    I ordered a wallet named "Freaky & Funky Unisex Wallet" around 4-5 times. My first order is on 9 Oct, 2015 with order number : ORDER #[protected]. It was cancelled after around 5 - 6 days, money was paid.Kept my money for 5 -6 days, then i received a message that my order was cancelled. Then i placed the same order again and again as it was showing in stock in Amazon and today also its showing in stock. My rest order numbers are : ORDER #[protected], ORDER #[protected], ORDER #[protected], ORDER #[protected]This is my last order placed on 25 Nov, 2015). You can see how many times i placed the same order, in the end what i get is a message of Cancellation after 5 - 6 days. I also filed complaints regarding this, but none action taken. I was just said that this time you will definitely get your wallet.I am attaching the detailed proofs. I need justice. How much i was harassed just to have a wallet of 300 INR only. Price doesn't matter but the thing matter is that how they are dealing with their customer. I need Justice and instant revert. Check Attachments.

    After return the mobile the refund money still now not received by my bank account

    On dated 03/05/2016 i had purchase one micromax mob from amazon by online but due to sound quality is not good that's why i returned the phone by blue-dart Currier service on dated 08/05/2016 but after 9 working days gone still now my refund money is not submitting my bank account no. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

          I have ordered a mobile pouch worth 590 rupees, recived and returned the product on issue over size. The order id is[protected]. It has been 45 days since I have made refund request. From the past 7days, Everyday I contact Amazon India customer support and everyday they tell me to wait 24 hours to recieve the refund cheque. I am vexed with them as they don't even provide details of their higher authorities to escalate the issue. I want to file a case against them in consumer court. Please guide me.

            I order a bag from amazon.in of seller Bagsy Malone on 28th October, 2015. On 2nd Nov, in the morning I got a message that the parcel will be delivered today and in the evening I got the delivered message. But I did not get the parcel yet.. It has been a month. Now that when I asked for the details like the signature they have which they claim as mine, name and number of the delivery boy who had delivered my parcel(I don't know where), they are not providing me the details. My address is correct because that address is saved in my amazon account. And I have received other parcels on the same address. I raised a refund claim but they have rejected it. If they are not paying attention to this issue, they are not even letting me to investigate it.

              Sir Mobile app is showing discount of flat 50% when i open that link there is no 50 % discount there are different discounts and if it is written flat 50% it means it should be 50% for all items. I have wasted so much time on shopping and at last i found i am not getting discount .i tried talking to the customer care no body helped me and one of your senior team member jatin disconnected the call while i am talking, this is not expected from amazon it has always provided amazing services so i want 50% discount on the item which is in my cart . i hope you will help me and i will send you the snapshots also where it is showing discount and assist you to reach there Shop by departmentclothing and accessoriesformal wearsuits and blazers flat 50%

I have purchased yu yureka mobile with ORDER #[protected] from amazon with 15% cashback by using sbi bank debit card on 8th may 2015 .I Called them, emailed them too much times but there is no positive response from their side. 5 months passed away but I didnt get cashback. I have lost too much time by calling them they are not answering. I have got email from Amazon India. on 28 th august 2015 but till no response please look into that and solve my problem.                   I bought a apple macbook air md 711hn/b 11 inches from amazon on 12 feb 15 for Rs 56490. the product that was given to me was a used one and has all settings of the previous user including the registered name. i have contacted amazon for over 50 times for the same complaint over past nine months and have received no answer from them regarding this. initially they did not return the piece and now they are saying it is too late for them to return it. i am now stuck with this second hand macbook after paying for a first hand one. i request this may be heard and action be taken to either change this macbook or return my money.

                    I have purchased micromax canvas mobile from amazon.in. on 23 nov2015.actually i got some problem in my mobile, and i apply a request for returning my mobile on 26nov. and they gave me an estimated date for picking up my mobile on 27 nv. between 10am to 1pm.but they didnt respnse for my request and i have contact many time to their customer care executive, they didnt respnse well and provide false infrmation. i have tired of contact them and their false assurance.

