few years . I recently noticed an amazon ad for gold contest on newspapers published in tamil nadu .. And when i looked at the eligibility i was shocked to find we are not eligible for no valid reason .. I might lodge an official discrimination complaint against amazon and start word of mouth to every single person i know who are customers to stop purchasing in amazon . Take this as my pre intimation before lodging an official complaint.
                          I purchased for Rs 6000 and shocked to see this message.
                          So correct donno wats wrong with those nuts to avoid tn ...either way we are not eagerly waiting to get their gold
                          And so i was a honest costumer ..why do they stab us back?

                          Amazon India — worst service...

                          Amazon.in is really a worse company I ever seen in my life.It is a fraud company and it always tryto made fool the Cusy.

                            Dear Sir/s, Amazon India is currently having a 'Great Indian Festive Sale' where it is advertising its one of the products to be on sale for 29, 990/- (screenshot is attached) but when we try to buy the product for the advertised price, it is showing the product is available for the regular price (screenshot attached). I contacted Amazon India via email, and they gave a bleak response of the product being sold out. This is the second time the exact same instance I have faced with Amazon India related to the pricing of the product that they advertise. I request you to please look into it.

                              I placed an order on amazon Order #[protected] on 8th October for one day delivery of which they delivered after 3 days on 12th October. The product i received was not as per the specifications. The specifications written on the website claimed it has windows 8.1, however they sent me a laptop with Ubuntu. I called for replacement and again they sent me the wrong laptop (with Ubuntu operating system). Plus amazon customer care is extremely hostile and helpless. I wasted 5 days on mine for this. Plus amazon takes no responsibility of sending wrong product.

                                Amazon order (#[protected] Has been return due to fualty and bad quality. But, return amount not get upto now. I want my money in NEFT FORMAT, which they always given and i provided my bank detail before returning, still they issued cheque and make process time consuming. dead line to refund has been surpassed. Even i did not get any information what is going on. And any kind of refund. They now blaming me, for there sin, talking ruthlessly. And refund not want give back or making more slower.

                                  Whenever I print my eticket in my color printer I had to waste printing the unwanted advertisement also I hate the Amazon site for being so aggressive in their advertisement and I complaint IRCTC for giving room for the sake of money to exploit the customers

                                    Ordered for a package and since i had to travel I selected one day delivery option with extra payment and the delivery time by 8PM on the next day. The big festive sale was to start next day and the product would get an offer and cheaper price but I was in a rush to travel and didnt wait for it and selected the pakage for early delivery instead by paying additional amount. The next day I get a call from the courier guy that there is some routing problem (all because of their mistake) and they will not deliver today. The guy was hardly 5-10km away in the noon today...he could have come when i asked but he hung up saying that he will call me after contacting at the office...and never called back. On raising this issue with customer care they provided no solution but said sorry and tried to cover up saying that the it will be delivere tomorrow. I explained them that its no use for me because I am traveling, If I had to purchase it later or wait for one day I could have taken advantage of festive offer.

                                      I had bought a Cricket Bat on 7th Sept, 2015 which says "Adidas AB7091 Pellara Rookie English Willow Cricket Bat".
                                      > However, the bat which I had received from Amazon is a "Kashmir Willow" and not a "English Willow".
                                      > They had Toe Guard in the image of the product. But the actual bat which was delivered is not having the same.

                                      The bill also says that the bat is an English Willow. But it is actually NOT.

                                      Even the bat cover is tooooo dirty and torn.

                                      Hence, I had planned to replace it with the English Willow. I called up Amazon and requested to replace the Kashmir Willow with a English Willow.

                                      I had again received the same Kashmir Willow from Amazon for the second time. I had called up customer care, but now they say sorry for what has happened and they want me to return the second bat and re-order from their website.

                                      I did not get any solution from Amazon from customer care service. This is the worst experience I have ever had from any e-commerce website.

                                        I purchased a Bosch washing machine for Rs 26543 as per Order #[protected] placed on 30 May 2015. Amazon was to send a gift card for Rs 2500 which they did on June 19th. However I was unable to use this as the card had an ID number but no gift code. A chat with Amazon rep on 9th Aug 2015 ended with the rep promising to get back in 3-5 working days. I am still waiting for the reply and in the meantime the gift account shows that the amount has been reduced to Rs. 650 though I have not accessed or used this gift card.
                                        yes amazon gift cards are of waste of time. My company gifted amazon card which is no use for me, I have called customer care and they don't have much information suggested to check with my company... DONT EVER THINK Of gifting your loved ones with AMAZON gift card.. your loved ones will sure start hating you...