                      I have made two orders from the site on 5th Nov and 7th of Nov and one of the rder was cancelled by the seller because of lack f availability of courier service, the second item was delivered but was a wrong item.So i returned it and till now refunds has not been credited

                        I have buy curtains from Amazon through online and I have received the curtains on 4th NOV. Some curtains are missing.I have book complained for return. Amazon costumer care inform me .please pack your packaets and go to nearer courier service and courier the items. when I have buy online, then it is responsibility of company to pick the items from my house instead harassing me to go the courier centre.

                            My amazon Order cancelled on delivery date without any reason.. After words Amazon is telling Seller has not confirmed order due to increase in price after making me waited for 10 days.. finally seller has cancelled order..

                            Amazon India is not responding for my emails, they are just saying we regret for inconvenience.. on top of it they have rated that seller as 4+ start.. When i have gone through seller in last 10 days he has cancelled many orders similar to me without informing customer.. I asked is it not Duty of you to verify What seller is doing, No Response from them.. After i said i will Complaint in consumer court.. They are saying you are free to do it...

                                  I regret to say that Amazon is deceiving its customers by making hollow discounts/cashback promises. I purchased an Apple iPhone 4S (White, 8GB) on 11th August’ 2015 through Amazon app for Rs.13, 399. The order id for the same is[protected]. The purchase was entitled for 15% cashback as we made the payment through HDFC credit card. It was promised by Amazon that cashback will be given back on or before 12th November 2015, but till date nothing has been credited to my account.
                                  I am also attaching the mail, which was sent by Amazon customer service, for reference.

                                  Please resolve this matter asap.

                                    I am really disappointed today with Amazon.in. I placed an order for OnePlus 2 (Sandstone Black, 64GB) & B2X Protect for OnePlus 2 since yesterday through your open sale. 25th Nov- I tried making payment yesterday however my internet got disconnected and payment could not get completed. I received an e-mail from you guys stating “Payment revision needed”. I clicked on the link and payment was successful for which I received SMS from my bank as well. To my surprise “Your Order”[protected] &[protected] section showed in red “Payment revision needed”; for which I called up your helpline at least 5 times yesterday. Each time the executive said that we have received the payment and my order will be shipped between 27th to 30th Nov (E-mail sent by your executive Sandeep B. Today morning I received an e-mail again saying that my order is cancelled and payment refunded. I was shocked to see this as I was expecting this order by 28th on eve of my Wife’s birthday. I called up your helpline and spoke to your leadership executive Kahini; she said due to technical glitch the order couldn’t be processed and asked me to make fresh order and give me Rs. 500/- gift voucher as good will gesture; which I appreciated and agreed for. 26th Nov- I made fresh order[protected] &[protected] and I received e-mail from you saying my payment is declined; whereas SMS sent by bank that payment received. I called up again on your helpline and spoke to another leadership person this time the manager Priti. She said that payment is received by Amazon and again due to technical glitch the order could not be processed. But today when I placed the order for 2 mins “Your Order” section showed “Payment revision needed” but surprisingly after 2 mins this changed to “Order received” (screenshot attached) and after another 15 mins this changed back to “Payment revision needed”. So, by this is Amazon only trying to increase their website/app hits by creating the hype and not actually delivering the product. Really sad.                                       Dear Sir, It was first ever bitter experience that I have purchase defective product as mention in order detail I called customer care on[protected] at 4pm there was no any proper information and call was hold for 18 minute . The product that was dispatched was defective . there was extream heating and camera was not focusing object for picture and vague picture capture for near object and charger is not at all working. I thought that there is setting problem and hold it without complaining, later on after taking back up I restore it on 21st Nov the problem was not resolved. I request you to replace as the product is under warranty and I am residing quiet distat place, patna to reach to service center. There was no any refund timing on bill, It is my humble request to replace other wise I will move to cort of law.
